    The staff are so unprofessional. My order is always wrong. Out of ordering 6 times, 4 of those times my order was wrong or missing items. I have had to go back multiple times to get them to fix their mistake. They aren't apologetic about making mistakes either. The staff seem to never wear their masks on their face, I mean if you just going to wear it under your chin than why even bother. At least if Dutch Love makes a mistake they try their best to make it right or make up for it. Sessions could learn from them what good customer service is

    Sent someone else for pick up that was paid before online , then they were charged in store the person who I sent unsure of how it worked in good faith paid it then they had an item for sale that they were sold out of so now I'm currently waiting for 2 refunds to be processed that can take up to 8 days to receive terrible customer service where they blame the customer after telling me all online orders are paid for before they get confirmed and said the person picking up shouldn't have offered the debit card and it's not their fault for being sold out of something but it really is when I order from other places if they make a mistake they offer to make good on it I wasn't given the option of another item for the money and just felt the lady I spoke to was overly rude and snarky and shouldn't be on the phone I had every right to be upset and as someone who personally deals in customer service you try to help the customer not mock them and be little them I will never order from here again their a total joke they can't even process the refund right now

    The store looked nice inside, however every product I asked for, I got the same bored sort of response: "Oh...uh yeah, no...we don't have any left" Normally I find that staff in cannabis stores are very enthusiastic and excited to help or discuss different products. I just could not engage them. On this day, the store was either really badly stocked or, they just didn't... feel like it. I couldn't tell.

    I am highly disappointed in this store! The so called manager by the name of Stephanie handles situations very poorly. Doesn’t seem to want to listen to the customers concerns. I always came to this location but after the incident I had regarding an online order I will no longer be spending my money at sessions! Stephanie claimed my order was cancelled but I never received any information that it was so I called the bank and was told the money came out and I never received a refund! Stephanie is NOT manager worthy. All I asked for was a conformation that my order was canceled but she wasn’t willing to provide that information. I would not recommend shopping at this location, no one seems to have any idea what is going on or how to handle these kind of situations.

    Have never had a curbside order pickup go smoothly. Prepare the wait in the cold. They do not take phone orders which is NOT INCLUSIVE and DISCRIMINATING of people that do not have access to phone data or computer. They should be ashamed. Go to Dutch love, 2 min away, great organized service and they take orders over the phone! Their replies to bad review show they don’t care about making the problem right and showcases how unprofessional this location is. I will delete this review if they implement phone call orders.

    I consider myself a regular here and the customer service on this day happened to be even more superb than usual. We had a great chat about products and i was suggest one inparticular that i had never tried. Let me tell you, i was hesitent to buy a larger quantity, but boy am i ever happy i did. Absolute +AAA. Thank you 1 million times over.

    Very slow, never has any of the stock shown online then to get refund after their mistake takes up to 5 days. The staff have very poor communication and all around customer service skills. I will never return and do not recommend it to any one else.

    They were great when they 1st opened up but I’m weary to use them again after I did an online order and received 2 orders of 3.5g instead of 2 orders of 7 grams ... it Wasn’t until I already got home when I realised that they had shorted me! now I have looked at a few reviews and I think perhaps there might be something nefarious going on there? hopefully not but without a receipt you’re pretty much screwed out of getting refunds or return. Check your orders people to make sure what u walk away with is what you ordered

    Oh mannnn I used to come here when they fonslly opened a store here. I always got the cheaper sides of pre-rolls or the buds themselves. The service was always top notch. I don’t go here anymore though just because that was a phase of my journey. 2019 pre-coronavirus.

    Horrible customer service, combative "ghetto" staff, unknowledgable about respect and courteous service, the plug working with Sophia actually threatened me, a combat veteran, so i guess intelligence is an attribute they dont require in an employee. Keep up the good work, remind employees that if they are not experienced MMA fighters they should stick to selling items in a retail setting. Nice try David, only your staff threatened, i like that your employees version of events is the only one that matters. I was not escorted out, i was not told to leave, i left cause your employees are absolutely rude. At least you did your due dilligence, great investigation you should try private investigations, your obviously over qualified. Now your store is defaming a canadian veteran, whats next? Have you looked at your reviews, only 5's and 1's; must be the customers right? Theres no in between, cause when at your store its all good or its all horrible, new narrative for you "blame the customers" cause they're coming in threatening our employees. Threats are an indictable offence, shouldnt your employees under threat call the police? Nice try Davey Boy'

    I have a new respect for the manager I had the worst experience ever with this shop. But the manager of this place is actually a decent person , I have no bad things to say about the manager at all . He’s actually respectful. The other staff need to take a play from the managers play book . Mr. MANAGER you’re acutely supper decent. thank you 🙏 for being considerate 😎

    Great store with great product. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Manager, Stephanie, went out of her way to help me select products based on what I was looking for- I was overwhelmed with so much choice, wasn’t sure where to start. Stephanie was patient with me and happy to assist. I really appreciate the care Stephanie took to ensure I had a true 5 star experience. Thanks for slinging pot with a smile on your face during a global pandemic :)

    Amazing staff with amazing customer service ! I tell everyone about this location! They will not let me put another review so I’m editing my old one! Kiki and will I think he said his name was are both so amazing and treat u like ur their friend when dealing with you! Best place to go to just feel like someone is going to take the time and help u out properly !! Thank you again for being so amazing

    Very reluctant young man at the store, not helpful at all. I'm sure he wasn't representative of every other employee at the establishment but unfortunately it put me off from going there again. There are lots of other places in the neighborhood with staff that aren't surly and with an attitude problem.

    Yesterday was my first time going to this location & I will definitely be back. They are super knowledgeable helpful & professional. I say professional due to the fact that I was picking up an order and there was a customer giving a worker, a lady with silver hair a very hard time and she dealt with it very professional. I know not everyone wants to be ID’d but you guys are picking up Cannabis for crying out loud and these workers are just doing their job. They are already working during a worldwide pandemic and I believe they don’t need that stress. We need to thank them for coming to work during this pandemic. You guys keep up the good work!

    I only use their online shopping and pickup options, never had a problem. Always been fast and efficient, prices are about the same as everywhere else and it’s in my neighborhood so I’ll be back as long as I live around.

    Their hours are inconsistent. Ive gone multiple times when they say they are open just to be met with a locked door. The management needs some work or something. Calling rarely gets an answer its like they just started their first business without any clue at professionalism. Weed is good but service is non existent.

    Great store! Clean place....friendly staff. As a long time weed smoker I was tired of carrying all the things needed to smoke bowls on the go and so I wanted to switch to vape. They made it super easy to get on board and with no pressure to get the best of the best when just starting out! Thanks guys! I'll be back:) Che DuBois ps. if you are thinking about switching.......I can say "Go 4 It"! .....simple and effective ;)

    From June, when I first went there, always friendly and helpful staff. I didn't test their knowledge, but found good prices on brand generic strains. Ordering online, with the newly revived curbside met with some SNAFU-style problems. 'Out of stock' item ordered and charged. Also didn't get text message confirmation and the wrong charge was reversed - the cheaper item I bought instead. Brought it up, resolved for store credit. Annoying, obviously, but I am extremely impressed with all of the staff. From following up within a minute of my initial order to the candor and transparency. While I was reasonable - if persistent - I imagine they catch a lot of flak for tech problems and payment processing delays and I hope the former are being addressed.
