My fiancé had a tough journey to get the exact ring I wanted made. He had a handful of pictures and was “cut and pasting” a design that was only ever in my imagination. The team at Moissy created my dream ring into a reality. I get and incredible amount of compliments on my ring. Also upon needing a small repair in a time crunch, the team acted so fast, they had my ring back to us within a day. Now that is service. We bought their lifetime warranty which includes a lot of services on an annual basis, well worth it to us!

This was our first experience with Moissy and we couldn't be happier. My wife has had her ring for over a year now and she couldn't be more pleased. She is constantly telling me how many people comment on it and are jealous of it. This paired with exceptional service was just icing on the cake. When I say exceptional service....the store was extremely busy when we arrived, so rather than ignore us they gave us a voucher to have a coffee next door and then come back a little while later after they had taken care of the current customers. Exceptional service.

Went to browse for engagement rings with my fiance around a year ago and had a fabulous experience! The woman would helped us was super knowledgeable and helped us narrow down styles we were looking for. She also informed us about the option to customize any existing style which is what we ended up doing. I've been wearing my ring for a few months now and I could not have been more happy with the way it turned out. The sparkle is so beautiful and the customizations were so easy to make - the ring is perfect!

Last week my and my girlfriend...soon to be fiancé ;) walked into the store at 1ish 2pm with no appointment made. We were greeted by Sandra, who we then found out to be the store manager, and quite honestly I can understand as to why. She was very patient, informative, not pushy and just overall very pleasant. Moissy Fine Jewellery was amazing! Back in May I bought a Antique Cut elongated Cushion Moissanite from Harro Gems. I had it placed in a simple solitaire but after about two months I realized I was a halo girl and I started my search for the perfect setting for this stunning gem. I came across MFJ while googling moissanite. I was attracted to the fact that this company was in Toronto (I'm from Vancouver). It was a new company and Canadian. I fell in love with their Savannah setting. I contacted owner Colleen and the communication between me and here was wonderful. She was delightful, kind and very patient with me. As this was going to me my final jewellery purchase for quite some time, I was nervous. We ended up modifying/customizing the Savannah setting and Colleen was always great, answering my questions and listening to what I wanted. As you can see from the photos how amazing this ring came out. It's just stunning. I got it two days ago and I have had so many people stop me in the street and gush over it. The package was beautiful and professional put together. It even came with a warranty card with all the details of the setting. Colleen and her team at MJF are wonderful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Very professional and easy to work with. Her bench does amazing work down to every last detail; even the inside of my shank shows the 18K gold mark, a MJF and then a cute little diamond mark. I cannot stop looking at this stunning ring on my finger. The best part is that people think I spent a tone of money on but I didn't. The prices are reasonable. Just incredible. Thank you Colleen and team for making my dream ring come true. I'm going to save up over the next year to have MJF make me a new diamond wedding band.

The store has a lovely selection of engagement rings and wedding bands and setting up an appointment was really easy and convenient online. I wish the service I received was as good as other reviews. I went in alone and I wish they had explained the process to me at the beginning. While the person helping me listened to my likes and dislikes and did a great job of showing other rings based on what I said I liked and didn’t, I did not feel like I received much help in terms of explaining the cut of each stone - how are they are different, some issues with certain cuts like the bow tie effect (I had to read this online, maybe it would have been helpful to know there and then, as I had mentioned I knew nothing about selecting rings and gemstones). I understand it can be difficult to balance. I typically prefer more hands-off customer service so I don’t feel pressured, but this being my first appointment, I felt like I walked out of the store confused and with more questions than answers. Other than that, lovely store and selection, and my experience was fine. I’d still recommend others visit this store.

I can’t thank Moissy Fine Jewellery enough for the most beautiful necklace I have ever received in my entire life!! I am currently a nurse working on the frontlines during COVID and Moissy went out of their way to give thanks by nominating someone to win a piece of their custom made jewelry. They designed the most beautiful piece for me. The necklace has the most beautiful diamonds and gold and is such high-end quality!! I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Colleen at Moissy Fine Jewellery! My fiancé and I visited their location this summer and the staff was friendly and courteous. They offered us refreshment as I tried on what seemed to be an endless selection of engagement rings. Unbeknownst to me she has been patiently collaborating with my fiancée for months, ensuring that the custom crafted engagement ring was exactly what I wanted. I emailed asking about a custom band based off their designs, and was told to come in to store and look at the ones I'm interested in so I did. I was basically ignored for the first half hour as the only person helped another couple. When they were finally done, the sales associate didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, even showing her the one off their website. She was very critical of what I was asking for ("that's going to be very small"). She eventually called her manager who was "downstairs" to come help, which was even more frustrating that there was someone else there who could have helped us a half hour earlier. We left shocked by our horrible customer experience.

I received a gift from one of my friends who referred me to this place. The ring is super durable and the quality is very high compared to the other jewelry pieces I have. Super happy about the packaging as well. I love wearing it every day but despite working in a place that demands heavy labour, it is still in perfect condition. My friends ask a lot about where I get the ring but I some times find it hard to pronounce the store.

The ring is beautiful! Its everything we could have hoped for and at a fraction of the cost of a diamond. The only thing is the customer service left something to be desired. I completely understand that we went way over the time limit of 45 minutes, however my fiancee was really struggling to figure out exactly what she wanted and I didnt feel like the associate that helped us really did much to help us decide. I ended up picking out the ring we bought myself. At one point we asked for 10 minutes outside to discuss this very important purchase and were told that another couple was coming for an appointment. As another couple said, we were made to feel guilty about buying a ring that costs $4500. COVID has given us all a work hangover and I get that. I am the GM of a business in the service industry and I completely understand that it will take a little while for us to get our customer service hats unwrinkled. Hence why I'm giving a 4 star review instead of lower. If you want people to come back and tell their friends to come as well, you need to go above and beyond the minimum level of service, regardless of how much time it takes or how many annoying questions they have. That's just the nature of customer service.

My fiancé purchased this ring in May, a week or two of wearing it I had two stones fall out. I dropped it off to be repaired. Once repaired the prongs came loose and I was able to wiggle the middle stone. I sent it in to be repaired AGAIN. when I received it again one of the prongs Begain to lift. I contacted the store and they agreed to replace the ring. I got the replacement ring and within a week of wearing it one of the stones fell out. The company is now telling me I have to either drive to the store to drop it off to have it repaired again or pay for my own shipping to the store. I live hours away from the store and work full time so that’s not an option. When I informed them of this they suggested having someone else drop it off. For the amount of money my fiancé spent on this ring I would expect better customer service and a better product. This is meant to be one of the happiest times of my life and it has been ruined by this experience.

I’ve been here twice so far at separate times, the first time I went it was really close to closing & also my finger was swollen, so I couldn’t try on any of the rings, but I went to look. We had the absolute worst customer service experience !!! I went with my girlfriend to look at moissanite rings. We read nothing but good reviews and wanted to see them in person to get a better idea of what the gem actually looked like. We arrived about 15 min before closing (we apologized but it was the only time we could get there). When we get there we were stopped at the door to be told by the employee that we need to come back tomorrow but earlier (we rushed to get there after work already). We were told that she would be barely able to help us because her system stopped at 7pm. We informed her we just wanted to look. She would barely stop putting things away to help us. No attempt was made to provide information. My girlfriend and I felt guilty asking for help to look at rings costing thousands. I guess a diamonds extra price is for the customer service.

We chose a ring from Moissy and had it customized to our liking. We placed the order online without seeing anything in person and were beyond thrilled when seeing it complete for the first time in person! I get tons of compliments on it everyday, the quality of the ring is like no other. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the customer service we were provided with by the moissy team.

I went with my boyfriend on Wednesday to try on a few styles I had been looking at online. We received amazing service! All the rings were as pictured and absolutely stunning. Receiving a quote for different carat sizes was easy and they fitted my ring size in store. I was very impressed to see the rings were exactly as on instagram and the website. If you can't make it to Toronto, I suggest watching the instagram videos that show the styles on a model's hand it's exactly as shown!

Really lovely staff took the time to explain their products and answer all my questions without being pushy on sales. Their rings are gorgeous and the store is small but has a good variety to look at. They can also do all manner of custom orders at reasonable pricing.

I had been eyeing moissy’s rings on Instagram for a long time before getting engaged and was always so pleased how fast they responded to my messages and comments. I tried on probably 100 engagement rings and nothing stood out as the one. Finally my sister and I made it into the Moissy store and I fell in love with the Vashti in yellow gold. Yesterday I got home on Christmas morning from a flight to my (now) fiance down on one knee in the driveway with my Vashti ring proposing. I am on cloud 9. Every business should take notes from Moissy! The customer service here is top notch. They are extremely patient, friendly and attentive. I came here with my mother and best friend and we arrived slightly late due to traffic in the area. They kindly advised us that they were running behind schedule anyways and offered us a free coffee while we waited next door! When we went back and had a look at the jewelry, we were all blown away by the craftmanship on their jewelry! The quality of each of their rings is outstanding. I knew from the get-go that I wanted a non-traditional engagement ring (not a diamond), so when I saw moissanite online, I knew I had to come here to take a look to see if it looked decent in person. It actually looked way better than decent. All the rings were stunning! It shined even brighter than a diamond. I had picked a ring I liked on their website and I had called ahead to make an appointment, and they asked if I had a ring in mind that I wanted to try on so they can put it aside. I would suggest perhaps doing same also! I ended up trying all a bunch of different styles. The lady who was helping me was super patient and knowledgeable too. I ended up choosing the one I had originally saw on the website. I would also recommend coming with a friend - in my opinion, your future fiancé won't be very helpful when you are stuck on a few designs! My best friend helped me a lot and I couldn't do it without her. Ladies - why make your future fiancé spend thousands and thousands of dollars on a diamond engagement ring when you can get the next best thing, moissanite! The rings are just as beautiful if not even more! Save that money and go on a nice honeymoon instead! Moissy will not disappoint you!

I must start this review with WOW ! I have recently been on the lookout for a wedding band and during my research, I found MFJ. I had contacted many jewellers to answer some questions I had and most left me with the impression that they were providing the minimum answers to be able to move onto the next customer. Then I reached out to MFJ and reached Colleen and my day got a whole lot brighter. Not only was she very knowledgeable but extremely patient as I rattled thru my questions in numerous emails. When I made my final decision, Colleen and her team made sure I received my purchase ASAP ! I placed the order late on a Wednesday evening and it arrived at my home ( which happens to be many provinces away ) early Friday morning ! I most certainly did not purchase the most expensive piece they had to offer but they still treated me like I was their only customer, something that is sorely missing in today’s fast paced world. I am very pleased with my purchase and the ring looks even better than it did online ! If I could, I would leave a 0/5 star review. I am not the type to leave reviews of any kind. But my experience was so frustrating, I just had to share. Please, if you are looking into getting a ring from this establishment, read the fine print. My wedding ring which was purchased in September 2022 (less than a year ago) had its stone fall right out of the centre! The prongs holding up the diamond were not pried on or bent because as stated, the stone literally fell out! I had only noticed when I took my ring off that it was missing. Disappointed is an understatement. This should not have happened. I do not wear my ring on a daily basis. Only for a couple hours on the weekend AT MOST. I am EXTREMELY gentle with my ring and worry for it being damaged only to realize that I had a faulty, defective ring this entire time. What’s worse is my husband called the store manager Sandra who was unable to assist and directed us the upper management, Colleen. After sending her a detailed email with pictures and explaining the situation of my ring to her, she ultimately left my husband with JUST a 10% discount and waving the service fee (a values close to maybe $300?!) and told him he had to pay the rest to replace the stone. I would understand this happening if I was rough with my ring, wore it frequently, washed my hands with it and etc. EVEN in those cases anyone would safely assume that the ring they had made was made for its intended use- to be WORN. This is incredibly disheartening. A wedding ring is such a special gift. You would expect it to be crafted at the utmost highest standard. And, should there be damage, that there be a warranty that covers DEFECTIVE items. It pains me to pay to replace this stone as I would rather just get all of my money back and get a ring made from an establishment that can create great quality pieces. Please, if you are looking at getting a ring, avoid Moissy Toronto. God forbid you run into a similar situation and are left with a defected ring and a frustrating customer experience.
