I had my Louis Vuitton necklace damaged where the pendant connects to the chain, and was hanging on by a thread. The good folks at Marquess Jewellers were able to laser a new ring to the pendant for the chain to connect. At first I was a little worried about how it would turn out, but when I picked it up today, I was truly impressed! The workmanship and service I received was top notch. Double check price of services as I noticed there was a change in price in-store vs what was listed online a few days ago (small difference, maybe due to COVID)? I've given this store a fair bit of business. I've purchased several rings and had some repair work done. I typically have my watch batteries changed at this store when necessary. The last time I went in for a battery change I was charged for a battery when it turned out my watch was no longer working. They wanted to charge me $100 to repair the watch but I declined. I paid for the new battery before being told that the watch no longer worked. This good customer will go elsewhere for watch batteries and jewellery.

Vicky and her team did such beautiful work on my damaged, antique, diamond engagement ring. It was purchased by a family member in rough shape and is approximately 90-100yrs old. It is extremely delicate with handmade detailing. It had a crack in the back along the thin platinum band. It was damaged for about 9 mos before I discovered Marquess, as I was worried about finding a jeweller to trust it with and it’s very sentimental to me. Vicky was a great communicator. She called me after it was assessed by her experts and explained what it would take to fix it, the options and the risks. They also identified small cracks throughout the detailing that they were able to fix. She also polished and cleaned the ring and did a great job with resizing. She gave me great advice on how to take care of this piece to prevent damaging it again. It has not looked this good in decades, I’m sure. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store for repairs and customer service, particularly special pieces with technically challenging damage. I’m so grateful for them for returning this cherished family ring to my finger, beautiful and sparkling. I could not be more pleased by my experience. Thank you, Marquess team!

I love this store!! Any time I have needed and piece of jewelry repaired they have been able to take care of it and give it back looking as if it was brand new again! The selection is great because I can get something as simple as a new chain or I can buy a gorgeous unique piece as a gift. Vicky also custom designed two gorgeous gold rings for my sister and I that we wear everyday! It is a very warm and friendly family business and I go here for all my jewelry! Bottom line I would highly recommend them to anyone.
