    Trying to find the right words for this company would not do it justice. All i can say is that they are amazing.. from the manager to the owner, the level of service is flawless. The end result provided me with an amazing trainer that i immediately connected with. She understood my needs and provided me with a plan that i can work with. It actually felt like i was working with a good friend. No matter what your fitness goals are, i am 100% positive that they are hands down the first and last company you will call.

    Hiring a personal trainer helped me to achieve my next level of fitness. Jordan tailored the perfect fitness and nutrition plan that helped me to reach my goals in just 3 months. Extremely knowledgeable and quick to modify workouts as needed. Went the extra mile to craft me a plan unique to my sport. Conveniently located and competitively priced - worth the investment in yourself. I’m in my late 40’s and now stronger than I’ve ever been and a lot of that is due to the comprehensive, progressive and educational aspects of Jordan’s methods. Was skeptical of personal training at first because I assumed I already new everything - but now realize that if you want to maximize your time and effort, one-on-one support from an expert is better than anything you can get from reading Men’s Heath or scanning YouTube.

    I had a great experience with your house fitness. I bought the 10 sessions package. The owner is very professional, helpful and willing to work with you to achieve your goal. I had Katie as PT, she is an awesome trainer and very knowledgeable about nutrition. She did a great job with me. I really noticed a big change in 5 weeks. Thank you so much for your help.

    Meaks is a AMAZING and patient trainer! She really takes the time to explain and demonstrate the exercises and is super supportive. Glad to have found Your House Fitness!

    I'm so glad I decided to start personal training with Your House Fitness. I was paired with Jamie, and I was suuuuper nervous to have my consultation. But the second I walked in her energy was so amazing, I felt comfortable immediately. Since going, I have never felt self conscious or bad about where my physical abilities currently are. She is always so supportive and pushes me to my limit! She's very detail oriented and informative about every exercise she teaches, I learn something new every session! I have done a few personal training sessions in typical large fitness clubs, and it does not compare to the quality of the sessions I have here! Thanks Jamie! Never knew I could look forward to personal training!! Also big thanks to Jordan, because it took me a month of emailing back and forth to book my first session because I was riddled with anxiety after sending my first email, but they were so patient and never pushy, which made a huge difference in my decision to come here!

    Your House Fitness is incredible. Cory was my PT - very professional, knowledgeable, and 100% positive. My goal was to build muscles and stay energetic. Cory designed a program for me to pick up the pace gradually and provided advice on nutrition and supplements. I started to see results in ~6 weeks. Not only did he keep me motivated and safe while I pushed to my limit, but Cory would also explain the science behind it during our break. There's never a dull moment. I felt like practicing with a friend.

    Your House Fitness listened to all my needs and matched me with the perfect trainer. I had a great experience, was able to meet my fitness goals and learned life long skills after 10 sessions. I chose to have my trainer come to my condo gym and it was very convenient.

    Started my training early Sept (post partum) with Katherine and it has been going great, I already see some improvements as I had no abdominal strength when I started due to my pregnancy. Katherine has been wonderful in understanding my limitations and keeping me motivated. Really enjoying my sessions!

    I have really enjoyed my experience at Your House Fitness with my PT Cory. In my 5 months of training with Cory, he helped me realize my goals of building muscle strength and improving my posture. I have gained about 10-15 pounds of muscle through Cory's training program. I highly recommend Cory's PT services to anyone looking to increase their level of fitness with a very knowledgeable and friendly instructor.

    been really struggling the past 2-3 years to get active due to low stamina and no motivation. i reached out to Your House Fitness and they quickly set me up with someone named Jonathan, he comes to my house 3 times a week and i've had 6 workouts so far. it's been way better than i imagined, Jonathan really takes care of me and i've noticed improvements in my body as well as my willpower + confidence.

    I've been training at the studio for several months now with Yulia. She is nothing but amazing. Very enthusiastic, passionate, friendly, and engaging. I've done personal training at other gyms and Yulia has been the best. There is also an option to do couples sessions which is great.

    I found Your House Fitness when trying to get back into shape after months of isolating during the pandemic and I’m so glad that I’ve been able to work with them! Sergio and my PT Katherine have helped motivate me to create healthy eating habits and extend my exercise goals beyond the gym. Their attention to technique and level of professionalism is excellent, and it’s such a supportive environment. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level!

    I started my personal training sessions in early September 2022. This is my first experience with a personal trainer and it has been awesome! I had mostly been doing basic stretching and some yoga at home, so was in need of variety and this has been just the ticket. The upper body strengthening and arm and ab exercises are particularly helpful. The personal trainer has tailored my exercise routine to correspond with what I need the most. She also sent me some exercises to do at home in between the weekly sessions and I am finally doing them! I have a stiff shoulder and just wasn’t motivated to do the exercises at home until now. The weekly one-on-one sessions are bringing noticeable improvements, and I am pushing myself in ways that I hadn’t in the past. I really like all the props that we have access to during a session because we meet at the studio: push-up bars, kettlebell weights, exercise balls, and also using the bench to do various exercises. It has been beneficial physically and also rewarding and a good confidence booster on a personal level because I can see that I can do it! I am motivated to continue the weekly training sessions and have finally been adhering to the home exercise routine. I bought some hand-held weights, a resistance cord, and a foam roller and the shoulder rehabilitation is underway and I am building my upper body strength. Thank you, Your House Fitness! It has been such a positive experience. Everyone on the staff has been friendly, approachable, professional, and they are highly skilled in their field.

    I signed up for 5 in home workout with Jose, coordinating everything with Sergio has been great! Jose and I clicked right away and he has been nothing but professional and a great coach. Would definitely recommend.

    I needed something to kick start my motivation again to workout as the city started re-opening and found Your House Fitness online. They appeared the most professional, fairly priced, and were quick to respond! Sergio had excellent communication with me and I even ordered workout bands from them within two sessions, and my PT brought it for me the next session. This is the first time (in 10 years of workouts and trainers) then I feel my form (especially squats!) is improving. I have been working with Nick for just over a month now and already booked further sessions. Highly highly recommend this company, knowledgeable trainers, friendly, and professional.

    I've been training with Nick a few times a week for about 2 months now and I'm really happy with the progress made. We work on technical form, muscle/strength building, and cardio. The sessions are fun and challenging (but doable). Your House Fitness has exactly the type of training I was looking for - professional, challenging, and fun!     I've been working with Jamie for the past month with the goal to increase my flexibility and mobility. I have seen fantastic results so far with Jamie's program and help, she has been extremely encouraging and has helped me be consistent in hitting my goals. We've been meeting remotely over Zoom and FaceTime and she is able to fit into my busy schedule. For further context, I've always had a really hard time touching my toes, and although I'm not quite all the way there yet, I have seen a considerable difference in how my body moves and how far I am able to reach when bending. I cannot recommend her and Your House Fitness enough!!

    Training with a YHF trainer for a few weeks now (outside) and it's been an excellent experience. Highly recommend. Looks like access to facilities with the trainer is coming very soon now that it's permitted.

    I needed a PT to help me get back to my fitness and found Your House Fitness online. Jordon was v responsive to my emails/ queries. Yulia was my PT – very knowledgeable, positive attitude and punctual. She kept the sessions engaging by always introducing a variety of exercises. Highly recommend this company. Flexible and convenient services.

    Been working with Katherine for about 20 sessions or so. And she's been fantastic in showing me various workouts and pushing me just the right amount. As well, Sergio was great in coordinating the initial times and helping me out with a meal plan! Highly recommend Your House Fitness for anyone looking to improve themselves!

    Your House Fitness has been a wonderful experience thus far. Sergio (the owner) is so so kind and helpful, and Jamie, the trainer he paired me with, has been amazing. She's super supportive and is always adjusting parts of her program based on what does or doesn't work for me - it's only been a couple months and I feel like my entire lifestyle has shifted. After trying to deal with the larger chains (eg GoodLife, Fit4Less, etc) where they try to push an entire year of membership + whatever else they can sell you when you first walk in the door, YHF was such a nice change of pace - it's supportive and friendly and always feels like they just want to do what's best for you. 100% would recommend to anyone, and I'll definitely be continuing with Sergio and Jamie!

    My experience with Your House Fitness has been positive. Onboarding was smooth. Sergio took time to understand my workout goals and assigned a suitable personal trainer accordingly. My personal trainer, Minh is also superb. He’s very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Your House Fitness.

    I enjoy working out at House Fitness. They have enough equipment to do complex exercises and Katherine has been great as a trainer. She has challenged me each session and I am already seeing results after a short period of time

    Been working with Jordan at the downtown studio for the past 6 months and have had a great experience. The studio has everything one needs and enough space to enjoy a private workout. Jordan is committed to achieving my own personal goals and pushes me to work harder at all aspects of fitness. Personal excel files for all his clients that contain workout plans, logs, weight tracking, measurement tracking, the whole nine yards. Keeps the workouts fresh and challenging, and knows his stuff better than any trainer I've had before. 5/5 would recommend!

She's adept at adapting training routines as needed and makes an effort to accommodate my scheduling preferences. The organization's efficiency is truly appreciated.     Loving my workouts with Carlos - he is truly an expert, so motivating and an over all joy to be around. I was in a Feb funk, injured and unmotivated and Carlos helped turn me around. I now feel so strong, healthy and excited to continue to progress the moves, weight and exertion every time! Couldn’t have done it without the help of Carlos!

    My experience with Your House Fitness has been incredible. Erik was my trainer and he was beyond awesome! I trained early morning and he was always on time with a smile on his face. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and positive! Erik challenged me to push myself in each session. He also helped me reach my goals of weight loss and strength building. I am stronger and ready for summer! His punctuality, personality and skills make for a perfect trainer anyone could ask for. Jordan was also great in helping me with the entire process! All in all a great experience from management to the personal trainer. I would 100% recommend!
