Really disappointed in my order from here the other night. I love the Pizzaiolo brand and have ordered the Godfather on many occasions elsewhere. Sadly, this place brunt my pizza and still decided it would be okay to send it my way. I understand a well done pizza, but the crust tasted like charcoal. Looking through reviews, I'm not the first person with this problem. I might give them another shot in the future, but for the cost of these pizzas, I'm not sure its worth the risk at this location.

Honestly the pizza was disgusting. I wish I saw it before we drove home. The bacon was raw and the pizza was soaking wet. I had two piece and threw it out. Such a huge disappointment because some locations are really good.

Everytime I order from this location the pizza is NEVER cooked! I don’t even live far from the location and half the time my pizza arrives an hour after I ordered. It makes no sense that my pizza is not cooked when I’m a 10 minute drive away from the shop’s location. When I called the person who answered the phone stated I need to ask for well done but the reality is the pizza wasn’t even cooked just some melted cheese.

Had the small thin crust pepperoni pizza. Was enough for one person. Good price, clean place. Pizza was not disappointing, it was a bit salty but overall I enjoyed my lunch. 3.7 is a fair rating for good tasting quick pizza. Nothing crazy about it but also nothing awful. If you want a good tasting simple pie. Here is a good spot.

WOW! In an age where take out pizza specials and franchise wars are abundant, Pizzaiolo once again misses the mark! The nickel and diming of pizza franchises against consumers who are already strapped for cash has gotten out of hand. We were charged $2 for extra sauce on the pizza?!!! Since when has this been a thing? The best part is we were not told we would be charged $2 for one small extra ladle of sauce. Even better, check the attached photo. It was more like NO sauce. On top of that you have the audacity to ask for a tip??? Come on folks, this nonsense has to stop!! I hope the $2 gouge was worth it as we will not be returning to Pizzaiolo again and taking our business else where. So long and good riddance Pizzaiolo. Folks, if there ever was a time to stand up for your rights as consumers and push back, IT'S NOW!!

Prices are up there but the pizza is real good. Hits different from all the other pizza places. It is far but it’s worth the trip. Parking is hard to find but if you drive the right car you’ll find parking. Busy location. The locals love it. I drive 10km+ just to buy pizza from Pizzaiolo. Most definitely returning. Thank you Pizzaiolo!

Pretty damn good pizza....I had the spicy one with honey...ya ya I know...honey on pizza?? Only because a good friend told me I HAD to try it cause it's so good. It was pretty good actually. They have a large selection of slices to choose from which is good. 5 99 a slice, but it's a pretty big slice. So not bad. I'll be going back for sure to kill my next ZA craving.

TRUST. THE. REVIEWS. This was by far one of the worst pizza delivery experiences in memory. After dropping 60$ (after tax and tip) it took close to 1.5 hours for the Pizza to arrive. When the pizza did show up it was luke warm (we have to reheat it), undercooked, super soggy, insanely thin for an original crust (pizza box carboard for reference in image), AND THEN! Icing on top... Found hair in the pizza. Needless to say. Now seeing all the reviews of how bad this franchise location is... I should have read this first. Businesses are top down, so I don't blame the delivery person, customer service, or baker... This bad experience is 100% a reflection of bad ownership. I look forward to the empty hollow response from the owner saying "reach out to customer care" aka "I don't care, let corporate handle it." Never again.

Increasingly bland or watery pizza more often than not. Last order was missing a topping. Was told there would be a credit on my file, but when I called a few weeks later, no one knew what I was talking about and was promised a call back. No call came, of course. They clearly do not want my business so I will take mine elsewhere.

Absolutely disappointed. Ordered 1 med pizza online for pick up at 542pm. Pizza was finally ready at 656pm. The service was horrific and would never order from them again. I’ve done large orders before and sent tons of people that. Will not be recommending.

This is a really nice example/location for pizzaiolo. They aren't all made equally but I enjoy this location. Best pizza in the area for sure. Top 3 of like 15 for sure.

Pizza is very tasty and the staff is very nice. This is the first time I have had this pizza and I can say it will not be the last time. Dough is crispy and ingredients are top notch. Margherita pizza and the Honalulu pizza.

I've had a few pizzas here and they have fundamental issues, like the bottom or crust is burnt, or the cheese isn't cooked all the way and it's falling apart on the surface. A couple of times I've had the awful customer service situation where I approach the counter and the employee stares into the distance until I say something.

The slice of pepperoni pizza I had here was just average. Nothing special about it. When Pizzaiolo is in a market that is already over saturated with pizza restaurants, it is crucial to differentiate from the competition. Instead what you get is a mediocre slice for an expensive price. Not impressed.

Delicious pizza. Although the casher said 20 mins but I got the pizza in 10 mins. Very satisfy.

Driver delivered my pizza to the wrong house then tried to make us to take it. No way I was going to accept that pizza - who knows where it’s been?! Driver tried to lie and say it was a newly made pizza while I was still on the phone with the store, so I knew it was impossible.

We’ve ordered from here countless times and never had a bad pizza - always fresh and reliable!

The pizza is usually pretty consistent and the people working here are nice and friendly and provide really good service. If you haven’t tried pizzaiolo, you should give it a try.

Ordered a pizza over the phone for pickup. They were super nice and helpful. And gave me great advice. The pizza was ready on time. Hot and delicious!!

We ordered a pizza in November and they burnt it to the point that is wasn't edible. And offered a us a credit we tried to use it and they claimed to not have a record of it.

Raj has the worst customer service skills. He is rude and gave me the pizza cold. I took a bite of the slice I told him if he reheat or give me another slice and he refused never going back there again. He used a meat cutter to cut a vegetarian slice. And I am a vegetarian. Don’t trust this place

I was weary of ordering from this location because of the reviews, but I’ve ordered from here now 5+ times and all of my pizzas have been good, along with 3 different times coming in for a slice. Today during a big winter storm our delivery was quick, and the driver closed the door on my husband so he would keep warm while processing his debit purchase. Everyone has been very friendly both in person and on the phone. Definitely recommend!!

Love the franchise however at this location the pizza are almost burnt...a little too crispy for me.

The pizza is fine but the wait times are beyond ridiculous. The estimated 25 minutes is already way higher than other places for pick up, and I have ordered several times and it is NEVER ready within the 25 minutes. Never. There are 2 other pizza places right beside, go to either of them.

Worst customer service and burnt pizza that’s what you get at this location.

no chance ill ask again, ordered a 4 top charged $28, the special is $15. asked extra cheese, made without. they said theyd re-make. instead threw cheese on top and gave me a burnt same pizza. total robbers..never again.

The worst experience ever at this location. Today august 23/2022 I went to get pizza for lunch, and The guy who works there has the worst attitude because I asked him to see the slice in case if I wanted to order another one but he didn’t even show it to me and put it in the oven and told me that he doesn’t have measure, and didn’t want to serve me because I asked him to show it to me. This is really bad to see someone like that in pizzaiolo

Tried the vegan pizza here, it was not a good pizza. Happy the chain had vegan cheese, but this location skimps on the toppings, like a few bits of toppings here and there, and the crust was literally paper thin in the middle half. Plus is was way overcooked and hard and dry. Pizza pizza brand is way better. First time at this chain and won't go back. Disappointing.
