The
way
this
store
handles
its
customers
and
sales
is
extremely
questionable
and
concerning.
My
wife
just
went
to
this
location
to
get
our
young
daughter's
ears
pierced
for
the
first
time.
Both
were
extremely
excited
about
it.
My
wife
asked
how
much
the
entire
experience
would
cost,
and
was
told
it
would
be
$65
plus
tax,
total,
all
in.
There
was
no
mention
of
any
other
associated
costs,
at
all.
After
the
piercing,
the
store
representative
informed
my
daughter
that,
as
part
of
the
piercing,
she
could
select
two
pairs
of
earrings
-
what
an
unexpected
surprise!
At
no
point
did
the
individual
inform
my
wife
that
the
earrings
were
NOT
part
of
the
experience,
and
were
a
separate
cost
altogether.
My
wife
was
shocked
to
learn
that
the
$65
piercing
package
had
become
a
whopping
$242
charge!!!
While
my
daughter
had
exceptional
treatment
from
start
to
finish
on
the
actual
piercing
process,
it
is
my
opinion
that
Bijoux
Village
Fine
Jewellers
appears
to
deceive
customers
by
failing
to
identify
all
costs
involved
until
after
the
fact,
at
a
point
when
services
have
already
been
rendered
and
products
used,
and
when
most
parents
will
ultimately
choose
to
avoid
informing
their
elated
child
that
they
have
to
return
those
earrings
that
were
offered
up
as
part
of
the
$65
package,
and
thus
embarrassing
the
child
and
themselves.
