    Very dirty location. Staff is very rude. I ordered 2 BLTs one with no tomatoes ( allergies ) lady cut both sandwiches with the same knife and when I asked her about it she told me to mind my business. Went another time ordered a bagel with cream cheese and soup, she cut the bagel and the soup bun with the same knife left cheese all over then bun. Today I asked for 2 ice water with my order and she told me not to talk her to or ask her to do anything as she doesn’t deal with that ..I said to Whom I’m assuming is the manager that she was being very rude and told me not to talk her , he responded that she was telling me they don’t offer cups for water and I had said no that’s not what she said, the lady came over and repeated exactly what she said and he just laughed. I don’t know what location is worse this one or the one across the street at the gas station 🙄🤦‍♀️

    Terrible service. I work at 5am I go there to get breakfast and a drink. Everytime I go there is one girl who NEVER wears gloves when making food. She will clean, touch the screen, with no gloves. Then go make my food and touching it all with no gloves. She was rude the entire interactions, except for when I asked for the managers number her voice and attitude changed. She offered to remake my sandwiches. I accepted and said I'd drive around the front so I don't hold up the line. I waited 15 min and no one came out I knocked on the window and got signaled to drive back around. The lady who handed me my food was SUPER NICE and understanding as she always is. She is always great. But this one girl is rude. Terrible. And doesn't care about wearing gloves. Washing hands or anything. I now will cancel my food order any time she is working and making food. Only reason I still go to this one is the one across the street isn't open at 430. Also when I was watching her make the food and tried to get her attention to ask her to wear gloves. She looked at me and continued. She put my sandwich on the bag with her ungloved hands, the egg and sausage fell out so she touched it with her hands, then came to the window. Touched the screen and opened the window. Who knows what she touched before!!! This has been a ON GOING ISSUE! FOR A LONG TIME! Customer care doesn't seem to follow up with them as I have called many times. I'd like for the manager of this location to contact me. Thank you

    The drive through guy who was taking ordered over the speaker was very rude and they did not have any any hash browns any wraps or any brews! They always take forever and the line up becomes really long and not to mention there hasn’t been a single time they did not mess up my order. If you skip the drive through line and go in person to order they take forever to make a single coffee or bagel or any other item cause they’re too busy serving drive through but how does that make sense cause their drive through is also extremely slow? And the entire staff is just straight up rude specially the older ladies only a couple of staff that looked like hs students are nice

    How hard can it be to get a coffee 2 sugar 1 cream... In the last while this location has gone to one of my favorite Tim's to not.. The staff is great, but whoever makes the coffee is either not stirring the coffee or is not paying attention....

    2 days ago I ordered from the drive thru a toasted 4 cheese bagel with butter and a medium Pumpkin Spiced latte. When I arrived home it was regular latte and a spiced bagel with cream cheese. I went there today and complained to the supervisor. She did not even apologize or said anything. I am so disappointed with the poor service and lack of training for your employees to complete a simple order. The supervisor was no better.

    Today i was here for coffee and muffin . I waited for 10 minutes… nobody shows up and then a guy came doesn’t have any name tags . He was not seems to be apologetic about the delay and on top of that when he take the order .. he literally throw the muffin on the counter and give me hot coffee without sleeves . Did not ask to scan rewards card and just left us unattended while we do the payment. I waited for another 10 seconds just to ask for a sleeve and again sleeve was thrown on counter. No napkins offered… I would have understand if the place was busy but it is not ..so clearly a lack of customer service.

    I went there for icecaps today (July 10th, 4:20pm) And the drinks tasted amazing, however the supervisor wasn’t. The employees had greeted us at the front and had confirmed the order with us. Once that employee went to make drinks, the supervisor had rudely and in a belittling manor yelled at the employees to go greet us and check our order. (which she already did.) The supervisor had also contained to talk very rudely to the rest of the employees in a rude uncalled for tone. Definitely ruined the experience showing the customer such a negative and belittling workplace environment. Definitely need to look at fixing the issue of such a cruel supervisor. The employees around were very kind, attentive and helpful, unlike the supervisor. Won’t be coming back after seeing this.

    One star because I need to do it to write this review. Don't like to name but a loud older gentleman working in there should really be working for Karen's if u know what I mean. I order a belt on croissant. And I get breakfast sandwich on croissant. When I go to correct it I get told I have to pay more. In a way they suggest I never wanted to pay. Even if the gentleman ( if I can call him so) said " that will be $ whatever more. It was acceptable but he pushed it. For me I feel ridiculed for ordering a belt on croissant. I am hoping to wake up the manager atleast if not the offices. Being behind the counter and with that mouth and attitude. Kudos to the HR. All this happened even when it was not busy. I felt insulted for a leaf lettuce and slice of tomato. Also to my disbelief manager was also present on the location. And in a place to fit my extra payment for leaf of lettuce and slice of tomato I let them keep the whole sandwich.. my breakfast was not good at All, actually not there at all.

    Completely Atrocious! This place would do the community some public good if it actually shut down and went out of business. Can't even begin to count how many cups of coffee I have poured/tossed in the trash! Cant understand why 7/10 times it tastes burnt and/or is completely undrinkable at this location!! Employees are always rude/indifferent and if they don't care - neither do I. This place doesn't exist for me anymore! It's clearly evident that the culture at this location is rotten to the core. A change of management/ownership and a complete overhaul is necessary. Will be contacting Head Office to address concerns. Enough of this nonsense!

    Absolutely pissed! I stopped here at 4:35am before my flight to Hawaii. I only ordered a Medium Coffee and a Steeped Tea. They told me it would be 4 minutes for the tea which is fine. I pulled to a spot and waited for 15 minutes before I got so fed up and had to knock on the door (which was closed until 5). The woman inside was yelling they were closed and to come back at 5. I had to walk to the drive through window which was busy with other customers and ask about my order. The woman said “we forgot” and made my drink. Absolutely ridiculous that I pay money and they simply “forget” to make my order. Tim Hortons is always full of incompetence and just terrible service.

    I go to Tim Hortons everyday like most Canadians I imagine. Today I decided to try peach passion bottled drink I read the ingredient list and it has no peaches at all in it. It contains natural flavours, carrot juice, blackcurrant juice, paprika extract and quillaia extract. How can it be called peach if there is no peach in it?

    I go here every morning to get my breakfast. Coffee is okay but the pastry is really bad. I ordered fourchees twist its stale, next morning I ordered croissants the same stale. I will just go on the McD tomorrow:-(

    4 stars because overall it’s good. BUT I get a toasted coconut donut almost every day, some days it’s so fresh it melts in your mouth. ( like yesterday Thursday April 13 ) Today it tastes like it has been frozen for a week , it’s hard and stale. So I’m guessing I am getting yesterdays left overs or something like that. Anyways it’s very noticeable so please stop doing this or I’ll have to stop buying them.

    Dine in service is beyond ridiculously slow in the morning, always a line to the front door with 1 employee trying to serve customers. Need more morning staff inside. Removed comfy tub chairs by the fake fireplace. Too bad, I’d spend more money there if I could sit comfortably for awhile.

    This location is on my way to the highway. Came here three times. In multiple different occasions. All of those times have been disappointing, with one issue or another. First time, they gave us the wrong order and the coffee is cold. Two, the drive through is slower than usual ( not busy just slow), Today the coffee is just plain stale. I will drive farther from now on to go to a different Tim Hortons. Quality control and attention to orders need improvement.

    just an average Tim Hortons - not too too busy partway through the day. Lots of relaxing secluded places to sit , the food is always made up to par. Some of the servers are quite rude and can mess up your order but you’ll find that at any Tim Hortons

    Drinks and food are very inconsistent in taste and make. Staff are extremely rude as they continuously rush you in ordering and basically throw your order to you while in drive through. They need to understand that there’s ways in providing fast customer-service without making customers feel like you’re literally pushing them out the store or through the drive through before you can even get a word through. Professional staff training need to be implemented once again.

    worst Tim Horton in my list. customer servers are poor and very slow. always hears the coworkers shouting around. i work around the area, thats why i go sometimes, if i have choose i will not go this location. never feel welcome when u go to this location. head office of Tim horton should take a look this location. worst !!!!!

    Just bought an icecap and it is tasting terrifically bad. The worst ice cap I had ever had in my life. Either not blended properly or some issues with their machine. Anyways it has got a dark colour which smells and tastes awkward.

    Hi work in the area, went in got a tea an a cookie. I am about to leave I ask one of the workers can I get some hot water for my tea. The said I have to by the hot water.     Very horrible customer service, staff got orders wrong, they nerves can hear well from the ordering speaker, after going back too the drive thru window the staff proceeded to have an attitude because i told her it's not what I order she then grab the boxes of tim bits and dump them out into I big box when I order 2 separate 10 pieces of tim bits pushed it into my husband's hand and walked away from the ordering window. Service is always questionable at this location, this happened @8:30pm-8:45pm 09/22/2021.something needs too be done about the employees at this location dealing with the drive thru at night!!

    Long lineups for drive through. If you live in Pickering there are 2 other tims (one in the esso and one next to shell) between port union and whites on Kingston that have way less patronage. Go there.

    It was a very bad experience for me. Today me and my family visited this Tim location by drive through, there was only 3 car ahead of me but by the time I am on the line two more car came behind. I was not able to exit that line . Then the drive through line starts to move very slowly around 10 to 12 minutes my turn came to order . Then the staff members said wait for one minute... that one minute again went long . Somehow I placed my order , then again I wait to get my order. I saw my order is ready, but they not even handover the food , I lost around 20 minutes or more for just 2 donuts and few Tim bits . I will never go back to this location . I wish the drive through may go bit more faster or if they provide some training to the staff members.

    The drive through is well run. Good food, but one of the strangest layouts for the drive thru. Go to the LEFT and watch out for traffic exiting the car wash...I'm not kidding. There are three other Tim Hortons within a few minutes of here and I often go to other ones because the traffic here is crazy!

    The morning manager for Nov 24, 2021 does not want customers to take photos of the donut layout. The new steak egg cheese on a biscuit is juicy and fresh. Its a very filling breakfast and among the best breakfasts (coffee, cheese, egg-biscuit-roast beef slice)for under ten dollars. Photos should be allowed. My photos receive over 75 million views.

    If there is such thing, I would give this place a MINUS 5. I ordered lunch (coffee and a chicken wrap) and worked on my emails. After about 30 mins, I cleared my table then ordered again a coffee and a donut. Before I could start to eat, a man who was seated beside me asked me if I was enjoying my day. Then he said I only ordered coffee and using his internet. He said it was unfair. It turned out that this man was the owner. He was very rude. I stood up then just threw my coffee and donut which I never even opened to show my protest. I could not believe one in the service business would do that. But to each his own. Just beware...Tim Hortons at the 7337 Kingston Rd, Scarborough location.

    Worst in house seating Tims. No cashiers and long indoor lines. Not a covid friendly environment as tables are so close together.They are woefully understaffed and slow. The parking lot is small and busy.

    I went for a breakfast. I placed my order and was given my tea and coffee, i had to asked three times where my breakfast meanwhile both my tea and coffee were cold. I found the people were very rude so I resorted to asking for a refund and walked out the coffee shop very frustrated. I definately will not be going back there.

    Terrible service, waited almost 10 mins before I got served inside. There was no line, seems drive through is priority. Ordered a soup combo and when I asked why I didn’t receive a bun the manager claimed that it’s either the bun or donut for the combo. I have never not received the bun to go with my soup, seems like this manager or owner was trying to cheap out. I double checked the app and it certainly comes with a bun as it always has. I would think twice about ordering food here as it will most likely be of lesser quality. He gave me quite a stare on the way out as if I was the one trying to rip him off. Never coming back here.

    Worst Tim Horton ever! They're nasty - I had one girl picked up my donut with her nasty glove hand & gave it to me .. I almost threw up. They could not change 10 cents to give me my 5 cents change .. so they took my 5 cents looking at me like what can we do?! I was being charged $.75 for a small coffee & had them double cup it. Went in last week & the price went up to $.80 .. I asked why the difference in price - including to the manager "the register changed the price & for me to look", "it's head office". That was their answer. Another staff yelling indirectly saying "don't say anything b/c 'she' comes in everyday". They never answered me & 3 staff members yapping at the same time at me. Even when I asked them to stop, they continue with their defence re 5 cents. That was it for me .. will NEVER go back there! Educate your staff on polite customer service, it's not ok to steal, no-one wants dirty food!!!
