I held my son’s 6th birthday party with about 14 kids. Everything from beginning to end was amazing! Alina and Sophie were so friendly and Sophie did an amazing job facilitating the experiments. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and really engaged the children. She was also helpful and proactive with gather the children and helping with the food and organization of the day. Top notch service!!! The kids had a blast and my son said it was the best birthday he has ever had. Would highly recommend.

I had my son’s 5th birthday party here and it was great. The kids were really interested in science experiments and the instructor was excellent. The only things that weren’t amazing was the time you get to decorate your party and the signage out front. The place is cute and has its own birthday decor but if you are doing a theme you will be tight for time. I was lucky to get in early because there was no party before me. As for the signage outside, it looks really old and worn, not happy and cheerful like you would expect for a kids place. It doesn’t give the best first impression. The place is really nice inside though and that’s what counts. I would definitely recommend having a party here.

Fantastic experience with Anya for my 7yo's bday. We went with the "Grossology" party theme, lab coat an d dry ice addons. The kids were mesmerized! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services to other parents.

My 7 year old son attended the Chamelea Science camp over the summer and had a fantastic experience. The counsellors were kind, caring and engaging, and each day he came back with lots of stories of the projects he worked on that day. We also attended birthday parties at the center and they were always a great experience for the kids. During the lockdown we tried a few of the virtual workshops which we also enjoyed. Overall it's a wonderful place run by passionate and caring people.

We hosted our daughters 9th birthday there just over a week ago. I make a lot of decisions based on reviews, so I thought I would share our experience. PROS: - Booking was easy and pleasant - The facility is clean and you have it to yourself - Staff were great with the kids - They offer a one-stop shop (cake, pizza, loot bags) which made everything easy CONS: - For the price, the experiments were VERY basic. Not much of a challenge or excitement for 9 year old's. Maybe for kids no more than 5 or 6 it would be fine. The highlight was the dry ice, which I'm really glad I paid to add on, as they weren't overly excited about any of the other experiments. - The play area is very basic and doesn't have much to do. The kids didn't mind too much as they were busying chatting (little girls), but I could see it being an issue for others. - Limited decorations and the decor was very bland. This is for the main room AND the science room where they do the experiments with the kids. It wasn't very inviting. Maybe a mural on the wall or some science-themed posters could brighten it up? Overall, it was ok. It wasn't a bad experience and the kids did enjoy themselves, but I don't know we would go back for the price and what you get.

Due to the rising case numbers, we had to reschedule my daughter's birthday party several times, and in the end, we felt it would be safest to make the party virtual. My daughter really wanted the Space theme, and Chamelea Science Center was so accommodating in making this happen. The virtual party went really well. My daughter and her friends loved the engaging experiments and the host was energetic and knowledgeable. This exceeded my expectations for a virtual party! Highly recommend!

What an amazing birthday party we just had! The place is very bright, clean, super organized and the experiments they present kids with are mind blowing! Kids get to wear authentic scientists hats (goggles and all proper scientists outfits) and the whole experience truly sparks their interest in science! Sophia and Brandon were amazing - engaging, knowledgeable and great facilitators! Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking unique birthday party ideas! Thank you so much!

Just had my 4 year olds bday with science magic theme. We're about 20 kids 20 adults. And absolute blast. Booking and reservations were very easy and girls on site were very kind and helpful. Will definitely come back!

What a wonderful party for the kids. My son just turned 6 and him and all his friends (there were a little over 15 kids) had a great time playing in the Imagination Centre and doing the experiments. We chose the Dinosaur Theme. The young lady who was leading the experiments was great with the kids. Kept them all engaged. There was miscommunication and I had thought that the cake would be part of my package (it wasn't) and as soon as we realized the miscommunication, the staff called the manager who offered to quickly get us a cake! Thank goodness! I couldn't be more grateful. All of the parents told me how much their kids enjoyed the party. My son of course had so much fun too.

we had a scientist from the Chamelea science Center come to our home for our sons birthday party and it was the best decision !! The group of 12, five year olds were kept engaged for an hour!! Highly recommend!

We booked a Chamelea scientist for our son's 7th birthday party in our home. The scientist was great with the kids and they all loved the dinosaur-themed experiments. I heard from several parents that their kids were super excited about the take-home items as well. We definitely recommend Chamelea to other parents looking for unique party entertainment.

Had an excellent experience with the centre for a birthday. Very responsive, helpful staff, nice safe and fun space for variety of ages, and also gives parents some space to mingle while the kids are looked after.

We went there for a birthday party - the science program was great, and staff was good with the kids. There definitely needs to be updates made to the facility, as well as the toys. There was carpet where kids were eating, so it got messy and gross really fast. There was only one bathroom, so that created a bit of a wait at times. It just feels dated, but the kids did not seem to mind at all as they enjoyed the experiments and the magic show.

I had my son's 7th birthday party here. You can't tell from the outside, but this is such a great place! If you're looking for something fun and unusual to do with your kids, this is it! First, kids had some time to play with ginormous blocks and marbles of different shapes and sizes, and then became real scientists! They had so much fun seeing science come to life, making never melting snow, making secret messages disappear, etc, etc. Most importantly (haha) it was very easy for the me! All I had to do was bring the birthday boy, and Chamelea took care of the rest. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff for making my kid's birthday so memorable! You're the best.

Hi, I am a teacher and we brought our grade four and five students to the field trip to Camelia science Centre. Our students had a blast playing in the Imagination Playground. They were able to build a lot of things out of blocks including the scooter. They were very excited about this activity. As well as having fun playing they’ve learned a lot of new things during the workshop about Space. They loved to do the experiments with their own hands. I would highly recommend this experience to both parents and teachers.

It is definitely recommended for everyone. Great entertainment and joy for kids along with amazing scientific discoveries. And it is all designed and implemented by creative scientist from Toronto and her team. Good job Chamelea!

What an amazing way to celebrate our daughter's fourth birthday. Ushta did an fantastic job of keeping our daughter, the other children, and our guests informed and entertained with science experiments. Our daughter's birthday party was spaced themed and they were able to adjust the experiments to have relevance to the theme. This was a fantastic value and I highly recommend! Another big perk was their responsiveness. Sophia responded quickly to emails and calls and gave a lot of confidence that the experiments would be interesting. Thank you!

Booked Chamelea science center for my Daughters 10th Birthday party. I had a great experience. The scientist kept the kids engaged from the beginning to the end and the experiments were pretty cool. Would definitely recommend them for your kids science parties.

We celebrated my daughters' birthday at Chamelea just last week, it was incredible! We had a group of 17 kids and they enjoyed it so much that they did not want to leave. There was playtime, activity time - it was awesome and they left with a loot tube as bonus so I didn't have to worry about loot bags! BIG PLUS!!!! The kids were occupied, they listen to the instructors (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) who were patient and helpful and amazing with such a big group of kids! I was sent a little schedule when my booking was confirmed and we stuck to it, it was great as it gave me a good idea how to organize my time. The adults have enjoyed it as well as we were able to eat (we ordered food for the adults) and talk and watch the kids have fun. Overall, a truly 5 star experience and my kid said it was the best birthday celebration yet.
