I was blown away before I even stepped into an exhibit: the staff were so welcoming, friendly, engaging, entertaining, and knowledgeable! And get this: how often do you get the know whose land you ate situated upon! Yes, there were several instances where Reconciliation and indigenous knowledge was bring highlighted! Very impressed! The exhibits were phenomenal. I wish I read somewhere how long it took to make a scene! So many funny and hidden treasures! For the kids (and let's be honest, even the adults), there was a "find Maurice the moose" scavenger hunt! After visiting, my wife said, "It was great! It's given me inspiration to revisit some of these places again!" It's five stars for enjoyment and entertainment! I would say the price is on point considering how much time and effort went into creating the place. We spend 1.5 hours in total there, and would spend more when the rest of the scenes are completed. In absolute numbers, it was $90 for 2 adults and a kid, so a bit prohibitive for some.

Very cool! I went with my almost 5-year old and we had a great time. I loved the amount of detail in the displays. My kid loved the moving parts, especially the trains and cars. The staff was very friendly and really excited to show us some of the Easter eggs in each of the exhibits. You can tell they enjoyed working there and liked talking to kids, which made our experience that much better. We'll definitely come back!

A fascinating attraction that depicts Toronto and other parts of Canada in superbly crafted miniature models! 🇨🇦 The attention to detail is amazing! The exhibit cycles through day time and night time every 7 minutes, offering a different look and feel. It even has moving parts such as cars, trucks trains, a boat and even people. Look into the workshop where the happy model makers are busy working on the next features. They all enjoy what they do - and it shows. You will love it whether an adult or child! ♥️ Best of all is that the exhibit is constantly expanding, so you will have to visit again. Also on site is a gift shop and a cafe where you can sit down and grab some snacks. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit. P.S. If you are so inclined strike a pose and get miniaturized in their pod. You can then place yourself in the model and be there forever. This costs extra of course.

Little Canada is super cool! We visited for the first time with our nephew and he loved it. The amount of time and effort they have put into it is truly impressive. I would recommend a visit if you're looking for something different to do downtown. I look forward to going back again when they have new "destinations" to check out. The staff was also awesome!

It's a charming place to view miniature landmarks and neighbourhoods from all over Canada. Little Toronto and Niagara were my favorites, but obviously the places I'm familiar with will resonate with me the most. I was hesitant of visiting, thinking that it's mainly targeted for kids, but even adults will enjoy the exhibition. There's a lot of care and attention put into this, and I feel more connected to my country after visiting. The staff were very friendly. Chill vibe all around. Edit: Almost forgot, the daylight cycle made it incredibly more enjoyable.

This is a perfect place for spending time exploring the wonders of Canada. The miniaturised rendition of the people and sights of various regions is simply breathtaking. It's worth every penny and time spent here. Special kudos to the team responsible for making this masterpiece and I look forward to the other pieces still being developed. Great work guys!

I have been waiting a very long time to visit here. Drove down from Ottawa on Friday and it was even better than I had hoped. We spent over 3 hours here checking out all the incredible details. The Moose scavenger hunt was a fun surprise as well. The sections that are open already represent Canada so well. The remaining exhibits will just add to this. Even managed to have a chat with Jean-Louis which was a pleasant surprise. He is very welcoming & you can definitely see the passion. Definitely coming back again

We can feel they're working with happiness. I'll go back more often. Thank you little canada for this amazing experience ❤️

A new amazing museum in downtown Toronto that opened in August 2022. A tourist attraction that took 11 years to build all those miniatures and mini figures for introducing Canada, and they are still expanding the exhibition. It's really impressive. The cars, trains, and buses have lights and some of them move between buildings and on streets. Pretty cool! It was an absolute art!

What an amazing experience! I've never seen anything close to this exhibit. This is a must see for tourists visiting, but for all really. I felt like a tourist myself in awe, appreciating every detail, the day and night lighting, sounds, movements....just WOW! Staff were also so friendly and they showed us neat features. I feel compelled to tell all my family and friends to visit. I will definitely be coming back.

This is a new museum in Toronto, showcasing miniatures versions of Canada. The displays were nicely decorated and I loved how it lit up with lights during the evening. The staff was very nice, as he guided me throughout the exhibitions, even though it was self guided. At the end of the tour, there was a mini station for you to see how electric models were operated in the displays. The downside of this museum was that not all Canada are complete. Make sure you will be fine seeing a glimpse of Canada in the meantime. Overall, a cute museum to check out when you have a spare time in downtown Toronto.

My photos just don't do this place justice. It must be experienced! Little Canada is a breathtaking display of miniature cities and regions of Canada (currently Niagara, Toronto, Golden Horseshoe, Ottawa and Quebec), with more being designed and built (East Coast, West Coast, Prairies, Montreal, The North). 3 generations of our family went together and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. My 61 year old mother and I (39) enjoyed the exquisite attention to detail of each and every miniature. My 7 year old loved the scavenger hunt to find a special hidden character in each region. 10/10 definitely recommend!

What an amazing experience. My two young boys, 6 & 11 and I absolutely loved it from beginning to end. It’s an evolving thing to, they’re adding more so I’ll definitely be going back. Super friendly staff, just a really great time all around. I really give credit to those that brought this all together, there is so much to it. I could connect to it as I’ve been to several of these places in Quebec & Ontario. Really looking forward to seeing future additions.

I recently visited Little Canada museum, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience! The attention to detail and craftsmanship in creating miniature replicas of Canada's iconic landmarks is truly commendable. The exhibits are not only visually stunning but also educational, providing a unique perspective on the diverse landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Canada. The interactive and immersive nature of the displays made the visit both engaging and enjoyable. It's evident that a lot of passion and effort went into bringing each miniature scene to life. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the museum. I was particularly impressed by the commitment to accuracy in portraying the various regions of Canada. It felt like a journey across the country, allowing me to appreciate the beauty and diversity of Canada in a condensed yet captivating form. Overall, my visit to Little Canada was a memorable one, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and enriching cultural experience. Kudos to the team behind this fantastic museum!

Very Good Experience Loved it. Fun place to visit! Too many details which is adorable. The staff was so friendly, they try to show you some details that you may miss! You can easily spend 2 hours here if you are interested in the world of model creations. The scale models of everything we love about Canada is right here. My kid loved the model trains running through all the 6 exhibits the most and we loved the night exhibits at the Ottawa parliament house. I could easily spend 3 hours here admiring the level of details they put into each and every exhibit.

Awesome experience. Gave a sneak peak to places in this country we didn’t know about and will surely visit and see now in our bucket list. Great for kids to learn and take in the whole of Canada via miniatures. Hope to see summer not areas and regions get in the future and then shall pay another visit. Also kudos to all the makers they are just amazing 🤩

One of the best miniature sets you will see and experience. The attention to detail is amazing. The 15 minute day night cycle, the accurate geographical relative positioning of locations, alleviate it above other similar miniatures. It was voted the best attraction in Ontario last year, and you can see why once you visit it. Also located in the centre of Toronto and indoors makes it easy to reach and an excellent day out for Winter times. Finally its included in the Canoo yearly pass, and would be a crime for users to pass on visiting this.

This place is so fun! If you like hidden pictures, Where’s Waldo, or I Spy kind of books, you will LOVE Little Canada. It’s a miniature world of different parts of Canada and it’s so adorable! All the worlds are made in such great details and you really feel like a giant peering in. Upon entrance, it comes with a map and objects/people you have to find. There are clues provided too! I honestly spent about 2 hours total with my partner. We looked for all the hidden objects and really scoured the little worlds. You can absolutely spend a lot of time here if you participate in the games! They are still continuously building more lands, so there will be more fun to come! Highly recommend commend, I had a blast!

What a lovely experience, their detailing is amazing. I thought I won’t spend more than an hour but we spent almost 2 and I could have been there longer. They have a whole train schedule, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the transition of night and day. This is worth a visit. It’s not just models of buildings and cities, you feel like you are actually visiting the cities/ provinces in a very special way!

Such a lovely way to round out our trip to Canada, being able to see all the tiny versions of places we'd visited along the way. They've done such an amazing job here of reconstructing the different locations. So many finer details have been captured and I definitely recommend you give it a visit. I can't wait to come again once they've had enough time to map the whole of Canada. I'm especially excited to see the Rockies come to life! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Wonderful visit with the family. The amount of detail was amazing. No stone has been left unturned. The team was exceptionally friendly and answered all our questions and interacted with all the guests. The meticulous design needs to be seen in person! The one thing I would suggest though is the inclusion of binocular or opera glasses rental so visually-challenged guests can truly appreciate the intricacy of the attraction. Audio guides would be a nice future addition too. It was definitely a worthwhile visit, would come again. Am excited for the additional exhibits. If you do come getting there will be straightforward as the exhibit is centrally located steps from parking and transit stations which is a nice bonus.

We booked this on New Years Eve at 10:00am on their website. It costed $36 online. It's $40 when you buy tickets over there. There was only a few of us at that time. It got busier as the day went on. The staff were very friendly. They walked around telling us about the different exhibits. We spent an hour and 40 minutes here. We stopped off at the gift shop and cafe and bought a peppermint latte, gingerbread cookies and almond croissant for $22. I love the exhibits of Niagara Falls, Quebec and Ottawa. They have lighting from day to night every 9 minutes. And there's sound effects. The fire works going off at Parliament Hill was amazing. This place is adding 3 more exhibits soon. We stopped off where they make the exhibits and two nice ladies answered our questions while making trees. I will definitely go back to see the new exhibits in the future.

The effort that was put into this museum is outstanding!! 👏🏼 Very impressive work and thorough miniatures of people, places, cars, even animals!!! For 2 hours , I am amazed!!! I could stay longer honestly!!! Been living in Canada for 7 years and this was the only time I decided to visit and see what was this “little Canada” all about! Glad I did!!! If you’re using TTC/Presto card they’ll give 10% discount. Just show your presto!!! I believe they will built another two cities/provinces.. hoping to see that 2 years from now!! 🤩

Absolutely incredible experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It's like a model train set of Canada but it goes way beyond that! There are so many amazing and really fun details to notice. You can of course look for Maurice the Moose and the Canadian Tire chairs but there's lots of other funny details too. As adults, we spent 1.5 hours but easily could have spent more time there. Little behind the scenes section at the end was a great added touch and allowed us to ask all our question!

Such an incredible and educational work of art to see!!! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable, some to even point out funny or interesting details about the scenes that can be easily missed. I loved spotting a funny hidden gem and just being awe-inspired by the sheer amount of work, detail and planning that goes into an exhibit like this! Such a feast for your eyes and mind, so many cool/underrepresented facts to learn about Canada! A must-see when you come to Toronto!

I've always been a huge fan of these kinds of things, and this one was spectacular. Extremely detailed, accurate representations of city life. Niagara Falls was the best, with Toronto maybe the most underwhelming due to the inclusion of only select areas of downtown. Nevertheless, when the future areas are built, I will return with pleasure. Worthwhile for all ages, however shorter people may be at somewhat of a disadvantage since there are some details that benefit a higher point of view. Very excited for Little North and of course, the mountains of BC!

Overall, it’s just an amazing experience to see how detailed and accurate everything is. It’s especially exciting if you’ve been to certain landmarks and you find the tiny version of them! You can tell that they really spent lots of effort and time to build, assemble, and maintain everything. I definitely recommend both adults and kids to visit. We were told that long weekends tend to get very busy so I’d avoid that. Lastly, just want to give a shout out to their staff who were all super friendly and nice.

It was an awesome experience. Let me start by saying that the staff were amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. We had lots of fun seeing all the landmarks and playing the find the Moose game. We spent an hour and a half in there and we enjoyed every minute. It is also expanding soon and adding new cities. 10/10 would recommend.

There’s so much to see here that I don’t know where to begin. First off, LOVE the concept. There’s so much beauty and wonder in this amazing country and Little Petite Canada does a great job highlighting this in the displays they have thus far. There’s so many little details and humour throughout one could literally spend hours exploring. Trying to find Maurice the mascot is fun and helps the viewer zone in on different scenes and notice things you may otherwise miss. The tiny moving chickens 🐓 are so cute!! Be on the look out for them and the Bean Counter Agency! 😄 The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Covid protocols are excellent so it felt safe attending an indoor event in the current climate. Vaccine passports, ID and bags are checked at the door before entry. Buy tickets online, pick the time slot you want to enter (ours was 2pm), touch-less ticket scanning off your mobile, hand sanitizers everywhere, and staff wiping high-touch areas like the railings that protect the displays. It was not over crowded so it was easy to social distance and take your time looking at the different displays. I very much appreciate the step so short people like me (and children) are able to see the details more easily. So cool to see the command Centre where they monitor everything that moves and speak to the staff who work at the miniature makers area. We also miniaturized ourselves which was fun. We took a couple of poses, you pick the pose you want and they make you a mini me!! So easy and cute. Our miniatures will arrive in the mail in a few weeks. Before the exit, there’s a small cafe and gift shop if you’re feeling peckish or want a souvenir. They will be expanding in the coming years with new areas every year. It’s such an amazing way to see so much of Canada in a short time. It was a fun afternoon for our whole family (2 adults, 2 teens). I highly recommend a visit and will be back again in the near future.

Simply amazing. A must see. Very friendly and helpful staff. When they complete some of the other areas of Canada + expansions to existing, it will be stunning. Some liberties are taken, don't expect exact replicas. Toronto was the first thing they built and it's a bit obvious. It's still fantastic! Just take in the splendor of it all and appreciate the amazing effort and perseverance placed in its creation.

I didn't know what to expect but was blown away. What a neat experience looking at the detail each designer has put into every element of this exhibit. I loved that they have activities that change over time to keep it fresh, right now Halloween finds, characters, costumes, decorations all over the sets. It was also cool how the exhibit changes while you are there from day to night. My kids loved it and were so excited they didn't know what to look at there was so much to see. We are getting a pass, excited to go back.

Disappointing part was that there was no accessible elevator but staff helping to find the way and they are coming with their pass code and fallow you to elevator. Little Canada is fun for all ages! My family and I went (all 20 years old and up) and had the best time. The miniatures are so well done and all of the little details are amazing! It’s a great way to learn more about Canada while having lots of laughs along the way — we all loved having to find Maurice the Moose in the displays and getting miniature versions of ourselves ordered. Additionally, the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. They all want to make sure that you have a great experience. Had an absolute blast here! It was sooooo much more fun than I expected. Seeing the miniature of the places you've been is quite fun. But it's not just that! It's looking at all the tiny details of the structure, geography, and for the quirky little things. For example, Toronto had Turning Red panda and Niagara Falls had Pennywise in the tunnel. The details are absolutely insane. My favourite is the slowly down of the cars and turning the blinkers on, amongst a plethora of details. Highly recommended to kids and adults alike, and would totally come back again!

A must visit! Whether you’re a kid, an adult, or a senior, you’ll enjoy this. The attention to detail is very impressive. Have never seen anything like this on this scale before. Staff were super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back when the West Coast is done in 2024! The North, the Prairies, and the Rockies are still to come. All will be done within 5 years — lots to look forward to! We also got to chat with Nancy who was making miniature trees on our way out. She was super engaging and interesting to speak with. Clearly very passionate about her work and took the time to walk us through how they achieve such a realistic look. Very impressive all around.

It is my favourite museum in Toronto. It is the place I bring my friends when they visit Toronto. Is a fun way to discover Canada. The museum has a collection in development so when you go again you may experience something new. I am a big fun of the Ottawa expo. Wait to see it by night as well. I don’t want to spoil the surprise so I will say nothing more than visit the museum.

We had no plans to visit Little Canada but someone in Montreal recommended this place. We had no idea what it really was about and from the outside it looks very unrevealing. But we were happy we went in. We absolutely loved it. Canada in miniature. The details of this build are really incredible. If you like you can participate in a little savager hunt which I really would recommend because then you pay much more attention to details. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . They have an area where you can ask questions about the controls and they have an areas where you can see how the miniatures are made. You can even get a miniature of your own. Highly recommend was one of our best experience in Toronto. The price caught me at first a little off guard but after the visit I have to say well spent ,

I am so impressed by all the miniature displays in Little Canada! Besides the miniature figures, there are day and night modes so you can enjoy the same scene in daytime as well as at night; there are motions, trains, streetcars etc are moving; there are background sounds too! My favorite is the Roger Center, with the cover opens and closes, wonderful job! We spent 2.5 hours inside and never boring at all. Admission for adult is $32 but worth the visit. You can see and feel the efforts, passions, professional and love for Canada. Highly recommend!

Visited as a couple this afternoon, and it was hands down one of my best experiences in my 4 days visiting Toronto. The staff were SO friendly and always glad to answer any questions. Very good explanations of the mechanical aspects of the place. The experience in itself was very, very impressive and well made, with a truly remarkable sense of detail. We stayed for a little under 3 hours and I truly believe it is worth every penny. We also enjoyed spotting Maurice the Moose in the different destinations ;) The free Coat check was definitely a plus. You can tell the people who created this gem truly care about what they're making !

It is an amazing place to visit specially with kids. If you are new to Canada, you can enter it for free using “Canoo” app. It is not only a world in miniature, but they make it also moving. They exactly mimic the reality, specially in Niagara section and the Parliament House. I’ve visited it at Canada day and they did the show that is done in reality on the walls of the Parliament House in Ottawa in the miniature building, it was really amazing!

Very beautiful place. I have visited them twice and they never disappointed. The type of work and creativity these people had done is incredibly. The place covers lot of beautiful places of Canada in both Day and night view. Our best part was the Canada day celebration at parliament. Everyone must watch that.

No entry after 6.30 pm. So please be aware as there is no mention on any of their online or offline platforms. Until u reach there and find out! This happened with me on 7/7/23 that I went to visit after work, and I reached around 6.40 pm they didn't let me in. If you have booked online, then they might let you in. Otherwise, no. So if you plan to visit, go before 6.30 pm. Easy to locate from Dundas St. Very friendly staff. I will post my reviews / experience once I visit the place, actually. For now, some glimpse from outside Little Canada.

Nice place. A unique experience that not only lets you watch miniaturized versions of parts of Canada but also have a fun but chill activity hunting for Maurice (Canadian Moose) and Canadian Tire chairs which is fun for both kids and adults. Not really that challenging so no need to try hard for that. There are also refreshments and snacks sold for a price while there is a fun little activity that scans your entire body to have you made a caricature of yourself. Did not try it but hoped it had like a free option where you would be included in the display. Lastly you can also see part of the workshop where employees work on the parts in Canada and merch. The place is still to expand where there are new regions. Would be excited to return after some time.

If you're here reading reviews, just do yourself a favour and go. You will love it, the kids will love it. It's just a great experience. The staff are incredible. The are so friendly and helpful. The amount of work and detail put into the displays is incredible. You can easily spend hours hanging out here. One of the best attractions I have ever been to.

Little Canada was so fun to visit! The exhibit features meticulously designed, incredibly detailed miniature models of various landmarks and locations across the country. The scenes are currently limited to Niagara, Toronto, the Golden Horseshoe, Ottawa, and Quebec, but more models are set to be built for other parts of Canada (the North, the East and West Coasts, the Prairies, etc.). Our kids enjoyed seeing all the little people, lights, and vehicles in motion, as did we. The scenes are very elaborate, and anyone who has visited the landmarks/locations featured will appreciate the level of detail. We all also appreciated the fun details thrown into various scenes (a rhino riding one of the train cars, seals taking photos at the cinema, polar bears and Power Rangers on the boats, etc.). We also had a good time spotting Maurice the Moose in various locations. It is clearly a labour of love, and my husband spotted the owner cleaning up and chatting with visitors. All the members of the staff that we interacted with were friendly and enthusiastic, with a number of them proactively engaging our kids in conversation. I originally thought it was a bit pricey for admission, but now seeing the level of work involved can understand why the funds are needed for upkeep and expansion. And to be fair, the prices are on par with many other Toronto attractions. I'd definitely recommend to others and consider going again when the models of other locations across Canada are built. Little Canada is located right by Yonge-Dundas Square/Eaton Centre. We parked underground at Atrium on Bay right across the street; full-day parking there was $10 (the rate for weekends and holidays), which is a pretty good deal given how outrageous downtown parking rates can sometimes be!

We had a wonderful experience at Little Canada, The staff were excellent, very friendly and informative. The exhibits are truly impressive in the level of detail, accuracy and imagination. The longer you look, the more detail that you see. It was nice to see the moving elements, trains, cars, trucks, sports video in Rogers Centre and Scotiabank arena. The Little North exhibit was interesting to see to understand the process of bringing new areas to the exhibit. We parked under Dundas Square and walked across the street. It was very convenient.

This place is so awesome. The guides were really friendly and had really cool facts. The detail is absolutely amazing and so immersive. You’ll really feel like you’re in those streets. It’s simultaneously spectacular and adorable. If this is not in your itinerary when you visit Toronto, I would recommend to add it! First place we saw and it helped give us an idea of what to expect when touring some parts of Ontario. We kept referencing little Canada (or little Ontario).

Great experience. Could have spent hours looking at all the details. Everything is so realistic and quality is amazing. Staff were all very helpful and super friendly. Covid protocols and timed tickets made it a very safe outing. Will definitely go again as the building continues.

Incredible place! A hidden gem in Toronto that not a lot of people know about. Every single staff member was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and passionate! Great way to spend a couple of hours and learn something new about the Canada 🇨🇦! Thank you very much!

Excellent place to visit. The models contain a lot of great little details from flashing lights to moving cars. The staff are really friendly and are clearly really excited by their jobs. They went past closing hours to give my partner and I a little tour of how everything operates. Will be back again in the future, highly recommend visiting.

A must visit place for all the age groups 2 and above. The detailing and hard work is beyond imagination. Each city in different seasons in day and night views are beyond spectacular. And scavenger hunt for Maurice the moose keeps you engaged all throughout. Staff is extremely friendly and warm and you can also see the artists in action making the miniatures while they interest you with fun facts n processes. This place will easily take 1.5 to 2 hours of your time and might still leave you for wanting more. I am definitely planning my next visit for their upcoming cities.

Lovely way to spend the day. The scenery was amazing. Lots of details made into little forms. The staff were amazingly helpful. They were always popping around to answer questions. We had so much fun. The interactions with the little creations, day and night time scenery. There was so much details to look at. It’s was also more fun looking for Maurice, the moose😀😀 Glad we could take a snapshot for our own little me.

Very nice place, and good experience. Extra ordinary talent for those who came up with the idea and worked on the execution. Staff are super friendly ( except the young cashier guy :p) everyone else were super helpful and fun to deal with, start by those who welcome you at the elevator to control room and everyone in between. Including the little gift shop employee. Happy little experience for the family. Didn’t try the food, so no comments. Parking could be an issue if you are travelling by car, but you could always park in Eaton Centre

Wonderful place to visit to have a true appreciation for the architecture and different looks of various Canadian cities. Great for those who want to experience something fun with friends or family. The staff are incredibly friendly and the whole exhibit is filled with hidden Easter eggs that you have to keep an eye out for. Would recommend to everyone of all ages.

An interesting place to spend a day. Tickets are pricey though worth the miniature displays. There are daytime and nighttime versions of each place, where the gallery lights are dimmed and model streetlights are switched on, lights inside the little homes can be seen, moving vehicles , via rail train, rocking boats, dancing puffins, live music event dancers etc. Lots to see and yet something gets missed. The Littlization photo concept is fun too, to have your own Little me created and kept at your favourite place. A small cafe sells bakery items , coffee, cookies etc. There are so many little details to appreciate, I recommend carrying binoculars.

Great experience, especially to get that view of places you've already been to. Best part was finding the hidden Easter eggs, the mummies at the museum station, the aliens, the war of (throwing) ingredients between two pizza places, or the rhino riding a train! Great great fun.

What a great attraction to visit! Every staff member that we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. The details were amazing and we loved taking our time to really find lots of fun things within the exhibits. Would definitely recommend!

A fun place to visit with family! The staff is excellent and kind, they seem to enjoy their jobs and took so many family pictures for us! It was fascinating to see the different cities and areas in Canada, as we have only ever visited Ontario. My little brother, who is 7 loved the moose game and how realistic Toronto looked; we even saw our hotel there, which was cool! We spent about 70-80 minutes and sat at the Little Bites cafe to eat lunch. The cafe wasn’t really good; the menu only had a few options, and most of the items were sold out. The menu said they had vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream, but when we went to get ice cream, they had no vanilla. The pizza was also horrible and tasted like those cheap frozen pizzas. The bathrooms at Little Canada were spotless and lovely! Overall, we enjoyed our visit but didn’t like the cafe. However, I would not say it’s worth the price as most of the places are still under construction, and they only have a few provinces as of now.

The staff is all incredible and obviously love their jobs there. It was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. We spent about 2.5 hours there, but I was moving very slowly through the exhibits. It is all very detailed and interesting. It's also nice and quiet there, occasional kids running around a bit but there were no large crowds when we went. It's a fun way to see more details of Canada during our short trip here. I cannot recommend this place enough.

One of the coolest places we visited on our trip to Toronto, and one of the coolest places I’ve ever been to in general. This place is a must stop if you’re visiting Toronto or even if you’re a local. I overheard a staff member telling someone it’s about 90 minutes, but my girlfriend and I took a good 2 and a half hours here as we explored all the details of these incredible displays and works of art. The level of detail on all the displays is insane. Everything is created with what seems to be painstakingly good detailing, expertly crafted, and placed perfectly. From every single little figure having detailed clothing, to every single car on the congested highways having proper headlights and brake lights. Little details of car crashes or cool little Easter egg interesting people doing some interesting thing are littered all over, only adding to the insane level of detail this place has. Everyone who worked in this truly cared and it shows in their work. The staff are incredibly friendly and are genuinely excited about the displays and their details. Happy to share cool things you might not see (trust me there’s so much detail it’s impossible to post every little nook and cranny the displays have) and overall just incredibly happy positive people who seem to love where they work, only adding to its excellence. They currently have several displays up after over a decade of working, and plan to have a handful more compete to finish off all of Canada in around 6 years (it’s more than worth it now already trust me). I will absolutely one day come back to see the rest and would be insanely happy to give them more business. Cannot recommend this destination enough as a must see for someone in Toronto. Will be telling everyone I know who’s planning a trip to Toronto to go here.

We did not expect to be so...AMAZED! Here is Canada, in painstaking miniature re-creation, a stunning exhibit for the visitor and the newcomer, yet cool enough to entice even us locals. The red-shirted staff are available for anything you want to ask, from the lands' histories to how the model trains run on their tracks. A Clean (green-shirted) Staff work all hours to keep the cafe and the modern washrooms sparkling. Need accessibility? They will fuss all over you as they did with us. There is a reason they were awarded the top Ontario tourist attraction in 2022. But little Canada will outdo even themselves with the promise of increased indigenous displays (we learned of two of the staff's indigenous heritage; the gift shop carries beautiful coffee mugs designed by indigenous artists), an addition of The Rockies to come, and the Prairies soon after. We will be back!

It was an experience that I have been postponing for quite some time, but boy, I was wrong. It's a must-see attraction in downtown Toronto. You can't visit Toronto without visiting little Canada. The level of details is second to none. The animations are super realistic, and the subtle sound effects are just amazing. It was a well spent 3 hours. Highly recommend.

I expected a visit to Little Canada to be a little trip, but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. If you love attention to details and humour, you'll love the miniatures here. If you have a telescope I'd actually suggest bringing it. My visit was not quite enjoyable in the beginning because of rowdy kids screaming (it is a family-friendly place), especially on the first floor which is smaller, but once I got to the lower level there was more space and eventually the kids had to go get dinner. The staff were very nice and great at dealing with kids and adults alike. My only gripe was that they don't accept food in the coat check but visitors are also not allowed to bring food inside the exhibition. It would be a hassle if visitors are coming from far for a festival at Dundas Square, got food, and decided to go here. Thankfully the staff member I talked to made the executive decision to allow me to put my food (in a box + plastic bags) in the coat check.

Who wouldn't want to see Canada in 1 hour! A perfect getaway from the city centre. A technical and visual delight. A big plus was the friendliest staff and ability to get an insight into the process of creating the place. 100% must see! Little Canada is amazing! Zara & August from Belgium

It's a captivating journey through Canada's diverse landscapes and cultures. The staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making the visit even more enjoyable. This is a must-see attraction that will leave you in awe of the beauty and diversity of Canada. Don't miss it!

After hearing a lot about this place, I had to check it out for myself. My expectations were quite high, and I'm happy to say they were met. This is a must-visit spot for everyone. I was genuinely impressed by the dedication and effort put into it. It's a fantastic place to explore, enjoyable for both kids and adults. The pictures don't do justice to the real experience – you have to see it in person. Don't miss out on this unique experience!

Do yourself a favour and visit the little Canada, especially if you can't think of anything better to do in the winters.

Little Canada was even better than I expected. We enjoyed the representations of Canada in miniature. The accurate details and movements are wonderful. Some are easily spotted, such as the Rogers Centre dome that opens and closes, and the trains that run along tracks. Keep your eyes on the details, or you might miss the chickens pecking in the farmyard or the tide that comes in and out at the Bay of Fundy. Currently, Little Canada goes from Eastern Canada through Hamilton and Niagara Falls. Signs say that Western Canada is coming in 2024, and in the workshops, I spotted Northwest Territories under construction. We spent about 1.5 hours. We admired all of miniature Canada, and stopped at the desk for a brief demonstration of how things work.

Little Canada is only two years old and is a permanent exhibit located in downtown Toronto. I shared a wonderful afternoon with family at this outstanding exhibit of Canadian provinces in miniature. Atlantic and Central provinces are exhibited in detail now with plans of including the Western provinces. The Arctic is in progress. I especially enjoyed the trains running through all the exhibits. There is a room for each province. And Ottawa features the Canada Day fireworks and parliament buildings.

Little Canada is an exciting place for a fun family day out. The beautifully designed miniature model cities, transitioning between day and night every 15 minutes, offer a truly unique experience. The search for Maurice the Moose was an enjoyable activity for kids, especially for our little one, whose excitement was over the moon every time he spotted the moose. At Littlization Station, you can get scanned for free to create a miniature model of yourself. Additionally, you have the option to order a miniature model for a price and place your mini-self wherever you desire within the model cities. Exploring all the attractions can easily fill a couple of hours. Overall, an unforgettable experience perfect for family fun!

An exquisite exhibition of all of Canada. I learnt so much going through this exhibit that shows Canada in a whole new way! The details, the lighting, the movement and the flow makes this an unforgettable experience! It’s also a plus to meet the person who made it all happen. He was very modest and explained to us how it all worked out. A MUST visit.

I recently visited "Little Canada" and was absolutely mesmerized by this incredible attraction. The attention to detail and craftsmanship in every miniature scene is astounding. From the bustling streets of Toronto to the scenic vistas of Niagara, every aspect is crafted with remarkable precision and a love for detail. This place is perfect for a family outing or for anyone looking to escape into a different world for a moment and experience all of Canada in one spot. "Little Canada" offers a unique experience that will leave a lasting impression. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Toronto.

Wow wow wow! This place is definitely worth a visit. Took the grandparents and the two kiddos and everyone had a wonderful time. Perfect for all ages. The kids loved Maurice, the moose and the scavenger hunt, and the grandparents just loved all the details and the history Throughout each province. So many kudos to the craftspeople behind all the scenery and the humour and personality embedded in every room, every hallway and nature scape. The hotel rooms with an ode to Mission Impossible, Curious George, James, and the Giant Peach, and the Valentines room were my personal favourite. Not to overlook the engineers and tech people behind the soundscapes, the lighting and the detailed movements blew me away. The tickets are definitely an investment, but for the quality of the experience and the labour that’s been put into this exhibit it’s definitely worth it. I look forward to coming back when the West Coast is on view this summer.
