would

I
am
not
the
type
to
leave
reviews
of
any
kind.
But
my
experience
was
so
frustrating,
I
just
had
to
share.
Please,
if
you
are
looking
into
getting
a
ring
from
this
establishment,
read
the
fine
print.
My
wedding
ring
which
was
purchased
in
September
2022
(less
than
a
year
ago)
had
its
stone
fall
right
out
of
the
centre!
The
prongs
holding
up
the
diamond
were
not
pried
on
or
bent
because
as
stated,
the
stone
literally
fell
out!
I
had
only
noticed
when
I
took
my
ring
off
that
it
was
missing.
Disappointed
is
an
understatement.
This
should
not
have
happened.
I
do
not
wear
my
ring
on
a
daily
basis.
Only
for
a
couple
hours
on
the
weekend
AT
MOST.
I
am
EXTREMELY
gentle
with
my
ring
and
worry
for
it
being
damaged
only
to
realize
that
I
had
a
faulty,
defective
ring
this
entire
time.
What’s
worse
is
my
husband
called
the
store
manager
Sandra
who
was
unable
to
assist
and
directed
us
the
upper
management,
Colleen.
After
sending
her
a
detailed
email
with
pictures
and
explaining
the
situation
of
my
ring
to
her,
she
ultimately
left
my
husband
with
JUST
a
10%
discount
and
waving
the
service
fee
(a
values
close
to
maybe
$300?!)
and
told
him
he
had
to
pay
the
rest
to
replace
the
stone.
I
would
understand
this
happening
if
I
was
rough
with
my
ring,
wore
it
frequently,
washed
my
hands
with
it
and
etc.
EVEN
in
those
cases
anyone
would
safely
assume
that
the
ring
they
had
made
was
made
for
its
intended
use-
to
be
WORN.
This
is
incredibly
disheartening.
A
wedding
ring
is
such
a
special
gift.
You
would
expect
it
to
be
crafted
at
the
utmost
highest
standard.
And,
should
there
be
damage,
that
there
be
a
warranty
that
covers
DEFECTIVE
items.
It
pains
me
to
pay
to
replace
this
stone
as
I
would
rather
just
get
all
of
my
money
back
and
get
a
ring
made
from
an
establishment
that
can
create
great
quality
pieces.
Please,
if
you
are
looking
at
getting
a
ring,
avoid
Moissy
Toronto.
God
forbid
you
run
into
a
similar
situation
and
are
left
with
a
defected
ring
and
a
frustrating
customer
experience.
