I'd have to say that this is a rather pleasant office with nice staff. The doctor is kind and pleasant, however I must give this business a low rating... Why? My father, in his 90s, had been complaining about discomfort when walking. I was referred to this clinic by his doctor, so that they could have a comprehensive look at his feet. Also he needed compression socks. It was recommended that he have orthopaedic sandals fabricated... Birkenstocks with fitted soles, apparently. These came after quite a long wait, and the straps were too small. I had to bring the footwear back, then, after another long wait to get them back, I travelled back there to get the shoes and the strap extensions were too long, and couldn't close properly. So another trip, and wait was necessary, all while my father was having difficulties with his walking. Nearly $1,200 was the cost of consultations, material and alterations. In the end, he didn't find any relief from these shoes. I then had a different chiropodist come to his home to do some foot care ($110) and she discovered that he had a couple of deep corns on the underside of one of his feet. After removing the corns, he was fine a few days later. That was his issue all along! So, I am totally flabbergasted that this initial discovery was not made by the doctor at The Clinic. Also, they had ordered him 2 pairs of compressions stockings ($300), which ended up being much too large, and we couldn't get a refund for the pair that was opened, even though it was not his fault that they had ordered him the wrong size. Unfortunately, I cannot give this business a decent rating.

The initial acupuncture treatment was great and I wanted to go back. However from the onset this office seemed exclusively focused on money and how much they could make from me and my insurance. I was asked 4 times about my insurance coverage, and not just about my acupuncture coverage, which is what I was there for, but initially the chiropractor started the session and when I said I already had a chiropractor and I was only there for acupuncture only then did she pass me off to the actual acupuncturist. Which seemed like a waste of my time. Worst of all was when I left work early and was in a rush to be on time for my second appointment and 15 minutes after the scheduled start the acupuncturist was still not available and I was not given any ETA. Apparently they were double booked and thought my time was worthless. At no point did they text, call, or email to ask if I could come 20-30 minutes later or if I would like to reschedule. In the end it’s not worth my time or money to try this business again. I will search for an alternative that supports self service online booking, is able to keep to a schedule, and doesn’t try selling me things I don’t need. The acupuncture treatment was 5 stars. Customer service throughout the experience and inability to fulfill my second appointment 0 stars.

I've been coming for over 5 months and I feel like my scoliosis is improving after each visit. My back always feels relaxed after each visit. The various techniques Dr. Djeddi uses are very effective for treating spinal issues and she even offers acupuncture. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Not sure what that negative comment below is talking about? Staff writing their own review? lol not likely... But I'm a real patient writing my personal experience. I had severe neck pain for 2+ years and saw 3 different chiropractors consistently before coming to Dr. Djeddi. They gave me temporary relief but it never went away. I was miserable and almost came to terms that I wasn't going to be able to fix this. My neck pain literally became apart of me. I decided to try and look for one more place and get one last opinion and honestly, till this day I think about how that was truly the greatest decision I made. I met Dr. Djeddi and with about 2-3 sessions in, I felt the difference and the relief I haven't been able to in years. From the first session in, I can already tell the difference with her and other doctors I went to. Don't get me wrong - it didn't happen over night and it was not easy. It was painful, it took about 2 months of consistency with our appointments and then my pain completed disappeared! I've been going to her for over a year now and I am so thankful to her. I have been going to this clinic for a year and a half now and so far I am very satisfied with the service. Djeddi is a knowledgeable chiropractor who has brought me so many relief pain in only one session. I also go to acupuncture with Rachel who has done miracles for me, she has fixed my some of my problems after 1 session. I cannot be grateful enough to them as they are making my life better because after their sessions I feel my quality of life increases

The [Clinic] has brilliant service, the staff members are really professional. They take care of patients from all dimensions, not only that they provide good service, but they also directly bill to your insurances. I had a painful injury where I dislocated two of my ribs out of their designated place while lifting weight. I am grateful that I met Dr. Djeddi during that time. She instantly recognised my injury and readjusted the ribs back into their place effortlessly. After only few sessions, I was feeling a lot better and got back into training again. There is a before and after The [Clinic] in my life, when I first came and met D. Djeddi, I was struggling with many health issues like low back pain, stiffness, pain in my left leg. I knew I needed help soon, but I didn’t want to be under pain killers or other substances that have side effects in the long term, so I searched a drug-free approach to deal with my problems and that’s how I found D. Jeddi. I don't usually leave a review for a certain place unless it's really good, but I needed to tell people that this place is a gem. I'm usually very picky about my treatment since I have chronic back pain. and this place has never let me down. Kathleen, the receptionist is super friendly and professional, she is always willing to help in a timely manner. (I loved it the most about this clinic) Dr.Djeddi's chiro session is a blessing. Jennifer's acupuncture session is a must-try too. I barely could walk in the first week of January now I can literally sprint after 6-7 chiro sessions and constant acupuncture sessions. If you are suffering from back pain or anything similar, try this place !!

I've been dealing with shoulder and back pain for a couple of years now, and have seen many other chiropractors and health professionals in the GTA to help, but none of them could deliver long lasting pain relief. I was referred to Dr. Djeddi through a friend and thought "why not?". I visited this summer and I can honestly say that Dr. Djeddi is the best, most professional, and most knowledgable chiropractor that I've seen. After only a few sessions with her, my pain started to show long-term effects of healing. Her acupuncture services are also very helpful. All of the staff, including the receptionist, were very friendly, they always give quick responses to emails and phone calls. They are also all very welcoming and friendly. The office is always full of snacks and drinks. Additionally, they direct-billed to my insurance so that I would not have to worry about doing it myself, which saves me a huge headache every time. I would 100% recommend Dr. Djeddi and the [clinic] to anyone who seeks help with their pains or is looking for chiropractors/acupuncture.

This was the first time I visited a Chiropractor and I can safely say that it was one of the best decision I have made for my health. To be fair I had no idea what to expect. I saw Dr. Jordan McCool, he was absolutely amazing and very informative. He took his time with me and I felt he listened to me as we worked to target the root of my problem. Impeccable service, thank you. My back already feels better after one session but I know I have some way to go.

I went there for pick up my result of TB test . the person who measured it explained patiently for me why instead of another tb test I have to take X ray and gave me a note for that . She was kind . There was not crowded however I reserved my appointment.

I have been going to The Clinic for about 1.5 year and there is a big difference from how my body was back then to now. Dr. Djeddi has been great and her treatment has helped me a lot. I no longer have the back problems and sleep great. Recently, I started getting acupuncture and massage treatment from Rachel and Rachel is a life changer. Rachel does electro acupuncture which has helped loosen a lot of my tense muscles and her massages are out of the world, I caught myself dozing off couple of times during my sessions with Rachel. For your chiropractor needs Dr. Djeddi is amazing and for acupuncture and massages, I highly recommend Rachel.

I have been really happy with this clinic. When I first came to the clinic I was suffering from daily migraines and my overall body was out of alignment. After a couple of weeks the migraines subsided and my body began to feel much better so I was able to participate more in activities, even my welding class. Dr. Djeddi is very thorough and really takes the time needed to make sure that you are walking out feeling better than when you walked in. I also use their massage therapy services with Nikki and Ethan and have found that my sleep is much improved.

I have been a patient at the [clinic] for a couple of years now and would highly recommend it. Dr. Djeddi is the best chiropractor I have ever seen and she was able to diagnose my issue within the first 5 minutes of my initial assessment. Prior to this I have been to many different chiropractors where I was misdiagnosed and did not to feel any results. However, with Dr. Djeddi's treatments, I started to feel better for the first time. Not only is she extremely skilled at what she does, but her professionalism and her personality make the experience even more incredible! I have also been seeing Jane for massages, who leaves me feeling very relaxed and at ease. She is very accommodating and listens to your concerns / preferences. Dr. Shakiba Djeddi is one of the best, if not THE BEST chiropractor in the city. I've visited several other experts including across the world and none of them diagnosed the underlying problem which Dr. Djeddi figured out within minutes of our consultation. To be honest, I was slightly sceptical as several other doctors had also given assurance of results, with little to no success. Dr. Djeddi however, started with a comprehensive treatment of which I would feel the results almost immediately and more importantly, were more lasting. She spent the time to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process and she educated me on each of the steps she was taking to solve my underlying problems and why previous treatments had failed. She was not only caring, kind and understanding which are undoubtedly important traits in a doctor, but more importantly effectively and genuinely invested in my well-being which really made all the difference. I would highly recommend her for any posture issues, chiropractic issues that have been plaguing you for awhile and I can almost guarantee that after a few sessions with Dr. Djeddi, you will feel like a new person.

I had a great experience with a chiropractor in this clinic, after a few treatments my back pain completely disappeared. I also enjoyed the massage session, which was more than wonderful. A clinic really worth trying.

****WARNING**** This clinic is a money grab they are not healing ppl. The reviews are fake added by team members. The chiropractor made my injuries and condition worse. So she could bill my insurance company’s to get paid. She would put heating pad on my back n then didn’t turn it on. She put ice in my neck when my condition needed heat. I was always freezing n cold in the clinic. Her chiro table can’t possible be sanitized as it has rips and tears in the vinyls she doesn’t even cover it !The front desk would constantly come into treatment room while I was getting massages, just open the door and let RMT know next client is waiting ? I had to ask the RMT to tell her to stop doing it after the third time. Oh and my treatment were always cut short. Bottom line this is not a clinic where you go to get help. Beware there are a lot of clinics in Toronto that hinder rather than help. It’s about a money grab keeping people they are keeping people sick. To this day my condition is not better!!!!! BE WARNED THIS NOT A PLACE YOU FO TO HEAL. This so-called doctor chiropractor is lucky I never reported her to the chiropractic college of Ontario!!!!

Dr.Djeddi, My first visit with this clinic was an amazing experience I missed place my shoulder went there with a lot of pain, even deep breathing was painful. Dr. Djeddi diagnosed me with rib problem, she did an amazing job on my shoulder and put my rib back place. I felt an instant relief after her adjustment. Words are enough to explain her expertise and knowledge of chiropractic. Only in short period time, after two visits my back pain disappear. I've been visiting the clinic for almost a year now. And I wanted to thank Dr. Djeddi and the wonderful staff. I have tried the chiro and massage sessions and each of them have been amazing and relaxing.
