Hope
you
never
have
an
issues
with
a
product
from
this
company!!
It
is
a
nightmare,
where
nothing
makes
any
sense.
Firstly,
you
can
NOT
speak
to
ANYONE,
all
via
email.
My
story,
let
me
start
by
saying,
previous
to
this
experience
I
loved
Lisa
Gozlan's
jewelry.
I
was,
I
would
say,
I
very
good
customer
purchasing
many
gifts
and
items
for
myself.
I
tried
to
exchange
2
bracelets
I
received
as
gifts
for
birthday
and
Christmas,
ALL
I
WANTED
WAS
THE
EXACT
SAME
BRACELETS
IN
A
SMALLER
SIZE,
this
was
a
nightmare
and
a
horrible
experience.
Firstly,
they
said
no
when
we
went
all
the
way
downtown
to
try
and
make
exchange,
please
keep
in
mind
they
looked
at
both
of
the
items
at
this
time,
this
is
an
important
fact
for
what
occurred
later,
we
were
told
it
was
after
the
exchange
window,
we
explained
we
were
on
vacation
and
we
could
not
make
it
in
time,
but
all
I
wanted
was
a
smaller
size
in
both
bracelets,
same
style,
same
colours
same
everything
except
7"
not
8".
NOPE,
they
gave
me
an
email
to
contact,
which
I
did,
back
in
forth
with
emails,
answer
was
YES
we
will
make
an
exception
but
I
would
have
to
pay
the
difference,
as
the
items
are
now
more
expensive,
in
what
world
is
this
OK????
Makes
zero
sense...have
never
gotten
this
answer
before
from
any
business.
I
was
not
happy
so
I
posted
on
their
Instagram
account
and
got
a
DM
straight
away
(at
least
we
know
they
do
monitor
the
account)
they
told
me
a
supervisor
would
be
contacting
me
via
email,
which
they
did,
they
asked
me
to
send
the
invoice
numbers
of
the
two
purchases
along
with
pictures
of
the
two
bracelets,
which
I
did.
Guess
what
they
said
ok
one
time,
final
sale,
you
can
go
to
the
store
and
exchange
before
FEB.
18th,
went
the
very
next
day,
all
the
way
back
to
Yorkville,
this
did
not
go
well
at
all!!
firstly
one
of
the
bracelets
only
comes
in
ONE
SIZE
and
the
other
has
been
on
backorder
for
months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I
sent
a
picture,
I
showed
the
sales
person
in
the
store
the
items,
I
sent
the
invoice
with
the
item
discriptions,
WHY
WOULD
YOU
MAKE
ME
GO
ALL
THE
WAY
DOWNTOWN
WHEN
YOU
KNEW
THAT
NEITHER
OF
MY
ITEMS
COULD
BE
EXCHANGED?????????????????????
Did
Georgia,
the
customer
supervisor
even
look
and
my
email
and
the
pictures
I
was
told
had
to
be
provided,
why
would
you
not
tell
me
that
the
items
were
not
available???
Had
to
get
someone
to
go
all
the
way
downtown
for
no
reason!!!
Sent
another
email
to
Georgia
and
have
heard
NOTHING!!!
IN
MY
OPINION
THIS
IS
THE
WORST
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
AND
EXCHANGE
POLICIES
I
HAVE
EVERY
EXPERIENCED!!
BEWARE
OF
THIS
COMPANY!!!!!!!
