It is a happening place to chill. I went there with my friends and it was a good place to enjoy with friends. The place was quite clean and good. It's a must visit place when you are visiting Ontario. It's definitely worth giving a shot. I would definitely recommend to visit there and have a good time there. The service was also good and the staff was supportive as well.

My wife and I booked our tour with Niagara & Toronto Tours. We had booked a hotel close to the pick up location. We received an email the day before saying pick up location had changed. We now met at King Tours office. We found out later that some tour companies use King Tours to do the tours if others don't have enough people. Bus left about 30 minutes after publicised time. Bus was comfortable (quite new). Although the tour included a stop at the Niagara by the Lake winery and the township of Niagara by the lake, we felt this was a waste of time, considering the tour was to see the Niagara Falls. We stopped at Niagara Falls and were dropped off to do our own thing. The boat trip was cancelled due to the water level. Strange considering the US boat was still operating. We eventually got a refund (5 weeks later). We enjoyed the viewing of Niagara Falls. We then returned directly to Toronto and got back about an hour earlier than expected. Overall it is really a bus trip to the falls because there is no actual tour of the falls, because we are left to do our own thing.

The tour was great. Our driver, Michael, was super entertaining and knew a lot of interesting facts about the Niagara falls. The wine tasting was good, but would have been better to do it in the afternoon rather than in the morning. We had 3 hours at the falls, which was enough to do the boat tour, which is a must do, and to explore. There aren't many options to buy food, so make sure you pick something up on the way. All in all, a great day!

This full day tour to see impressive Niagara Falls with cruise on the Hornblower Boat was one of the best experiences during our stay in Toronto. Trip was well-organised with a few extra locations visited on the way to the falls (winery, small towns, etc.). Mr. Michael is a good leader, he has told us a lot of useful information and stories about Niagara Falls and Toronto Area and kept our team entertained at all times. It was a very enjoyable day.

This was by far my BEST Experience in Toronto. Michael is the BEST Tour guide and truly made this experience unique and wonderful. There are multiple stops and beautiful views. Truly once in a lifetime,. Each stop allows you to fully explore and look around. Niagara falls is just breathtaking and beautiful. Would Definitely Recommend.

Went to Niagara Falls with Niagara Toronto Tours. This was hands down the best tour I've been on. The guide Michael and bus driver Roman were absolutely amazing and elevated the trip to new heights. I had been to Niagra falls a number of years previous, however this paled in comparison to the experience offered up by Niagara Toronto Tours. The only thing that's needed a bit of work was Michael's attempt at an Irish accent!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It’s hard to say for certain since I’ve only ever been on one Niagara Falls tour… but I definitely get the impression this one is better than the rest! Michael doesn’t BS you and honestly if you don’t care about wine, or helicopter rides, or other fancy extra stuff, this tour is perfect for seeing the falls. You’re back in time for dinner too 😉. Oh yeah he’s pretty funny too.

I took a trip with Niagara Toronto Tours to the falls in the summer of 2022. Michael, the tour guide, has an incredible amount of knowledge of the area. Despite living 2 hours away from the falls I left full of new knowledge. I highly recommend a tour, might have to hop on one of the wine tours in the future.

Brilliant tour and tour guide. You get plenty of free time to yourself at the falls and in Niagara on the Lake. Our guide Michael gave us excellent commentary on the drive down about Toronto and the local area. The trip to one of the Niagara wineries was a bonus I wasn't expecting as well. Can't recommend the tour enough!!!

The best trip in Ontario so far! My first travelling experience after all this covid situation and it was amazing. Michael is super nice, funny and friendly, perfect driver and guide. 5 stars and more for his professionality with taking care about his tourist. Everything was on time, we stopped for a pictures, visit a winery with tasting, had a great time at falls. You will have enough free time in Niagara and you will enjoy a very comfortable travel with AC. I teared up a little bit when I have seen the watterfalls for the first time. Its something undescriblingly beautiful. ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend!

Amazing tour Alex and Roman were truly a dynamic duo. I can honestly say this was an amazing tour, I usually don’t do them because I think they are a waste of money and I can accomplish more on my own. This completely changed me and made me into a tour person the guide truly matters and Alex is passionate about what he does. The tour was informational, fun and it continued after as he gave us additional places to visit (some of which I did right after the tour completed). You won’t regret it, it’s perfectly timed and it’s worth getting the boat ticket!

Went with my family to the Niagara area for a tour. Had a wonderful day. Michael our driver and guide is very knowledgeable and took us to see the sights and we learned about Niagaras long history.

My wife and I did the day tour in late October. The weather was cold, windy and rainy, so we were not sure how the trip was going to turn out. Michael was our guide on this day and I have to say that it was one of the best experiences we have had. He arrived at our hotel, for pickup, exactly when he said he would. The other members of the tour were all ready and picked up on time, which gave us an excellent start to the day. Michael is very knowledgeable of Toronto and all points leading to Niagara Falls. He has such a great and fun personality, which kept us all laughing and in good spirits the whole trip down and back. Even though we were pretty reserved, “don’t be shy” was the rule of the day, and made for a really fun trip. He is an excellent driver and maneuvered the streets and highways, like a true professional. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and doing this trip again with friends and family. We highly recommend this tour and Michael. You will not regret it. Cheers Michael.

Michael was wonderful. He was engaging and easy to chat with, and had a lot of really interesting information for us. It was only the two of us and one other guy on the tour, but Michael still gave us the full experience. We would absolutely recommend booking a tour with this company if you’d like to experience the true value of not only Niagara Falls, but also the entire journey there from Toronto.

Our tour of Niagara Falls was amazing!! Our tour guide Michael was so knowledgeable of the area and added a great twist of humor as well. Our driver Roman, was top notch. We were able to pack so much into the tour but never felt rushed. We highly recommend this tour!
