An extremely clean and nice place with beautiful views of the lake. Very professional, friendly team. The specialists are so sweet and communicative. They have a great receptionist and they always welcome you by smiling faces. They check your temperature at the door and make sure you sanitize your hands. This makes me feel safe when entering the clinic. Have to fill out few forms over an iPad instead of ton of papers. Mabel is the best! She makes me feel comfortable, so friendly, kind, helpful and detail oriented. She makes this process so easy and stress free! I have been going there for almost a year and every time I go I am so excited to see the results after the laser hair removal. After every session the results are visible and I couldn't be happier. I have seen such great results. After every treatment the hair volume are less and no ingrown hair and softer skin. I consulted to get laser hair removal for my upper lip and chin area1 year ago, I was suggested to get the full face package, though my facial hair was not that noticeable, I made a mistake, the first 3 sessions went great, but then, the hair started to grow thicker all over my face and neck(I never had hair in that part before). I was told to finish all 10 sessions and watch, even though I was getting white heads allover the treated area after the session which would sit there for 2-3 days, they looked soo bad, I couldn’t go back to work. I brought this to my technician, Mabel’s notice, my hormones were blamed. I finally quit going back after 8th session, I lost patience. now I’m having to shave every 3 days(disastrous!). While I was getting treatment for my face with MEDlaser, I was also treating my legs, arms and bikini with laserclinics, I never faced such problems with them it was painless and hair always took 2-3 months to grow back. It’s the same hormones for the rest of my body right? Where did it go wrong?? I need help 😞 now I’m afraid to go back waxing. what should I do now? I should’ve never touched my face. I hope I can fix this issue

I bought 2 separate packages, the consulting nurse was excited, I was nervous. She calls in the nurse and I explained I would like my laugh lines gone, I like the size of lips already, don't need bigger but would like them plump. She says she will directly inject the lines and lips to make fuller, 2syringes needed (so I paid for it) and we proceed. Numbing cream applied folds done, lips next and then the insane amount pain (which she didn't warn me about before hand). during the procedure she exits because she had another appointment. I thought that's weird but whatever, she comes back and we finish. Fast forward 2 weeks later, my lips look the same and my laugh lines are still very visible. I mentioned this to the nurse including induration in one area. The nurse looked and acted bored "well i did mentioned it was to give you a little bit of hydration, the induration will go away in a few more days and you can massage the area yourself". She had an attitude, didn't seem to care but was focused on me signing a document to exempt you from potential liability issues. She almost made it seem as though I was wasting her time when prior to my arrival this person was comfortably sat smiling/chuckling at her cell phone lol. Kayla at your midtown location is great however once I'm through with scheduled treatments, I will not return.

This place is amazing! I have my laser treat with Mabel for my whole legs, and face, she was very friendly, kind and most importantly very caring. She always tells you what to expect and what she recommends. She was lovely to work with. My hair is very thinner and barely anything to shave every 3 weeks. My experience at Canada MedLaser was mixed, to say the least. I initially purchased a hair removal package, attracted by the promised results guarantee policy. However, my journey was fraught with inconsistency and frustration. One of the biggest challenges was booking appointments with the same technician. Due to high demand, it was difficult to secure an appointment every 8 weeks with the same one. This inconsistency led to varying experiences with different technicians, ranging from thorough and attentive to rushed and painful. It was also disappointing to discover that the technicians I preferred no longer worked there, adding to the lack of continuity. My ultimate disappointment came during my last assessment and appointment. The technician informed me of the 70% hair removal guarantee, which came as a surprise as I had not been previously informed. Despite this, I agreed to the two additional complimentary sessions she offered to address remaining hair growth. However, during the first of these sessions, the technician abruptly declared my hair was gone, contradicting her previous assessment and leaving me confused and unsatisfied. The entire appointment was marred by the technician's negative and passive-aggressive demeanour, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. While I typically avoid confrontation, the unprofessionalism displayed during this session was unacceptable. Overall, while I did see results from the sessions, the inconsistency in service quality and the disappointing conclusion to my experience left me with no desire to return for the final complimentary session or to Canada MedLaser in the future.

I love Canada Med Laser! I had regrowth of chin hair after more than 20 years of my last YAG laser treatment. I struggled to find the correct establishment trained to treat darker skin for a good price. Many spas charge more and our skin issues are more leaning towards medical than ‘cosmetic’. My friend recommended me to come to Canada MedLaser for laser hair removal and she was right. It's been an easy and great experience as it was my first time getting laser hair removal. Mabel takes good care of her clients. She is professional, gentle and quick. The results was great. It was always easy to make and change appointments as the receptionists are friendly and nice too.

The staff is incredibly nice, however the products provided during service are very low quality. For example, in early May I received 30 units Botox in my forehead and eyes and a week later my remaining 20 units. All in my face. It was not applied correctly and I still had many muscles along the upper part of my forehead able to give me forehead wrinkles, in very odd shapes. By July all 50 units provided had been metabolized and my forehead and eyes able to move the same way as before. I would highly recommend Toronto Dermatology or a real dermatologist clinic to provide good quality (and same price) Botox. Just in comparison, 22 units of Botox at my dermatologist clinic lasts 5.5 months versus 50 units at CanMedLaser lasted almost 3 months. Would not recommend.

Sabrina is super nice but unfortunately I did not see significant results. It was super expensive (I think I paid around $600 for a tiny area skin lasering) so it's disappointing. The 2nd last session actually seemed to do something (maybe around a 10-15% difference) but again, nothing significant. I was asked each time whether my skin flaked and each time I said it didn't. And then before I knew it, all my sessions were up! Will have to explore other (also potentially expensive) options ☹️

Completely eradicated the hair in the majority of the treatment area and received additional sessions (free of charge) for the area where some hair remained. The clinic is conveniently located, clean, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I had a number of technicians, Stephanie B and Yui stand out as exemplary. Yui was especially kind, thorough and committed to a high standard of service.

I’m coming to the end of my laser sessions(face) soon and couldn’t be happier with the service and results. My hair growth was quite severe and a major deterrent. As such, it was starting to affect my mental health. After almost a decade of worrying, it’s such a luxury and relief to not even ‘remember to remember’ it. I’ve been fortunate to have Mabel for my sessions. Her calm and kind manner puts me at ease. She will always pause during the session to ask if I’m doing okay and this warms my heart. But, what I love best about her is that she doesn’t sugarcoat and plays it straight. She’s always given me a realistic overview rather than ensure a miracle. Having said that, I consider my results as nothing short of miraculous. I’m planning to come back for semi-annual touch-ups and hope to have Mabel do them as well.
