    worst most disgusting service ive ever had. When i first walked in at this store on oct 20 ,around 12ishpm, there were 4 sales representatives . and not even one of them greeted me, already that was very unwelcoming. I was looking around and still none of them came to see if i needed help or to assist me with anything. so terrible. i had left. and i would not recommend coming here at all. it seems like u need to wear luxuries clothing to go into stores like this otherwise you wont get Approached, otherwise be prepared to be ignored. These high end stores are very discriminative this place and this exact location is one of them. they didnt even deserve 1 star. so terrible.

    The store staffs were very unprofessional and acted like their products is too luxurious for me because they think I looked like I can’t afford it. Im not the type of person that likes to wear flashy jewelries especially in downtown because of how bad it has gotten. Im so glad I didn’t spend my hard earned money their and instead I bought a Northface winter jacket.

    Disappointing Experience for Locals at Canada Goose Store I recently had an unsatisfactory visit to the Canada Goose store located at Eaton Centre, which seems to cater predominantly to tourists. Despite the store being empty, I was denied entry. The attendant insisted on taking my contact information under the pretext of notifying me when they could assist, displaying an unwelcoming and disinterested demeanor. This is not my first unfavorable encounter at this particular outlet. A few months ago, I interacted with a salesperson who lacked knowledge about the product specifications and features of the Canada Goose parkas, which was quite disappointing. It appears that this store relies heavily on the foot traffic of tourists and does not prioritize customer service, especially for locals. This attitude, unfortunately, tarnishes the reputation of the Canada Goose brand. I would advise fellow Torontonians to consider other vendors or online shopping options when interested in Canada Goose products to ensure a better customer service experience.

    Last week I visited this Canada Goose , one of the luxury apparel. They show me different styles and sizes to try out and advise me. I was looking similar jacket which I bought last year but they discontinue that color. I ended up buying the perfect jacket which I was looking. Staffs are friendly. I highly recommend this place to visit if you are looking for Canada Goose Jackets. There are lots of varieties and options.

    There's always a waitlist regardless of how empty the store looks - I'm guessing to create the illusion of exclusivity and make sure that they have enough staff to attend to every individual. Once you get in, however, the service is top-notch. The staff are all friendly and professional, and they do their best to make recommendations or track down items. I visited twice last week to look for a vest and both Caesar and the store manager (I forgot his name, sorry!) were extremely helpful. They even remembered my name on my second visit! So yes, while there is a wait, I think it's worth it for the quality of customer service you get.

    the most disgusting service I've ever had. I was in the store yesterday and was disappointed. The staff is rude and does nothing, even the visitors are not approached. it is very sad that the beloved brand turned into a bazaar shop.👎🏻 DONT RECOMMENDED

    I had 2 great experiences at this Canada Goose store! The first time I went with my partner looking for a jacket for him. June helped us and he not only listened to what my partner wanted in a jacket, but also made some great recommendations! We went in wanting to get him a jacket, but I also ended up getting a jacket too! June was very friendly and made small talk with us, and even shared some personal stories with us. I definitely felt heard! We even got some seeds to plant along with our jackets, which was so nice. We live in Washington so we weren't able to take the seeds back home, but I gave them to my dad, who loves gardening! The second time was with my mom, who also wanted a Canada Goose jacket. She had specific things she was looking for, like the red label (vs the black label), and she was looking for specific colours too. Paul helped us this time around, and he was very patient with my mom and I. We tried on different kinds of jackets and in different colours, and ended up getting a medium size for her. Then, we actually ended coming back to the store to switch the jacket to a small size, as she thought the small fit better. Although they didn't have the small in stock, Paul helped us order it online (it was the last one in stock in that colour and size). He also got us one day delivery, which was super nice! I really appreciated the care that Paul took to help us, as well as how he remembered us a couple hours before. We even got the jacket before the time frame he gave us, which was awesome! All in all, 2 excellent experiences with this Canada Goose store. I will definitely come back!

    I had an excellent experience with my rep Theresa D. My initial visit was in July. I reached out via email a week ago and was warmly greeted upon arrival. The experience rivalled a purchase being made at the Apple store. Theresa brought out multiple sizes and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase. The overall ambiance and demeanour of the staff is world class.

    Went into the Easton center to BUY a Canada goose coat. I just wanted to try to see which style suited me and I get told there’s a 40 minute virtual queue to enter the shop. I get they are trying to create this allure of scarcity but it’s completely unnecessary. It’s a shop allow people to come in and out as they please don’t tell people when they are allowed to enter your shop. Hate this pretentious attitude of store staff when you just want to buy something and get out. There’s better brands out there that won’t refuse your business for the sake of looking a certain way.

    Loved our sale representative but the process of getting the item was not as communicated. Ordered a new item on Sunday to be shipped to the store for pick up. Was told that we would get an email in three to five business days. Waited 5 business days for an email or call. Nothing... So called customer service and apparently item was shipped two days after the purchase, but I did not get an email about delivery or a phone call.

    The overall experience is poor. We've waited for 1 hour to get in. But it seems it's not only justified by Covid situation but also the idea is to be guided by the sale rep through the purchaising process. Unfortunately the guy that greeted us showed Little interest in helping the customers and seemed like he would want to be somehwere else. And suddenly a delivery guy arrived with pizza and most of the reps dissapeared. Only 3 of them remaining on sales area. The guy that took us over had much better approach and delivered proper customer service. But tbh with the premium prices you have to pay for the products you would expect impeccable customer service from the moment you enter the store. Whoch would compensate for the waiting. Unfortunately it's not the case in this location and depends on your luck which rep will be taking care of you.

    I definitely agree with other reviewers that Julian deserves 5 star rating. His knowledge of the products and willingness to go above and beyond impressed me. Even though I experienced similar long lineups and bit wait times due to high demand for quality clothing and pandemic restriction, still 5 stars ratings from me.

    What a joke of an experience for customer service. The website keeps crashing. I wrote multiple emails to be told to send the jacket by mail. Sent my CLEAN jacket over to be told I need to pay 45$ to have it cleaned to keep their weak, sensitive employees safe. I'm then told Im not eligible for a warranty repair on the zipper. What a low class company, all I need is a zipper fix. You are trash. I can't wait to never recommend their products to anyone publicly for the rest of my life.

    Went into the store, had to practically beg someone to serve us. Finally had someone come by and when we asked for a size, he brought in one and then disappeared for 10 mins in the back for the other. Wish I could give this place a 0.

    We are visiting from Vancouver and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Caesar and Richard did an excellent job to help us without feeling pressured and even showed us some places to visit around Toronto. Highly recommended!

    I was in Toronto for couple days. The rain jacket I wanted was not available at the time. Erik, the store manager asked me when I’m going to be again in Toronto and he would try to get the jacket ready for me next time. Couple weeks later he wrote me an email that the jacket is ready to be picked up. I am very happy with my jacket. And I’m very thankful to Erik for being such professional and customer oriented.

    I visited the Canada Goose Eaton Center Yesterday I made a purchase, but the attendant didn't help me much, he didn't give me options so I bought a coat with the wrong size and model that I didn't like very much. I went back today to return it (and thought I'd go to another Canada Gosee store); And then I was surprised by the attendant RICHARD!! Great experience, he gave me options, explained to me about the differences between Classic and Fusion models (I didn't know there was); He was friendly, patient a great seller. I recommend future customers to buy from him. Completely changed my opinion. Now I am very satisfied with my purchase.

    I love going into this store the workers are so helpful and friendly. If they don't have what I wanted in stock they always end up showing me alternatives and it's always better than what I came in for still within budget. It's like they can read your mind!!!! Thanksssssssssssss

    I unfortunately didn't get my employees name but he was phenomenal. I went in telling him I just wanted to get sized but he treated me with the same respect as someone going in knowing they wanted to buy something. He helped me find the right jacket and size for me with incredible care and service. I was planning to order the jacket on a later day but he was so helpful I decided to buy in store. Amazing experience from this store and would recommend!

    Worst Canada goose store in Toronto. Made us wait for more than 1 hour in line and once we are in we are being rushed and not good service. Also they don’t have all models and sizes. Also mistake telling me the black color does not come in this jacket at all which I found weird and went to check online and they have it!! This is Canada goose, and we are paying premium price for this, you expect to get at least the right service.

    We were at the Canada Goose store at Eaton Centre around 5pm today. There was a line waiting to get in the store. The entire time we were in line, there was one guy in front of us. But when it was his turn to go in, suddenly two of his friends joined and was let in without waiting in line. We are very unhappy with the security who let them to get in the store.

    I tried on jackets both here and at their Yorkdale location. I found the staff here to be much more informative. My sales associate took her time and explained to me the differences in all the jackets I was considering. It made my decision to buy so much easier. If you want a more hassle free experience skip Yorkdale and come here. You won't regret it!

    I just visited the Canada Goose in TEC, the service was incredible from the moment I was greeted walking in to the moment I left. The staff pulled all sorts of coats for me, including styles that were from last season as I was looking for a rain coat. They ensured I was cared for, asked how I felt and recommended alternative styles. I had the most pleasant shopping experience. It was also refreshing to see diversity in their staffing. Thank you for going above and beyond. I'm excited for my winter coat and rain jacket!! xo

    Offering discount to “residents of China” ONLY! At Canadian locations?! Went to Yorkdale Mall location and was told im not Chinese no discount. Canada Goose might as well be called Chinese Goose. Only thing Canadian about it is the fur and down...the rest is made in China. Just gets stuffed here. I went to this store a couple days ago and purchased 2 coats. I noticed everyone was getting a $50 discount on the coats at the cash register. So i asked what I have to do to get the same....the cashier asked me if i was a “resident of China” to which I obviously replied “no”. He told me I have to be a “resident of China” to get it....its apparently only for Chinese credit card holders. I wasnt surprised by this... I had tried to get size details for the coat i wanted and on the Canada Goose website it clearly states that the coats had been produced using the measurements of over 16,000 Chinese , Korean and Japanese citizens. I find it very strange that a company whos name and branding suggests its “very canadian”, would have such a non inclusive discount with requirements that are based on ethnicity?! Thats crazy. It bothers me so much that I will be returning my coats today. If you want to offer a discount make sure that any race qualifies!

    I’d gone to the Yorkdale location two days before coming here so I knew what i was looking for. I called at ten and the person who answered was very nice and offered to set a coat aside for me to come pick up. I got here a half hour later and the person who answered the phone was there and got the coat out. They were very nice and chatty and seemed knowledgeable.

    There's a cold room to test the jackets out..... BOOM mind blown! Explains the price. My wife just received hers today when we ordered it on Monday. Very friendly staff. Take your time and find the right one or yourself!! I haven't gotten mine... waiting to get a job and first paycheck before I embark on this rite of passage of being in Canada

    I’ve been wanting a Canada goose jacket for quite a while now, so, when I finally splurged on my jacket, I was really hoping it lived up to the hype… unfortunately, the McMillan jacket that I got had some pretty serious design flaws. However, I took it back to the store within a reasonable time (~30 days past my refund window) to see what I could do about it. I didn’t expect how incredibly kind, patient and understanding the staff would be. And I was able to get the upgraded version of the McMillan and I’m pretty stoked about it! Thanks so much to Brandon and the rest of the staff at Canada goose Eaton’s Centre!

    Solid customer service. Most of the time I have been here, I have been greeted by different team members. Team members constantly reach out to ask if you need any assistance. On occasions where I did need assistance, the team member helping me was very knowledgeable about different Canada Goose products and were friendly. They were patient and understood that buying a jacket such as a Goose is an investment that lasts for many years. As a result, they let me try on different styles in the cold room while I made my decisions. I greatly appreciated this. Only down fall is sometimes they get super packed and it's hard to get any help. This is especially true during weekends. Also, on one occasion, I went in during the weekday when it was not busy to look for jackets, and some team members were more interested in talking with each other or their phone than to help me out. They were doing the bare minimum needed to help me. I'm not sure why this was the case on that day.

    Solid customer service with a sales team that let you know they're there if you need the help. Great store with a great selection. I had the pleasure of having Richard help me try on different jackets to see what suits my needs. I was looking at purchasing different brands for my new jacket and Richard instilled trust in me when it came to Canada Goose's customer service. I'll definitely be picking up a jacket, I now just need to decide on the color and style. Bonus points for the cold rooms, they're awesome.

    Upon entry the first question was 'Are you browsing today or buying" which I thought was interesting. I told the staffer "I'm in the market for a vest" and that seemed to change things. The young woman who helped me was friendly and engaging but being an owner of several Canada Goose items, on this trip I knew exactly what I was looking for. Once it was determined they did not have the item I was looking for in stock, the "engagement" ended rather abruptly lol. Nevertheless, 4 stars for Goose products, craftsmanship and quality.

    Came in to browse and left actaully wanting to buy thanks to Richard Bulze's amazing customer service. He was knowledgable and welcoming! I tried on a couple of jackets but wasn't exactly happy with the fit. Richard looked at what I was wearing and straight away suggested I tried on the "hybrid" sizing. Sure enough it was perfect! Now all I need to do is save up a pay cheque for the "investment". Thanks again for your great service Richard!

    I was helped by Samuel, what a pleasant surprise he was! He took the time to show me different kind of models and fit, and had all the patience with me while I could not make up my mind. Since my order was not in store, it had to be shipped to me. I am not from Canada and I needed a timely delivery at the hotel, and Samuel kept on assisting me during those days keeping track of the delivery status. Definitely returning in the future and hopefully to buy Samuel a beer!

    Excellent customer service. The guy at the door is very friendly, which tells you that the experience will be fantastic. The staff is fantastic. I went in to purchase a jacket. I was waiting inside for someone to help me, and Paul came in and helped me with my options after I explained what I was looking for, and he did not disappoint. I intend to return!     Julian is the definition of what high quality customer service is supposed to be. I had an issue that couldn't be resolved, but he went out of his way to help me out and didn't leave me hanging. Helped me pick an amazing jacket and was overall the best interaction I have ever had with customer service in a very long time.     I can't even express the full extent of how disappointed I am with my Canada Goose purchase and the misalignment between what the phone support and store staff told me. I seriously HATE this company and brand... After months of research, I arrived on a Canada Goose Expedition Parka as the one for me since I needed something to keep me warm in the lowest of the lows when it comes to temperature. I did my research and visited this retail location as well as asked a ton of questions. I tried on both the Expedition and Expedition Heritage. The staff told me that the Expedition had a more modernized fit, but I clarified that I wanted the jacket to have a fur trim. They didn't sell the separately, but clarified that you could attach trims to them. When I tried to attach a trim off of a Langford jacket a few days later, it didn't work since it had a different zipper system. I called Canada Goose phone support on November 25 to voice my frustrations with the jacket being misrepresented at the point of sale with the employee telling me the one I bought had a critical feature which it did not end up having. They told me there was nothing I could do about it since I had worn the jacket the day afterwards. After a busy week, I called again on December 9 to clarify that the item was misrepresented at the point of sale since I asked the employees to clarify if it had the ability to add a fur trim later - in which he said ‘yes’ (it does not). The phone support actually told me that this was wrong and that I should visit the store again to have the situation fixed since I would end up buying a more expensive jacket if I could return/exchange this one. On December 11, I visited the store again for the second time (third including the purchase date) to explain the situation and the employee apologized for the phone support leading me to believe I could exchange my item for the proper one that I was told I was getting, but stuck to the narrative that they couldn’t do anything. A few hours later once I arrived back home, I called Canada Goose again for the third time and they told me a new lie: they mentioned that they could help if it were an online order, but because it was purchased in-store that there is nothing they can do from the phone (???) and recommended I drive back to the store for a third (!!!) time as the situation should be resolved. I live in Barrie and the store is in downtown Toronto. It’s a 2-3 hour commute. Simply put: the item was misrepresented at the point of sale. I have tried to resolve this with the company for nearly 3 weeks and they acknowledge the error, but are giving me the run around on whether or not they’ll fix it. It's crazy - 2 weeks ago I couldn't have been more excited and enthusiastic about Canada Goose. I was buying my first jacket from them and I was proud to be buying it since it's considered a great Canadian heritage brand by many which is globally recognized. I've really never had my opinion nosedive on a brand/company so hard after purchasing a product from them. It's so different from Nike, Apple, or Louis Vuitton, but acts like it can demand the same prices? I've purchased products from those three other brands, used them for a day or two, realized it isn't the right thing and they've gladly accepted an exchange for the right product. This situation isn't only different because of the policies of the company, but the fact that I was told my jacket could do something I needed it to do which ended up being a lie. I've invested and wasted over a dozen hours of sitting on the phone, commuting, and standing in the store over this. And this wasn't a $200 pair of shoes or $600 wallet.... this was a TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR COAT... Canada Goose is luxury in nothing more than the price asked.
