    I cannot say enough good things about Studio Fitness! Training with Morgan for nearly three months has been an absolute game-changer for me. The studio itself is warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere where I always feel at ease. The staff members are incredibly friendly and supportive, making each visit a pleasure.     Studio Fitness is the best experience I’ve had at any gym or health club. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Such a great environment here. When I leave I always look forward to getting to go back again. Special shout out to my trainer Clementine. She is the consummate professional, very effective as a trainer and also very easy to get along with. I always get a lot out of our sessions. She is forthcoming with sharing knowledge and has great attention to detail in creating personalized plans for the client as an individual. She really takes ownership of her role as a trainer and is clearly invested in the continual progress of her clients.

    I've been at Studio Fitness for a month and it's been amazing. The staff is warm and friendly, they know what they’re doing - each session is personalized. The equipment is better than what I’ve seen at other gyms and the place is always clean. The fact that it’s dog friendly and has big windows really makes each session more fun. Highly recommend to anyone looking to up their fitness game in a welcoming environment!

    As someone who was unbelievably intimidated by gyms and lifting weights just 8 months ago, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Max and SF to anyone. SF is amazing: the space is clean, the equipment is top notch and all the trainers (as well as their clients) are super nice and friendly. Also, it’s pup friendly and who wouldn’t love to have a dog hop onto their lap in-between sets? Seriously, the vibe here is amazing. I’ve been doing 1:1 sessions with Max since March 2022 and he’s incredible. There has been a significant improvement in my strength and energy and I’m so pleased with my results. From Day 1, I could tell how excited Max was to help me reach my goals. I can be a bit of a complainer/negotiator but he’s good with keeping me focused and encouraging me. I definitely feel like he’s my biggest cheerleader and I have no doubt that his other clients feel the same. He’s empathetic, patient, personable and a wealth of knowledge - he makes our sessions a fantastic experience and I really enjoy working out now. Thank you, Max!

    An amazing, fun, vibrant and professional place to get the best personal training. All the trainers are so kind, supportive and motivational. With so much experience under their belts, SF is so qualified to help anyone and everyone with their health, wellness, and fitness goals! The atmosphere is electric and inviting, the space is so well kept and hanging out with all the dogs who come in are a huge plus! Mo and Morgan run the studio like a well oiled machine and their love and devotion to health and wellness is incredibly evident! Love this gym and love the people!

    Great spot for training. All the trainers know what they’re doing, tailor workouts specifically to your goals, and in general provide an uplifting and motivating fitness experiences. Would recommend Studio Fitness to anyone looking to improve overall health and wellness. Shoutout to Nathan 👊🏻

    Highly recommend this gym! I've been training with Nate for about 2.5 months now and I'm super happy with the results! I recently hit my squat personal record and couldn't be more excited about my progress. Bonus that there's tons of cute dogs running around the gym, and they also have a delicious smoothie bar!

    Started my training with Nate about three months ago. It’s been great! Nate is very professional, always prepared and always on time, but also very friendly and funny. I see quite a bit of progress on everything I wanted to work on, and more. I had no gym experience prior to this, and I wouldn’t have picked any better place than studio fitness. It was the right place to start my gym journey. The gym is well equipped, and the atmosphere is very positive and friendly. I feel like I was a part of their Studio Fitness family from day one, right down to my very first consultation with Mo. 💪🏼

    I love the Studio Fitness family. They are the reason I continue to show up every week. I could work out anywhere but the team at SF shows me that they care about helping me reach my goals. Morgan is THE BEST! She always has a plan ready to challenge me but easily adapts when I need her to. She meets me where I'm at on any given day but then pushes me a little further. My mind and body are thriving under her coaching. The gym has a lot of great equipment and there's never a dull moment with various dogs around. If you're serious about working out but don't take yourself too seriously, this is the place for you. Highly, highly recommend.

    I can't say enough good things about this gym. Such a fun and comfortable place to workout. The facility is excellent and everyone is so friendly. I've never been so happy in my fitness journey, and I look forward to going every week! My trainer, Vanessa is amazing. She is so motivating, organized and fun to be around!! I would not be where I am in terms of strength and confidence without her. I'm such a happy client!! I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

    I have been going to Studio Fitness for a number of years. All the trainers and staff are amazing and very welcoming. I have been training with Charlie for just over a year. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and overall a great trainer to work with. Highly recommend Studio Fitness!

    This is the best gym ever. Everyone, from the owners, trainers and other clients, are so friendly and encouraging. I have been working out here since January, and started with a very low level of lifting/training experience. The gym is my favourite place to be 3 days a week - there is just such a good energy/vibe. My first trainer left the gym and I have been training with Clementine since April and have seen huge jumps in my progress in both strength and endurance. She has the perfect mix of encouraging and pushing you and her smile always brightens my day.

    My partner and I have had the pleasure of working with Nate for six months. He is a motivating trainer with a passion for movies as deep as his commitment to transform bodies. He is a creative and caring instructor whom we both highly recommend. We look forward to our 7 am sessions with "Nate the Great." The workouts are hard, yet the time flies because we are having such fun doing the exercises and chatting. In closing, all of the trainers make us feel like we are part of the gym community.     I've been going to Studio Fitness for a while now and absolutely love it! The gym is always tidy and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to workout in. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming which creates a great atmosphere that keeps me coming back. But the real standout is my coach Nate. He's fantastic! Always motivating me to push myself harder and helping me achieve my fitness goals. Overall, I cannot recommend this gym enough.     Studio Fitness is the gym you’ve always dreamt of! Super friendly vibes, feels like home. After just few weeks, all the trainers knew my name. It has all the equipment you need. The prices are very competitive for personal training in Toronto. My superstar trainer Nate is amazing on all levels! He pushes me to get the results I’m looking for, but most importantly, he makes me excited to go to the gym (which is an accomplishment)! Happy to say he’s become a friend! Only positive feedback!     I started going to Studio Fitness for the cryotherapy they offer, but as I began to get to know Mo, the owner, I’ve since started their private training as well. Mo is absolutely fantastic! He was super welcoming to me being new at the studio which is what made me consider private training. When we sat down to talk about goals for health and nutrition, it’s clear he’s very knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does with his clients. Mo, and all the trainers at Studio Fitness are incredibly friendly and motivating every time I go in! They all really care about the people who walk through the door and make an effort to get to know them. I’ve been working with Charlie as a trainer for a few months now and his workouts are dynamic and challenging - I always leave feeling amazing, but he also has a way of making the workout so fun! My friend and I will do semi-private training and Charlie customizes it for the two of us. Highly recommend getting in to chat with Mo if you’re serious about reaching your health and fitness goals. Charlie makes the best protein smoothie post-workouts!

    I'm not the type to generally enjoy working out, but knew I needed to work on my health. I was relieved to find Studio Fitness with it's welcoming and encouraging vibe. All the staff have been wonderfully knowledgeable and supportive. I started training with Nate about month a half ago and have already felt results. Each session makes me feel like I'm really making progress as we up the weight and difficulty. Outside of the gym, Nate has continued to be encouraging and helpful with check-ins, advice on eating better, and assigning "homework". I finally feel like I've found a routine and I can enjoy and stick to! PS. there's often adorable doggos hanging out as well: A++ atmosphere

    I do semi-private training sessions with my friend 1-2 times a week and Nate is our trainer and the experience has been nothing but amazing from our very first session. I look forward to going and the vibe is consistently great every time. You get to know all the trainers (and dogs) and I always feel very welcomed. Since starting personal training I see a difference in my body and strength levels unlike I've seen from other type of training I've done (mostly group fitness). I can't wait to continue this journey with Studio Fitness. They also have amazing smoothies... 10/10 would recommend.

    I have been going to Studio Fitness for three months now. I always look forward to my sessions with Nate and seeing the rest of the team. Most importantly the studio is dog friendly so the dogs and I have gotten extremely close. Nate has been great with our workouts but also helping me with changes to my diet. I have never consumed so much protein but also have never seen so much change in my body in such little time. I'm excited to continue my health journey with Studio Fitness!

    If you’er in Toronto for an extended period of time and need a trainer look no further!! Traveling constantly for work and trying to find a trainer to work with locally can be a challenge. Mo and Morgan have an amazing team of trainers that instantly makes anyone feel like a regular. Morgan’s specialty with rehab focused workouts helped with an old back injury while giving me a chance to really focus on form. Also. The gym is super puppy friendly, but just be ready for the puppy side eye if you start to slack on your last few reps.

    I was looking for a personal training gym primarily to build strength. I also had a few injuries that I want to work through and specific areas I wanted to build strength in so I wanted a trainer that could customize routines for me, especially since I was not a gym person previously. I had consultations with a few different gyms and Studio fitness stood out to me right away. Mo, one of the owners, who I had my consultation with was a great listener. He understood my needs and walked me through the gym, their approach, the facilities and each trainers profile in detail. I got the sense that this is a boutique gym that truly cares about their clients, and creates a friendly and inclusive environment. We went through the matching process together and I was matched with Amanda. AMANDA IS AWESOME. She’s been great at helping me strengthen overall with specific attention to my injuries. In a matter of weeks both my injured areas have gotten a lot stronger. She is a functional trainer who comes up with creative and customized routines using all sorts of props - balls, bands, weights , machines etc. she pushes me in my sessions but I always feel safe as I know she’s a real pro and knows what she’s doing. She has a strong understanding of the human body and gets how different parts are connected. I have started feeling a lot more confident and truly look forward to my sessions with Amanda. She is also super positive and hilarious so our time together flies by! I cannot recommend Studio fitness and Amanda enough!

    After walking by and seeing the great space I decided to try and get my fitness back on track by training here. Went in for a consultation and it really felt like the Moe, the owner, wanted me to succeed in my own goals. You can tell the love and effort Moe puts into the gym by the gradual little changes he makes to it as time goes on. There's rarely a time I come in and don't see an improvement, and it really shows. The space is beautiful and well thought out. All the trainer's here are super friendly, and it feels like a little family. Dogs are allowed to roam around, which brings some relief when you're trying to catch your breath within sets. I was paired up with Nate and I've really enjoyed all our sessions together. He has taken the time to really help me get what I want from working out, and the constant mix in exercises keeps things fresh. A personal trainer does a lot of things, but having one really helps me free up time and energy. It's no longer a constant struggle to get myself ready for the gym, I really just trust that if I show up at their door I'm going to hit my goals. I think Studio Fitness is that place for me, on top of many other things.

    High praise for Studio Fitness Toronto - an excellent gym with a great team! I really appreciate the no-pressure, friendly environment and the equipment lineup is extensive. Trainers Nate and Morgan, and owners Nav and Mo (level 1-4), have really had a positive impact on my health and fitness. They kept me on track as I recovered from a couple of unrelated injuries and also during Covid lockdowns with virtual training. Happy client for 6+ years.

    Amazing gym, incredible workouts! I love Studio Fitness. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape, improve your workout technique, and have fun doing it. All the trainers (including my trainer Nathan) are very qualified, inspirational, and helpful; they make you feel really comfortable.     Have been training with Nate for about six months now. Has been an amazing experience to have a trainer who supports my fitness goals of getting toned and stronger and be a better runner. I got into weight training later in life and Nate has helped me gain confidence and get over my hesitation.     Changed my life. I walked in here finally having come to the realization that I had been wasting my time in the gym. I had no real plan, probably an ego, and was easily influenced by what others were doing. Morgan asked for my goals, and we started at stage 0. We worked on mobility, making sure I was pain free, and essentially getting used to my own body. Once she set the foundation, we started laying the bricks. We went through cycles of adding strength and size. Every week I was hitting a rep or weight PR. When a phase would end, my measurements always trended in the direction that we wanted it to. I was always surprised, but Morgan was calculated, and she knew where I'd be. Then Mo got involved with my diet and I was just dialled in. The whole vibe is cool, everyone is nice, and there's no judgement. If you want results, this is the place to be.

Its the kind of gym you can't wait to go to! Its inspiring, very inviting and big open space with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. If its possible, I love training there even more.

    I started training with Nate a little over two months ago to build strength and confidence and joining Studio Fitness has been the best decision! I had a major surgery years ago that's mad me feel really cautious and anxious about injuring myself, but Nate and the whole atmosphere of the gym has made me feel comfortable and safe. Nate is really communicative and attentive to what I can and can't handle while still helping me make meaningful progress. In a short time, I already feel so much stronger and more confident, plus I'm having fun. The gym has a really friendly, relaxed vibe. It's neat and clean (unless you mind some stray pet hair from the dogs that the gym welcomes members to bring!).

    I would give more stars if I could! Starting my fitness journey at Studio Fitness has been a better experience than I could have imagined. I never thought I could feel so comfortable and welcomed into a fitness community. I think a lot of gyms can be a very intimidating place but all the staff at Studio Fitness are friendly and welcoming. The community really helps to keep you motivated and makes you want to go back. I started training with Max and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. He’s found the balance of keeping things fun while still pushing me further every day. He is always clear with his instruction which makes me feel incredibly safe when starting a new exercise. When I have questions, he is attentive and takes the time to ensure that I understand the movements to properly perform the exercise.

    Studio Fitness started for me as an experiment to healthier life but it quickly became a lifestyle. The professionalism of each member of the coach group and the owner quickly made the space friendly and inviting. The coach assigned to you is truly dedicated to meeting your personal fitness and life goals even outside of the gym. I was fortunate to work on my goals together with Nate, and have been steadily progressing under his careful supervision. Sometimes life happens, and it is important not to lose that motivation to keep going, Nate was making sure to provide me with that even during the toughest moments, for which I am really grateful. Even when I get too busy with work, he always makes sure to accommodate to my schedule so that we don’t lose the tempo, that includes training, making protein smoothies after workouts, and giving me all the advice that I need! P.S. the gym is PET FRIENDLY, so you can bring them socialize with other beloved gym pets, while focusing on your workout! Overall experience 1000/10!

    I honestly can't say enough good things about Studio Fitness. The gym itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need equipment wise. The staff are super lovely, friendly, and professional. I've tried multiple gyms and personal trainers in the city over the last few years and honestly didn't think I'd be able to get back into a gym routine I was excited about/enjoyed, but my experience at Studio Fitness has proved me wrong in all the best ways. The PT services are affordable and effective and the delicious protein smoothies are the cherry on top of it all :) If you are looking for personal training you can trust/get excited about, Studio Fitness is the place to go (shoutout to Nate for helping me get back into my routine!).

    Studio Fitness is the type of genuine and authentic establishment other gyms should model themselves after, and exactly what the King West neighborhood needs more of. I started out at Studio with a consultation from one of the gym owners, Mo, where he spent some time getting to know more about me and my fitness and nutrition background, so he could find the best fit for me with one of the trainers at Studio. After taking into account my goals, personality, and scheduling, I was paired with Nate, who started out as a trainer and is now a good friend. Nate is a great listener and took the time to create a program at my request that is built around mobility, strength and long-term sustainable weight lifting. It didn't take long to notice the strength, energy and lifestyle benefits of our program, and Nate's ultra down-to-earth and sociable personality make it fun and effortless to keep coming back to the gym. Highly recommend Studio Fitness to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly environment to accomplish their fitness goals.

    I take classes with Clementine on Saturday mornings and it always kickstarts my weekend in the best way. Clem (and everyone else at the gym) is so motivating, it makes my goals that much easier to reach. The gym itself is set up nicely and has anything and everything you might need. I would recommend Studio Fitness to anyone looking for a welcoming environment and classes that keep you accountable!

    I have been training at Studio Fitness for about 6 months now and it is truly incredible! Mo, Morgan and the entire team are all so amazing. The atmosphere is very friendly, supportive and fun. I feel great every time I show up. I see Clementine as my 1:1 trainer and she is wonderful. Her workouts are challenging, and fun all done with expertise and care. Clementine is thoughtful in the programs she puts together for me and continues to adjust and push me as needed. Additionally, Clementine runs a Booty Bootcamp on Sat mornings which is fantastic. It is a great addition to my personal training, and I highly recommend it. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fun, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable place to work out. Plus, there is always some combination of adorable dogs hanging around to cuddle with!
