I used to be a huge fan of this clinic and I’ve referred multiple family members to this place. Unfortunately, they’ve gone down hill since they opened. They lack customer service and compassion for their patients. Just another business looking to maximize profit. UPDATE: Thanks for taking time to respond Mohammed. It seems that despite the significant pressures from your “8,000+ patients, insurers, third party billers, etc.,” you still have time to respond to Google reviews. My issue with the clinic and specifically your response has to do with how you chose to justify and explain to me why I, a long time patient, have to pay to view a medical exam covered through OHIP. Unfortunately, your response was just a long explanation stating that the clinic charges simply because they have the legal right to (you very kindly provided me documents stating this). Your responsibility to “third party billers, insurance companies, etc.,” has nothing to do with my rights as a patient to access my own information through my family doctor WITHOUT having to pay. If that means that I have to wait until my physician or the receptionist have enough time to send the information to me then I would have been ok with that. Proper patient care sadly requires “significant time” and it is not the responsibility of the patient to bare the financial burdens of the clinic. Unfortunately, it all comes down to squeezing out extra money from your patients simply because you can. Despite whatever you tell yourself, the clinic is NOT patient-centred or compassionate. Additionally, after completing said medical tests that were ordered by a specialist I was contacted by Centro last month to let me know the results have arrived and that since it was ordered by a specialist I would have to pay my GP to review it with me (I believe the fee was $10). This is absolutely gross and shows a complete disregard for patient care. I’ve never heard of charging to review results of a medical exam simply because I also had an appointment with a specialist (an appointment which was a month away). It’s not the $10, it’s about taking a stand against an unjust policy that takes advantage of patients because the law doesn’t protect them. FYI, I have my medical results thanks to a kind doctor who forwarded the results with no questions/ridiculous fees. This clinic has really disappointed me and I am truly shocked at the horrible patient care/customer service. Additionally, your approach to answering my questions and the ridiculous policies has ensured I won’t be changing my opinion about this clinic. **Please note my review has nothing to do with the lovely pharmacist who is kind, caring, and patient-centred. I would recommend the pharmacy but not the clinic.

It is a shame to read the last review on this site. Based on the rest of the reviews, the clinic is clearly well run by the staff and the physicians take excellent care of the patients. The last review attacks the physician’s competence based on a single event. IUD insertion is usually straight forward, but there is a 2% complication rate (the procedure must be stopped because of a problem with anatomy that day or perforation if the procedure is continued despite resistance). As someone who has had four IUDs inserted, I will admit that I had a perforation with my second, which was performed by someone that I would still trust with my life, even after the event. She performs hundreds of these a year. Statistically, there will be a complication, and it was me on that day. I am certain that these numbers must have been quoted to H K, and it is sad to see her attacking a physician on a public forum that it not allowed to defend herself because of confidentiality. This physician has many years of training and experience, and she deserves more than a personal attack on her competence because you were unfortunately the one who has an unsuccessful insertion. It sounds like MANY other people had wonderful experiences with her. Good for her for pausing the procedure rather than pushing through and risking a perforation. H K, I’m sorry that you had a negative experience, but please realize that you are attacking someone on a personal level who is not allowed to give her side of the story.

I have been going to Centro for about 2 years, I am able to have virtual calls with my doctor within a week and a visit within 2 weeks. They also have walk-in hours. Nadia at reception is kind an and friendly. Dr. Pronina is a young and resourceful doctor! Centro Healthcare has everything within the clinic.

This isn't the first time that I have had an issue with the receptionist being rude and telling me that its not urgent to speak to my physician and books a appointment for me in a weeks time. The receptionist doesn't even know me so how would she know or understand what I am telling her. They should get a new receptionist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bajwa for just over a year. She’s a great doctor and took time to get to know me and was and continues to be attentive to my needs and concerns. The clinic itself is very clean and organized. Communication is always quick & reliable! Highly recommend this clinic and doctors. 😊

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Narducci for 2 years now, and I can truly say I’m very bless to have such a understanding and caring doctor. My previous family doctor wasn’t great at all, and I’m super grateful for finding a wonderful doctor like her. Dr. Narducci remembers the smallest details about her patients, and you will never feel rushed during your appointments. She’s always on top of things too, for example when it comes to referring you to a specialist, she’s very quick with making sure you get the proper care in time. Also, the office is super clean and very modern. The receptionist, Drupati is also very kind and helpful.

Dr. Al Imari is fantastic. She is extremely thorough, she is caring, patient and goes into depth when explaining results. The reception staff on the other hand is terrible. They never answer the phone and if they do they have you on hold for 20 minutes. They are extremely rude, unhelpful and hang up before you could even finish speaking. Other reviews are replied to in the same way, providing an email address to send your complaints to. I've never received a response from the given email address and I have been a patient for years. If it wasn't for Dr. Al Imari, I would have found a new clinic to attend.

Dr. Lina is absolutely amazing and it's truly unfortunate that she has such an awful, racist, incompetent, ignorant receptionist. I had one of the worst experiences in my life dealing with one of them. I honestly never thought living in Canada, I would deal with some really ignorant human beings with her unnecessary, irrelevant, rude comments to my questions. I will miss Dr. Lina but thankfully she's on Maternity leave so it's the perfect time for me to seek another family doctor. I will never refer anyone here. Waste of my time and energy.

As I sit and write this review I've been waiting for six days for my family doctor (Dr. Chow) to simply provide a refill of a vital medication which I take regularly and am really affected if I dont have it. I found out today after calling reception that my doctor decided not to refill my prescription 6 days ago without informing me let alone providing an explanation as to why. Having to chase my own answers when already dealing with the effects of not having my medications shows how little patients actually matter here. Response to management: thanks for offering to look into this weeks after I posted this review but I've already taken care of this matter myself. Also, instead of trying to coach patients to work around your broken system you could just improve efficiency within your busin...sorry clinic. My pharmacy handles all of my prescriptions for me on the same schedule and has been for a year so is it my job to go tell them to do better now too? Please for rationality sake just note the negative comments below, make appropriate changes and stop being combative and self righteous via Google reviews. I received better care from the free community clinic I left to come here. Thank you

I cant give a zero rating. I needed a new family doctor so I called in and they said they are accepting new patients, the only time they had available was a month way, I said okay and asked 3 times to make sure I was getting the right date. They said 3 times November 2nd 4:45 I have an appointment. A month passes and it's time for my appointment, I drive from Bayview and Sheppard (where I live) to their location only to find out that they've already been closed for 3 hours!!! Absolutely incompetent! I have a heart condition! I cant just waste a month waiting for nothing and them not even be opened for my scheduled appointment. Instead of them calling me in that month to say they've made a mistake they did nothing. I could have used that time to find a new doctor for my heart condition and all my other problems. Thankfully nothing happened to me but something could have.

My family doctor is always on vacation or only available very limited times, books phone appointments for problems I need them to physically look at, never picks up their phone or picks up and puts us on hold for a long time. In the beginning this clinic was good, but gradually it’s been getting so hard for me to simply even speak to the receptionist. I’ve been calling about my results for the past two weeks and haven’t got a hold of any one!!! Look elsewhere. The walk in on Rutherford and Weston is much better.

This office is never busy; most times I am the only person there. The receptionists are very unfriendly and make you feel like they have better things to do. They do not appreciate that they have a job. Terrible atmosphere. Dr Narducci use to be great when she worked at iHealth. Now that she is at this place she seems overworked. She is a different doctor now. Very unfortunate.

Dr. Narducci is my family doctor and I’m very pleased with the level of care I receive from her. She is a great listener and takes the time out to talk to her patients. I never feel rushed during our appointments and I’m always pleasantly surprised to know that she remembers intricate details about my life.

The doctors here are professional and extremely helpful. There is virtually zero wait time and they do not mind when we are a little late. The secretaries are also very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and are on top of everything. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have my family doctor Maria Chow at the clinic and she is the best doctor I’ve had . She is always friendly and makes my appointments more like a friendly catch up than doctor appointments. All the staff are friendly and always pick up the phone on a timely manner . I would always recommend the clinic 10/10 as I’m always satisfied whenever I leave the clinic.

My family doctor is a Centro Healthcare Physician and I highly recommend them. Here’s why - They are responsive - I love the way my doctor informs me about everything that’s ongoing with my file, with my tests, and also what to expect. - My doctor doesn’t wait for things to get worse before she refers me to a specialist. She analyses what needs to be done and suggests a course of action appropriately. - They have a pharmacy right out front so it’s easier to just pick prescriptions as and when they’re ready. - As the Covid outbreak began (March 2020) doctors were rarely accepting new patients, not only my doctor here is super talented but she’s so empathetic. Which according to me was the #1 criteria while choosing my family doc as a new immigrant. If you’re looking to choose a family doc I highly recommend the doctors at Centro.

Been to dr narducci at old clinic I health on hwy 7 and she was and is fantastic . But since moving it’s been very difficult to get an appointment .. I have had a very rough week as well as my daughter and she’s two strep throat cold cough fainting ambulance visit and reception could.not fit or squeeze me in since June 13 . And no call back . I’m lost I don’t k ow where to go I’ve been to a walk in three times with my health issues I can’t just keep going to walk in . I asked reception what to do she said go to emergency . So I’m wasting hospital times for a cold flu and body aches and anxiety issues . Great way to help your patients .. again nothing bad to say about dr narducci but I think some medical receptionists need to be a little more helpful and concerned . Now I’m home need a doc and I don’t k ow where to start .

The staff are rude and unpleasant to interact with. When you call or attend an appointment they always appear unhappy, are unhelpful and have zero affect while engaged in conversation. Dr. Narducci lacks social skills and the ability to communicate effectively with her patients. It is a blessing to have left this clinic as I am now at a doctors office where the staff and doctors are friendly, compassionate and accommodating.

Dr. Samuel Lee is my parent’s family doctor. He is very professional. He gives them the time they need, no rushing patients out in 15 minutes. Pays attention to details. They are very lucky to have such a good family doctor.

The staff her are truly amazing, Nadia has a very warm personality and very much a people person. Dr Maria Chow is one of the best doctors I've come across in the last few years. She is very humble, takes her time with each and every patient. Very thorough which you can't find anymore. She addresses every aspect of her clients concerns before they leave the office. I had been looking for a female family doctor. Very pleased with this clinic, very organized, doctors and staff are professional and polite, pharmacist was very helpful too. Everything brand new. Fastest doctor's appointment I've ever had.

This clinic used to be very good, can't say the same now. Staff need to learn to listen patient's request and be reasonable, I hope you get some classes on how to talk without being rude and raising your voice. Moving out shortly.

I have a longstanding relationship (3+years) with Dr. FADHEL as well as the pharmacy here. A great doctor and really proactive. The pharmacists are really friendly and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I just recently found out they do home delivery from time to time. Mohammed from the pharmacy service is a great guy, and their delivery service is top notch. Highly recommend using their services.

Mohammad is a GEM! He is quick & helpful. He always has my prescription ready for pick up or deliver. Tonite I wasn’t able to pick up BUT he arranged a delivery to me ! I appreciate it ! Thank YOU so much for your excellent service! 10/10 stars ! ;)

One of the best medical facilities I have ever been to and happy to call it my family doctor's office. The facility is extremely clean, well kept and has the reputation in Vaughan to be one of the most modern clinics out there. Doctor Lina AI-Imari is one of the best family doctors out there. Diagnosis's you accurately, is on time, and very knowledgable about all facets of your medical record. Very caring, personable, and is an extremely nice medical professional. Would definitely recommend Dr. AI-Imari and this medical clinic for anyone looking for a new family doctor.

Very bad and painful experience. The one star I am giving just because they are easy to approach. Easy and fast appointment and no waiting time! Dr Lina is not experienced in IUD insertion at all. Wrong impression that she is expert in women’s health stuff. She attempted twice to put iud and failed to do so , rather ended up with a painful bleeding. Never go there for IUD insertion. Very horrible experience! Had it done twice in my life and never experienced this much pain. My bad luck to go to her!

I was completely satisfied with everything they did for me everything is so clean and brand new and in the waiting room there is a Pharmacy how convenient is that.the nurses and staff are very professional and care about patients.

I would like to give zero rating but i does not allow me. Reception lady name is Rupati has worst attitude and she is rude, she is not interested in her job. This clinic is worst clinic, i have experienced very bad patient care service, specially their admin staff is unprofessional and non considerate. They put you on hold for over 15 to 20 minute for no reason and they do not even call you back. They even charge you $50 no show up fees but when you call in advance they do not receive call. Receptionist has worst attitude and they are very rude. They can not keep patient like this. I am going to stop going to this clinic.

I have been visiting this clinic for almost 4 years now. Dr. Fadhel is our family doctor and he has always listened to our concerns patiently and explained the diagnosis clearly and advised accordingly. The clinic also has urgent care which is really helpful when you have small children. I have also met with other doctors in this clinic who are also very knowledgeable. The receptionists and pharmacists are friendly and helpful. Overall this clinic is highly recommended.

I have only good things to say about the Centro Medical Clinic doctors and staff. Very happy that Dr. Fadhel took me on as a new patient. About a month ago a health condition that I had deteriorated rapidly over the weekend, and I ended up calling on the Monday evening for an after-hours emergency phone consultation. Dr. Jacob Shin, who was on duty at the time, facilitated my being admitted quickly to hospital. I will always be grateful for his fast and decisive action, which resulted in very timely interventions. Mant thanks to Centro Medical Clinic. I am home again now, and feeling much better!

Dr Lina Al-Mari is just so perfect never had any issue with her I will choose her as my family dr over n over again. Yes sometimes you have to wait but every hospital you most wait bcos they have to finish with the first patient before you. I like my dr she always have time for me n my toddlers. She is the best.

Dr. Jessica Bajwa is a great family doctor and has always listened to my concerns. She is patient and extremely knowledgeable. She is very kind and compassionate.

Dr Narducci is wonderful, however the secretary is useless, not helpful, rude and looks into patients private information. Hopefully Dr Narducci changes office as I have now specified I will no longer speak or deal with the secretaries as I do not feel comfortable with them.

Clinic is new, clean, fast. Pharmacist is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Aditi Lakhani is great! She's caring and interested to hear how you are doing instead of rushing the appointment. She focuses on treatments other than just prescriptions and presents treatment options with information to allow you to decide.

We have used the clinic on numerous occasions. The staff is always helpful and professional. The clinic itself is very modern and clean, with a nice waiting area. Wonderful centre and definitely recommend.

I have been to other pharmacies but Aqil is the first and only pharmacist whom I’ve dealt with who shows care and compassion for his clients! This pharmacy is very resourceful, helpful and kind. They are on top of their job and are by far the BEST pharmacy I’ve dealt with to date. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

Website says accepting new patients under multiple doctors. I spent significant time researching the doctors and the clinic. When called to book an appointment, I was informed they are not accepting new patients and just haven't updated their website. Such a waste of time!

We contacted the office for a family doctor, we haven’t been able to find a family physician after being here for 2 years. We were given a virtual appointment with Dr. Jessica Bajwa after a month-long wait time. On the day of the appointment my wife took time off to receive the doctor’s call, however didn’t get the call or a VM, instead received an email that they couldn’t reach her or leave a VM, however in the email they had the wrong number mentioned, we called the clinic back to report that however, had to leave a message which was not responded to. When we reached out again we were told “we don’t reached appointment if you miss the meet&greet call from the doc, and are not willing to make an exception in light of the aforesaid. So frustrating! These people seem to be doing us a favour by running clinics on public money.

Very friendly and responsive. Able to easily book appointments and get information regarding prescriptions. Great with follow up both at the clinic and pharmacy.

Convenient with everything under one roof. Family practice, pharmacy, physio/massage. Aqil in the pharmacy is the best.

The facility is clean and new. The staff are friendly and approachable. The pharmacist is knowledgeable, very polite and would always be open for questions. I got my first family doctor there and she's is all I could ask for. Dr. Lakhani is very compassionate, gentle and not intimidating at all. She makes our sessions brief and direct to the point. She listens well and responds according to my needs. I never had a trouble with my appointments, as I immediately book them after each appointment. I recommend!

I called in December (as a new patient) and was told I would receive a call in the new year to schedule. No call received. When I called today, the receptionist rudely told me they aren't accepting new patients and tried to hangup before I could speak. I tried to tell her that the website states they ARE taking new patients. Updating your website to say you AREN'T taking new patients would be nice and less midleading.

Dr lina al Imari became my family doctor after I had a very bad experience with my x family dr for over 45 years !! My son in law been a patient with her for many years when I started too look for a dr she became very highly recommended. So glad I found Aqil at Pharmasave! I am a type 1 diabetic and as such I have elevated needs and expectations of my pharmacy, as I spend a lot of money each month. Other large franchise-type pharmacies have let me down time and time again. Usually one Rx doesn’t go through my benefits, and they end up charging me full pop for everything when I pick up! I am then required to submit a manual submission, resulting in running a balance on my credit card and chasing my benefits company for months. HEAD ACHES! Not with manager/owner Aqil at Pharmasave located at 7777 Westin Road. He’s like my little benefits warrior - constantly going to battle to ensure each and every prescription has gone through my benefits each month PRIOR to my arrival at his pharmacy. This makes for a stress-free visit each and every time. Aqil is so customer-focused he even ordered special flavored Dex 4’s just for me! I’ve never seen the flavors he gets at any other pharmacy! When Aqil left his prior pharmacy to open up this store, I followed him despite the fact it was an extra 40 minute drive for me. I’ve been seeing him monthly for close to 10 years now. Let that speak to his professionalism and patient-centered approach to customer care and service. He is 100% worth the drive and I will always rely on him and his staff to fulfill all my families Rx needs! Thank you Aqil for being worth your weight in gold - you are truly a professional in your field and I wholeheartedly thank you for your service!

I have been going to this clinic for a little over two years, I have had a lovely experience with Dr. Bajwa. She is always understanding of my issues and quickly responds. The reception is full of great people as well, Nadia is very kind and inviting whenever I come by.

I am a relatively new patients to the clinic however the last 2 years I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Chow, Nadia and the rest of the staff are great with any questions or concerns and extremely helpful.
