Nice trail in Pickering. You can find parking even in the weekend. It has a nice beach to hang out or get tanned. It is good for a day picnic as well.

Beautiful place. There's the lake where people can swim or just take a dip. Children play in the sand. Some do sunbathing. I've seen families bring their tents and do some barbecuing here in the summer. Some come to go fishing. Oh yes, there are fish, and I saw someone caught a big one right under the bridge. There's actually a lot of things you can do in this place especially in the summer. I come here to pass the time. Take a walk at the waterfront or up the hill overlooking the water. Sometimes I simply sit by the lake and enjoy the scenery. I make sure that i bring my camera though. There's a lot of good scenes to catch on film including several migratory birds that frequently come here.

Absolutely gorgeous......it's very well maintained beach for family, friends, couples & children. The beach is clean.. No garbage lying around. It's lovely to see people on their kayaks, paddleboards, lot of cycling enthusiasts & walkers like me. It's a must see πŸ‘

A heavenly place in Scarborough to be, right next to Rogue Hills Go station. The air feels so fresh here with an amazing view of Lake Ontario.

Nice and scenic walk. It goes through some neighborhood which I didn't like. It would have been nice to have a long stretch without going into streets. I prefer the trail in the west direction. Go early morning or evening... bugs and direct sun.

We took a drive over to Rouge park on Sunday, expected it to be busy and it was. There was some guys working managing the gate, managing cars going in and out, ensuring there were enough spaces to park. we were told it was busy and to maintain social distancing which was easy even though the park had a lot of people. We walked the path back towards Rouge Hill GO station and it was lovely. The colors were fantastic, seeing what I think was the Pickering power plant in the distance gave it kind of a post apocalyptic kind of look. It was great to see so many people enjoying the outdoors, the beach, the Sun period some were swimming, I'm not so sure about that, but good for them! Beautifulplace to enjoy the Fall colors take some really lovely pictures and just get out and enjoy being outside again!

Nice view and lots of birds. Main parking lot under the railway bridge was closed in early April. Bathroom opens in May.

Nice breezy day to enjoy the beach, decently packed because it was Victoria Day, but still lots of room to relax and enjoy the weather and scenery.

Nice, wide trails along the lake. Sometimes, this area can get a bit busy (holidays, weekends), but it can also be very peaceful at times. A nice place to go for a walk.

A beautiful place to go for a walk or bike ride just a little ways out of the city and it is easy to get to on the GO train. This is a great place to go on a beautiful summer day to relax, swim and just enjoy nature!

Its a great place in every season however, winter has its different charm the small lake is frozen completely for winter sports! The Lake Ontario has the most calm sunset .
