The location is convenient as it’s close to a subway line and it has access to the PATH. The staff are very friendly and professional. This is the third Physiotherapy clinic I’ve tried and had the most tailored treatment here. The only improvement I would suggest is an online booking system for returning customers. It can be hard to get someone on the phone to book appointments.

Aubrey So is an absolute master in his field. I’ve only been to 2 appointments and in that short time I’ve felt huge relief from ongoing headaches and neck pain I was experiencing. I’m sure I’m not out of the woods yet but just the relief I’ve felt seeing Dr. So has given me much needed hope. It becomes apparent immediately that he is beyond knowledgeable in how all joints and muscles function and is quickly able to root out problems. Amazing. Very clean and professional office too right near the subway.

I would highly recommend Matrix physiotherapy!!! After a sports injury I was left to search around to find a local physiotherapist to get me back in shape. I found Matrix physiotherapy online, and thought I would give them a try after all the positive reviews. Aubrey and his team worked with me multiple times a week for the last 6 weeks. He got me back to playing hockey faster than expected, and helped me through the recovery process every step of the way. The receptionists are extremely nice and caring, and make it easy to book appointments. The email reminder notifications, as well as summary followups with exercise sheets are useful as well. Aubrey is extremely caring, and does his absolute best to help you recover. I would strongly recommend Aubrey and his team. It was definitely the place to go for my injury, and I was extremely happy with my experience here.

I contacted this clinic due to ongoing pain and autoimmune issues and was satisfied with my assessment experience and look forward to working with this clinic in the long term. I loved this place, and the treatment I received. My physiotherapist was Ana Robert, she was so good at what she does and we had a great conversation during the treatment. She was very vocal about suggestions on stretches and post-appointment work at home that could help me. She also told me that if anything hurt during the treatment to let her know so she doesn't hurt me. She is so wise and caring, and extremely good at what she does. Also made the session so comfortable for me as she was hilarious and a great conversationalist adding to her amazing physiotherapy skills. I felt instantly better after her treatment. Will definitely be back to visit her again.

Great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and professional. Been feeling much stronger doing physio training with Aubrey. He takes time to adjust the workout to accommodate past injuries. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent services/treatment. Been going here since 2019. Their reception will get back to you within the day with any calls + the receipts and follow up documentation. The doctor who has been handling my physio related issues, Dr. Aubrey So, has been super helpful! Attentive and takes the time to understand what is causing the issue and how to safely remedy it. What I find super helpful are the exercise sheets you get after each visit. It outlines exactly which moves are needed to be done, how many sets & reps per day or week. After each session a new one is sent out via email with updates to the previous document. Overall, would highly recommend!

Best Physio in Toronto! Aubrey is amazing! He takes his time to determine your injury, and then does a great job of explaining what's going on so it's easy to understand. It really gives me confidence in the treatment Aubrey decides to proceed with, knowing that we are both working with the same information. I've been to this clinic for a few injuries, and with their care, I've been able to fully recover and get back to my normal activities. Super convenient as well for anyone working in the city, as the building is accessible from the path and located close to Queen station. I've referred a number of friends and coworkers here, and they have all been very happy with the service they've received. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for treatment.

As a first time physiotherapy patient my experience at Matrix was beyond expectation. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Ebony to when you are seen by Aubrey it is an extremely pleasurable experience. Aubrey is a very professional, knowledgeable and talented physiotherapist. He was able to diagnose my problem and treat it within a small period of time which I was delighted about. he was able to incorporate my treatment into my regular training and fitness needs. The office is also located in a great area and so close to work and was able to schedule last minute appointments. I would highly recommend Matrix.
