This is my go-to store as it is close to my office. The girls here are very friendly and welcoming. Alyssa mainly helps me out but all of them are nice! They take their time to understand what you're looking for and would suggest what is best for you, without being pushy. They have a good selection of items that suit any occasion and if you're on their VIP list, you will get notified of sales, etc. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for Swarovski items. I've been to other Swarovski stores, and service is better here.

I was looking for a particular that was sold out online but when I called the Swarovski at the Y&E location, I must say I was very pleased by the excellent customer service I have received by Claire and the other lovely associates there. Claire answers all my questions on the phone and was extremely accommodating to my requests. This location is by far the best Swarovski I have ever dealt with and will be happy to shop here in the future!

I live in the neighborhood, I LOVE Swarovski, and this store is the one that I'd go to often when I'd like to buy something. All of the staff are amazing, but one lady. This lady - who I happened to meet a few times when I had to return something- is acting very unpleasant and entitled, and even somewhat rude, as if I do not have the right to return something if it is not a good fit. She was giving me such a hard time that I decided this time, I am going to return my purchase through mail. (Although this location is only 2 min walking distance from my home), and write a review. Then I decided to give it another chance and then I met this lovely lady, Alyssa. She was very polite, and welcoming. She processed my return with great respect, and she even offered me a few necklace extenders to use with my online purchase!

Alyssa and Claire provided exceptional Customer Service! They were so nice, friendly and helpful. Their Curbside service was so great, fast and easy! As soon as I got there, my order was already gift wrapped and ready for pick up. I didn’t even have to wait! I live very far, in Scarborough and I’m definitely gonna come back to this location because this is one of the best Swarovski location!
