I did some research into medical facilities near my home and with all of the different services offered, I thought that this one would be the best fit for me as, in theory, it's all convenient. There was a walk in clinic, testing laboratory, and OBGYN services offered in that same building. I am currently pregnant so this was a huge draw. I came in on a Saturday at 11AM for walk in services and was told by the clerk at the front desk that walk ins are only on Wednesdays since I was not a patient. This was to be found nowhere on the website, no where on the notices inside, nothing. The website only notes that walk in clinic is open from Monday to Saturday at such and such time, which I arrived within. I did try to call beforehand to ask about the hours and specific requirements, as I understand that during COVID protocols for each office are different. No one picked up both times I called, though when in as arrived, there were at least 2 receptionists behind the desk and about 5 people in the waiting room. Suffice to say I was incredibly disappointed and disheartened as I did not want to travel far and also wait a long time at other clinics further clinics with less amenities. I am even more disappointed that walk in services which were advertised as available were in fact not available. I believe that this should be made apparent from the get-go and posted on the website or as an automated message through the switchboard, not as a revelation when someone just arrives there.

Horrible service from receptionists including severe attitude problems. Get a different job if you don’t like this one, degenerates. Also Doc doesn’t give a hoot about walk-in patients so don’t bother.

DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. A MONKEY WITH ONE EYE AND ONE ARM CAN RUN THIS PLACE BETTER. Patients If you book an appointment to see doctor Apple B just know your appointment times are useless I had an appointment at 12:10 and now 12:42 and there’s apparently 4 more people ahead of me. Why book me in for an appointment then ? Patients save yourself the time DO NOT GO HERE ITS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU NOR YOUR TIME.

Poor staff and doctors. They can let the walkin customers die. They only give priority to their previous patients and don’t care for walkin patients if they are in a lot of pain. Poor ethics and useless doctors.

Glad I’m not the only one who notices how arrogant and rude these receptionists are if you can’t be compassionate and professional GO FIND ANOTHER JOB you’re working at a doctors office! With their nasty attitude and they don’t prioritize people coming for walk ins waste of people’s time

They book you with an appointment and you end up sitting around to see the doctors for about 2-4 hours. The lady at the reception is extremely rude and insensitive I highly recommend to search around before coming into this clinic

I have been trying to reach them since past one week. There automated phone voice-mail say "leave you number and we will call you on same business day" Tried 4th time today they never reached back to me. I am an existing patient and this is very frustrating.

I tried to go to the walk-in clinic yesterday, turned out that it was closed for some reason. I called the office but no one answered, and I asked people in the 2nd floor but they had no clue. If there were some sort of emergency and they had to close the clinic, I would understand. But there was no information either on their door or on the website. I find it quite disturbing. Never going nor recommending their walk-in clinic.

They treat you like family & handle to source of your medical issues. I left not only feeling better but with an entire plan to make food & habits apart of staying healthy. If you want to get to the source of your problem, go to North York Medical Center.

They have a Life Labs there and I visited for blood work. The blood test results were quick and sent directly to my family doctor. Great experience.

I felt very upset today about my mom who used to be a patient of dr. Olena Trinchuk. My mom had to leave her for another doctor, because doctor got refferal a year ago and did absolutely nothing for her. All my mom wanted - a letter that went to their office by mistake, but got a rude refuse. Son of this doctor asked my mom for 100$, when she refused, he said it will cost her, because this is the law they have in the office, and they will re-calculate and she still has to pay! So, his suggestion was to make an appointment with doctor, (lets keep in mind Covid and that's my mom is 70 years old!!! ) and come bring them money. WOW. Guess that's all what they do, collect miney? AND THIS IS MEDICAL OFFICE!!!!

Amazing experience! The pandemic was a trying time. My surgery was postponed twice. I was also moved from my surgeon to Dr. Seligman. He called and explained everything to me. I had a double knee replacement which required me to go into a rehab facility. Dr. Seligman checked in on me a couple of times. I felt he had a decent bedside manner but more importantly he answered my questions and I felt confident I was in the right hands. Thank you! Post surgery I hiked in Banff/Lake Louise, travelled all around Spain for a couple of months and just came back from Norway. I wouldn’t have been able to do any this without the surgery and the excellent team that supported me. Thanks you!

Booked an appointment here and they called me in to come at 4:00PM. Ended up waiting for 2 hours until 6:00PM and I had to leave to go for work. Complete waste of time. Lady at the receptionist was extremely rude and insensitive as well.
