    I was really a fan of this jewelry, they have beautiful designs. Unfortunately their quality is terrible! Their website mentioned to avoid, water, perfume and to store it in the original bag, I been taking care of it since I got it and yesterday I wore it all day for the first time and it made my wrist green!! What kind of cheap jewelry is this??? Definitely not worth the $100. You lost a customer and I’ll never recommend you to anyone that gives me a compliment on the bracelet.

    Having this bracelets for a few months. Absolutely fall in love with the look. But unfortunately the quality didn’t came with the look. Website says: Brass, 18KT Yellow Gold,Silver. It’s not supposed to colour skin. I took off every time when I worked out , I never wash hands with bracelets on and basically taking care of them well.

    Have had their bracelets for 1 month and 4 stones have fallen out … for $130 this should not be an issue. Poor design also can we talk about their horrible customer service… they need to learn mannerisms and how to treat customers. Brand itself is terrible. Have heard so many bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. Never again.

    Super happy with my experience here. This location is gorgeous with a variety of products. The service was amazing with lots of different staff helping out. I appreciated their knowledge and kindness, especially as a first time client. I’ll be back!

    I ordered the gold happy face bracelet online. I was very excited to finally own one! The bracelet itself is very cute, but the make/quality is disappointing. For this price point, you would think they do better quality control. It looks like it was made by an amateur. The ends of the elastic string holding the bracelet together is showing , and it’s very obvious. I’m too afraid to cut it, in case it falls apart. I wouldn’t recommend it.

    I went to get my friends' birthday gift. First thing I noticed was the fact that the employees were very snarky and chatty in front of me. Second, when I paid for the bracelet they told me that they can't print the recipe and proceeded to get my email which was fine.... until I checked and I didn't get any email about my receipt. I tried calling them to ask about my receipt and they never responded to any of my calls, which was unfortunate. ( Please get some better employees that understand how to interact correctly with the customers. Thank you!)

    If there was a 5 star for delivery and customer service I would rate it this way! But the product quality is horrible! I ordered a smile face bracelet that looks great until i realized it was made of an elastic band! The second bracelet i also got looks exactly like a piece of accessory that you can get off an Aldo shelve or H&M! I’m very disappointed with the quality and the no refund policy! The prices are very expensive for the product quality it self.

    Have my bracelet 9months. I followed all care instructions - not wearing it at night, not in the shower and pool, etc. and also stored it in a jewellery box. It is fully tarnished and discoloured even after my care. The customer care person Ally dismissed my concerns saying 9 months is down to wear and tear. .. for a a 100$ bracelet ….

    They never tell you your items are final sale, I just ordered the new evil eye bracelet and they sent me the wrong size so now I can’t get a new one. Additionally I take super good care of my bracelets; take them off before bed never get them wet, and clean them regularly but still every single one of mine has tarnished and has black spots on it. Not worth the money. In order to make up for this error in their quality they will offer you a 10% off your next purchase, But why would I re-purchase another bracelet for it to happen again.

    Terrible customer service. I was snubbed off prior to even entering the store. I tried walking into the store but before I could even open the door all the way, one of the girls working there ran to the door and said “we’re at capacity right now you’ll have to wait”. The girls working there did not smile and did not offer any help whatsoever. I felt brushed off and like I was someone who was not worth their time. As someone who had their first experience in this store, I would rate it a 0/10. To all the girls out there wanting to visit this store, don’t bother. Stick to shopping online, but also know that the quality of their bracelets isn’t it, the “gold” plating wears off fast.

    Horrible customer service, not accommodating at all, I received bracelets as a gift and it was given to me 10 days after my friends made the purchase(for my birthday) and I tried to exchange to get a smaller size and they said there was absolutely nothing they could do for me, so they just want me to keep 2 bracelets that don’t fit me when all I want is a smaller size so that I can actually wear them, it’s not like I was returning both of them. Their logic makes absolutely no sense and is quite ridiculous.

    I am very disappointed. This jewelry is way too over priced for what you get. I ordered a bracelet and came with cheap plastic materials and elastic bands. My amazon jewelry is way better quality than this brand. And on top of it, when i emailed them my concern about the quality, they told me i could only get a store credit or exchange. Why in this world would i want to purchase another cheap looking and low quality bracelet here again? Please whatever you do, do not waste your money on this brand. If I could, my review would be 0 stars. Extremely disappointed.

    I got a bracelet from this store for Christmas, but it was too big. So, I went back to the Holt Renfrew location where it was bought, with the receipt. The workers there were really disorganized and even lost my bracelet at one point. I tried to exchange it for a different bracelet, but they didn't have any in my size because they were all "one size fits all." It was disappointing because everyone has different body types. By only offering one size, companies are basically imposing their ideal body type on customers. This is not only unrealistic but also hurtful and unfair to those who can't fit into the one-size items. I think companies should offer a variety of sizes to cater to everyone who wants to buy their products.

    Super happy with my recent experience with the customer care team at Lisa Gozlan. My boyfriend had purchased the adore bracelet for me for Christmas and accidentally got the wrong size. We exchanged the bracelet at the Yorkville location but after about a week I noticed there was a scratch and one of the stones was missing. I reached out to customer care and Lorraine contacted me back very quickly. She was very understanding and shipped me a brand new bracelet within a week of my request. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received (and honestly was a bit skeptical they would even do anything based off of some of the reviews I read). Thank you for handling my request with such efficiency and grace!

    Fun selection of jewelry in a cute showroom but almost impossible to get ahold of the store, there's no phone number listed anywhere. In person the staff are helpful but made us feel very unwelcome when one of the associates loudly said "I hate when people come in right before close" and continued to complain to a coworker

    Though some of the pieces are lovely, the employees at the store are always very rude and dismissive. They make it seem like customer presence is an inconvenience to them even when there’s no one else in the store. I’ve never gotten a single hello anytime i walked into that store. Just overall gives mean girl vibes.

    Unfortunately, I wish I had paid attention to the reviews. The sizing of the happy face bracelets is way off! I ordered the 7" and when it arrived it was super tight. I thought it might stretch out with a few wears so I didn't contact company for an exchange (7 days to exchange is very short). When I contacted customer service to work with them about adjusting the length it was explained that they were unable to send me extra material to make up the length (understandable). What isn't is that when I measured the inside of the bracelet it was barely 6 inches (kid sized!!!) not 7" as advertised. No wonder it is so tight. I had measured my wrist at 7" prior to ordering and the fit should have been comfortable. I'm not sure if they are unaware of the sizing or sent me the wrong size. In either case I'm not happy and would not purchase from them again. Just don't trust their product hence 1 star. UPDATE: I want to thank Georgia (customer service agent) and Lisa Gozlan Jewelry for addressing the issue I had with the bracelet. Although the sizing and final measurements are confusing on the website, I was happily able to exchange my bracelet for a larger size. Really enjoying showing off my happy face jewelry!

    I visited the store downtown Toronto and it was the worst experience ever. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with such disrespect and the two ladies working were horrific. They didn’t offer any help and when I would ask questions the two barely gave me the time of day. If I could give this place a zero I would. Don’t purchase and support this ugly business. Unfortunately I have purchased online and liked the jewelry, but from now on I will not spend a single dollar. It gave a mean girls vibe. HORRIBLE

    Cute but for the price they rust/tarnish after 3 months and turn a bit brassy brown Update: (10/14/22) thanks for the response. It can be confusing on the website as it says to gold plated can be worn off anytime due to daily essential usage of items like lotion, water, oils etc and then in the FAQ of “will it tarnish” it says gold plating should not tarnish. Obviously I understand the factors and circumstances of the product and happy that i was able to get a response. Good company with great potential but for a $100 bracelet and all the marketing that goes into it, it should not tarnish within 2-3 months of wearing and that much need of aftercare for a bracelet after using general daily items should not be worth that price as urban outfitters accessories are worth less and last longer. No hate just providing insight for future customers. It seems like a influencer company that tries to seem high-end without making proper quality products.

    I’ve experienced great customer service online and in store. I was in the area on July 8th during the Rogers outage. While they didn’t have the items I was looking for in stock, they were having an event and gave my husband and I each a free tumbler filled with lemonade. Really friendly and down to earth service. I’m so happy to support this Canadian brand

    SORRY THIS WILL BE A LONG REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope you never have an issues with a product from this company!! It is a nightmare, where nothing makes any sense. Firstly, you can NOT speak to ANYONE, all via email. My story, let me start by saying, previous to this experience I loved Lisa Gozlan's jewelry. I was, I would say, I very good customer purchasing many gifts and items for myself. I tried to exchange 2 bracelets I received as gifts for birthday and Christmas, ALL I WANTED WAS THE EXACT SAME BRACELETS IN A SMALLER SIZE, this was a nightmare and a horrible experience. Firstly, they said no when we went all the way downtown to try and make exchange, please keep in mind they looked at both of the items at this time, this is an important fact for what occurred later, we were told it was after the exchange window, we explained we were on vacation and we could not make it in time, but all I wanted was a smaller size in both bracelets, same style, same colours same everything except 7" not 8". NOPE, they gave me an email to contact, which I did, back in forth with emails, answer was YES we will make an exception but I would have to pay the difference, as the items are now more expensive, in what world is this OK???? Makes zero sense...have never gotten this answer before from any business. I was not happy so I posted on their Instagram account and got a DM straight away (at least we know they do monitor the account) they told me a supervisor would be contacting me via email, which they did, they asked me to send the invoice numbers of the two purchases along with pictures of the two bracelets, which I did. Guess what they said ok one time, final sale, you can go to the store and exchange before FEB. 18th, went the very next day, all the way back to Yorkville, this did not go well at all!! firstly one of the bracelets only comes in ONE SIZE and the other has been on backorder for months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent a picture, I showed the sales person in the store the items, I sent the invoice with the item discriptions, WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME GO ALL THE WAY DOWNTOWN WHEN YOU KNEW THAT NEITHER OF MY ITEMS COULD BE EXCHANGED????????????????????? Did Georgia, the customer supervisor even look and my email and the pictures I was told had to be provided, why would you not tell me that the items were not available??? Had to get someone to go all the way downtown for no reason!!! Sent another email to Georgia and have heard NOTHING!!! IN MY OPINION THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCHANGE POLICIES I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! FRUSTERED CUSTOMER Frances

    There is lots of hype around this brand although they are only 3 years old and have tons to figure out. So beware if you buy a bracelet off this site. It’ll be nothing like you expected it to be, if you are unhappy with the result they will do absolutely nothing. The photos on the site are nothing like they appear in real life. Be prepared to ship it to yourself, then pay to get the right jewellery item, and ship it back to yourself. Lisa Gozlan has tons to learn. It is unfortunate because there is potential with this brand but because they are so new chances are they will not help get it totally right, they sent me a faded bracelet and now I have to pay $40 to change anything.This company will not stick around

    Great place to visit if you are looking for some trendy jewelry and great customer service! Stopped by yesterday to purchase a bracelet for a friend of mine but I had absolutely no idea what I was doing so Abbey and Anastasia stepped in to help me out. Honestly couldn't have asked for two better employees to have given me a hand, they asked me all kinds of questions that I probably should have had answers to by the time I was in there and were extremely patient with me while I was either waiting for a response from another friend or just selecting one of the options myself. Once I got home I later realized I was not the biggest fan of the choice we had all made together so I decided to run back over and they were so nice they even kept the place open for an extra 10 minutes to let me pop in and exchange it for another option. Thank you once again Abbey and Anastasia!

    My daughter are both obsessed with the happy face bracelets and has 3 of them ! To say they are not gentle is an understatement. They never take them off including showers etc. I’ve just bought her 4 th one for Christmas. Shipping is fast and the quality is actually more then I would expect. Hers is not tarnished discoloured or damaged and her oldest one is 1 year old. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone

    I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this company. I have purchased the BR038 Be Happy Mixer in silver in October at their downtown location in Yorkville. Unfortunately with wear and tear (no fault of the companys product quality) some of them stones on my bracelet have fallen off. I had contacted their customer support and received a reply almost instantly. The customer support representative Georgia was of the utmost help. She offered to send me a replacement, with no hassle, just a picture of my current bracelet. I have received many compliments on this bracelet and now due to the amazing customer service as well as amazing quality, i will be even more inclined to recommend all my friends and family to Lisa Gozlan. Thank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable and easy.

    I have been a big fan of Lisa Gozlan jewelry and had previously ordered pieces online. I was so excited to see they opened a showroom so I can actually try on the different pieces before buying. The sales associates were very friendly and I did not feel pressured to purchase. The girls were all wearing the jewelry and were helpful about styling ideas which I really appreciated! The store itself was beautiful too. Will definitely go back!

    I’ve never been a huge jewelry person but once my friend recommended Lisa Gozlan I’ve never looked back. Such simply beautiful items that have become apart of my everyday look! I was so excited to see that they opened a showroom so close to my hometown, the sales associates were so nice and welcoming, will definitely be going back:)

    I would like to say that I Love my Bracelets, I am on my fourth. I did encounter a problem with two of my bracelets and upon contacting the customer service department, they asked what the issue was, I sent pics of the problem and explained the problem. With no hyming or hawing, they immediately fixed the problem. To say that I am very happy with my experience with this brand is an understatement.     I love the 14k gold collection and I’ll definitely be purchasing more. I ordered a made to order item which was expected to ship within 2-6 weeks, however it was delivered in just a little over 2 weeks! Decreasing my rating to 4 stars due to the quality of the gold/silver plated pieces. They’re gorgeous but tarnish a little too quickly to justify the price point.

    My boyfriend had purchased a Happy Face Bracelet for Christmas for me. I opened it on Christmas Day and started to wear it. Followed all the care instructions, not wearing it in the shower, not washing my hands with it, no perfume, or wearing it to the gym. I have only had it a month and the bracelet has started to tarnish everywhere. I contacted customer service, they provided me with a store credit but I do not wish to purchase anything else at such low quality. It is very disappointing that a $128 bracelet is made with Brass and not Sterling Silver. I have still been wearing it, and it has now begun to turn my wrist green. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the bracelet as I expected more from such a hyped up brand.

    I honestly loved Lisa Gozlan and recommended it to everyone before my experience today. For reference, I purchased "BR042" (a string bracelet for $348) and "E007" (black enamel and crystal earrings) in late August. It's October, and both pieces have fallen apart. My bracelet is unstrung and my earrings have lost a stone. So, I emailed Customer Service — they responded and told me I'd be able to get the bracelet restrung (without mentioning a fee) and that they'd replace the earrings, stating that they had a replacement pair packed up and ready for me when I was able to come in-store. Today, I visited their physical location and mentioned the contents of the email and showed my physically damaged jewelry. First, I was immediately told that there were no E007's in-stock, and that I'd have to pay a $30 restringing fee. I do not understand why I was told that there would be a replacement pair set aside for me? The sales associate attempted to give me another pair of black enamel earrings that were NOTHING like mine (they had no crystals) and offered me an enamel-coated bracelet. Why would I want a bracelet if I came in to replace my crystal earrings? Additionally, $30 to fix faulty nylon cord is ridiculous — big brands like Cartier and Birks do this for FREE on bracelets cheaper than the "BR042". Finally, they wrote my email down as a resolution and promised to email me when the earrings were in-stock, but I just checked, and they are in-stock online? I was so insulted by this experience and will NEVER be shopping there again; poor quality and even worse communication and service.

    All the jewelry is so high quality and beautiful! I went into the showroom and had such a great experience with the ladies working. They helped me to pick out pieces that matched the aesthetic I was going for and my other jewelry. I love supporting women run businesses, and always get so many compliments on my rings and bracelets from here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    I LOVE THIS STORE!!!! The sales associates were so kind and helpful and the show room is stunning. This is my favourite place to go for fun pieces of jewelry that you know will last for years to come. I also love that this is an independent jewelers in toronto so it feels great to support the local businesses.

    I was super excited to receive my smiley face bracelet but unfortunately I was super disappointed when it arrived, the quality is terrible , the sizing is also way off its a lot smaller than what it says online, and the elastics are poking out. I also assumed considering the bracelet was $130 that it would have a reasonable return policy like most companies but when I tried to return it after only 2 days after receiving it they only offered me in store credit or exchange! I’m just honestly so disappointed

    Great product and wonderful customer service. Went into the store in Yorkville and the staff were all very helpful in choosing a gift for my son’s girlfriend. I ended up getting a pair of earrings for myself as well. Then I received an email the next day, thanking me for my first purchase with them. I did have a minor issue and they worked efficiently to resolve it! Would definitely recommend shopping here for gifts this season!

    Do not expect your order to ship on time! I have ordered something a month ago that said it would be shipped in 2-4 days and I’m still waiting! I can’t even get an email from them with an expected shipping date! I’ve tried calling and they don’t answer or have voicemail service? This is the second time I’ve had this problem with her jewelry not being shipped as expected? I was hoping the first time was a fluke but it’s happened again! Look elsewhere for jewelry unless you are close to a store and they have it in stock I’ve bought 7 pieces of jewelry from them and am wondering if my last two items will ever ship!

    Last year I purchased the RN029 ring online and have been wearing it everyday since. It is amazing quality and I get compliments on it all the time. Yesterday I went into the store to find gifts for the holidays. An amazing sales associate named Teegan helped me find the perfect pieces in my budget. Highly recommend!

    I've bought several necklaces from Liza Gozlan Jewelry and they are beautiful, plus the company stands by their product !! The customer service both online and in store is exceptional. They fixed one necklace for me free of charge and I've noticed with the new one the clasp design is different - presumably for the issue I experienced. My sister and I both bought the same necklace at a local shop in Toronto AND we bought one for our Mum. We are all very happy with the purchases.

    Brought a pair of gold hoops, I've had the hoops for 4 months now, excellent quality! I pretty much wear them everyday! When I went to the store the customer service was great! I will definitely return!

    I had made a few purchases in the past as gifts. The items are top quality and I love supporting local/Canadian. I fell in love with the quality and uniqueness of the items once I saw them in person. My husband purchased a bracelet for me for my birthday and sadly they sent the wrong colour. I always dread reaching out to customer service as you never know what type of service you're going to get - well the customer service blew me away!!! Not only are these items unique, personal and incredible quality but so is the service. That speaks volumes about Lisa Gozlan as a brand. Customer service Is a dying art but not here! My concern was addressed and they went above and beyond to make things right - let me say you have a lifetime customer in me!!!!

    I placed a $500+ order around Black Friday and received 30% off by doing so. In this order were some Christmas gifts, a bracelet for my grandmother. Originally wanted the breast cancer bracelet as my grandmother is a fighter but sadly it was sold out so I settled for the “jewelled bracelet” . This bracelet only comes in 1 size which is 7inches. when I received the bracelet I realized it will probably be too tight on my grandmother. I went to the store and asked if I could exchange it for a different bracelet that came in a size 8. After trying on a few bracelets I realized that despite the bracelets being the same size that they fit significantly differently. I then picked a bracelet around the same price point and asked to exchange it. I was told I would not get the 30% off the other bracelet as it’s not the exact same style. Again the bracelet I bought originally was size 7 as it was the only size it came in. I messaged back and forth with customer service about being able to exchange the bracelet for a different one still getting 30% off as that’s what I got the bracelet for due to spending 500+ I got 30% off my PURCHASE, but was not allowed the discount for an exchange. Cherry on top is that a ring I got for Christmas from Lisa Gozlan had a stone fall out just after 2 days of wearing it. Overall I am not happy with the customer service of this company. Any other company would honour an exchange with the original discount.

    Lisa Gozlan has the best customer service/support out of all the jewelry brands I have ever needed to contact for help or information. Fast response, extremely kind, and very personable. Made my experience with them amazing and not only answered my questions in full detail but went above & beyond to help me out. I can’t wait to purchase more! Stunning jewelry and amazing employees! :)

    I reached out about a missing piece from my bracelet on Instagram and then email, and both women were so kind and able to answer my questions. They were so helpful and understanding, and ended up sending me a new bracelet. The customer service was wonderful thank you!
