I
came
to
this
location
last
year
because
I
was
interested
in
getting
some
botox
done
for
a
lip
flip.
When
I
came
in
the
first
time,
I
paid
for
20
units
up
front
for
$86
or
$87.
I
was
told
by
the
staff
at
that
time
I
would
be
paying
for
my
next
5
appointments
up
front.
Every
time
I
went
in,
the
technician
that
did
my
injection
and
front
desk
always
told
me
I
have
"X
number"
of
units
left
for
future
appointments.
I
was
also
always
told
that
at
2
weeks
I
should
see
full
effects,
and
if
I'm
not
satisfied
with
it,
I
am
eligible
for
a
touch
up.
For
the
first
time,
I
felt
the
results
weren't
as
significant
as
my
previous
appointments
so
I
scheduled
a
touch
up.
When
I
showed
up,
I
was
told
that
I
was
actually
never
allowed
to
bank
any
of
the
units,
and
that
the
20
units
I
paid
for
was
meant
to
be
used
all
in
one
appointment,
which
was
is
not
what
I
was
told
at
all
my
previous
appointments.
I
was
told
my
four
remaining
units
will
be
used
for
my
touch
up.
When
I
asked
if
I
don't
get
a
touch
up
today,
can
I
use
my
remaining
units
I've
paid
for
at
a
later
time,
I
was
told
sternly
that
it's
not
possible,
which
was
very
disappointing.
If
I
was
told
up
front
that
I
had
to
use
all
20
units
in
one
appointment,
I
would've
never
sprung
for
this
"deal".
On
top
of
all
that,
every
time
I
came
in,
I
was
waiting
at
least
20-30
minutes
before
being
taken
into
a
consult
room
to
discuss
what
I
wanted
done,
although
I
always
let
the
ladies
at
the
front
now
exactly
what
I
am
coming
in
for
when
booking
this
appointment.
I
find
I
am
often
in
the
clinic
for
over
30
minutes
to
have
a
5
minute
treatment
done.
But
I
continued
to
show
up
because
I
had
prepaid
for
treatment.
The
only
upside
to
this
establishment
is
that,
Alicia,
who
took
care
of
me
for
the
majority
of
my
appointments,
was
absolutely
amazing.
Can’t
say
I
had
a
great
experience
the
other
nurses
who
I’ve
seen.
But
I
don't
think
I
will
be
returning
to
this
clinic
for
any
treatment
in
the
future.
