5⭐️ 02/11/2023 - I came back here for my second time with a group of friends, we only did an escape room this time and afterwards sat in the lounge, played games and talked. The escape room we booked this time was called Devil’s Advocate, it wasn’t scary but it had a bit more of a scary vibe to it than the first room we went to (Death Row), unfortunately we did not finish the escape room, and had to ask for some hints. But we still had an amazing experience! The employees were as nice and enthusiastic as the very first visit and they really made the experience worth it. Overall the experience was really fun! I definitely enjoyed this room and found it a bit more challenging than the previous one! I definitely see myself coming back here to try escaping from the other rooms as well and really do recommend coming here with your group to take up these challenges. 5⭐️ 01/03/2023 - I went here with friends, we did an escape room first and then axe throw right after. There is also a bar and board games in the lobby as well for you and your friends to play while waiting. The escape room that we booked was called Death Row, it wasn’t as scary as the other options and I get scared easily so this was a great choice! We managed to clear the escape room with under 10 minutes to spare so that was 👌. The axe throw was fun, I personally did not try it out but enjoyed watching my friends learn and play. There was someone to teach and guide them through the process and after learning how to throw, there was games and rules you can implement and add for some little competition between you and your friends. You could also order food here as well, there is a table in the area of the axe throw where you can sit, eat, and watch the action. Don’t worry, the location of the table is a safe distant from all the throwing! We ordered the Nachos, Mac & Cheese, along with the Philly Cheese Steak. The food was very good, I really enjoyed the food and entertainment at the same time. I definitely recommend coming here multiple times with your family and friends, it’s a good location for an escape room and the employees here go the extra mile, beyond expectations, from the escape room role play experience to the axe throwing tutorial. It was so worth the visit, and I see myself coming here again multiple times in the future!

The escape room was a great experience. Very well designed, that is the only reason it gets 2 start because we did enjoy that However the service is absolutely terrible here. Wasn’t overly busy there were a bunch of empty seating areas yet it took forever to get our drinks, had to remind them about drinks that were missed. Place a order at 9 for food and we waited honestly almost 2 hours for our food to the point we had to cancel our food Unfortunate because we truly wanted to come back and enjoy another room but with this service it’s hard to support this business

My group and I definitely had a fun time doing the Wine Cellar escape room. Our host played the part very well and we enjoyed the challenging puzzles. We managed to make it out in time and the story was very interesting. The only thing is that the room is a little dark and they don’t provide you with flashlights so be prepared to use your phone’s flashlights. Also, we had to wait over 15 minutes for the room because it wasn’t ready yet.

Been here three times already and it has always been amazing! ❤️❤️ Tried their wine cellar, death row escape room and axe throwing. They all were super fun, for escape room go with a good crowd and you will have time of your life. My favourite was the wine cellar, love the storyline and the experience, a must try. I would recommend going 30mins or even an hour early to just chill, play board games and have some drinks before your game. You can also order food, and you can also take the drinks in the room with you.

Amazing time at Escape Manor! Went for the axe throwing, and it was a great time, especially for a group. The location was pretty accessible, close to the streetcar within walking distance. Love how there's a good variety of activity options here. I would definitely come back again to try out their escape rooms!

Highly recommended place to pick for arranging team building events. Our team attempted for the Devil's Advocate Room and was almost there, though missed solving the last clue. Different rooms have different themes but they all test your analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Thanks to the Escape Manor team for providing a learning experience for all of us.

I've been here on 3 separate times now with friends to try out different Escape Rooms and even did a session of Axe throwing this last time around. Matt was funny, friendly and did an awesome job turning us into axe throwing experts. Fourth room is already booked and I can't wait to be back!

Went for ace throwing. Very clean and spacious, decor is nice too. The guy teaching us about ace throwing was skilled and fun. Our group had a lot of fun. Great for team building event or small get-togethers.

We went during the afternoon and loved it. I could only imagine the vibe in the evening or night. The asylum room was fun. I love the fact you can eat asks drink there a well. Although the menu didn't hand very many things on it. I will still be back!!!!

Our group of 4 had such a great time at Escape Manor last week! We went for the whole Escape Manor experience where we had food, drinks, the escape room, and even did axe throwing after the room! The food was delicious, I had the Mac & Cheese, bruschetta, and had a taste of my wife's sandwich and they all hit the spot. Our server, Joe, was amazing, he has the best recommendations for food and drinks. He makes a killer Mojito, Obituaries Delight, and the most delicious Butter Beer. Better than Universal's own Butter Beer, haha! We did Cabin 3 which had a live actor and honestly the best experience I have ever had at an escape room. One of our friends hates scary/horror things and we gave them a heads up and they were so good about it. She also had so much fun as well despite being afraid at first. We had desserts and more drinks after at the axe throwing portion of the night and our instructor, Eitan was wonderful. He was clear, informative, and made sure we were doing everything safe while having fun! We will definitely be back!!

AMAZING place. My first escape room experience and I’m hooked. I’ve been back 3 times already. Clever puzzles, creative designs, A MUST!! Best fun activity ever!! The staff is super pleasant, customer service 💯; Deandre and Paige to mention a few. They made our visits extra special. I totally recommend this for couples , friends , families etc. A Great bonding excercise.

Such a cool spot! My boyfriend and I came for the Asylum room and it was creepy, challenging and fun! We didn’t escape but all the staff were so friendly, dedicated and fun! We stayed for an hour or so after our room because they had great cocktails (which they allow you to actually bring into the room and order from the room if you wish)! The decor of this place is great and the service was attentive and friendly in the lounge!

Went there for the power hour classic Axe Throwing experience with 2 of my friends. The trainer there was absolutely helpful with tips and tricks of how to throw and aim for the first time. I thought it was more so a “here’s how you do it” and be left alone the rest of the session but we ended up learning so many team building or competitive games to keep the fun going. I ordered the Obituaries Delight as a refreshment and BOY OH BOY how I missed good drinks!! It’s great to see friendly staff and a coat rack - two things I appreciate the most. Overall I had a splendid time and can’t wait to head back again. Thanks Escape Manor!

First time going to an escape room and I went with a friend. Total experience was amazingggggg. The thrill of the game (Devil’s advocate), the mystery, the hospitality from the staff, excellent. Glad I spent my New Year’s Day at Escape Manor. Will definitely be back for redemption cos my fried and I couldn’t escape, tho we found the contract😆. Thought it was a bit pricey tho but fun was had🙌🏾

What an outstanding experience. The venue was superb and consistent with expectations of a professionally run business. The escape room experience was challenging and thrilling. We followed that with a fun filled axe throwing experience, ending with our granddaughter bestowed with the axe award. Lastly, and most importantly, each and every employee we crossed were clearly trained to put the customer first in ensuring that we enjoyed every minute of the experience…including the drinks and food. Highly recommend Escape Manor if you are just looking to have an hour of fun and a bite to eat and/or if you and a group of friends are in for some excitement and competition.

We went for axe throwing here and was a great experience. You don't need tonahve earlier experience to come here. There is a dedicated trainer allocated for every single slot. Drinks can be served as well while you play. Nice place for office hang out. The place is usually fully booked. Please make your booking in advance.

I have to admit. This place is awesome. We tried our best but to no avail. It’s intellectually stimulating. It was a good place to socialize with new people. They did have a few board games to explore. But i wish they had non-trivial question card games. I had a butter beer which was very very sweet. I don’t think i could have done it if it weren’t for the charcuterie board. Even when they were short staffed, they tried their best to serve us. But it was a bit stressful in the end, as it took a long time to checkout. However this is only an improvement and not a complaint 😂🙈

Very cool escape room experience!! This was the best one I have visited by far. The room was challenging but if you needed help, they have a walkie talkie in the rooms to communicate to the game master. Booking the room was very easy to do in person and on the website as well. During out wait time, we had an ABUNDANCE of board games to play in their comfy couches and we were able to order food and drinks off their menu. This was a fantastic time and I highly recommend anyone to come here!

This place is amazing, I totally recommend going. When you walk up, you can see the old building structure outside and it looks great. I like how the building is preserved. We did the Wine Cellar and Death Row escape rooms, in addition to axe throwing. We only completed the Wine Cellar one and was very close to completing the Death Row one. We also did the axe throwing power hour. I had never done it before and wasn't really something I had on my list of things to do, but I was so glad I did it because it was actually quite a lot of fun. The ambiance and atmosphere is great. The interior decor is outstanding and something to see. I like how they have many different rooms so it encourages you to visit again and try other rooms. In addition, I want to say your staff if incredibly friendly and provide exceptional service. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun night out with friends.

I had an awesome time at the axe throwing place, and it was my first time trying it out. Our coach Neil was hilarious, and despite us being a bit late, he let us play a little longer and made the experience so much fun. Neil showed us various axe-throwing techniques, and we even had exciting team games. The service was incredibly friendly, making it a fantastic overall experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve gone twice to this location! It’s got a great lounge before you enter, the drinks are always made really well and you can bring them into the escape room! The transition between rules into the escape room is so smooth! You get clear instructions on the rules and then they set the stage for the escape room before you’ve entered. I appreciate the attention to detail in the rooms along with the servers for always adding to the experience and the high standards they set for escape rooms everywhere. Highly recommend, especially for seasoned and beginner escape room goers- you’ll want to come back!

Escape Manor was an absolute blast. A fun escape room (Death Row), great drinks, and even better staff truly made an already special day that much better. Our host Matthew deserves all the praise in the world for making our experience unforgettable, and Khaldoun is one of the funniest human beings I’ve ever met. Thanks so much, will definitely be back 😄

I had an incredible experience at Escape Manor!!! Right from the start the experience was great. We were met by amazing hosts who explained the location, menu and other need to knows! We had an amazing game explanation for our escape room (Cabin 13), I can't recall her name at the moment but she was super fun and was so great! Entering the room was an incredible experience with an eerie atmosphere and fantastic acting. The acting!!! Our actor Reece was scary as hell and made the experience so incredibly fun, he truly completed the room! The room itself was a spooky atmosphere with solid puzzles that were both challenging and fun. Can't wait to go again, me and my friends are already planning!

It was a great experience with friends. I recommend it for more than 4 people so that the experience is even better. After the game you can continue in the bar and they have board games. I really liked it.

Recently tried out the cabin 13 escape room with friends and it was amazing. Rhys was our host & live actor and was superb. they stayed in character the whole time and provided us with hints when needed. they kindly guided us in the right direction while still acting! We escaped with seconds left which made it all the more exhilarating. Great riddles & a very mysterious room. 100% coming back and trying out another room! we all loved the experience. Thanks Escape Manor!!

Went for one escape room and ended up doing two! We were a group of 6 (2 kids and 4 adults) and almost solved Death Row (this was really fun) and solved Devils Advocate (very good room as well). Host Peyton was great.

Went twice for a birthday. Did death row and asylum. Both super duper fun. The puzzles were about medium difficulty but extremely creative with some solutions. (We made it out of both escape rooms) The best part would have to be the themes and atmospheres of the escapes though. It definitely lived up to what I expect an “escape room” experience to be like. 10/10

Love the experience and will surely comeback with the crew again! It is a really cool place to hangout with, either you are looking for a place to chill with friends who shares a common interest or just hanging out? It is a nice place to be into. Birthdays or a gift for someone to be into, I'm pretty sure it is and will be for sure have a great time! Staff are friendly and the place is beautiful. Highly recommended especially to those who are first timers.

Highly recommend this place. Axe throwing is a complete blast, and oddly very therapeutic. Lol The food was absolutely delicious. The Asylum Escape Room was very cool and challenging. I can't say enough about the staff. Anyone we interacted with was awesome and accommodating. Perfect place to plan an entire evening. We even hung out for a bit when we were done for drinks and cards.

Great location for having lots of fun with friends, family and co-workers!! Amazing decor and atmosphere! We truly enjoyed the escape room and you are able to bring your drink with you! Something very cool, they have places to sit and play a board game while you wait too! Will need to go back to try out the axe throwing too!!

Went for an axe throwing session while passing by and they were able to slot us in for an hour. We had Kyle as our coach while we were both new to axe throwing and he was an amazing coach. He was involved the entire time, teaching us tips and tricks to throwing as well as introducing new games every time we got comfortable with a throw. We got a variety of throws in within the hour and even got time to take pictures afterwards as it wasn't busy. Would highly recommend coming here and asking for Kyle as a coach

Fun and simple escape room. Did the devil's advocate escape room. Very logical and straight forward escape style room. Broke the room record, 36+ minutes left on the clock. Overall building is clean, can bring your drinks from the lounge area into the room. No locker for bags/jackets. Price is a bit higher than the rest of Toronto escape rooms. There are other activities like axe throwing which we didn't get a chance to use on our visit.

  • 5/5 D R. 5 months ago on Google
Did the axe throwing (power hour) it was extremely fun and educational and our coach (Kyle) was wonderful he kept things exciting and was very knowledgeable. Just a great time all around and the price was reasonable.

It was my first ever escape room and we did “Asylum” which was so fun! They have cocktails named after their rooms which is really cute. I genuinely never had an interest in going to an escape room, but I’m definitely going to be coming back to do another!! All the staff were really nice too which is helpful cause it can be intimidating if you’ve never done one before.

Great axe throwing experience here. Haley was our guide and her gentle coaching was well-received. The escape room (Cabin 13) was also really fun. I’m leaving 3 stars mainly because the dining experience suffered numerous delays, but otherwise this is a great spot for group activities!

  • 5/5 Salman S. 4 months ago on Google
Hands down one of the best escape rooms I have been to! We completed the Cabin 13 Live Actor Experience and it was phenomenal. Our live actor, Daniel, set up the atmosphere really well, and was really convincing! Would love to visit again to try out the other rooms!

  • 5/5 Leslie D. 4 months ago on Google
One of the best escape rooms I’ve ever been too! We had a group of nine and did the Wine Cellar room. The amount of detail they put into the rooms was amazing. There’s a full bar on site so it’s a great spot even just for drinks. The espresso martinis are amazing- they have an espresso maker. This is one of the few escape rooms that allow alcohol in the rooms. You can order mid play!

What a stellar time we had at Escape Manor. Everyone who works there makes you feel so taken care of from the moment you walk through the door. The guide for the escape room and for axe throwing were friendly, approachable and very helpful. Would highly recommend. Food and drink were great too. Our server was the same person from the beginning of the night to the end impressively knowing our preferred orders.

First time here with a last minute plan on a Saturday night. We were a group of 6 doing the Asylum room. Our room host was very energetic and provided excellent background and information. The room itself was very challenging but not impossible. We liked all the puzzles and really felt like we worked as a team to progress. Great space and would definitely come back.

What an amazing place to experience escape rooms, axe throwing, delicious food and drinks. Team building, good times and fun activities are what happens at Escape Manor. What items did I get to try? ✅Caprese Salad ✅Large OG Charcuterie and Cheese Board ✅Beef Short Ribs ✅ Tofu Noir - tofu, black beans, broccoli, spinach, & rice. ✅Devils in the Details - cucumber drink :)

We had SO much fun axe throwing with Scott! His high energy and enthusiasm kept us going. He was super knowledgable and gave us great tips on how to accurately hit the target. We have also previoulsy done an escape room here and would definitely recommend that too.

A great night! After having dinner in the neighbourhood we decided to have a go at ax throwing. The venue is beautiful, spacious and provides a number of different experiences. Our instructor Brad was great,. Struck the perfect balance of instructor...great direction, terrific sense of humour and while he encouraged our group of 7 newbies he let us be the stars of our show. Will definitely go back. Would do the ax throwing again but the themed escape rooms had our group intrigued. Would also like to dine there as well. SOO much better than a movie...let's support our local entertainment venues..

My boyfriend and I did the Asylum, and it’s an amazing room. We left with only 2 minutes left, after asking for one clue, and getting one without asking for it. Everything was well thought of. Will definitely go back to this place again.

I really like the rooms here they are very elaborate. Fair warning they are quite tricky especially If you don't have a full group of 8. Have done the wine cellar and devil's advocate, wine cellar being my favourite so far. Drinks here and staff are amazing. My only critique is that you pay standard price for only 45 min. Haven't tried axe throwing but it sounds like this is one of the best places to learn!

Escape Manor Toronto was fantastic! We had a joint bachelor-bachelorette here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Shout out to the bartender Aurora and Doug, the GM, who personally assisted us with the reservation. They went out of their way to make sure the escape room and axe throwing experience lived up to the event! We did three escape rooms and the axe throwing power hour. Escape rooms were super well designed and intricate without being frustrating. The axe throwing was king of the hill round robin. 11/10 would go again.

I came here with a friend for some axe throwing and it was fantastic. The place itself is really nice with a great atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Brad was our axe throwing guide and he was awesome; great energy and he helped us perfect our throws. After we were done, they set up a table tennis table for us while we finished our beers. Will definitely be back.

This was a lot more fun than I thought. I thought I’d enjoy myself but axe throwing isn’t my thing. Brad was super engaging and made the night fun coming up with games for us to play. Went here for axe throwing power hour. First impression, the decor is amazing. There is a lounge area on the ground floor to hangout with your group with board games over some cold drinks. The axe throwing power hour was well facilitated. Brad, our session guide, was amazing: he thought us how to throw the axe, gave pointers, facilitated fun mini games to get our competitive sport up. Definitely recommend!!!!!

My friends and I ended up going axe throwing for my birthday. We had SUCH an amazing time! The people working at Escape Manor treated us so well and made me feel so special on my birthday! Our axe throwing "teacher", Brad, was so fun and patient. He actually made the experience so awesome and different with so many cool games (rather than just letting us throw an axe around for 1 hour). The drinks we had at the bar were awesome too and the ambiance in the lounge area was super similar to Harry Potter. I strongly suggest coming here for a fun night out, work event or a birthday party!

Ended up doing the escape from jail escape room with 8 people. I found that the "triggers" when figuring something out was very simple. There is mostly lock boxes to open which doesn't feel all too rewarding. I would still recommend this escape room as they have an amazing waiting room that is just like a bar. Amazing atmosphere. I would go again but earlier to enjoy the waiting area.

This is one of the best escape rooms I have ever gone to. Incredibly unique set up. You can wait for your activity playing games and enjoying the atmosphere. We did the Death Row Escape Room and our host, Beth, made the experience. Her enthusiasm and attitude made it an easy choice to come back again in the future. Congratulations to Escape Manor to being such a fun and great experience and to Beth for making it a memory my family and I will never forget!

Love this place! Not just for their challenging escape rooms but also their staff. Very patient and friendly staff. Right from the servers to the attendants explaining the games and giving out clues. I’ve been here twice in a large group and it can be challenging to get everyone’s attention at once but the staff were super patient and always answered our queries. They did spend time with us at the end of the escape room to explain the puzzles we couldn’t complete. Many places don’t tend to do this anymore. I love that you can stay back and play board games at no extra cost. Love the entire vibe of this venue. Will be back to try some more escape rooms after attempting The Asylum and The Wine Cellar.

Had a blast! Group of four had drinks and food before our Cabin 13 escape room. Butterbeer was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted and 10$ margaritas were delicious. Happy hour saw our group have 7 drinks and 3 large appetizers for $150 - can’t go wrong. Reece, the actor in Cabin 13, was incredible! Super committed to his role. He helped us out as needed, and was able to stay in character while teasing us a bit for missing the obvious. Cabin 13 is a great standard difficulty escape room. It flowed logically and had pretty decent puzzles. I enjoyed it for the room itself and the acting. Really looks like a cabin in the woods. We laughed, we screamed, we escaped. Highly recommend!

👍 I thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of rooms and games offered at this establishment. The diversity in options provided a delightful experience. However, I believe it would be beneficial for the management to reconsider their pricing strategy. While the quality of the experience was commendable, the...
