H&F fully exceeded my expectations! I shopped at over a dozen stores online and in-store, but I ended up buying my wedding band and engagement ring from them. Their prices are incomparable to other companies, and their staff are extremely caring and took the time to explain to me what type of diamonds I should look for that's within my budget. Great experience first time looking at jade jewelry here. Stopped by with my sister to browse after seeing a few items online that caught our eyes. I just recently went to them to repair a few of my personal items - a 30 year old necklace, a 30 year old diamond bracelet and my engagement ring. Their service was amazing! The staff were extremely welcoming, warm, and humorous! Really made it a comfortable experience even though my Cantonese wasn’t the best! They were knowledgeable about the jades I was looking into and they helped me find the perfect one for my girlfriend! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the jade selection here and how attentive/knowledgeable their staff is! I first heard about H&F recently through their Instagram posts for the International Women’s Day promotion. I was wowed by the quality of all their jadeite jade pieces, from pendants to earrings. I especially fell in love with this pendant when I first saw it, and bought it without regrets! It was well worth the price and it definitely is my first jade piece in my collection, but definitely won’t be my last!

I walked in expecting to find another store with fake/low quality jade. Dori and Moon were extremely helpful in helping me find what I was looking for; they were extremely patient despite how picky I was being. I ended up buying a few pieces as gifts. While they were preparing my items they mentioned that they 100% guaranteed that their jade is the highest quality and if it wasn't they'd compensate me. If I need anything I'm definitely shopping here again. It's rare to find places that offer decent prices and can put this much faith into their product. 6/5 stars overall.
