If you return a mattress within the 100 day window, and they say, "Would you like to save $x hundred dollars?", answer, "No thanks". Unfortunately, I said yes and they delivered a (non-returnable) mattress that has clearly been used for +1yr. Worn out on one side. Caveat emptor with this place.

I recently purchased my second mattress from Sleep Country and unfortunately the second time around I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. We purchased a floor model from another store so weren’t able to see the condition of the mattress. There are damages that had we have seen, we would not have bought this item. The mattress itself is comfy and perfect for our needs and our sales rep was fantastic. I’ve sent more than one email to customer service and have yet to hear back. Very disappointed in this experience for such a renowned company. Rating two stars only because of the customer service. The mattress itself is great, I suggest never ordering a floor model unless you are able to see the item or the sales rep verbally dictates the condition of the mattress.

Sales person was friendly and helpful but the delivery people were terrible. I was told that the delivery included assembly, but they only partially assembled the bed base and dropped the mattress on top. A large number of the required screws/washers were just left in their bags. It's unstable as hell. Either do the job right or don't bother offering the service.

This my second visit to Sleep-Country, and I'm pleased again. Quiet, intelligent sales people, helpful in choosing what I need, helpful again when considering ways to spend less, and no-fuss delivery, when promised. I don't often need a mattress, but I will return when I do.

Absolutely amazing! We had purched a new mattress and box spring about a month ago, and I can honestly say that this month has been amazing for sleep quality! The service at this store, at the time, with the help from Goran was seamless! He was attentive, detailed and patient! We originally just went to have a look but ended up buying that day because of the amazing and easy customer service Goran offered! He took the time to give us options and show us the best items to pair with our order and gave us quality that will last. My partner works as an EMS in Toronto and this has made a hard job a little less stressful during this terrible pandemic. So thank you sleep country and mostly Goran for your help !

We went in last week to Sleep Country to buy a new pillow, we ended up purchasing a new bed lol. We met with Goran who was extremely friendly and offered us extensive information about all types of mattresses. We found a fabulous bed, delivered within 5 days of purchase and could not be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress, bed frame, headboard or pillows. Its a one stop shopping experience and we couldn't be happier.

DC was so hopeful. Great experience. They had paper sheets so you can try the mattress safely. It was so quick to get all the product knowledge, make decision and schedule delivery. I love that they have a green recycling program so your old mattress gets cleaned and donated or recycled if it’s in bed condition. I bought a mattress from there 7 years a go it’s still amazing. Bought another mattress 4 years a go from their competitor and I already have to replace it. Sleep country for all my purchases going forward, won’t make that mistake again.

I always try to purchase from Goran as he’s one of Sleep Country’s best salesman with top quality customer service. He goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best product for the best price. Excellent mattress purchase experience today, thanks to salesperson Anand!! He was professional, knowledgeable, kind hearted and in no way pushy. The shopping experience was 5 star. We felt comfortable being able to test out how the mattresses felt as disposable paper sheets are provided for each customer. The store is clearly on top of covid-safe practices which we appreciated. We had an excellent experience at Sleep Country on Queen St. in the Beaches (Toronto). The sales person, DC, was very helpful, listened to what we were looking for and made very good suggestions as we tried the beds and asked for something a little different. We were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes and the new mattress sets were delivered quickly and efficiently following all COVID protocols 2 weeks later.
