I just moved into the neighborhood and wanted to try this pizzaville the first night. I picked up the pizza, all was going fairly well, but then I looked down and found a wasp cooked into the pizza! I couldn't believe it. Tucked right into a jalapeno. Disgusting. Clearly no one was paying attention when they put it into or pulled it out of the oven. Not a good experience

Hands down best chain pizza I've had. I'm vegan and the dough and crunch and tastiness was much better than pizza pizza, pizza nova, etc. They make good zaa here

Called at the 110 minute mark to ask what gives. "be right there, have $20 off" ... 124 minutes for my pizza... Arrived incorrect, incomplete, and cold. I can forgive mistakes when they are made right, but this was the worst pizza experience ever. Think I'm coming back for $20 off?

There sign says a slice and drink for 5.99. It shows a nice inviting gourmet slice, but the guys says "That's pepperoni only, is that okay?" I was hungry...

$20 for 2 panzos each with 2 toppings inside. Great deal. Wouldn’t have thought baked taste so good vs fried (which is not an option at this location)

The pizza itself is gorgeous amazing delicious but the staff that was working there last night he waz rude I know the boss is a solid honest man but check on your stuff from last night. I asked to change the channel from annoying cartoons and he turned the TV off. I'm a homeless man and I would like to watch regular TV for half an hour while I eat.

Ordered a pizza tonight for the first time from this place. It arrived in a dirty, clear recycling bag, and the seals were both off the pizza box. I didn’t even eat it because it looked like the pizza box/pizza had been tampered with. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. There are many other pizza places in the neighbourhood that won’t leave your pizza looking like someone had opened it. Should have read reviews before wasting my money.

Not the one, unless you like your pizza to be made by a dude who uses his phone and handles cash, then starts making pizza without washing his hands. And mask-wearing seems to be optional as an added bonus. There's better pizza in the neighbourhood that won't make you sick from COVID or otherwise.

I would argue this is the best Pizzaville location in the city. The pizza is always delicious and piping hot. Before the virus was imported to Canada we would stop here and have a leisurely lunch, or get takeout and eat it at the beach.

Our pizzas took over an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. The toppings we’re very skimpy and there was at least 2” of bare crust (imagine a 2 inch ring of bread around your pizza with no tomato sauce, no cheese and no toppings). One of the pizzas we ordered was a Hawaiian pizza with smoked provolone - we received a bland pizza with almost no pineapple and regular mozzarella. I cant recommend the Pizzaville in the Beaches and won’t be ordering anything from them again. If there was a no stars option that’s what I would give them.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered from this place via Uber Eats in 8:25 pm. Restaurant deliver with their own staff. So unlike other orders you can't track delivery in that. Estimated delivery time was 8:50-9:10. Around 9:25 I called the number from Uber Eats to check my order. They checked and told me it will be there in 5-10 mins. I waited 15 minutes, there was nobody there. I placed order in 8:25 pm and it was relatively close location. I didn't cancel order until 10:30 pm. But this restaurant didn't deliver my order and also didn't update the order situation. They basically waited for me to cancel order so they thought they would get away by not delivering. At the end, I paid for something that they didn't deliver to me. Very unprofessional, horrible service. Avoid this place, I will also cancel my Uber subscription too, they were not helpful and charged me with something I didn't have.

Same as others, I wish I could give 0 stars. Wish I trusted the other reviews before ordering from this location. 2 hours after ordering from this location and 4 calls to customer support and no pizza. End result, and only thing support could do, a refund because even they couldn't get proper info from the owner. Owner just kept telling them, 5 minutes and it will arrive.

Ordered a artichoke heart, sun-dried tomato and black olive pizza. There was maybe two artichoke hearts no sun-dried tomato and the toppings that were on the pizza weren’t even spread out, 4 slices were just cooked dough. On top of that the box was Caked in grease! I’ve ordered this pizza from Pizzaville before and its never looked like this. Talked to customer service because you cant call the store directly and they said they would get the store to call me which nobody did, then I called back and they said the guy only makes pizza and doesn’t deal with the customers.

First time ordering from this chain brand. The online ordering was straight forward and no issue with delivery timeline. However, the pizza itself (2 mediums) were not good. Not sure if the dough was day old or overproofed but the taste was not good and too chewy. The cheese seemed low quality and dry, which meant it didn't melt that well. Overall, not good.

Okayish pizza and service is even worse. Based on the brochure that I received I asked for pizza to be made in Indian style. The representative simply started asking questions making me feel stupid as pizza happens to be an "Italian" cuisine and what could be an Indian touch to it!? Will never visit this place again

'Fiercely Canadian and Authentically Italian' is what it says on their pizza boxes. That appeals to me. As well the pizza is very good at this location and the owner is polite , friendly and very 'COVID conscientious'. i will definitely pickup from there again.

Terrible experience today- May 23, 2021. Walked in with my wife to order Sunday walk in deal XL pizza with 3 toppings. We were told to come in 20min. I specifically asked if we can prepay and we’re told to pay during pick up. So we waited 20 min and when I came to get pizza it was not ready, let alone they never started making it and said they could start now and asked if we still wanted it. Well, we did not expected to wait another 20 minutes bing hungry and disappointed with such service. We left...

Went there a couple of days ago and bought an xl pizza and wings. Disgusting truly. Ate it with my family and was literally unable to finish it. The cheese was plastic and the crust was undercooked. The wings were also raw and i wish i went to refund but we already left the area by the time we ate. I never thought you can make pizza unedible. I was wrong.

Veggie slice is the best pizza ever. Friendly service. My daughter loves coming here.

Delicious pizza everytime (including pizza with dairy free cheese) - Consistent great experience while I tried 7 different pizzas and placed more than 4 orders to Pizzaville during the last 6-7 months. Wishing all the best to team Pizzaville!!

My favorite gourmet pizza place in the beaches. I am personally love the chicken Asiago, their girl made pizza start at $20 plus but they're an awful lot better than the rest of the chains on Queen Street selling cardboard inside cardboard boxes to be reheated later!!!!

We order delivery pizza regularly from this location. The pizzas always arrive in a delicious state. The thin crust pizzas are especially good. The delivery persons are nice. Definitely recommend.
