I've
already
experienced
thus
far!
1)
My
husband
ordered
the
Blendtec
as
a
gift
for
me
because
I
wanted
to
start
incorporating
juicing
into
our
diet
as
I've
been
having
some
health
issues
was
hoping
that
this
would
help.
The
Blendtec
happened
to
be
on
sale
on
November
7th
and
was
supposed
to
be
delivered
by
November
11th
and
STILL
NOTHING!!!
2)
Called
to
check
on
my
order
because
when
my
husband
and
I
checked
the
order
on
their
website,
it
said
"Order
Placed"
on
November
7th.
When
I
finally
got
someone
on
the
phone,
I
was
told
that
the
blender
is
sitting
at
their
warehouse
so
I
had
to
wait
until
it
was
5
days
after
the
day
that
I've
placed
the
order
to
file
a
rush
order
to
their
warehouse.
3)
Had
to
call
back
just
so
they
can
fill
a
rush
order
on
their
end.
The
customer
representative
then
told
me
to
call
back
the
following
Monday
(I
had
called
on
either
the
Thursday
or
Friday,
can't
remember
as
I
had
to
call
them
a
few
times)
to
check
to
see
if
their
warehouse
had
received
the
rush
order
that
the
customer
representative
had
put
in.
4)
One
of
the
representatives
then
told
me
that
because
it's
the
Christmas
shopping
season
so
that's
why
they
don't
know
when
I'll
be
receiving
my
blender.
I
MAY
receive
it
before
Christmas!!!
5)
Just
called
today
and
gave
one
of
the
customer
representatives
the
case
number,
I
was
then
told
that
because
my
husband
had
bought
it
for
me
and
my
name
isn't
in
his
profile,
she
can't
tell
me
anything
about
my
account!!!

why
didn't
you
guys
say
that
the
first
time
and
I
could
have
done
this
already!!!
She
then
told
me
that
I
can
go
into
his
profile
online
and
add
my
name
if
I
can't
get
him
on
the
phone
to
verify.
He
wasn't
able
to
get
on
the
phone
because
he
was
on
a
conference
call
at
work.
I
tried
to
log
into
his
account
and
had
some
issues
and
asked
if
she
could
help
because
the
password
didn't
match
with
the
name
as
I
was
trying
to
communicate
with
him
via
Whatsapp
while
he
was
working.
She
told
me
that
no,
she
can't
stay
on
the
line
and
help
me
as
she
had
a
time
limit
that
she's
allowed
to
be
on
each
call.
WTH
is
this
kind
of
customer
service!!!
I
now
have
to
wait
for
someone
to
call
me
back
again
to
verify
how
I
can
add
my
name
to
his
account
online
as
we
wouldn't
able
to
locate
this
information
on
their
website.

Can't
seem
to
get
through
anyone
on
their
Facebook
messenger
and
on
their
website
even
though,
they
said
otherwise.
This
is
the
first
time
that
we've
ordered
from
this
company
and
this
will
be
our
last
time.
