I came here based solely on the good reviews on google and boy was I wrong for doing so. Everything went smoothly until I got in to see the doctor. I was assigned Emily Dermer and in my opinion I felt there was a lack of compassion and care. As an American, I paid out of pocket for my appointment and was willing to pay out of pocket for any further testing to be done. It felt as if her only concern was getting through her patient list so she could go home at the end of the day. Throughout my entire 10 minute appointment she was reading chats that came up about other patients on her screens and told me to give her a second as I was talking, so she could read the message. Then she Continuously referred to the fact that other patients were waiting so I couldn’t go through all of my concerns with her unless I paid out of pocket for another appointment. She does not care about your concerns so if something is seriously wrong, or you want to be listened to about your ailments, I highly recommend going elsewhere. I can’t speak on the other doctors here but she was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I ended up going to a different clinic and doctor the same day and he was the most compassionate person. Listened to all of my concerns, sent me for various testing for everything that I needed and booked a follow up (for free) to go through my results. If I could give 0 stars to this place I would

The reviews don’t seem to be real. I am not feeling well and checked google online and find this walk in clinic with good review. Spent 30 dollars on Uber and arrived on 7:20pm. No doctors are present, even though the closing time is 8pm. They also don’t accept walk in which is not what listed on google. People chose walk in clinic usually when they really not feeling well. Felt it is waste of time, energy and money because of inaccurate info listed publicly. Very disappointed.

I have been with them for years and generally found them well organized and responsive. However, that seems to change. I had an appointment with Dr Auspitz a week ago. He did not call and nobody bothered to contact me. This was before he left for 6 weeks! Until today, nobody got back to me to even inform me what is going on or reschedule my appointment. I don't even know if they are still open.

This place used to be the best, but they have transitioned to being solely a virtual clinic. I found the care to be awful because they won't meet you and just ask for pictures. They can use the coronavirus excuse all they want but medical offices have been reopened for quite a long time, and of course, hospitals have been seeing people nonstop. Sad change. Find another place if you have need of a walk in clinic

My experience with Watson Medical Team was beyond my belief. This is the best team of medical staff I have had been around in a long time. I had a wonderful experience when coming in to Watson Medical Clinic! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend a visit to Watson Medical Clinic! I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors. Dr. Mark Auspitz is one of the most caring doctors I have the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. He does not rush you in and out, he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful service!

Hands down five stars to both the clinic and my doctor Dr. Alexandra Copeland. I reached out to the clinic after having had a horrible experience with the services of my previous clinic, and immediately received a reply by email that two doctors were taking in new patients with a 4-5 month wait time for Greet & Meet. I picked Dr. Copeland and waited exactly 5 months to get enrolled as promised. Every time I reached out by email I was able to receive a reply promptly. Dr. Copeland is very thorough and reliable. I had had a couple of small ailments here and there for years and I felt comfortable bringing them up to her, and every time she listened attentively, referred me to the right specialist/services to address them and remembered to follow up with me. The appointment booking system is very user-friendly and works flawlessly. The clinic makes it clear on its website that appointments could start later than scheduled due to unavoidable lengthening of earlier appointments which I accept, and I've never waited for more than 20 minutes at a scheduled appointment (compared to 1.5 hours at my previous clinic with its nightmarish appointment booking process). So far I've had all my appointments over video, but I went to the clinic once to collect a sample, and saw that the clinic was small, clean, well organized and efficient. I've recommended the clinic to friends and family.

Terrible. Abandon patients. Test details unclear, incorrectly scheduled and communicated. Appointment times and frequencies inaccurate, if they call you at all. Covid. The excuse to never see a patient in person. They use and abuse this to your detriment and their advantage. AVOID

I had a high fever all night. First thing in the morning of May 26, 2023, I dragged my feet to this walking clinic. The door was locked and after fusing with it for a few minutes the receptionist came to slightly open it After the "How may I help you" she asked if I booked the appointment online. When I said no, and could not book it that instant, she assured me that they had nothing booked that day, so I could go book and go back anytime for the doctor to see me I don't know how good the doctor is, but I'm questioning their humanity

Angelo, the staff that answers emails was very rude. He didn't address my concerns and instead replied with a mocking tone. The clinic didn't do anything about it; they don't see a problem.

Initially had a couple of issues as it was hard to contact them -- totally understandable as I reached out right during the holidays and in the middle of pandemic. Despite the incredible workload, I was able to get the help I needed in timely manner. The doctor called me right away after receiving my lab tests and went through the results with me on the phone, discussed further treatment and scheduled a follow up. So far very happy with the service.

Doctor was over 20 minutes late and nobody informed me. Apparently it’s their policy that all appointments are within a time window of 1 hour, but I was never informed until after the fact. Very unprofessional.

I just returned from this clinic and I want to say a big thank you to the doctor and staff. It was my first experience of contacting this clinic and it was wonderful, polite and qualified staff is such a rarity now, thank you for that! I left there with a strong feeling that I had visited a clinic in Zurich and not in Toronto. This is awesome, keep it up!

Decent first experience with Dr. Hyman, all follow up appts were with Dr Laura Narducci who did not seem to even bother to read through my case file the first time. For a fractured wrist, she referred me to a doctor who had a 4 month wait. When I called back and asked for another referral, she sent me to a doctor who no longer works at the recommended practice... With this happening so many times I would expect her to at least call before and check that they're taking patients/still employed. Tried calling this morning 4 times to deal with it and no one picked up. UPDATE: Dr. Hyman promptly called me after this scenario and referred me to another dr. It's clear he has pride in his clinic and takes his job seriously. Hopefully the rest of the team at Watson Medical can do the same!

Dr. Hyman is an amazing doctor with a great passion for Medicine. He takes time to listen my issues and concerns and diagnose my problems very thoroughly. He is exceptionally bright at what he does especially for the complex medial cases that no other doctor can solve. I am so grateful to have him be my doctor. Thank you Dr Hyman and staff for your compassion and dedication to your patients.

We are patients of Dr. Auspitz. He is just amazing! I have also a four year old who falls sick all the time after starting school. Watson Medical has been responsive every single time. The email address works wonders. We have met a few doctors at the clinic and they are all amazing, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I get calls from Dr. Auspitz every time my blood work is due. We have been in Canada for 12 years and never received a responsible service like this before. I feel safe and a relieved to know that we have a group of Doctors who will take care of us. I would also like to thank Ryan who always welcomes us with a smile. My daughter doesn’t even cry when she gets her shots from Ryan. Well done, Dr. Hyman, you are maintaining a high profile medical clinic. I would recommend the clinic to anyone I know. Thank you very much!

Went to this location after looking for a walk in clinic near by with decent reviews, but got surprised how much better it is. I got an Dr. Alina Zaltzman and she is absolutely amazing. The combination of professionalism and genuine care is something I always lack in Canada. She actually listened through all my concerns and worked together with me to make sure my health is in a good shape. What shocked me is that after a day or two Dr. Zaltzman called me and followed up with some more details I already forgot about, which shows that she cares about her patients. Besides the doctor, this clinic has an amazing laboratory staff and very pleasant receptionists.

This is not a walking clinic, this clinic is advertised incorrectly!!!! The staff are unhelpful and ignorant. While there are zero patients in the waiting room to be admitted, they don’t admit patients.

The worst clinic for booking appointments. They dont pick their phone, and their website gives a error when ever you want to book an appointment. They do not accept walk ins. And they are not cooperative in helping you booking an appointment when you go to the clinic

I found this clinic to be very efficient and organized. I was taken in immediately and met with Dr. Copeland. She was thorough, asked alot of questions and reviewed the treatment plan with me as well as necessary followup. They even have a lab on premises now. I was impressed, in and out in 30 minutes including blood work and I feel confident in a correct diagnosis.

I give 5 stars from my experiences with Dr Auspitz. He was extremely responsive to any concerns presented to him and I felt bodily autonomy was respected. I never had to go back and forth just to get a referral or if requesting a specific kind of medication that I had experience with already. Even when it was busy he seemed attentive and wait times were always reasonable. Sometimes it would be booked up for a few days ahead but I would just visit a walk in clinic for those occasions. The clinic has a lifelabs on site which was very quick to use. Reception staff are also quick to respond to emails. I did have one experience last year with a medical assistant regarding being masked. It raised accessibility concerns at the time. It is worth noting that they did complete the appointment 'curbside'. I dont recall if he still works there but if he does there's been no issues since and I've found the whole team to be professional. The clinic entrance has wheelchair accessibility buttons. It was a bit tight to get a stroller past the waiting area to the back rooms, I've visited with a single and a double stroller and managed to fit a single inside the assesment rooms. Staff were always accomodating and assisted if needed by moving any obstructions, such as a garbage can and water dispenser. I found the clinic to be respectful of breastfeeding also. Really content with my experiences here and the standards upheld by Dr Auspitz.

I am very fortunate to have Dr. Debbsou as my doctor. He is very understanding, he listens and works with you to find a solution to your issues. He truly cares for his patients and wants to do what’s best for them. I can’t thank him enough for always being there for me. My interactions with the clinic has always been a positive one. The receptionists have all been very wonderful with me and they have always responded to me in a timely and friendly manner. I had a recent pleasure of speaking with Dr. Hyman and he has also been amazing, very thorough, and professional to get to the root of my issues. Thank you to Dr. Debbsou, Dr. Hyman and Clinic staff at Watson Medical for everything that you do. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend them!

Good clinic that is fast, however they are NOT a walk-in clinic. I suggest removing the photo on your page saying “walk-ins welcome” to avoid further confusion. Sounds like I am not the only one who showed up thinking it was a walk-in.

Waited an hour on my first visit, to meet the doctor. After filling out tons of paperwork, never even seen. Left after an hour. Was asked if I wanted to reschedule. This is how they treat a new patient? Zero regard for my time. Will not be pursuing a physician from a clinic with these types of wait times. Not even an apology or an explanation

They are NOT walk in clinic, they only take appointments and don't expect you can see the doctor tomorrow, it gonna takes you after 4 days or more. New clients don't waste your time to come here.

This is the best clinic I have been to so far. I went to the clinic in search of a family practitioner and I had booked an appointment to meet with Dr Zaltzman. From the point I arrived till I left I did not wait anywhere. It was very professional and efficient. Dr Zaltzman took the time to explain the process of being on her roster and what I could expect from her as my GP/FP. She wasn't in any rush to get me out and patiently listened to my description of my current condition. Even on her non-working day she took the time to help me refill my prescription which I bungled up. Angelo and Christine (the front office) are very prompt and clear with their responses. I believe I bombarded Angelo with a dozen emails and he showed no signs of annoyance and responded to each email. The clinic attendant at the lifelab was very friendly and cheerful as well. If you are looking for a FP I would recommend you get an appointment with Dr Zaltzman before she stops accepting new patients. You cannot go wrong with her and the clinic as part of your healthcare team. I am glad I found this clinic.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Dr. Sun over the phone for a virtual meeting regarding a tonsil infection that was causing me tremendous pain. She has a very caring nature to her -- it's evident in the tone of her voice. She has excellent bedside manners (although this was a phone conversation), and made me feel comfortable/reassured. She went into great detail about tonsil infections: who's commonly affected, what typical treatments look like, when to visit the clinic or ER if certain symptoms persist, etc. She spent a good 20 minutes discussing my concerns with me, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

I was connected with this clinic (Watson Medical) via the Dial-a-Doc system. Following a minor injury that required a trip to the ER and antibiotics, I developed a reaction to the meds and decided to try an online solution rather than going back to the ER. I'm very glad I did as the process was very thorough, professional, and timely. I was initially connected with the Clinic Director Dr. Hyman and during our initial brief discussion, determined that I needed to have some lab work completed before he could confirm his diagnosis. He indicated what he thought I had and what the treatment would be, but did not want to over-prescribe additional meds without the lab results first. Watson's office staff were very detailed and quick to field my questions and arranged several call-backs with Dr. Hyman throughout the whole process. I was skeptical about using this type of online medical service but I was extremely happy with the level of care and professionalism throughout. My final follow-up call was with another doctor from the clinic and she was equally impressive as my previous calls with Dr. Hyman and the office staff; suggesting to me that I would have been well served by any of the doctors at this clinic, not solely because my condition aligned with the Medical Directors specialty. Thank you Watson Medical team.

The doctors are the best at Watson Medical. They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and thorough. I have only ever received the highest quality care when using it as a walk in clinic or to see my primary care physician.

On multiple occasions, Dr. Stoianov has been condescending and dismissive. E.g. "Many people have ___, the reason why doesn't matter. The treatment is the same." Um, excuse me? A diagnosis is important. That being said, Dr. Auspitz is thorough and helpful.

My family member had an appointment here and they sent her away in like 2 minutes. Very unprofessional and rude. Don't think I'll ever go this clinic. Update: They called and sorted things out. Thank you Watson Clinic. We understand that these are difficult times so I am happy that we have resolved this issue.

This clinic and its staff are exceptional! They work as a team to deliver outstanding care. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient and reliable. I have been with Watson Medical since December 2019. I'm very happy that I became a patient here, since this clinic is easily one of the best I've been to. Dr. Auspitz is my doctor and he is always attentive, empathetic, and thorough. I'm also currently under the excellent care of Dr. Hyman, who is working with me to stabilize my blood pressure (with great success so far). It's wonderful to me that this clinic is clearly composed of a team that is invested in doing the best for their patients. Also, I've always felt safe the few times I've had to go to the clinic for an appointment in person during the pandemic. The clinic is clean and there are clear procedures in place to mitigate the spread of viruses. Overall, I can't recommend Watson Medical highly enough.

After I had a telemedicine session with Dr. Copeland, my impression was that she is very good and listened well to what I needed. The call came on time too. Just too bad that she isn’t accepting any new patients for the time being so I’m out of luck. Also, I’m very impressed with all the admin staff. When you ask a question by email, they answer you very quickly. I really appreciated this.

Although I did have a good experience seeing a doctor here in the past and was hoping I could continue seeing this doctor, I recently came to the decision to stop utilizing this clinic due to the horrible, unprofessional and poor administrative customer service. The phone lines do not work and you can never get through to the front desk when you call. The online portal for booking medical appointments has many technological glitches which makes it super difficult to book an appointment online, which you are encouraged to do even though the clinic is advertised as a walk-in clinic.  When you do try to reach out via email to the Admin team for help, the email communication from them is so harsh, rash and unprofessional. They speak to you as if you are a bother and offer no practical solutions to address your concerns. They seem to forget that they are dealing with sick patients who require patience, sensitivity, and empathy while seeking health care. I will not be going back as I am a firm believer in providing excellent customer service to ill patients and importantly, treating patients with dignity, kindness and respect. The Admin team’s customer service is so rude and uninviting. I was completely turned off by the unprofessionalism and although this clinic is the closest to me in terms of distance and would be the easiest to get to, I would rather go elsewhere than subject myself to unkindness just because I am vulnerable, in need and sick.
