    I've been a longtime customer and satisfied with the products - however, it seems that if there is an issue with TSC lacking in customer service. 800 # offers only a phone tree and no way to call about an issue without going through the sales desk then getting transferred to wait for an agent. I've been billed in error and somehow landed in auto billing . After a 53 minute wait for an agent I was GUARANTEED that I would be seeing a refund and that no more charges would appear. Well a month later I've been charged again and have now been on hold for 57 minutes while I wait for someone. Chat is no better as after 25 minutes waiting for the agent - I was disconnected the minute they logged on. TSC is losing a good and long term customer due to their lack of attention to dealing with issues.

    A mess of an organization and very painful to deal with customer service. Had to call three times in order to get an item replaced which had arrived damaged (they item shipped it with only little packaging). Each previous time I called I got another excuse as to why they couldn't help ("we can't contact the warehouse", "the system is down", "I'll need to escalate it and we'll call you back"). I never got a call back. Update: I finally reached someone on the third call that could help me. But they had the audacity to charge me return shipping on a damaged product return. And they forgot to ship out the replacement item. I am not sure how this place stays in business with service this bad.

    DO NOT BUY JEWELERY FROM HERE! The shopping channel does not back their vendors and are not responsible. If you buy "genuine" jewelry and it ends up being fake after the 90 days they cannot help you. I purchased a gold and diamond dust pendant for over $200 assuming it was real. A year later I realize it is not a genuine price of jewelry. They will not do anything for you past 90 days. They do not back their vendors. With jewelry unless you wear it everyday or take it to get assessed right after you buy it, 90 days will not tell you anything. Be careful! Customer service is not helpful. I am attaching their response that suggests to take it to a cleaner....even though I told the representative it is not a cleaning issue and I have had a jeweler look at it. They do not care, after 90 days representatives just say they cannot help. I spoke to several on the phone and sent several emails nothing.

    I ordered a birthday present for my son. The item did not arrive Customer Service suggested I contact Canada Post and start my own service ticket. They replied that only the sender can do that. My email to TSC customer service was replied to about an item that was ordered a few months ago. I eventually found out the item was lost and they refunded me but did not inform me. The item is no longer available. customer service sucks. I will not order again from TSC.

    Worst customer service of all time. Rip off return policies. Don't bother buying electronics from this place all refurbished and used. Apple don't give support for any products bought from The Shopping Channel as they are third party sellers. Misleading advertisements for Tech support and cheap quality bundled offers all China made. Delivery of electronics can take up from one to three months. I am done with this place.

    Purchased a laptop and when it didn’t ship out on the shipping date I contacted customer support and was told the vendor had up to 21 business days so I have to wait another week. Again nothing ships out contact customer support again I’m told it’s going to ship out on a specific date one week later. Item doesn’t ship out again finally after convincing customer to contact the company customer support decides to send an email to the laptop company and tell me to check back 3 days later. I check back three days later and it turns out they’ve received an email from the vendor saying they no longer sell that product. After explaining that I’ve waited over a month for my product to ship for them to just now figure out they don’t have my item they tell me I can order something else but again it will be the same timeline and no offer of discount for all of the inconvenience took my business elsewhere will never shop there again. Oh and they still have that laptop on the website for someone else to buy and find out 35 days later they don’t sell it

    Absolutely terrible service. I ordered the vitamix saturday night as it was on for their showstopper at 10pm. The order went through my credit card was charged and come tuesday everything was fine, item was in warehouse, but that night when I checked the status it had been cancelled by tsc due to my mother's account being on hold. RIDICULOUS. Now they will not honor the original cost/product. I am beyond angry. They've just lost a long time customer. I am done with tsc.

    Terrible service. 2nd instance of TSC not providing an item on their website. The item did not arrive and I was informed that it would be followed up on. I called several times over a 6 week period to only find out my item is no longer being carried so out of luck. Horrible service.

    I only gave TSC 1 out of 5 because there was no other option. This company even does not deserve a 1 star. My rating is below 0, may be -5. The company doesn't know what customer service means. I will never purchase another product from these bunch of thieves. All customer service associates are rude and unprofessional. I purchased an expensive Breville Kettle from them and received a used one instead of a new. Furthermore it was showing temperature in Fahrenheit instead of Centigrade. That means it was not even for use in Canada. I called customer service multiple times and they always provided wrong information. This is the worst company to buy anything from. The best course of action for me is to file a complaint with the consumer protection department to expose these thieves.

    Absolutely the most frustrating place I’ve ever bought from. I purchased some sheets which came in a partial shipment. I received the first part and sent it back because I didn’t like it and the second part got lost because it was shipped to the wrong receiving place. I’ve never seen them yet I’m still waiting for a refund almost a month later. Nobody gets back to me and there’s no excuse for this. Stay away from this place at all costs. You can’t even get through to a customer service agent because the lines are an hour and a half waiting time. And the live chat agent doesn’t exist half the time, so you can’t even talk to someone there. I’m so upset with this place I’m never shopping there again and I suggest nobody ever should if this is how you’re treated when something goes wrong. If you know that you can get something else a lot less expensive and a lot faster at a nearby store, do yourself a favour and DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

    I’d give 0 stars if this was an option. I’ve had a terrible experience in my first time ordering with TSC. I ordered a kettle a month ago that’s yet to be shipped. When contacting customer care, they took no accountability other than saying they’ll follow up with the vendor. They went as far as to say I should have followed up earlier. When I asked for a refund since it wasn’t shipped, they said they can request it from the vendor (who at this point I’m not even sure exists) but it can’t be guaranteed. I emailed customer care and no response. I really try to buy local but I feel scammed. No product, no ETA (target shipping date still says a month ago), no updates on my order even after following up, and I can’t get my $200 back! TSC, please either send me my kettle and give me my money back. There has to be customer protection laws around this!

    BEWARE: TSC does not care if your order gets to you once it is shipped out. Their tracking system is NOT in sync with the courier/Purolator website. Only if you check yourself will you realize that something is not going well with your order. In the meantime, TSC will continue charging your credit card.

    I placed an order last month and paid $25.94 for UPS 1/2 my order came via Canada post I was told it was due to a glitch in the system that occurred the day I placed my order. Those items arrived even with the strike. The other ones that were sent via UPS have all yet to arrive. In fact I was told one has not even left the warehouse yet. I called on the 28th of November and was advised my concerns would be looked into. Called again a few days ago and was advised that they would have my items leave the warehouse. Still no tracking # for one of my items. Called again today and spoke to the worst representatives in human history Chae. She was talking over me did nto answer all my enquiries. Very disrespectful and the Supervisor Hafsah refused to come on the phone as she said it was not her job to come that it is a Supervisor named Kevin who takes escalations and I should receive a call back in 2-3 business days. I think we are well past that time since the 28th of November when I first escalated my concerns. Still no one to address them or provide a resolution. I have ordered from the Shopping Channel many times before and was happy with the service provided and the delivery of my items. This has been by far the worst experience and I am appauled that the Supervisor Hafsah refused to come on the phone to take ownership of this to ensure there is a resolution or the very least state that she will personally follow-up with Kevin to ensure he calls me back. What a horrible representation of your organization. I would recommend that you review the call as they are supposed to be recorded for Quality assurance purposes as this is one that you could use for training on how not to handle an enquiry. So disappointing to experience what the shopping channel has become.

    Returned number of products. They refused to refund the money. Retail stores are much better that they return the money for products. Changing the number of payments on their own. No transparency of customer due amount. On top of it the amounts of returned products are sitting in the due/liabilities of customers account in the balance of total due payments of easy pay. It is affecting the credit of customers like me without any reason. Never got the response from resolution team for the due amount or monthly statements. Chaotic management.

    The Shopping Channel has ignored me and refused to refund me $90. I attempted to exchange a product but they charged my credit card twice promising to refund a payment once they recieced their item back. I followed instuctions exactly using the returm label they provided. Since then I called twice dealing with their extremely frustrating automated telephone service and was told they had to do an inquiry that would take 3 days. They never got back to me or refunded my credit card. They also didn't send back the product. So I lose and they callously get to behave this way. All emails are being ignored. I will never do business with them again.

    Terrible customer service, I ordered a product and was being told it would be with me before Christmas. When I realize that is not going to happen and try to arrange to go pick it up, cant do that as the order is in the warehouse and they can only send them emails that they appear to ignore. Then I try cancelling, cant do that because the order is in the warehouse. This is worse experience I have had and their staff could not even tell me when deliveries would commence after Xmas break. What a joke!!!!!!!!! Oh you got a one star because I cant post unless I choose a star rating

    I wish I can give them negative stars. I have called and emailed several times regarding my partially shipped order. A case has been started and was assured that someone will call me to discuss the matter. No one has called me yet. I am extremely disappointed as this was a birthday present that I could give to my child. I ordered a laptop on 28th November and all i got was a software card and no laptop yet. Trying to speak to the resolution team is a nightmare, no one gets back to you. Please don't order a gift for a special occasion as there is no guarantee that you will get it on time.

    I just received my order and I want to order a second one. Trying to do business with this company is a joke! Even though my order was shipped under my original e-mail address the company continues to deny I exist! Phone them ? You’ve got to be kidding!! They won’t respond to phone calls as they want everything done online. It’s a two-bit organization when they can’t have human interaction. I’ll go to Amazon to find the same product. Screw TSC!!

    Please don't buy anything from here. I ordered one jacket December 29 and they sent me the wrong one yesterday. Altogether, I spent over 6 hours on the phone in total trying to reach their non-existent customer service centre and still nobody came on the line. Over 6-hours! I waited for almost 3 hours yesterday on the line to no avail. Their callback option is also rubbish because no one will call you back. Last night I had to go to Canada Post to return the rubbish I was sent yesterday morning. I'm sure they've received it today or will by tomorrow. I'm just waiting to get my refund back in my credit card. Please stay away from buying from this company. Save yourself all these stress. They're highly unethical and unprofessional. There should be an option to give 0 star on here. Update: They did not issue back my full refund. After sending me the wrong item and me having to go to the post office to return it, they took some money out of my credit card and did not give me back the amount I had paid for it. You send me the wrong thing, even though what I purchased from your website is right there on my account for you to see and then you charge me for your mistake? Wow. The jacket I had ordered, I ended up finding at a store, so purchasing it from them was really a waste of money and time, not to mention the unnecessary stress I didn't need. Please look elsewhere and buy from another website or look in stores. This isn't the company to shop with.

    If you do not have enough stress in your life, try ordering something from this sad excuse for a company. Horrible experience from the beginning, and no end in sight to the terrible way they conduct themselves. This was the worst shopping experience imaginable in Canada. Absolutely horrendous.

    I read all the negative comments and am quite surprised. I have been shopping at TSC for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem that hasn't been resolved successfully. I have bought health, beauty, electronics, clothes, handbags. And will continue to do so. Am sorry that some of you had a bad experience. I have not so far.

    First and last time buying with TSC. I chose it over Amazon to give it a try, but their delivery and customer services are horrible. I ordered my items over a week ago with an estimated delivery date of 3-4 days. It's not passed that, and when I called TSC, they only say the items are in the warehouse and there's nothing they can do. I tried to cancelled the order, but TSC didn't allow me to do so, because the order supposedly was on its way - BUT the rep kept saying it's in the warehouse. Don't by from the TSC - stay with your local shop or even Amazon.

    I purchased an item with TSC that was approximately $400.00 and I was unaware that there was FREE Shipping for items over $150.00. I called and spoke with customer service, to be credited with the shipping fee and was informed that because the purchase is over 30 days they cannot credit the shipping. The customer service representative explained that it is buyer beware and the onus is on the customer to know the clauses and agreements of the shopping channel. Even if I had called in to place the order, it is not the agent responsibility to apply the shipping code if you do not let them know. I explained to her when I bought the item, the free shipping of over $150.0.0 was not mentioned and that I only realized when I was reading all the fine print and agreements online on TSC. Her response was, the host says it all the time so maybe I did not hear it. What a disappointing customer experience! As the fact is, this information was not on the website with the product nor did the host mention it in the videos for the few days I was looking at the product before deciding to purchase it. Needless to say, the call ended with me not getting the shipping free reimbursed for a service that I qualified for and being told that it is the buyer responsibility to know all the agreements and policy of the shopping channel and not the agent responsibility to share any information. Honestly don't recall when was the last time I experienced this level of service. I will definitely be thinking twice before I make any future purchases on TSC!

    AVOID!!!! AVOID!! AVOID!!! Worst customer service I've already experienced thus far! 1) My husband ordered the Blendtec as a gift for me because I wanted to start incorporating juicing into our diet as I've been having some health issues was hoping that this would help. The Blendtec happened to be on sale on November 7th and was supposed to be delivered by November 11th and STILL NOTHING!!! 2) Called to check on my order because when my husband and I checked the order on their website, it said "Order Placed" on November 7th. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told that the blender is sitting at their warehouse so I had to wait until it was 5 days after the day that I've placed the order to file a rush order to their warehouse. 3) Had to call back just so they can fill a rush order on their end. The customer representative then told me to call back the following Monday (I had called on either the Thursday or Friday, can't remember as I had to call them a few times) to check to see if their warehouse had received the rush order that the customer representative had put in. 4) One of the representatives then told me that because it's the Christmas shopping season so that's why they don't know when I'll be receiving my blender. I MAY receive it before Christmas!!! 5) Just called today and gave one of the customer representatives the case number, I was then told that because my husband had bought it for me and my name isn't in his profile, she can't tell me anything about my account!!! Hello!! why didn't you guys say that the first time and I could have done this already!!! She then told me that I can go into his profile online and add my name if I can't get him on the phone to verify. He wasn't able to get on the phone because he was on a conference call at work. I tried to log into his account and had some issues and asked if she could help because the password didn't match with the name as I was trying to communicate with him via Whatsapp while he was working. She told me that no, she can't stay on the line and help me as she had a time limit that she's allowed to be on each call. WTH is this kind of customer service!!! I now have to wait for someone to call me back again to verify how I can add my name to his account online as we wouldn't able to locate this information on their website. 6) Can't seem to get through anyone on their Facebook messenger and on their website even though, they said otherwise. This is the first time that we've ordered from this company and this will be our last time.

    I ordered my first product from TSC and it was defective - so I attempted to do an exchange (for the same product I bought, just not broken) and my dealings with customer service was horrible. I was transfered around for 20 minutes, having to repeat my information - then I was cut off. In the end I was told that they can't guarantee an exchange due to stock quantities, and I can return my broken product but won't see a refund for 3-4 weeks :(

    Disappointed. Got suggested by a friend to check the company out. Placed two individual orders. Days later, items now show back ordered. Appears that many have realized this — buying items that aren’t even in their warehouse. Back to Amazon I go.

    Ordered a showstopper item at an incredible deal. You can choose easy payments and you get to choose over how many months to pay. No hidden fees. I bought a Dyson vacuum that wasn't offered any where else for that price. Ordering was easy and I even got free shipping. Check out the website, lots to shop. They even have collectable coins , even ones from the Royal Canadian Mint. And ones from years past also. Customer service was good. She explained everything and helped me order. You can ,of course, do it all online. Not everything is a deal, though. Make sure you know what you want and compare prices. But there are some killer deals to be had. I saved over $200 by buying on TSC.

    Ignore the bad reviews. This place is on the ball! Item was at my door 3 days after ordering. Got an Amazing deal on a Nespresso machine. Had to return as I was under the impression the item was made in Italy. No fault of TSCs. Refund processed promptly. Excited to shop again!

    I bought an ionic air purifier listed as "NEW" they listed for auction through BidStreet.ca, when I won the auction and picked up the purifier it didn't work. I asked for a replacement but TSC refused. Why sell something as new and not replace a defective item? bad bad.. avoid TSC

    i didn't realize how bad customer service was with TSC until I went to their google reviews. almost 99% of people are saying how bad their customer service was. it's too late now as I already did my order and SURPRISE SURPRISE, I got the same horrible customer ladies who didn't know what they were saying. HORRIBLE!!! one person was telling me I will a refund on the price drop then when I called again to confirm, another person was telling me they don't do refund they only adjust the amount on the last payment of the instalment plan. Those are 2 different things. very inaccurate information. Another instance, they said i didn't call but instead I chatted on line, hello???? does it matter? although what I was trying to say was I literally called not chatted because the lady was telling me "no you did not call, you chatted" I'm like OMG, please these people are very inefficient. This will be my last time ordering from TSC. YOU SHOULD IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE. IT IS HORRIBLE! Sometimes there are people who are trying make ends meet and when they get charged for the wrong amount and wrong items, it matters a lot!

    Ordered a mattress and zero communication since ordering about when this thing will be shipped out or even how long it will take to get to me. Using their estimates it looks like it's going to take 4-5 weeks for a mattress to be delivered to me. When I say that is unacceptable, they don't do anything about it and won't cancel the order. Total fraudsters and worst client shopping system and service.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE 1st and only TRANSACTION over four weeks for order completion TSC/uninformed customer service/resolution dept is terrible, courier service sameday.ca god awful be cautious if ordering large electronics/furniture from the shopping channel.

    Please feel free to check out my other reviews. I’m generally a positive reviewer. But for TSC?!? Wow. Unreal customer service; the absolute worst. I ordered a Dyson vacuum 2 weeks ago. It was shipped from Mississauga, Ontario a week and a half ago. I’m in Waterloo, Ontario. Canada. I could’ve driven there and back in an afternoon to pick this stupid thing up. This vacuum has now taken a full trip around Canada, no fault of TSC. The problem is that I called to ask if maybe they could see any details that I could not see regarding the shipment. My head is still spinning; I spoke with the most arrogant ‘customer service agent’ who repeated herself like a militant superior — over and over. It shouldn't matter who I am or what I do professionally to qualify that this was obnoxious, rude, and self righteous behavior. She literally didn’t listen to me and repeated herself over and over. I have a viable question. To be treated like this is absurd. When I asked to speak with her supervisor or someone higher up, she again repeated that “SHE is custom service.” TSC invest in some effective and efficient communication decorum including active listening and empathy training.

    You should fire every last person in your customer service team, and hire people that can speak PROPER english, and who have skills to do a PROPER customer service job. RUN LIKE HELL from these folks. You get the same deals at BestBuy, Wayfair, The Brick ect , you just may miss out on the monthly payments which can be nice but not worth their service, but nowadays who doesn't have some form of installments?

    I purchased an item and was provided a total upon checkout that was different than what they charged me on my cc. I contacted customer service and was advised there was a glitch and I should not have been provided the price (cheaper) at check out. They would not honour the price provided at check out. I then disputed it with my cc company and received the credit. Six months later, I receive a letter in the mail advising I owe them the amount of the credit, or they will be sending my account to the credit bureau all for $59.89. I called customer service as this was the first and only letter I received and it was threatening to ruin my credit. They are scammers and very unprofessional in the way they handle customer issues.

    These guys are terrible! My order was returned without any explanation before I even received it. I had been waiting for over two weeks, and now I receive an email saying that the return is being processed. What's going on? Who requested the return? While the price was $100 cheaper than other websites, it wasn't worth the time I wasted with these guys. Extremely disappointed! I will never buy anything from their website again.

    People don't shop from TSC shopping channel, they are frauds. I purchased 2 laptop from last December and pay for express fee. I haven't received not even 1 of my items and TSC is taking money out of my account.U guy's are thefts. I spend my last money to buy Christmas gifts for my children, and yet still they also went through birthdays without a gift. If people fraud u guys, u ate quick to call police and have those ppl to be arrested. The same should reply to u TSC, i hope u guys have the wrost busy ever till it shut down. My children is hurt by as well as me. We need to come together and put a lawsuit on TSC,for getting these sellers are frauds and no customer service

    Please do not order through this seller...I paid everything with my credit card, and they still continue charging me monthly. I never order to pay by instalments....they charged me large amounts of shipping for each order. Will never order from TSC for the rest of my life...This is a fraude and will be reporting to the credit Boureau

    We bought the Korite Ammolite whale tail. I bought two one for him and one for me. As whales mate for life. My husband and I have been married for 44 years. So this was our treat to one another. They came really fast. When we opened the box and took out the pendant I could not believe my eyes. It is absolutely stunningly beautiful! I have never been so in love with something like this before. We get so many compliments on them. And I must add the sunlight on them words cannot explain it. Two very ecstatic people. Thank you.

    I ordered a Dell laptop in Nov , it took over 5 weeks receive. Now am having problems with same laptop. I have been calling and emailing with no help received. I have never had this experience with this company before. I am very disappointed and will think long and hard before I order again. Customer service, I don't think so.

    READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING! I should've done this. This company's customer service does not offer solutions and their processes are horrible. They take payments on incorrect days then delay your order due to their own error, they don't provide tracking numbers and expect you to magically know where your parcel is. The live chat is faulty, needs fixing as for 30 minutes I waited to be connected, just to use another device and be connected instantly. Their agents do not say the same thing, likely poor training. Avoid this company.

    Did NOT get our mattress on the estimated delivery date, and the customer service is totally sucks..., he said the system shows the delivery date is different with mine. Anyway, we need to sleep on the floor for couple days.

    I haven't used the shopping channel for years and recently purchased something on their website. I changed my address online and made my purchase. They sent me the confirmation still showing the old address. I contacted their Web Chat Customer Service because it was late at night, however their reps do not wait for 5 secs, drop off the chat right away. If your customer can wait for you for 5 mins, your rep can't even wait for 5 secs? I then had to call the customer service 1800 number, if you have an online feature to change the address, why do I still need to call to make an address change on the phone? Your backend system did not even show I had made the address change. A rep promised me to contact me back via phone within two business days to give me an update, however I heard nothing. Worst online customer services experience. Very disappointed. This is clearly a mistake on TSC's end, and now your customer has to run around and find the item.

    Absolute rio off artists! I ordered pots at $399 on Nov 7 and wanted a second set for xmas gift. I was charged $479.99 for the 2nd set (same pots)around Dec 5th. They were late and didn't deliver in time for xmas, so I called to cancel them. They said they cancelled them but then 1 set appeared at my door 2 weeks later. It was the 2nd set at $479.99. I called and said you should charge me $399.99 because I ordered them first. They said no! They never cancelled the first set of pots and still haven't shipped them. Goodbye Shopping channel, you lost a customer.

    Super bad experience i purchased an item cux it says estimate April 18 and I needed this for the 23rd it was a birthday Gift Since nothing came on the mail today April 18, I’m tracking the order it says April 25 now I called to find out only one item will probably arrive on April 25 estimate time and the other item they are unsure when it will arrive still in the warehouse My question is why would you say estimate time to arrive April 18 ??? Why don’t you say estimate 25th to May 1st ( I wouldn’t buy it / BECAUSE I NEEDED BEFORE THAT DAY) So upset

    Very poor service at TSC. TSC choose method of shipping and goods are not delivered. After approximately 6 days after shipment not received TSC provides no help in tracking down the item and we the customer are out of pocket until the item either arrives at the home address or it’s returned to them. They use Fedex for shipments who are very poor at what they do in terms of customer service. We spent a day and a half on trying to resolve this and neither Fedex or TSC really seemed to care. So much for the service side of the business after the sale. BEWARE OF HOW YOUR GOODS ARE BEING SHIPPED. You may be out of pocket thousands of dollars.

    Customer service is horrible with this Rogers owned firm. When they "claim" to make price adjustments on easy pay - they back end on the final payment, but that never do. They just hope you never remember 12 months later. Crooked ways. Let's not forget that when you chooe easy pay and they confirm it via email YET they charge you everything in ONE payment and then make up some lame excuse that other members in your household have capped out over 5K so YOU are NOt eligible for easy pay. They fail to recognoise - different household members, different accounts, they just do what they want. The finance team is impossible to get a hold of. LAWSUIT in the making for the easy pay fiasco now. These people are CROOKS

    Horrible customer service. My order is just sitting in the warehouse. I cannot change the order so that I can pick it up at the warehouse nor can I cancel my order, even though the oder us just sitting in the warehouse. Zero customer service. I would have been better off ordering off of Amazon.

    Holding on to my refund for almost a month now for an order that was never shipped. Agent says that the management is yet to approve my refund. Bunch of fraudsters, never buy anything from them.
