I am absolutely thrilled to leave a review for Jessica Huang and her real estate team. If I could give more than five stars, I would! From the moment we decided to sell our industrial unit, Jessica's expertise and dedication were evident. With her guidance, we not only achieved a good price for our property but also managed to close the deal in record time. Jessica's strategic approach and deep market knowledge were undoubtedly the driving forces behind this success. Communication skills, attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism ensured that every aspect of the process was handled seamlessly. Jessica's negotiation prowess is unmatched, and her ability to connect with potential buyers is truly impressive. Without a doubt, Jessica and her team exceeded all expectations. If you're seeking a real estate agent who is experienced, effective, and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome, Jessica Huang is the name you need to remember.

Worked with their agent Chris Cruz...always on time for the appointment. Ive worked with other real estate agent in the past but he is different as he doesnt limit your choices in buying property . Most agents will allow you to look into only 3 or 5 houses only..but for him his patience and pro active approach allows a client more options and ease in making a decision in buying their homes...He treats his clients equally without hesitation whether your purchasing a 300k or 1M property. And most importantly his support on after sale and mortgage requirements is a great plus+++

I was lucky enough to have Aaron as my Realtor for my Condo Assignment Sale back in January 2019. It was a very difficult task as the rules around the assignment sale didn't even let him list the property on MLS! He used his resources and was able to find a buyer and negotiate a fair deal. He also made this whole process very convenient with constant communication and eSign for documents. Aaron guided me in the right direction to purchase my second home. My Husband will also be using him to sell his Condo in 2020. I'm so happy we found someone as knowledgeable, genuine and caring as Aaron. He's not just our forever Realtor; he's also our forever friend. Thank you for everything, Aaron!

After signing the lease agreement which indicated that I would allow pay for hydro which was also confirmed and asked about via text, I was told I had to pay for all utilities. The agent was Sara Xiao and if she she is the the seller or landlord’s real estate agent I recommend just finding another property. She is extremely shady and doesn’t even stick to signed lease agreements. Be careful when dealing with this agent and brokerage.

I cannot overstate how grateful my partner and I are for Julia Li's exceptional support during our search for a new home. Despite the fact that this review is long overdue, we still want to express our immense appreciation for her dedication and professionalism. Throughout the process, Julia was a pleasure to work with. She arranged multiple viewings for us and helped us find a place that not only met our budget but also felt comfortable and safe. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our decision and that the move-in process went smoothly. Thanks to Julia's tireless efforts, we are now living in a wonderful home that we truly admire. We wholeheartedly recommend Julia Li to anyone in need of a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, reliable, and a joy to work with.

This company works with their clients and are very unprofessional. I looked at a unit and was the first offer and offered above listing. They made me wait 3 days until more offers came in to tell us we were rejected. Upon viewing the unit, I was asked by someone who was at the time renovating the unit as there were damages, if I was Chinese or mandarin speaking. When I replied that I was not the man seemed disinterested and left the room not sure if that played a part in our treatment. We called for two days after placing an offer and received nothing back until they signed an offer even though we were the first and listed above asking price. My agent had called numerous times but they kept screening her calls so I called myself and they picked up right away and spoke to me very rudely. Wouldn’t recommended working with this office.

I would like to acknowledge Chris Cruz from HomeLife Landmark brokerage for his outstanding work towards his job. He is professional, dedicated, reliable, worked above and beyond his capacity. Worked under pressure but still able to handle with composure. I didn't know Chris from the start, I heard his name by recommendation of a friend. I didn't expect it turned out this amazing experienced we had for only 8 days, from initial interaction (June 8, 2022) to closing date (June 15,2022). You are truly an asset from your company.

The worst experience I ever had. You have an employee who scams people- Rica Charles. I almost died in this apartment because of the mold everywhere... in the AC, windows and mattresses. I stayed 2 days in the Hospital after staying 4 days in this mold-infested apartment. She told us if we moved out she would give us back the security deposit and last month's rent (we paid 3 months upfront). As soon as we left and returned the keys she blocked me. You should do something about this...

Mark Xiao is one of the worst real estate agent in this company. had a very bad experience with him . brokers in this company always criticized the property and then made you think there are lots of problems about the property and sold it low and quick for commission ( all brokers only care how quick they can earned the commission) nothing else . therefore, be careful their mislead information and selling tricks . check in formation by yourself and don't trust their words . Please remember they are sales and they just wanted the 2.5% commission into their pocket. the sold over asking is just a trick

Terrible experience with their agent Justin Yao, extremely rude and unprofessional, openly discuss tenants credits report in a tim Hortons coffee shop, and made rude and disrespectful comment. We signed lease agreement to one of his client renting properties, have to withdraw in the end due to this agent’s unprofessional actions.

Debbie Tien has been my go-to real estate agent for years, assisting me with various real estate needs from purchases to sales and rentals. Her consistent support, expertise, and professionalism have been invaluable. Debbie's commitment to her clients is unmatched, making every transaction smooth and successful. Recently Debbie Tian guided me through the challenging market with expertise and dedication, ultimately helping me sell my home smoothly. Her professionalism, knowledge, and commitment were evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent. I didn't know how to feedback by giving a review here until today but a 5 starts is never too late!

WARNING: DO NOT hire Debbie Tien for your real estate transaction. She creates an antagonistic relationship with the opposing agent/client. She is dishonest, unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful. She sent my agent 50+ unwarranted and often aggressive emails (not to mention many texts and phone calls) between signing the deal and the closing date. We finally had to have all correspondence go through our lawyer, as she was abusing the process in order to harass the opposing side of the transaction for gain. I was very tempted to walk away from the deal, as she made things so difficult and certainly did not deserve any commission

I am profoundly moved by the exceptional service delivered by Hez. His dedication to helping me and my partner find the ideal home went far beyond what we could have imagined. From the very first meeting, it was clear that he genuinely cared about our preferences and needs, taking the time to listen and understand every detail. Throughout the entire journey, he was extremely understanding and supportive . He demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the market and a remarkable ability to match properties that aligned perfectly with our criteria. His patience and unwavering support as we navigated through various options made the process feel effortless as he tirelessly showed us countless properties, always with a smile and an eagerness to find the perfect home for us! What truly touched our heart was his honesty and transparency. He was never hesitant to offer insights, even if it meant steering us away from properties that might not have been the best fit. We are grateful to Hez that we not only found a house that perfectly suits our needs but also gained a friend in the process. His passion for his work and his clients is truly inspiring, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in search of a home. Our deepest thanks for making a significant life transition feel so positive and uplifting and helping us find our forever home ❀️

We purchased our home in May 2020 in the midst of a pandemic. We were first time home buyers and our agent, Chris Cruz went above and beyond in helping us find a perfect home for our family. We went to at least 10 houses and Chris was so patient with us in answering all our questions and gave us insights on the properties we were looking at. He created a to-do list for us to help us set up all the necessary utilities and also guided us in setting up our account with Tarion and the builder. These are all very helpful given that this was our first purchase. We will definitely recommend him to all our family and friends. Thank you Chris and the whole team at Homelife!

I would highly recommend Chris Cruz as a real estate professional. I was an absentee owner and in need of an agent to take care of the sale of my property in Mississauga. Chris handled everything from start to finish during the early months of the pandemic. The property was marketed properly and in a few days it was in contract. Thank you so Much Chris!

Do not trust this brokerage or the agent Jessie Zhang. She sold us a property that had Asbestos hidden in the house that the seller covered up. When our agent reached out to her, she was of no help or had any concern for what we experienced. I would recommend dealing with an agent and brokerage that acts more professional.

Unethical agent. Their agent Roger Li ignored COVID protocol, and brought his clients to see the house while we had our booking at that timeslot already! While we asked them to leave, his respond was I don't care and my boss won't care. Everything in this world is first come first serve! What an unprofessional and rude behavior!

Terrible experience with realtor Sandy Luo. Was charged a $1000 key deposit when the realtor fully knows it cannot be more than $100. Unresponsive to emails, only responds when she wants to close a deal. Unreliable and works with her partner to lie a deceive prospective clients. Stay away from this Brokerage and Sandy Luo

We have had the pleasure to work with Debbie Tien since 2007 and have found her to be reliable, professional and competent. She helped us to purchase and sell two homes, with our most recent sale going over 129% in asking price! Her market knowledge and dedication to her job made her easy to work with.

I would like to recognize Debbie Tien, the agent works for Homelife Landmark realty Inc., provides the best service on the real state transactions. I have known Debbie since 2015 due to my daughter was a freshman in U of T that could not provide dormitory. We had never been to Toronto and had no idea where we could find a place to stay. We got panic; however, with Debbie 's great support, we found a one-bedroom apartment with walking distance to school so my daughter could study in U of T without concerns. After several years, we bought another two bedrooms about 1400 square feet which is hard to find the size in downtown. Debbie also provided the best strategy to let us win the bid during blind- bidding. We were so happy about the result. Debbie is a kind and thoughtful person. She always provides the professional support to each transition. You can trust and rely on her.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Sales Representative Candy Zhou at HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc. Brokerage Rating: 1/5 I had an extremely disappointing experience with the sales representative, Candy Zhou. After using their services, I feel compelled to share my discontent. Customer Service: 1/5 The customer service was absolutely unsatisfactory. We applied to rent a property, and they took around 5 days to evaluate our documents. We signed the contract with Service Ontario, delivered our check with the first and last month's rent as agreed upon. We began packing, fully prepared to move. On the morning of Wednesday, January 10th, our broker informed us that they were addressing some details in the property, indicating that everything was on track. In the afternoon, our broker informed us that they had decided not to sign the contract because they were not entirely sure about our credit score. Without a doubt, we were distressed and sought a quick solution, managing to get my uncle to act as our guarantor. Our broker tried multiple times to contact Candy Zhou, who demonstrated very little professionalism. The lack of communication and inefficiency in problem resolution are unacceptable. Days later, we found out that the house had been rented. I am extremely indignant about the lack of honesty from Candy Zhou. She was not truthful, displayed a complete lack of morality, and clearly played with our situation. I would have expected honesty and a suggestion of alternative options, such as reevaluating the offer or increasing it. The only clause she could have used to protect herself was our credit, which she accepted if it had been raised at the beginning when they had 5 days to evaluate it. It is a lack of respect on the part of Candy Zhou and undoubtedly the property owners. Problem Resolution: 1/5 When I tried to resolve the issues that arose, the company showed no interest in finding satisfactory solutions. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed disinterested in ensuring customer satisfaction. In summary, my experience with HomeLife Landmark Realty Inc. Brokerage was profoundly disappointing in every aspect. I do not recommend their services at all based on my negative experience. It was an indignant and morally deficient experience, especially considering we had already signed the Service Ontario contract and delivered our check for the agreed-upon first and last month's rent.
