Infinity Health is by far the best walk-in clinic I have ever been to in my life. Their front desk staff are so tentative and friendly. You never have to wait hours on hold - they promptly answer all your calls. Every time I come here I am greeted with a smile. Not only this but every doctor and patient care staff are extremely tentative. They follow-up with you on your appointment and make patients feel as if they care! Furthermore, the clinic does walk-ins on the weekend. I truly can’t recommend a better place for Toronto residents! - Meagan M

Bad experience with the clerk. My wife went to this clinic and wanted to send an ob referral. The doctors are nice and professional. On the same day, we got our confirmation that the clerk has sent out our referral. We checked back twice in the following weeks to get the same confirmation. However, after three weeks of waiting, we have to find out on our own that the referral was never sent out, and we lost our spot with our desired ob doctor. So keep in mind the risks when you trust their words. Update: Infinite clinic has kindly sent a follow-up note to the OB office explaining that the referral was intended to send three weeks ago. This gesture is appreciated.

I have been coming to this clinic as a walk-in patient since 2017 and this year, got lucky to move to be assigned to a family doctor here. It is well-located located and has a convenient operating hours and a pharmacy on the site. The doctors are very professionally and caring and the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

I walked in to this clinic yesterday because my ears were hurting and blocked after a flight and they put me through to Dr Suneel Sharman. I have never met a more rude doctor in my life. He was dismissive and just condescending, did not want to answer any of my questions and constantly kept cutting me off so he just rush off to his next. Did not take the time to speak to me about my problem. He told me I had an ear infection, and gave me two antibiotics (who does that) I wasn’t happy with the whole situation and went to another doctor in another clinic today, the doc told me I have no ear infection and that my ears should be fine in a day or two. And I didn’t need antibiotics! It’s disturbed me because I ended taking the antibiotics for a day and it turned out the drops were extremely strong and I have been hearing pulsating sounds in my ear since then, which I have discontinued now. I have no idea why this doctor has a license to even work when he has had so many bad reviews!

I highly recommend this clinic. Their sport medicine professionals are qualified and have great tools and technology to expedite your recovery. In particular I recommend the physiotherapist Tim Lin. His Trigger Point Dry Needling technique is truly amazing! You see results as soon as the day after treatment! Simply excellent.

Making an appointment was easy and painless. I did have to wait a bit longer than my appointment time but that’s to be expected. However where clinic really shines is the physician. Dr.Sharman took his time asking a bunch of questions to ensure he was giving me the proper diagnosis and then took me to the pharmacy to even make sure what I took before seemed familiar. I don’t think I’ve had this level of care from a physician in over 15yrs. Nice doctors? Sure but as personable, friendly and detailed as Dr.Sharman? Not even close. I sincerely appreciate this level of service. The front desk was incredibly pleasant to deal with as well.

First time visiting, and what a horrible place l went with my husband who is in a wheelchair after suffering from a car accident. We had an appointment but arrived 15 minutes late upon entering we were immediately told he missed his appointment for being late and would have to pay $20.00 ! Do you pay your patients when they sit there waiting for their doctor appointment?? Or all you all so perfect??? You see a woman struggling to push a wheelchair with a large man and your lack of any compassion or empathy for a medical clinic is disturbing….. then you loudly said in the waiting room in front of everyone that we would have to reschedule because the doctor was leaving. She couldn’t even do a 5 minute visit??? You see someone in a wheelchair with injuries that are visible and you don’t even ask if they need anything or if they are in any pain???? The Tall Asian women at the front desk sorry l don’t know her name should not be working in the medical profession at all your lack of compassion and common manners are disgusting. Stay away from this awful place ! Thankfully their are other much friendly and more caring clinics downtown. I read all the other reviews and the good reviews are for the physiotherapy clinic, the walk in clinic has the bad reviews, sorry l didn’t read this first would have saved me alot of time and spared my husband the discomfort of moving someone who is in a lot of pain and discomfort

Great clinic with many services and friendly staff. Tim Lin is an excellent physiotherapist and helped me through rotator cuff tendonitis over the course of a few months. He is very thorough and knowledgeable, and he taught me many helpful exercises to alleviate pain and strengthen muscles. I have also been seen by Alan Fung for massage therapy, who does an amazing job with muscle tightness and pain. Overall, great experience with everyone at this clinic.

I’ve been having physio sessions with Tim for two months now for frozen shoulder. I’m completely astonished by my progress and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel thanks to his guidance and adaptive exercises. Furthermore, he’s very patient with answering any questions that come up. Highly recommended. And a shout out to Dr Sharman who I was able to consult with on a separate medical matter so quickly. Overall I’ve been so impressed with Infinity Health, including the front desk who are always friendly and responsive. Thank you, Infinity Health team!

I’ve been frequenting this clinic for more than 2 years and Ive always had an amazing experience! All the staff are very good! My favourite is Olsi, which take care of my horrible back pains, for me he’s the best person! I went to many chiropractor before… no one ever could give me better results than Olsi as osteopath or Massotherapy.

I would highly recommend this clinic! I went here for physiotherapy with Tim Lin and I am so glad I made this decision. I began seeing improvements immediately and countless times, Tim went above and beyond to ensure I was receiving the best care possible. I couldn't be happier with the results from my physio sessions. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. The booking process is very fast and efficient, and they are accommodating if you need to reschedule. 10/10 would recommend Infinity Health and Physiotherapy with Tim Lin!

Last year, I sustained a knee injury while participating in the Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon. I experienced sharp pain when running, squatting, or climbing stairs. Despite undergoing an MRI that revealed no structural damage, I continued to face challenges. That's when I started to see physiotherapist Tim Lin. Tim and I collaborated on a tailored program focused on strengthening my knee and reducing muscle soreness and tightness. Throughout the process, there were moments where I doubted my ability to return to my previous athletic form. During these moments of doubt, Tim consistently provided unwavering support, motivating me on my journey to recovery. Working with Tim was a great experience. His professionalism, responsiveness to my questions and concerns, and friendly demeanor made each physiotherapy session enjoyable. Thanks to Tim, I have fully recovered without any limitations! I highly recommend him to anyone facing a similar situation.

I've had severe pain postpartum in my back and ankle for some time now, often making it difficult to sleep or sit for extended periods. I'd been to a few clinics before being referred to Olsi for osteopath and massage services. He was able to diagnose the cause of my issue within a few visits and referred me to Taofiq for physiotherapy as well. I've been for physiotherapy in the past, but Taofiq has a different approach that feels more like a personal training session. Finally, I'm able to exercise without fearing further injury and am building strength back which has drastically reduced the severity and regularity of my pain. Highly recommend both Olsi and Taofiq at Infinity Health Centre!

I don’t live really close to this location, but will make the commute because it’s one of the only medical clinics that have treated me consistently with respect and professionalism. Every doctor I’ve seen here for various things (Dr. Nelson for Chiropractic treatments, Dr. Baird for GP, dermatologists, etc), they have all listened to me. My most recent visits have been with Dr Nelson, and he takes the time to explain everything to me in thorough detail. He’s put my mind at ease, plus helped me recover from a very painful nerve issue - all while being personable, friendly, informative and professional. Could not recommend this place, and it’s staff any higher.

Walk-In Clinic Review I chose this walk in as it is one of the only ones in the city above a 4 star with lots of reputable reviews! Sent an inquiry on their site and immediately got an email with instructions on how to book an appointment. Seems like they only do walk-ins by appointment. Followed the instructions and called and was able to book an appointment for the next day. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the secretary was kind and quick to check me in. Seemed like there are lots of various appointments and doctors - people with my time slot were arriving before me and getting taken in before me, which made sense in a big clinic. I always expect to wait a bit even with an appointment at walk-ins, however it was 30 minutes after my scheduled time slot when I was able to see a doctor, so just plan ahead. Doctor was quite lovely and pleasant. Asked all the questions and checked everything she needed. Very happy she took the time to explain things when many doctors wouldn’t. Overall a great experience other than the long wait when I had an appointment, hence the 1 star knock off.

I walked in without an appointment and was attended in less than 15 minutes. I went in for a allergy reaction and Dr. Simraaj Powar was lovely! She also happened to be knowledgeable in dermatology so she gave me the perfect creams needed and medicine for my allergy. As a foreign customer I was totally scared about what will happen with my allergy but this clinic was wonderful from beginning to end. Thank you so so much!

Had some PT work done with Taofiq for my torn meniscus and he was super great to work with! We discussed how to slowly strengthen my muscles, starting with simple at home exercises, then eventually moving to the gym. Pleasure to work with the entire time. Hopefully will be able to play sports again soon!

Patients must memorize an unnecessarily complicated rule set for booking an appointment. After four attempts and eventually walking-in, I was met with passive aggressiveness from the receptionist. “I thought this was a walk-in, do I need a appointment? “Well you walked-in to book an appointment didn’t you?” - receptionist “I’ve been trying to book an appointment for one month, and instead I decided to walk in” (Explains ridiculous rules for following week, weekend, same-day appointments) “That’s a little complicated for a patient to remember” “Not really.” - receptionist

After experiencing what was determined to be likely a grade 1 hamstring strain eight weeks before an international running race, I began seeing Taofiq Aziz for treatment. In addition to treating the area specifically, he helped create a schedule of stretches and exercises that would help to strengthen my hamstring as it healed, as well as create strength overall to help prevent further injury. Even with my injury causing me to miss out on two weeks of training, with Taofiq's skillset and treatment, I was able to race without any hamstring issues. Would definitely recommend him to other runners and athletes!

Friendly Atmosphere: The warm and welcoming environment in the clinic instantly put me at ease. The friendly staff and positive energy create a supportive space for healing. Amazing people, brilliant quality care. My Husband was suffering from continuous headache and Dr Sharman guided him well and he feel well! I am so much thankful to Infinity ! This clinic is a great example of integrated care, where treatment to the pt is first priority. The idea of virtual care first is an amazing way to stop any wide spread of communicable disease 🦠 their efforts are much appreciated 😀

This is an exceptional health centre from which I have received fantastic support and treatment. What I am most impressed with is the level of consistency, the attention to detail, the respect extended to patients, and how clearly everything is grounded in and informed by evidence based research. They've also got a great team across the board in what feels like a collaborative working environment. Whether its the great care of Dr. Pylypiak who has been wonderful in helping take stock of my health, suggest the adequate level of testing, and effectively refer me to her colleagues for follow-on, or Dr. Baird from a dermatology perspective, and finally Dr. Julian Coronas from a Chiropractic perspective who has guided me through what has been the most clear physical transformation I've experienced, aiding my acute back pain and completing changing how I feel everyday. Highly recommend this centre as this is what professional and compassionate care looks like!

Great experience with Dr. Karim at this clinic. I was suffering from leg pain and a sore ankle for almost a year. I am an avid runner and was getting therapy at Athletes Care for almost 12 months. After multiple sports doctor visits and two thousand dollars of chiro and physiotherapy treatment with limited improvement I decided to change from Athletes Care to Dr. Karim who has been doing my orthotics for years now. After 4 visits with Dr. Karim the pain is gone and I am back to running. This makes me happy. Thank you Dr. Karim!

Woke up feeling a bit more sick then I expected at 9:30. Called over and the friendly front desk staff booked me in right away for 10am same day. I showed up, no waiting around, just straight in to see the doctor within minutes. Quick and thorough visit followed by a prescription for antibiotics and puffer that I had fulfilled next door. Grabbed a tea at Aroma next door then back in bed by 10:30. 1 hour for the whole deal from waking up to back resting. Big fan! Highly efficient and thorough team. Great to have them in the neighbourhood. - Eric Brinkman p.s. Go Raptors!

Wonderful clinic. Well run and organized with a beautiful space. Had 2 appointments to fill some paperwork. The doctor was thorough and quick. Not super long wait time for my appointments. First appointment waited 15 min, second one 7 mins. Considering how busy clinics in Canada are, to me this is barely any wait time. Unfortunately, as with all doctors in Canada, the doctor is swamped. So you might feel rushed and miss some doctor and patient interaction- but don’t worry, you will be well taken care of by the doctor. It’s just the realities of Canadian Healthcare. I worked with Dr. Pylypiak and she was super knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and tries her best to make most of your limited time together. We covered a lot on my ~15 min appointment. So overall VERY happy and probably the best interactions I have had with a walk in clinic. :)

I’ve been going to Infinity Health Centre (located downtown on Simcoe) for about 7 years now. I’ve always had a really positive experience. The wait times are not long. The staff are welcoming and the physicians are great! I’ve seen Dr. Adiga and Dr. Pylypiak. Both were fantastic! I felt like I was being heard and that my concerns were being properly addressed. I have also recommended clients, friends and colleagues to this place. We can’t say enough good things about it! Thank you for your great service, PinPoint Health - Infinity Health Centre!

Pinpoint-Infinity is unmatched. I’ve been going here for a few years and the front desk staff are always so kind, helpful with booking appointments, quick with payment and emailing the receipts! I’ve seen a physiotherapist Taofiq who supported my sciatica, and sports medicine Dr. Shamshoon who referred me to a specialist and I was seen in a timely manner and their Osteopath Olsi Hasko who is the best in the city. Olsi is ridiculously knowledgeable but will sit you down, pull up google and explain exactly what’s happening to your body in a way you can understand and he gives very realistic treatment plans. Everyone at Pinpoint-Infinity Health either has the solution or will refer you to the people who do. Either way they’re committed to helping you not just benefiting from you. That’s why I keep going back!

I’ve been having physio sessions with Taofiq for the past 5 weeks. My injury was a fracture on the top of my foot (navicular bone) due to a sprained ankle. Taofiq was very professional all the way through. Took the time to listen to me and where the pain was, and laid out a great plan week by week , session by session to try and get me back to playoffs. Additionally, I also received a plan and exercises at home in addition to exercises at our sessions. The use of the electric pads on my ankle was also incredible! I made huge progress and felt great mentally and physically. Highly recommend the physio with Taofiq and the team here. All in all, I’ve been impressed with Taofiq and Infinity Health, including the front desk who are always friendly and responsive.

I’ve been going through comprehensive physiotherapy treatment sessions with Taofiq Aziz for the past 3 months. After a very long search, I am glad I finally found help at Infinity Health Centre. Taofiq has been incredible in understanding my pain and suggesting ways to make my back stronger. Thanks to his patience, guidance, and adaptive exercises, I already feel good - I can sleep through the night and not rely on pain meds as often as I had to. Overall it has been a great experience with Infinity Health Centre. And Taofiq is the best! I highly recommend this place.

I was suffering from knee pain for over a year and booked an appointment with Infinity Health center. Tim Lin took time during the initial meeting to identify/assess my problem. He ensured I understand what the problem is and what should be the plan for recovery. The recovery process was gradual where the initial exercises were easy and then moved to more challenging ones as time progressed. He always ensured I did the exercises the right way, by reviewing them in the following session, to gain maximum benefit. I have seen huge improvements. I initially had trouble walking up the stairs and now I do not have the problem anymore. After almost 3 months I can be discharged now and the remaining 5-10% of recovery can be done by continuing the exercise plan that he had laid out for me. I thank Tim for helping me recover so quickly and would highly recommend him as physiotherapist !

First session, he examined my injury and I was given RPT, I felt so relieved right after the first session. He is really experienced and suggesting the right exercise for speedy recovery. I recovered almost 90% in 3 sessions. I would suggest and recommend Simo Partanen, he is my go to man.

Based on favourable recommendations, I have chosen to see Dr. Simo as my physiotherapist. He is a game changer - I have injured my upper back from sleeping on an elevated pillow and I was worried this would cause long term damage. Fast forward to three sessions of experiencing Dr. Simo's dry needling techniques and doing some at-home stretches, I no longer experience back aches, have resumed exercise, and am on a quick road to recovery. Highly recommend for all physiotherapy needs - he's one of the best.

I was suffering from chronic but on and off neck and upper back pain. I was referred by my physician to Dr. Wessel, the chiropractor. Although, it was my first ever experience with a chiropractor but Dr. Wessel's approach, friendly nature and in-depth understanding of my issue resulted in me being pain free in a just a few visits. Moreover, his 'tell-show-make you do' technique for home exercises is priceless! Highly recommended! Thank you again Dr. Wessel and Infinity Health Centre, Oakville.

I visited Infinity Health Centre in September 2021 for physiotherapy. I came in with knee pain due to tennis and running. Simo Partanen was a fantastic physiotherapist who diagnosed and treated my patellar tendonitis in only a week. After 4 sessions, I was back running and on the tennis court. Simo was professional, kind and took the time to get to know me and my habits – from work to fitness – so that he could fix my knee. He will take the time to explain what he is doing, why and will give you clear instructions and a schedule for rehab exercises to complete at home in between treatments. I'd highly recommend Simo and his practice to anyone in need of physio treatment!

I booked an appointment online with Infinity Health Care Centre after experiencing some severe shoulder discomfort. Tim took his time during our initial meeting to assess the situation and identify the issue. Tim scheduled frequent sessions at first to ensure the bulk of the recovery was taken care of early, provided a great recovery program through a carefully thought out progression of exercises, then organized weekly check ins to make sure the recovery was on track. After about 5 weeks Tim was confident enough in both our efforts to discharge me with the understanding that the exercise program he laid out should be able to complete the final 5-10% of the recovery but offered his services in the future if needed. The online booking system is very straight forward, their availability is quite broad (evening/weekends) and Tim was immensely helpful in getting my shoulder back in shape. Highly recommended to anyone.

I have been seeing Simo for a bit now for a knee injury and he has been fantastic! He is very professional and kind and makes sure you understand what he's doing and how it helps. He assigns stretches and strength exercises slowly so that you can build up strength at a good pace. I have seen huge improvements - when I first went in I had difficulty walking up stairs and now I feel just about ready to get back on the rugby field!

I was referred to Tim Lin for physiotherapy to treat my BPPV. Mr. Lin was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Within one visit my symptoms were resolved, and we did a follow-up visit just to ensure everything was okay. Overall I was highly satisfied with the service I received here and highly recommend this clinic and Mr. Lin for any physio needs!

Someone who used to work previously at a walk in clinic, I can understand why this clinic does virtual appointments. They more often then not have availability and as long as you know when to book your appointment you’ll be fine. They have a great organized system and great doctors!

Went to Tim for a few weeks following years of on-and-off lower back pain. Tim was patient, understanding, and showed me a variety of stretches and strengthening exercises that ended up making the pain more manageable than ever. He made sure to check up on my form over subsequent visits and I honestly have not felt this spry and pain free in a long while. Highly recommended for any of your physio needs!

My experience at Infinity Health was great! I was wary of what the treatment plan would entail and how long it would take to recover. Tim was very professional and provided his candid opinion through the whole process which I much appreciated. He was mindful of my response to recommended treatment options and even went the extra mile with identifying health concerns I didn't realize I had. He was able to get me in with Dr. Baird on the same day for a consult and without this, my treatment would've taken longer to fully address. Highly recommend this place and especially Tim Lin!

Phil is great! I've been seeing him for the better part of the past year for various sports injuries and general upkeep. As a chef spending long hours on my feet day after day, combined with living an active lifestyle playing hockey, snowboarding, and running, it's been great to have Phil there to fix me up whenever I push it a bit too much! I always look forward to good conversation and great and knowledgable patient care.

I cannot recommend Tim Lin enough for anyone seeking physiotherapy! Struggling with De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, I found in Tim not just a therapist, but a true ally in my recovery. His treatment and strengthening program was tailored to my needs, accommodating both my progress and the occasional setbacks with a gentle, patient approach. What truly sets Tim apart is his holistic approach to care. He coordinated with a doctor at the clinic, ensuring I received the necessary prescription paperwork for insurance purposes. His willingness to discuss and explain treatment options made me feel involved and informed in my own care process! It is clear that Tim is a popular choice in the clinic, often juggling multiple patients, but Tim’s ability to make you feel never neglected is heartwarming. I felt supported, cared for, and safe under his guidance. If you’re looking for a physiotherapist who combines expertise with empathy, you will be in good hands with Tim Lin :)

This has to be one of the worst walking clinic experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I went in extremely sick in November and asked them if they could run a few of tests and they said yes, when everything came back negative I had to continuously push for other things to be checked and they would look at my symptoms and make an assumption and put me on medication for what they thought I had. When I finally came back and I said I want this to be tested after the third time of having to go in, the results came back positive they gave me a prescription. Before this they didn’t take the time to test the first time . When I came in and I was relieved that it wasn’t something else they giggled under their breath, and then proceeded to casually tell me what I do have, which was actually what I beg them to test me for in the first place and did it with no sympathy as this was something that would change someone’s life. They actually got annoyed with me during my last visit for asking too many questions and was going over their “time” and told me to go to Ontario health website. I understand that there is time limits but no one bothered to talk to me about what to expect with these results didn’t offer me any information just told me what I have gave me medication that I’ll have to take for life and pretty much told me to keep it moving. On top of that when I asked him to send me all my information, they sent it to the wrong person. I’m stuck in a city now where I have no access to a walk-in clinic with my information to get a refill on my prescriptions and they are practically refusing the medication I need to get in my system within the next two days without coming in person and I’m stuck in a town four hours away. I have got to say that this is by far one of the worst walk in clinics I have ever been to if you care about your privacy, your health, and overall self-worth this is not your clinic. I will never go back here. I will never recommend anyone to go here and I would never write a Google review about my experience if it really wasn’t that bad, I am disgusted by this place I have never seen a team of medical professionals fail at their jobs so miserably.
