To begin, the room (in the tower nearest the front of the hotel) was in poor condition; no fan in the bathroom, and with a <7’ ceiling, it was cramped. The bed was very uncomfortable, but perhaps you might like a soft bed. But be warned, rooms are tiny with antiquated (read: loud) mechanical systems. The airport shuttle was very much behind schedule, running 15 minutes off the advised schedule. For an airport hotel, this makes planning a challenge. While seated at the bar, was accosted by some random drunk guy who didn’t appear to be staying at the hotel. He was later seen bothering other patrons in the lobby. He challenged me to and others to a fight. No thanks. I mentioned it to the bartender, who shouldn’t have to deal with random walk-ins like this. No security? The desk staff were as unhelpful as could be. Last night of a 12 day road trip, and this was easily the poorest service I’ve experienced, at least on this trip. At check in, I had to pry from the clerk the information about kitchen hours. He insisted that the restaurant closed at 10; after asking more and more specific questions, he finally acknowledged that yes, the bar was still serving food until midnight or so. Why not lead with that when asked about food service, instead of simply, “no, the restaurant closes at 10” over and over? It was comical, according to an associate travelling with me. “He doesn’t seem to want us to know we can grab a bite!” On checkout, I noted my Hilton Honors account wasn’t listed. Was told that because I booked “through Expedia” I didn’t qualify. Fine, as far as that goes, but I did not book through Expedia. “Says here you did” while gesturing at her computer screen - I offered to show her my booking, only to be told, “doesn’t matter, says here you did” until I decided that it wasn’t worth pursuing. Best course of action? I’ll find a different airport hotel when connecting overnight from now on. I suggest you do the same.

Warning! This is definitely NOT a four star hotel. The most important criteria for us is cleanliness and this place was a TOTAL failure. Our room was filthy. Please take a look at my photos and judge for yourself. All the hard surfaces were dirty, dusty, grimy, sticky, and scuffed up. There was even mold on the shower curtain. The linens and towels were worn and scrappy. The thermostat did not work and the air was too stifling to allow for any restful sleep. The sliding door to the tiny washroom did not close properly and did not provide any privacy nor soundproofing. They charged us for two nights even though we had to check out after the first night fiasco and we are still waiting for the credit back.

Stayed here for a conference. There were a large amount of people checking in, but they were very efficient and quick at getting us into our rooms. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. They are very clean and well equipped with glasses, fridge, coffee and tea, bathroom necessities. The bathroom is a good size with lots of storage. The catered food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I didn't use the lobby or the bar, but it looked very lively and energetic. The only negatives were I could hear people using the bathroom in the rooms around me and the hotel is very isolated if you don't have a car. No stores close by to grab snacks or other small necessities. I was on the second floor and could hear traffic and airplanes. The room had lots of electrical outlets, but only one USB charging dock on the alarm clock. I found the air quality dry and dusty when the air conditioning unit was blowing out air. The carpets are very clean, but the bathroom floor had drops of something sticky.

The staff was very friendly and professional, the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed my stay the only reason why I didn't give 4 star was the bathroom doesn't have door a little slide on. No privacy and paid parking for hotel guest $30 day. overall 3 star hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel's convenient location near the airport made it a perfect choice for my travel needs. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional hotel staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable bed and quality linens provided a restful night's sleep, while the modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge, added convenience to my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped with a variety of exercise machines, allowing me to maintain my workout routine. The indoor pool and spa area were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options to suit different preferences. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From providing local recommendations to promptly addressing any requests or concerns, their dedication to delivering a memorable experience was evident throughout my stay. The Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites exceeded my expectations in terms of both comfort and service. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the professionalism of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

Super disappointed in this hotel. The pool area was lovely and the gym/ courts were outstanding! The shuttle was incorrect on the app so I waited over an hour. When I tried to flag down the driver he laughed at me. Manager didn’t do anything to help just told me to wait. In the morning I went 10 minutes before shuttle was suppose to leave and it had already left. They put me in a taxi and said they would pay until they didn’t. I stay with the Hilton hotel profile regularly and this is very unusual. Based on manager alone this would be a 1 star. The hotel is nice overall. Some rooms are older and worn down

TL;DR: booked a suite one month in advance, showed up and manager said that entire tower of the hotel is under renovation and there are no suites, he offered me a standard room and after some discussion a discount. Not a great experience. Full Review: Booked a suite almost a month before check-in. Upon check-in the Manager informed me that my suite was unavailable, and no other suites were available and offered a standard room instead. I didn't book a standard room and needed a suite. I had to make other arrangements as a result of the hotel's mismanagement. The Hilton site, as well as my third-party booking agency listed the Suite as available and I booked, as I needed the space for meetings. The hotel has been closed to the public for years and was used as a COVID quarantine facility but was to re-open in Spring 2022. The Hilton Hotel management team decided to list suites and rooms on their site and on all other 3rd-party booking sites when in reality, those suites were entirely unavailable. This is a massive oversight. Had I known that no suites were available, I would have booked a different hotel. Moreover, I called the hotel two weeks before check-in to inquire about conference rooms and the suite and was never informed that my suite was not available, nor was that entire tower. I was hesitant to book a Hilton Hotel as I never had great experiences but thought I'd give them a shot as I only needed the suite for a few hours as Pearson was the hub through which my party was travelling and this hotel was close to the airport and according to their site, was open for business. I don't know if I'll ever try Hilton Hotels again, but given this experience I'll probably opt for an alternative as this experience was less than ideal.

We stayed here during an overnight layover in Toronto. The airport shuttle is handy and runs every 30 mins on the hour. The rooms were wonderful and spotless. The staff is courteous and professional. This was the perfect rest for us, after a long day of flying. We didn't stay for breakfast. Due to airport delays , we wanted to get to our gate as early as possible.

Pros: The room was nice and clean, the service was friendly, and the location near the airport can't be beat. The shuttle service is great for getting to the airport quickly. Cons: The walls are rather thin, so if your room neighbour is doing something like watching TV or having a loud conversation then you'll hear it (which can suck if you have an early flight and/or are a light sleeper). The pillows were all very flat and the bedding was a bit too stuffy for my liking, very quick to overheat under the comforter. A friendly warning: The shuttle is first come first serve and can fill up fast (it isn't super big), so either show up early to secure a spot or be sure to have a backup plan for getting to the airport in case it's full before you can get on. Overall, pretty good for the price and convenience for being near the airport. Maybe bring your own pillow, though.

Stayed for a night, it was really nice having it so close to the airport it took about 5mt drive to the hotel. The beds are comfortable and as a gold member, I want to give a special shout to Neale Fernandes for making it possible and for his great customer service. I gave the hotel a 3 star because it’s quiet dated but most importantly the Continental breakfast for gold members was very poor. I think management really needs to improve this because it’s lacking quite a bit…

Cancelled my reservation with no reason. Kicked me out to some random place and didn’t even bother booking it for me. When I arrived there were no reservation at the place that mentioned in the email. Plus misleading information from Luke Williamson - their Assistant Manager cost me additional $29 as Air Limo was not reimbursed.

Someone peed on my toilet lid, like not the seat. The actual lid. Anyways, this hotel seems to be very low on hygienic standards. Why would covid patients quarantine here?

Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites Review January 21 & 22, 2024 My recent stay at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites was a positive experience overall. The check-in process was notably efficient, thanks to the electronic key feature available on the iPhone, which streamlined the entire process. The room I stayed in was both clean and quiet. The staff were attentive and readily available to assist with any needs or inquiries I had during my stay. One aspect that was less impressive was the room service. While the convenience of having food delivered directly to the room is appreciated, I found the prices to be somewhat high for the quality of the food offered. However, it's important to note that this is a common trait among hotel room services and not unique to this hotel.

This review is more about service going above and beyond! Long story short my vehicle got a flat tire as I arrived to check in. I had to jump on a shuttle immediately as to not miss my flight. Once I arrived in Costa Rica I tried calling Roadside Assistance to get my vehicle and have it repaired for my return. I couldn't make a call to any 1-800 numbers from there. The only number I managed to get through was the hotel. Alicia took care of everything for me. Called on my behalf. Made arrangements with dealership and my vehicle was ready when I returned. She didn't have to do that. Amazing! I can't thank you enough! Good Karma coming your way Alicia! Hotel was great too!

Recent park & fly booking. Rooms were in need of a renovation but clean. Made a few changes to our booking when we checked in but they weren’t processed on their system so we had problems with parking when leaving. Manager did reach out after complaint and apologized. The location is great, 10 minutes to the airport. We would consider staying again.

I had the experience of a 5-star hotel here at Hilton . The hotel staff were beyond nice, courteous and super helpful. The hotel itself is lovely with beautifully maintained interiors. The room service menu is great and tasty! Overall A++

Stayed at the North tower, room are okay, they could use a more thorough clean for what is expected. The breakfast in one of the best I have had in the Hilton chain here in Canada, from the staff, to the food. The bar has a nice staff at night with a normal selection on the menu. Reception has a HH members for Gold and above priority line, but not always in use. The reception could be more friendly. Gets a 4 star review, but I would recommend looking into other hotels if you are staying near the airport. The price is not on par with the service.

Could have been better. They made mistakes with my reservations and I had to keep it by the time I noticed it was too late and they just wouldn't take initiative and fixing the issue. My room didn't have hot water in the shower and I had specifically had the lady at night write a note that I'd like a room change and that was also dropped and they checked me in to the same room the next morning and so dropping the ball again. Some staff are great and welcoming others will start helping you and then pass you off instead of finishing their job. Kind of rude in my eyes. Overall the food in this area is amazing. The workers at the bar downstairs are awesome. Probably the only staff members I enjoyed talking to. They actually are personable.

Stayed 4 days here for an Annual General Meeting and it was well done, clean and friendly service. The rooms were very comfortable, and large and had a living room to relax in. The restaurant was very good over priced in my opinion. However, the pool and facilities are great!

  • 2/5 Ian H. 8 months ago on Google
No hot water for the shower. Unacceptable for a $400+ room. Very disappointed. It wasn’t all bad though - It is close to the airport, but the shuttle could be more frequent. The staff were nice and the breakfast had plenty of options and the food was good.

The building is nice but nothing special. The rooms although large, lacked functional space. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and had the necessary items. The standout for me was the gym facilities, they were great. Lots of newer equipment, not crowded and basketball net, squash courts and pool. I believe there was a sauna as well, although I did not use it.

I booked a king bed bedroom, and expected to have a perfect rest before flight. However, I was disappointed since the beginning, too many problems with the equipments: Old type of shower, hard to control the temperature Lights are ether to dark or bright (the sleeping light is too bright when the main light is nothing) No fan in the bathroom……Can u believe it? It’s Hilton! Well yes, my room is just the normal level, but I do believe 300$ after tax could worth a fan in bathroom LOL Of course, there are still some benefits, quiet night time, you do able to enjoy a nice sleep. The dinner here is amazing, I ordered salad, wings and pizza, I have to say the food conquered my tongue, 79$ in total, which is not too expensive (it’s Hilton, dude!)

Just a terrible experience! I have no idea how they got a 4-star rating. The sofa was in such bad shape you could see the foam. The floor was gouged and dirty. There was a DIRTY RAG in the shower. I asked for a different room but they said it was one of their best rooms and they were fully booked so no changes. I tried to reach the front desk using their chat feature that you get connected to when you log into the wifi but nobody answered. No refunds, no accomodations made, and absolutely not what I expected from the Hilton. Terrible experience.

Best Airport Hotel going. Carl at Front Desk makes it his personal mission to ensure each guest has great experience. He is so attentive to everyone's concerns, large or small. Air Canada recently cancelled our flight at 7am and couldn't rebook until the next day. We returned back to this hotel because of Carl wonderful service Carl provided the day before for our stay. When he saw us in line to book a room, he came right over to ask why we were still here as he remembered we had an early flight. When he heard our plight, he immediately walked us over to a counter, found a room that was clean and available and gave us a super early check in as we were both exhausted. The rooms are quiet, clean and cozy. We recently moved out of the city so we will be in need of Airport Hotel when we travel. Thanks to Carl and his top shelf customer service for every guest, this will be our hotel of choice every time even though I am a long time member of another chain. Signed up for Hilton loyalty plan!

My experience at this airport hotel was very good, from the moment I checked in through to check out. I was greeted as an Honours member and offered a lovely upgrade to a modern room with separate sitting area which was clean and quiet. Staff were attentive and helpful. Although I flew in from Billy Bishop, had I wanted to get to Pearson, numerous shuttles were available, and flight status was posted in the airport. There was a large open bar/lobby area which we used nightly for large informal gatherings. This Hilton property exceed my expectations. Thank you!

I booked this hotel Specifically for the wheelchair accessible shower and pool. My mom Is disabled and has been wanting to go swimming for months now. I called in advance to make sure the chair lift in the pool work they said yes. On arrival I asked again and they confirmed yes. I brought my mom down to the pool. And realized it didn’t work it needed an “access key” I went back to front desk and they called around and said they would send maintenance to the pool. Over an hour later they didn’t come . I went back to front desk. They informed me it wasn’t a key but a battery and it was charging and maintenance would bring in down in 5-10 minutes they never showed up. Went up again and again they never showed up. The pool was loud and full Of kids because they had a dance event and with all that going on and waiting for hours we decided to leave and go back to the room. The walk in shower was fine all though the water got over the whole washroom so make sure to ask for extra towels. The room is average. The lobby is pretty. Our experience was not good because we went there spending over 300$ for one night just to go swimming and it never happened. I understand they were busy because of the events Going on out but we also paid to stay there and they should have been upfront and I would have never booked there.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in order to be close to the airport. The rooms are fine but I would never stay here again. We had so many issues. The room did not come with any robe or slippers. We requested from front desk 3 times and waited over an hour and they never came. We ended up going to the pool in winter boots. We were 3 people but they only gave one room key. This caused some of us to become locked with areas of the building. Many things in the building are broken. The sauna was not working properly. The pool is cold. Water pressure in the shower is low. We ordered ice cream from room service and it took over 1 hour to come. To top it all off, at 2 AM the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building. Just overall a bad stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on a lay over. We were flying from Ottawa to San Francisco and with a snow storm coming up in Ottawa we were able to change our flight and fly into Toronto a day earlier. As these flight changes were extremely last minute and I wasn’t planning on staying a night in Toronto, I did not have the chance to look up any accommodations until we landed. The first hotel I called as it was one of the closest hotels to the airport was the Hilton Airport Hotel and Suites and the person that answered the phone was very kind and helpful. It wasn’t even quite 11am yet and I was asking if they had any rooms available for an early check-in as it was my husband and I travelling with our toddler, so we needed a place to go for our toddler to play and rest and the person that I was speaking with came through and was able to accommodate us. The shuttle to and from the airport that this hotel offers is great as it saves the hassle of finding transportation. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if I was ever needing a hotel in Toronto by the airport.

Hiltons restaurant food is absolutely delicious, with a menu that ranges from mouthwatering steaks to flavourful vegan options. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend checking it out!

We booked this property last minute due to our delayed Air Canada flight to Halifax and it was a pretty decent star property. Although, we are a Marriott hotel fans but Hilton too stood well on our satisfaction level. They provided late night shuttle service to/from airport and check-in was very smooth, rooms spic and span and cozy. Will consider staying here during our next trips through Toronto.

I enjoyed my stay. Clean room. The hotel lobby looks great, and the staff are helpful and amazing. I had a great time eating/drinking in the Mosaic Kitchen Bar Lounge at night. I only wish it was closer to a mall, park or somewhere nice to walk around. I was there to attend a conference for 3 days and couldn't walk anywhere during lunch or break hours.

A nice enough hotel and very close to the airport. only complaints being: 1. The bathroom doors don't lock which is just a little inconvenient overall. 2. There was no hot tub or steam room for the pool and it was a bit chilly for me. Overall a generally good experience and will be using this hotel again if I ever need to stay near the airport.

When I booked a room in 2019, I was sold a vacation package by phone. I bought it. Now, in 2021, post-Covid, they want me to add $79 (USD) to make good on it. (They say it's expired). Like, did they miss the pandemic? This is terrible customer service. I expect better from Hilton.

Stayed for an overnight prior to travelling. We had a king suite and it was spacious and well designed. The room was very quiet, a bonus when you need to get good sleep before travel. The bed at Hilton hotels are always very comfortable. The shower had great pressure. There's a shuttle available for Pearson Airport. There's a restaurant on the main floor, event rooms, and a conference level. I'm always appreciative of the environmental efforts made by Hilton hotels.

The rooms are o.k. given the cost. Clean and functional. It was a bit rowdy until the early morning hours. I know we cant control every guest, but given the level of noise from the bar into the corridors, I feel the service team could've stepped in by default. Service otherwise was good and friendly. Shuttle too and from the airport available.

I’ve been a Hilton Honours Member for almost 10 years and always stay with Hilton when I can. My wife and I had been waiting at Pearson Airport for hours and just wanted a quiet room to sleep and shower for 3-4 hours. Upon check in I asked if any rooms were available and mentioned we just wanted the cheapest room possible as we were just staying a few hours. The girl at front desk was extremely rude and just blurts out the room is $189. I said fine whatever. I then mention I’m an Honours Member and if we get any discount as usually every normal Hilton offers an Honours discounted rate. She just replied by saying Not Today. I will absolutely never step foot into another one of these hotels and never again book with them for myself or anyone in my Company ever again. You can thank your front desk girl working on Monday May 23rd at 2pm for that.

Location was nice, hotel was very well maintained, I went for a dance competition and was very impressed with how clean the staff was able to keep the conference area despite hundreds of girls running around making mess. I had an unfortunate experience with a front desk agent. We were staying on a friends and family rate, not super cheap but a savings on the regular pierce (about $150). When we first arrived at the hotel around 4:30pm we were told our room wasn't ready yet (check in was 4), he told us that they were in the room cleaning it. We said okay and went to grab a quick dinner while they finished cleaning the room. We came back at 5:50pm to see if our run was ready. We had a different front desk agent than we had had prior. He told us that our room still wasn't ready but asked if we would be okay with a room in a different floor, we said that would be fine. I then asked him why the other agent hadn't offered us that option. In response he thank me for being patient and told me that as someone who was staying on a friend's and family rate, that it should be understood we are not the priority, especially when they are in full operations. We were told that they are cleaning rooms until 11pm and that he would be happy as an employee staying on a discounted rate to get to check in before 11pm. I was taken aback by this response. I told him that I didn't think my question in regards to the other agent was rude and I was unsure why I was being reprimanded. He told me that wasn't his intention and that they had about 15 other rooms on the friends and family rate, that were told the same thing. I said okay and apologized if I was being over sensative. We took our keys and went to our room. I walked away still feeling offended, but had no intention of taking it any further. During our stay I was speaking with 2 others that were also staying on the friends and family rate. I asked them what they though about what the front desk is telling those on the discounted rate. They were unsure if what I was talking about and when I explained what the agent had said to me, they were both surprised and assured me that no one had mentioned anything about the discounted rate especially, not that there should be a lowered expectation of service because of the discount. As I have sat with that experience for the last 2 days, I feel like the desk agent lied to me and made me feel less than. To basically tell me that because I was paying a little lesson money than others, that I didn't matter as much to the Hilton. I feel belittled and am disappointed, I have stayed in a Hilton brand hotel for everyone of my daughters competitions over the last 2 months, when I could have stayed at other hotels that have been closer to where the competitions have taken place, and I always stay in Hilton brand hotels everytime I am away. It's unfortunate that staying on a discounted rate makes me less of a guest and therefore less deserving of good service, and that my loyalty seems to mean nothing.

The check in lady on the night staff of june 18/19 had a horrid attitude problem at check in and when I bought items from the store there. I paid in cash but she was rude in her remark that it had to be exact change only as she had no change to make. There was no sign indicating this. I also had an issue with my shower (it wouldn't turn off). While maintenance fixed it promptly, there was a clear lack of communication between front desk and maintenance as the maintenance personnel thought o just didn't know how to turn on the shower and looked at me like I was stupid. He also left the bathroom dirty. I called front desk to ask housekeeping to give it a quick wipe down since I didn't have cleaning supplies. The same rude lady picked up the phone and rudely told me they didn't start till 8am (as this was a late night event). The room design is not plug friendly as there are no outlets within reach of the bed and there no overhead light in the actual bed portion of the room. My room was placed on the lower level but there was no ice machine on this floor so I had to go another floor to grab ice. The cleaning crew could be a bit more thorough ij the rooms as well as dust was present in more than a few areas Overall, I wouldn't think about staying here again

I have travelled to at least 17 countries either for work, leisure or to reside for short periods and my experience in this hotel has been the absolute best so far. The hospitality is world class and just beautiful to experience. The warmness of the staff was overwhelming. The check-in process was a bit slow at the time we arrived but everything else more than compensated for this. As a new Hilton Honors gold member, I got a very nice unexpected upgrade to a junior suite and free continental breakfast which was appreciated as we had budgeted for the breakfast charge. The room was clean, bedding super soft and everything was in place. The restaurant staff were the best! So considerate and accommodating. I experienced professionalism at its finest. the breakfast was great enough to get you out of the door but the dinner was tasty (we had a mosaic salad and burger). If I could give this hotel and restaurant a 10-star rating, I would. After my experience here, I am afraid I might need to go back and reevaluate some of my past 5-star hotel ratings I have given as this hotel has set the bar too high for what hospitality and “home away from home” should feel like. I have never had any feelings towards checking out of a hotel but upon the end of our stay, I was really sad to see our time come to an end here. Special shout out to Frey (the Mosaic hostess) and all the staff at Mosaic! You all are the real MVP for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. God bless you loads!

Had a very nice experience here. The good: hotel is clean, most spaces have been updated, staff were friendly and accommodating, 12pm check-out time was nice. Restaurant staff were GREAT, they went out of their way a few times and it made the difference. The bad: only a small concern, but while the room was nice (comfy bed, spacious), it didn't feel updated for the modern traveler. No master light switch (so you enter a dark room you've never been in and have to find the lamps), no USB chargers/charging station. New tiling in the bathroom but the tub was older. It just felt a bit dated. Anyway, generally a very good experience and I'd recommend staying here if you need to be by the airport.

I found this hotel isn’t what you would expect given the name. Very small room, very old room. Poor drywall repairs, our room cost 250/night. But feels like a 100/night room. Oh ya also had no towels in the bathroom, unfortunately I did not realize this until I stepped out of the shower. Had to use a face cloth to dry myself. Over priced/ very small room with dungeon like feel to it. Recommend looking else where. We cancelled our next two reservations with this hotel and went elsewhere

Amazing service. Remy the Front Desk agent was awesome! Provided all the information that I need and she also acknowledged my membership status with Hilton. Love the place too! Very close to the convention center for our event .

Great hotel with super friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was great but there are no places within walking distance to visit or eat. Really close to airport for a convenient stopover.

My experience was absolutely amazing at this property. The property was clean, quiet, beautiful and full of amazing amenities. The staff, from management down, was professional, attentive, courteous, patient and extremely helpful. When I first arrived the front desk staff made my check in process seamless. My room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Each morning for breakfast, service was timely, the food was delicious and the dining areas was relaxing and welcoming. Management, specifically Chris, was so helpful with any questions that I had and added an extra layer quality customer service. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE IN THE FUTURE. 5 STARS

This hotel is in a fantastic location for the airport. We faced the runways and got to watch the planes taking off and landing. They have free flavored water in the lobby with a popcorn machine. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service very accommodating for our early flight. They run every 30 minutes. The drivers are very helpful with loading and uploading your bags. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. There is a bar/restaurant on the main floor but we didn't go there. Parking is not included. Gas stations and Tim Hortons also very close. Highly recommend this location.

The rooms are pretty spacious but the bathroom isn't big at all and the setup is a bit weird. Nice to be able to open the window and get a bit of fresh air. The sport facilities are very nice and clean, a lot of different machines at the gym. I liked the shampoo/conditioner dispenser at the showers next to the pool. I think there could be the same in the rooms to save a bit of plastic waste.

I got a nice large room, no airport noise at all. Loved the layout and comfortable beds. The service at checkin was efficient and very nice people. They even check on me to make sure I was happy. Their people were all engaged, smiling and helping people. Getting to downtown was super easy: shuttle to airport, then UP train. In and out super fast and low cost. Excellent location.

Our family of three very much enjoyed staying at this property, literally across the street from Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal. Very convenient location, airport shuttle every half hour, and good amenities in the hotel. Continental breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Staff are helpful and attentive. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Overall, an excellent Hilton property and looking forward to a return trip. Recommended.

This was a booking nightmare!! I had booked two nights at this location intended for my wedding; one night for the groomsmen to sleep and get ready in for the morning, other night to stay with my husband. I booked for Sept 17 - 19... From the start, trying to book rooms here was a disaster. We had to reconnect a couple times as the calls kept dropping, and each time we were assigned to a new employee, each providing us conflicting information; one told us the hotel would not be open until November, another told us that the hotel was in fact open for bookings, one told us there were no suites left, another told us there were suites left. It was very confusing however after the last call we were officially booked in. My husband and I decided after booking to take a trip to the hotel to see the suite to ensure it was a good fit for the guys to get ready in during the morning and for photos. To our surprise we were greeted by a security guard who told us the hotel was closed for Covid quarantine. No employee had communicated this to us. When we called back to inquire why this was the case, the employee we spoke with told us that the hotel would actually open Sept 1, and that our booking was secure. We had confirmation numbers for both rooms. Fast forward to two weeks before the wedding, on Sept 1 (the day we were told the hotel would reopen). I t5ook the initiative to call the hotel to ensure the rooms I booked were good to go. To my surprise, the lady I was speaking with over the phone told me the hotel is still not open, and wouldn't be opening until November. I was absolutely livid when she told me this. We did not receive any email, phone call, or other means of communication to inform us our booking was not valid as the hotel would not even be open for the dates I booked. Although I had confirmation numbers and I had provided my payment info, the rooms I booked would actually not be available because the hotel was still not open to the public. I am not sure what I would have done if I just assumed my booking was valid (rightfully so since I had confirmation #'s) and just showed up on the day of the 17th.... The organization and knowledge from Hilton staff is quite shocking and disappointing. The most unorganized group of individuals I have come across while booking a hotel. I will never book at the Hilton again as I may end up showing up to a hotel with locked doors. Also, when I attempted to escalate my concerns, all I got were vague apologies, and nothing to try to accommodate me as a customer. Horrible customer service...

Stayed for 1 night before an early morning flight. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Free airport shuttle available every 30 minutes. FYI Additional charges to park a vehicle on site. Did not have a chance to try their food/breakfast, but the dining area was spacious.

Great service. Rooms weren't anything special. Bathtub was peeling and seemed more like what one would find in a no-tell motel. One of the cupboards was not cleaned but I didn't use it anyways. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant and pub downstairs but the food was like the room, underwhelming for the price.
