We
checked
into
room
2122
about
6pm
Good
Friday,
April
7
and
checked
out
Easter
Monday,
April
10.
I
would
not
give
this
hotel
more
than
3
stars,
maybe
2.5.
Here's
why.
When
we
checked
in,
the
front
desk
clerk
was
wearing
her
mask
under
her
chin
and
wore
it
that
way
throughout
our
interaction.
All
other
employees
in
the
lobby
except
a
woman
who
looked
to
be
a
manager
were
wearing
masks.
I
don't
care
whether
Holiday
Inn
requires
its
staff
to
wear
masks
but
if
they
do,
the
policy
should
be
uniformly
applied
from
top
to
bottom.
Housekeeping
staff
and
a
manager
we
observed
when
we
checked
out
did
not
wear
masks
at
all.
Our
room
was
very
warm,
as
were
the
common
areas
on
our
floor.
We
called
the
desk
the
morning
of
April
8
and
a
gentleman
from
Maintenance
arrived
within
an
hour
to
address
the
issue.
He
did
this
successfully,
the
temperature
was
fine
the
rest
of
our
stay.
The
room
was
fine,
but
I
would
not
call
it
spacious.
The
water
to
the
bathroom
sink
is
RIDICULOUSLY
low.
It
comes
in
a
virtual
trickle
from
the
tap,
it
takes
at
least
12
seconds
to
fill
one
of
the
plastic
glasses
provided
by
the
hotel.
Trying
to
rinse
a
facecloth
is
an
exercise
in
futility.
Housekeeping
wasn't
great.
We
left
our
2
facecloths
with
the
used
towels
after
night
1
and
they
weren't
replaced.
The
cleaning
attendant
provided
replacements
upon
request
on
morning
1.
On
our
last
morning,
the
plastic
glass
I
was
using
was
discarded
and
not
replaced.
This
left
my
roommate
and
I
to
share
a
facecloth
and
plastic
drinking
glass,
unless
we
wanted
to
call
the
desk
and
wait
for
replacements
to
arrive.
The
staff
were
universally
friendly
and
helpful.
If
you
get
a
good
rate
and/or
are
staying
a
single
night,
this
hotel
is
fine.
Do
not
book
it
if
you
are
looking
for
anything
more
than
a
satisfactory
experience,
however.
PLEASE
DO
SOMETHING
ABOUT
THE
WATER
DELIVERY
TO
THE
BATHROOMS.
