I
started
my
personal
training
sessions
in
early
September
2022.
This
is
my
first
experience
with
a
personal
trainer
and
it
has
been
awesome!
I
had
mostly
been
doing
basic
stretching
and
some
yoga
at
home,
so
was
in
need
of
variety
and
this
has
been
just
the
ticket.
The
upper
body
strengthening
and
arm
and
ab
exercises
are
particularly
helpful.
The
personal
trainer
has
tailored
my
exercise
routine
to
correspond
with
what
I
need
the
most.
She
also
sent
me
some
exercises
to
do
at
home
in
between
the
weekly
sessions
and
I
am
finally
doing
them!
I
have
a
stiff
shoulder
and
just
wasn’t
motivated
to
do
the
exercises
at
home
until
now.
The
weekly
one-on-one
sessions
are
bringing
noticeable
improvements,
and
I
am
pushing
myself
in
ways
that
I
hadn’t
in
the
past.
I
really
like
all
the
props
that
we
have
access
to
during
a
session
because
we
meet
at
the
studio:
push-up
bars,
kettlebell
weights,
exercise
balls,
and
also
using
the
bench
to
do
various
exercises.
It
has
been
beneficial
physically
and
also
rewarding
and
a
good
confidence
booster
on
a
personal
level
because
I
can
see
that
I
can
do
it!
I
am
motivated
to
continue
the
weekly
training
sessions
and
have
finally
been
adhering
to
the
home
exercise
routine.
I
bought
some
hand-held
weights,
a
resistance
cord,
and
a
foam
roller
and
the
shoulder
rehabilitation
is
underway
and
I
am
building
my
upper
body
strength.

approachable,

and
they
are
highly
skilled
in
their
