I
ordered
a
black
dial
Hamilton
Khaki
Field
from
Sam
(Owner)
through
Chrono24.
When
I
received
the
watch,
it
was
defective
as
the
minute
hand
was
bent
upwards
and
so
every
time
the
second
hand
came
around
it
collided
with
the
minute
hand
and
the
movement
jammed.
I
reached
out
to
Sam
to
advised
me
to
send
the
watch
back
and
that
he
would
issue
a
refund
along
with
reimbursing
me
for
return
shipping.
The
whole
time
he
was
never
apologetic
and
even
seemed
annoyed
and
aggressive
over
the
phone.
I
shipped
the
watch
back
and
when
he
received
it,
I
called
him
and
he
said
that
he
no
longer
had
any
black
dial
in
stock
but
he
could
offer
me
a
white
dial
or
a
Black
PVD
version.
I
took
him
up
on
his
offer
for
the
white
dial
but
then
he
said
he
would
no
longer
be
reimbursing
me
for
the
$20
return
shipping
because
its
a
"straight
exchange".
I'm
really
confused
then
as
to
in
what
scenario
he
was
agreeing
to
reimburse
me
the
return
shipping
then
as
in
a
return
scenario,
he
still
won't
reimburse
me.
Same
passive
aggressive
and
annoyed
tone,
he
said
the
return
is
out
of
his
control
since
its
Chrono24
doing
the
refund.
So
as
of
today,
I
have
returned
the
watch,
I
have
not
been
reimbursed
for
the
return
shipping,
I
have
not
received
my
money
back
for
the
watch
and
I
have
not
been
given
an
option
where
I
am
not
losing
out
due
to
him
sending
me
a
broken
watch
to
begin
with.
