Don’t go here to do any injection!!! I went there and got my lip done few month ago (one syringe). The result is horrible, after few months, my lips are still swelling, completely out of proportions and lumpy. This is the worst result I’ve ever got from lip injections. Also the injection process was extremely painful (more painful than my usual experience), and my lip was very swollen for two weeks after. I highly doubt the experience and expertise of them. I contacted them about the result, and ask for free dissolve and never heard back from them. Girls, just don’t waste your money here!

This is a long story but here we go; I went in Sept. 2020 for a consultation and ended up purchasing a 5 year unlimited laser hair removal package and charcoal organic teeth whitening treatment (which I didn’t know was a new product they were trying out). The consultant offer me a discount for a package of 8 since I got the laser package. I was intrigued and went on to pay for both in full. Before my first appointment I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant, I called to see if I could get a refund since I didn’t know when I was able to start the treatments. They offered to freeze the packages for as long as needed. This past month I went in for my first teeth whitening and was made aware that they no longer have the charcoal whitening product and that this was a rare treatment for them to provide. I felt uncomfortable knowing this but wanted my teeth whitened as I see on Instagram many people get this done with great results. I went ahead and had the treatment with what I think was a product ordered just for my attendance since I complaint about not being able to get the service I paid for and asked for a refund. It did nothing! The manager at the front desk was rude and dismissive when I asked her questions about continuing with the other services. I felt so insulted that I emailed costumer service to tell them I don’t feel good going back to this location. The other manger (sorry I didn’t get names) called to inform me she’s aware that I reached out to costumer service and would like to discuss “my issue”. When I called back, the office is closed. I tried emailing costumer services and using the message option on their website but no reply. Costumer service is just horrible and I feel really disrespected at this point. I didn’t start the treatment and all I wanted was a refund for my hard worked money. I have a baby to care for but they don’t seem to care about that. How can I go to all these appointments with a baby, I can’t keep getting a sitter. Especially, when the treatments don’t work. All I’m advising is that you turn the other way and visit a different spa. It maybe a little more pricy but worth it at the end. That is if you like being treated with decency. I hope they fix this “issue” as I do plan to reach out to the business bureau or get legal help.

Guys please do not waste your precious money and time on your laser hair removal treatment here! I have had a very bad experience. I purchased the package of 8 full body laser hair removal sessions and mind you the nurses would do my full body session in JUST 15 minutes!! Or maybe half an hour max. They do it so quickly and even leave so many areas that you have to tell them constantly. Even after that they do not do it very properly. They book the session for one hour for full body but the nurse completes them in 15 minutes and then relaxes the remaining session. Their services are very expensive and not satisfactory at all. I had to ask the nurse for the after care instructions and she didn’t tell me herself. I am an introvert so I didn’t raise my voice earlier but i mustered up the courage to tell them on my 6-7th session and they gave me a repeated session. They also told me that they will give sessions for certain areas that were not covered during previous sessions but I did not go as I am not stupid enough to travel so far for just certain areas which was their mistake in the first place. I found a place near my home instead which is far far far better and inexpensive than them. Also, they call people to get the poor reviews removed just like they did with my friend. So if you do not see this again, please know that they had it removed.

My wife purchased a package to have laser hair removal on her arms with a 5 year option for touch ups. After completing all of the sessions in the package, there was much more arm hair than prior to the start of treatment. When my wife advised New You that she believed the treatment actually caused more hair to grow, New You offered more treatments using a different setting of the laser or machine. My wife accepted the additional treatments but they also failed to produce the desired results. Unfortunately after paying for their hair removal procedure, my wife has much more hair than she started with, to the point that it affects her self esteem. We are very disappointed with the service provided by New You. They reached out to us after posting this review but it was a waste of time (in person visit, plus multiple scheduled phone calls) as they were unwilling to make us whole. We cannot recommend their hair removal service, and would caution others that their customer service is lacking.

I've been here a few years ago (maybe 5years ago) for botox for hyperhidrosis and the treatment was great. But now I've decided that I don't want to inject botox any more, and i want to find a permanent solution for hyperhidrosis. I decided to try coming back to this clinic again this year to try their other solution. On their website, i remember reading about Miradry, but when I had the consultation over the phone, the clinician told me about a newer treatment they had, called Secret RF. It sounded promising and more permanent than doing botox every few months, so I decided to pay for that. The full package would've been about $6000 (which is craaaaazy expensive for underarm treatment) but they had a "deal" at the time so I got it for about half off (which is still an insane amount of money). Each session involved basically microneedling the underarm. Now, if you've ever done a microneedling session, you'll know that the machine is meant for the face/neck area, and it can be painful. The underarms is a very sensitive area, so it was even more so painful there, so I was scared for each session that I had to do, even with the numbing cream applied. There was a total of 6 sessions for the package. The clinician said that most people will see results after the third session, but I wasn't seeing ANY improvement at all after any of the 6 sessions. During each session, when I told her that I had no improvements at all, she acted surprised and kept offering botox each time, even though I told her Every Single Session that I was NOT interested in botox. She said I would have better results if I did both Secret RF and botox at the same time, but that seems like a scam just to get me to pay a LOT of money for something that wasn't going to work in the first place and hook me back onto the botox thing. I wasn't buying it at all. After the final session, she again offered a FREE session of botox if I still didn't see any results from thr Secret RF, but that's not what I cam here for. I'm pretty sure she made up the whole science and procedure for Secret RF as a treatment for hyperhidrosis and I didn't do enough research on it before buying it. I wasted soooo much money on something that didn't do anything for me. In the end, I left with a lot of pain, and some sessions left me with really irritated and marked underarms. My underarms are healed now, after a few months, but my hyperhidrosis issue has not improved at all. Wasn't even happy with the service too. Upon entering for each visit, I wasn't greeted in a welcoming or friendly manner (I've seen way better service at other clinics in Toronto). Everyone had RBF there, so I felt intimidated every time I went in. Don't waste your money here. I recommend doing more research first before buying a service.

The staff here are very kind and helpful! I have never felt so pampered at a spa! Even better, after only one cool sculpting treatment, I saw amazing results! I can't wait to see what I look like when we are done.

I love coming to New You for several reasons. One is their staff is fabulous, from Oana, to Sophia, to Shannen, and the other staff. Easy to deal with though I can say you got to have the vogue-sass. The treatment I got was a package of body sculpt treatment, EMS, and radio-frequency fat burn. I trust my services here than my previous clinic. It could be pricey but (hello) beauty has a price. If you're on a budget, they can have some options for you. They're also honest if a treatment is for you or not, or if things have worked or not. I got more treatments in my pipeline, and I'm thinking of only getting them from New You Spa at Eglinton.

I drive over an hour just to go to this spa!!! ❤️ I love Nasrin! Shes so kind, beautiful, and educated! I came in telling her that I was interested in the radio frequency treatment and she gave me the details on how to get the best results!! I just got my first session done since consultation and feel very happy to boost and wake up my collagen! Radio frequency is a very natural non invasive approach to tightening the skin and prevent/treat skin imperfections. I just finished my treatment today with the kind and beautiful Shannon! She was very helpful and targeted the areas I wanted to improve! The front staff are all also very kind and beautiful and very informative. Even though there are multiple New You spa locations throughout the GTA I specifically go to this one and think it’s worth over an hour drive. I hope you find this review helpful 💕

I had treatment for Vela sculpture treatment on abdomen and it was terrible experience, it left me saggy and loose skin. I wanted to give this clinic a second chance but when I went for my appointment this week I was late by 10 minutes and they would not take me. So that's a sign that I shouldn't have treatment at this place. I had my doubts but I was willing to try it again. When I got there the lady told me that I could not wait for a spot to squeeze me in. I had to be rescheduled at a later time which was far far from the time of my original appointment. You would think that being in the service industry they would try to accommodate but that's fine. I think it's a sign to not do my treatments here

Do not go here for dermal fillers, dark circles treatments especially. They are not licensed medical physicians or experienced practitioners, it’s just a spa run by group of chimps. Nasrin doesn’t know how fillers needs to be injected. Please check all their negative reviews before you get yourself in trouble. They will suggest so many treatments to get money but none of them know how to provide those treatments. I had to go to the certified medical person to remove the filler they had injected incorrectly under eyes. Filler they had injected left me a brown/black discolouration for almost 2 years just like you find on other reviews. Luckily I got saved by one of the certified professional to get rid of that and got my skin back. Stay away from these chimps.

She called me every month to make sure I was happy with my results. When I told her I wanted a second one she did everything she could to get me approved. If it wasn't for Nurse Gina I would not have gotten approved. She is genuine, kindhearted, ensures her patients are satisfied. I am grateful to have her on my side throughout this procedure. OMG I just came here to review as I lost my patience in waiting for their solution to my problem and realized I’m not the only victim in here. So I paid for 8 laser hair removal session and I was not satisfied with the service and reached out to customer service. They were so nice at the beginning and promised me to refund but before they do that they asked me to give it another try with different technician. I accepted for that since refund was not what wanted and I really needed to get this done. I was booked with same technician for the second time as well and not satisfied and also this time scars were developed on my legs after the laser treatment and was not ready to continue and reached out to customer service and they promised me that they would schedule an appointment with one of their dermatologists at port union location and boom they ghosted me. No replies to my emails or calls. It’s been 4 months now that I paid and yet not received proper treatment or solution to my problem. They are not even able to transfer me to different location. I spoke to Taylor and Victoria and still waiting. All I’m asking is for my refund and I’m done waiting. Please stay away from this place nobody cares about your money or your problems.

I’ve had cool sculpting here many years ago and the results were excellent. More recently I had Botox done by Nasreen. I have had Botox before elsewhere but Nasreen injected noticeably deeper into my facial muscles than my last experience and my results this time are amazing! My face is extremely smooth and natural looking. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with the anatomy of the face as well as Botox and other treatments. Very happy with everything.

I come to Yonge and Eglinton location and have great experience with Shanon. She is very kind and do the laser very patiently and always answer all the questions. I am still going through the sessions and i hope the end results will be great as well!!

I highly recommend New You Cosmetic Centres - Yonge & Eglinton. They have amazing staff and nurses. Mirna, the clinical manager is very accomodating and Nasrin, the nurse injector is very professional, caring and lovely. Awesome services- Definitely made me prettier and more confident.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this spa clinic. My laser services were far below my expectations, and I left every appointment feeling extremely upset. The staff members were consistently rude and condescending towards me, which only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, the services promised to me were not fulfilled. Despite being told that certain elements of my services would make it less painful, I was refused these options during my appointments. This was particularly frustrating because I had explicitly requested these accommodations and was promised that they would be provided. Whenever I raised concerns about these issues, someone would promise me a solution that was never fulfilled. It was clear that the staff members did not communicate with each other or keep any records of our conversations. Even though I asked them to document our discussions, I was always met with confusion and frustration. The final straw came when they tried to charge me for an extra session without being notified beforehand. The staff had not kept track of my pre-purchased sessions, and I was allowed to come in for an extra session without realizing it would cost me more money. When I was informed of the charge after they performed the services, I felt like I had been deceived and taken advantage of. Overall, I cannot recommend this spa clinic based on my experience. The poor quality of the services, coupled with the unprofessional behaviour of the staff, left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Great experience with the staff and services at NYCC, Davisville. In particular, Yasmin has been a standout, her professionalism and friendly attitude make our sessions most enjoyable. Additionally Nasrin and Gina have demonstrated great knowledge and expertise.

I'm doing full body laser treatment here and I can say it's best, because 5 months ago I was all hair and now it's almost gone. I would've gave 5 stars but some of the technician here are not doing there job correctly. So far Shanonn is "the great" technician to go with and doing next all appointments with her.

I went to the young & eglinton location and was attended by Gina. She is an awesome injector, love her bedside manners and level of knowledge and expertise. She was great at answering my questions and giving me advice about what would work best for me & what I was looking to accomplish. I had botox for forehead & eyes. Super light & quick hands. I’ve been doing my laser hair removal here for a while now, and more recently I started with EMSculpt. I come here at least twice a week. Mirna, Daniella, Gina, Yasmin, and Raquel made me feel comfortable and welcome right from the get go. Yasmin has given me honest feedback on her experience with EMSculpt so as to guide my expectations, and Raquel has been very knowledgeable and meticulous in making sure I’m doing laser hair removal safely. It’s been a pleasant experience, and I look forward to taking time off my day to come here. The spa is nice and clean. I’m happy with my hair removal results thus far; I cannot comment on EMSculpt at this early stage. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. What discerns this spa from another - I think - is the awesome staff members.

I have been going to NEW YOU for 4 years and finally decided to write a review that I have postponed forever. Because I have been going there for few years, I have to say there were times I wasn’t truly happy with the service I received and sometimes I had to wait for a long time to be treated when I showed up on time. I understand they’re very busy location but they should at least apologize when that happens. They want to charge customers late or no show fee but what about when we had to wait 20-30 minutes or even longer? It hadn’t happened for a long time so I think they really improved that part. Now I only get my treatment from same person, Nasrin, she is THE BEST, and I wouldn’t even bother booking if she isn’t available. She is very patient and always answer all my questions and recommend good treatment for me. Kiana was also great. I had her when Nasrin was away for a couple of months and I was a little nervous having a different technician but she was actually amazing. She is now at Queen st location. I recommend both ladies to anyone in a heartbeat depending on your location. Overall I am a long time happy customer at NEW YOU. And they have promotions throughout the year so please take advantage of them and the results? I am still going there after 4 years so I guess this answers! 😀

Got a hair PRP treatment done by Nasrin at this location. Not only was she incredibly kind and sweet but the results of this treatment were amazing. Explained the procedure and affects in detail and was open to answering all questions. Even during the treatment she was lovely to talk to and very gentle and patient as the treatment stung. Would definitely recommend to everyone; definitely check out what else they have to offer as they have a great variety!

Staff is friendly and professional. I came in for a laser hair removal. Raquel was super friendly and knowledgeable. She guided me through the process to make sure I’m comfortable. The clinic uses the most advanced laser technology available, it’s truly pain-free! I’m glad I have chosen to get my LHR here.

Yonge-Davisville location. They changed to a different laser machine (Soprano) soon after I started treatment but I saw better results with the old machine (I think Prolase or something). No attempt to inform me of and discuss this change prior. Rooms are small, cramped and not always equipped with supplies (wipes, sunscreen, proper towels (I was given pillowcases). Very high staff turnover. I've known some high quality staff but they always left and only the average ones stay. Managers are rude to their staff. Witnessed one of them swearing loudly about how she was bored with covid closures. Feels like a cheap place run by uneducated management not trained in customer service. My consultant was quick to suggest treatments and enticing "on the spot" discounts but omitted to fully disclose side effects. I wanted a refund even before starting treatment but this place will never give it back no matter the reason. You will never hear back from the customer service email box. Since I didn't want to lose my money, I felt forced to go through with the treatment. I can see a difference in my hair growth, which is why I am rating 3 stars. Unfortunately 8 months later I am now noticing hypopigmentation scars. My advice is to stay away from this place. Do not be taken in by the low prices, this place is 100% profit driven. Everything else (aka customer satisfaction) is window dressing. Before you engage with them, simply check out their F rating on the Better Business Bureau.

Shannon at is incredible!! She’s gentle, friendly, kind and patient! I’ve experienced incredible hair removal results at New You and staff have made me feel comfortable from day one. From my experience, I highly recommend this New you location. And if you happen to get Shannon, you’re in great hands.

Nasrin is the best - very knowledgeable, explains everything well and is exceptionally skillful (especially with prp). I recommend her for injectables and any machine treatments. Yasmeen is spectacular for laser hair removal RF.

I came in for my consult for laser hair removal and met with Nasreen she was so professional and explained thoroughly the process and aftercare. Fantastic hair removal package promo for the areas I wanted to get done. The receptionist was so warm and helpful with scheduling my bookings. The place was so clean, had fresh flowers and smelled amazing. I am so excited to start my treatments!!

The staff, especially the nurse and the initial consultation rep, are very friendly and warm. They take good care of you. I had previously written a review which they did not like so then New You decided to publicly post my injection history. Completely unethical. Proving my point on what a disaster of a business this is. STAY FAR AWAY.

Nasrin was was very knowledeable and gentle. She took the time to elp me relax before the proceedure and gave me all of the information for post proceedure. Had my first ever Botox injections yesterday at the NEWYOU at Yonge and Eg. They were super friendly and informative and were able to book me an appointment with a registered nurse the same day. Gina the RN was incredible. She listened to what I was looking for and gave suggestions to help me achieve the outcome. I highly recommend Gina as she has 15 years of experience, I felt almost zero pain and it was quick and professional. Will post before and after photos once it has set in! No bruises so far and looking forward to going back!

My experience with Gina for Neogen Plasma was great. My skin is firmer specialy around my jaw, even out tone all over, I love under my eyes, my upper lip is fuller and all together I love the result. She is a great listener btw. Totally recomend her.

I come to NewYou Clinic for my laser and i couldnt be happier with the service, always feel welcomed from the start of my experience to the very end. The ladies that work at the Davisville location are very kind and always make sure i have maximum comfort unlike other clinics ive visited in Toronto. The place is outstandingly clean, their sanitization is very thorough. Anti viral protocols in place and that makes me feel very safe coming here. Big thanks to Yasmin, Rachel and Mirna :)

I went to davisville location. The service is amazing and staff is amazing. My appointment was with nurse Gina. She was so kind to me and gave me so much information. I am so excited to do my procedure with her. I definitely recommend her. Also the staff and management specially Yasmin is amazing. This spa definitely exceeded my expectations from experience, price and results.
