I
joined
this
gym
almost
3
years
ago
and
it's
one
of
the
best
decisions
I've
ever
made
for
myself.
The
owners
Tina
and
Michael
are
very
welcoming
and
always
look
out
for
their
members
as
if
you’re
part
of
a
family.
At
the
start
of
your
first
class,
the
instructor
will
give
you
a
run-down
of
all
the
basic
punches
and
kicks.
After
that,
the
beauty
of
this
gym
is
that
each
person
has
their
own
punching
bag
and
lots
of
room
to
move
around,
so
you’re
free
to
go
at
your
own
pace
as
you
follow
along.
You
never
feel
intimidated
because
the
instructor
reminds
you
that
it's
your
workout,
to
listen
to
your
body
and
take
as
many
breaks
as
you
need.
The
selection
of
music
they
play
is
also
great
at
keeping
you
pumped
up
and
in
the
zone.
While
the
workouts
can
get
very
intense,
the
instructors
are
so
fun
and
motivating
they
help
you
challenge
yourself
in
ways
you
didn’t
think
were
possible.
They
really
are
some
of
the
nicest
people
you'll
ever
meet!
They’re
very
attentive
and
show
you
different
variations
for
the
same
exercise
(with
varying
degrees
of
difficulty).
So
whether
you’re
a
beginner
or
more
advanced,
you’ll
always
be
able
to
keep
up
with
the
class
or
push
yourself
to
do
more.
What
I
especially
love
about
this
gym
is
that
each
instructor
has
their
own
unique
style.
Some
do
more
of
a
boot-camp-style
workout,
while
others
focus
on
building
strength
and
advanced
kickboxing
techniques.
I've
learned
valuable
tips
from
all
of
them
and
I
always
look
forward
to
trying
something
new
in
every
class.
And
because
the
instructors
are
so
charismatic
and
friendly,
sometimes
you’ll
be
laughing
with
them
even
as
your
muscles
are
burning
from
the
workout!
If
you're
on
the
fence
about
which
gym
to
join
in
the
New
Year,
look
no
further
than
CKO
Toronto.
Being
a
long-time
member,
I
feel
like
I'm
in
the
best
shape
of
my
life.
I
have
the
amazing
CKO
Family
to
thank
for
that
:)
Try
one
class
and
I
promise
you'll
be
hooked!
