I ordered the beach bowl from the app and it was missing so many things 1) sun dried tomatoes 2) vegan feta 3) lemon 4) Avocado ..literally half the dish was missing! This isn't what i paid for. Oh and apparently first time app orders are supposed to get a side of complimentary quinoa onion rings, and of course that was missing too! Save your money folks and skip this one!

Unbelievably HORRIBLE. We just ordered 3 items on Uber Eats and only 2! came. The one, burger, looks absolutely disappointing and tasted cold and disgusting. When we tried to reach the restaurant they were already 20 minutes closed. Absolutely terrible experience.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY SERVE MOLDY AND OLD FOOD. I am not sure how this location is still in business. Making Fresh look bad to be honest. Who knows how long they hold their ingredients past their expiry dates. Ordered a Cobb Salad, through their Fresh menu and the tempeh had mold in it. We didn't realize that it was moldy because it was already seasoned. Which I'm assuming is a way they try to get away with using older ingredients.

an unpleasant experience. I won't rush back. I've been to other Fresh locations several times and it is usually a good experience. They've increased their prices for take out/delivery. I tried to order through SkipTheDishes, and the restaurant cancelled the order - and Skip The Dishes still charged me. Using the Fresh app takes the price from $40 for a Burrito and a burger to over $60. Customers can't call the restaurant to sort out an order. Business must be good. I'll go elsewhere next time.

So many things wrong with this Fresh location. First, they increased their prices (ripoff for what you're getting) and the food is really disappointing - both in quality and volume vs other Fresh locations. We used our points to add an extra item and it was not included in our order. Because it's impossible to reach anyone at this location we lost the points and did not receive the food. Nearly every time we try to order delivery from this location online, the website is not working properly - it says that the location is not able to deliver. When I called the Bloor location I was told they had heard similar complaints but had no idea what was going on. It's like a Fresh ghost restaurant. Fresh, if you want us to spend the money you're charging, you need to open a real location on the East end if you expect us to keep eating your food. And please spare me the generic get in touch email, I want my points back!

One of my absolute favourite vegan/vegetarian restaurant chain! I seem to have fallen in love with their big salad and it makes me laugh every time I order it I remember that Seinfeld episode (if you know you know). I also always order their fried onions they are so crispy and flavourful I highly recommend you try it. I’ve never dined in, but the food is very fresh (pun intended) when delivered. Enjoy!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If you are expecting the same quality as the Fresh restaurant locations you will be greatly disappointed. The overall quality of the food I ordered is worse than I would expect from a truck stop diner. My burger came completely dismantled and squished into the container to the extent that the top bun was almost reduced to half its size. The bun was also so stale it was almost inedible and fell apart when I picked up. The food also came so cold that the fries and onion rings weren’t worth touching. If I had been served this sitting at a restaurant I would walk out instantly. This location is a complete joke and the owners should shut it down or start holding their product to a higher standard. I honestly can not overstate how poor the quality of this meal was for how much it cost. This experience has honestly made me reconsider this entire franchise as a whole.

Oct 18 Update: I did send an email to Fresh, though it wasn't until August. They haven't replied to me as they said they wanted to. I wonder if they've followed up with anyone else, since there are more recent bad reviews. I wasn't looking for a freebie. I really just wanted them to fix this place so I could order again. It's sad to see that their response to the reviews is to do nothing to improve the food at this location. It I wanted to like this place. I have been eating at Fresh since it first opened as Juice for Life. It's been my mainstay. I always joke that they need to open a location in the east end, so when I heard about this opening I was thrilled. I've tried the food here quite a few times, hoping it would get better. But it hasn't. It may be the same ingredients as Fresh restaurants, but it's not the same meal. Something is definitely lost in translation. The food is usually cold, whether I pick it up or have delivery. And it's just not assembled or prepared very well. Items I've had several times in the restaurants are nowhere near as good here. Hopefully soon I can visit the restaurants again because I won't be ordering here again.

The FRESH RESTAURANT at 461 Carlaw Avenue, Toronto has a HUGE FOOD QUALITY ISSUE. THE POUTINE was saturated with ton of grease, overcooked, cold, hard and disgusting. Made my STOMACH SICK just trying to eat it 🤢🤢🤢

Ordered Uber eats from here so I'll skip the part about the cold, soggy food. The veggie chipotle burger was a mixed bag. With the chipotle, not bad. But the patty was tasteless cardboard. The veggie bacon, or whatever else it was, was salty and oily. I asked for no tomatoes, there were tomatoes. I asked for fries on the side, of course there were no fries. I ordered an additional portion of sweet potato fries. They were incredibly salty. Needless to say most of it ended up in the bin (what a waste of food). At least I lost my appetite after the cardboard patty. Also I don't think Uber eats has a mechanism to raise an incomplete order.

Not nearly as good as the other locations but prices are the same. The food quality is lower and feels more like fast food. The leaside location is much better.

This is not the fresh you know. This is fresh run by Harveys. Every corner is cut to maximize profits and the dishes are pumped out by teenagers for Uber eats. Will not make this mistake twice.

We ordered Buffalo cauliflowers and onion rings...yummy, just like all the other locations. Save a drive downtown through the traffic and mayhem. Tons of free parking. Inside Ultimate Kitchen (Harvey's, Swiss Chalet, East Side Mario's, New York Fries). You can order from all menus, and save running around to each of these restaurants... something for everyone. Great for large gatherings. Reduced menu but majority of food selections still available. Pickup only. No dine-in here...no tables/chairs inside or outside. You can place your order, then do errands next door (No Frills, Kal Tires, gas station...) or walk over the bridge to Walmart, Food Basics, Home Depot... A lot easier than trying to find parking downtown. Will definitely be returning.

Had the worst experience last night. Ordered from the Uber app, watched as two drivers canceled. Then the third driver arrived and waited outside the restaurant for 45 minutes. I asked the driver to ask what was taking so long and they told him they were still packaging it up. So an hour after I ordered it, I called the restaurant. The woman told me that they were out of the item that I had ordered. No one told me or my driver. So… They offered to give me french fries instead. Not exactly what I wanted to order from fresh. I talked to the manager who said that they had called me, which is not true, and I feel terrible for the driver, who had wasted an hour of his prime time just to have the order canceled. Terrible service from the Danforth restaurant. I will never order from there again.

We order curbside here and it was great. We got the 9 layer burrito, squash tacos and dragon fries and it was all amazing. Very easy to do pick up and was ready pretty quickly. I also like how most of the take out containers were compostable materials which is a bonus. Love how fresh is expanding! Come to Scarborough!

Love the convenience of this location but they need to fix their app! It’s been down for two weeks so you’re not able to order ahead. Also this is a takeout counter NOT a full service restaurant. Because their app has been down I went in person but the cashier said I can’t order in person - ubereats only.. what is the point of this location then!

My Buffalo chicken wrap and fries order was good. Wrap was tasty and came with all the stuff they said it would. Fries were fries.

What a mistake ordering from this location when there were no drivers available from Bloor location. Not surprising to see how low their rating is here now. Dip was missing for the onion rings, fries were dried out like they had been cooked yesterday morning and left under a heat lamp all day (they literally crumbled when pressed between fingers), and the worst part was my burger. The burger patty was ice cold even though the rest of my food was warm, and it was complete mush. I've had this same burger from Bloor 20+ times not a picky eater at all. Was very hungry, but I couldn't eat it. I think it was maybe frozen or something and then either just microwaved or briefly cooked from frozen. The burger and fries went in the trash. Rule 1 of running a vegan restaurant: don't sell people mushy burgers! There's no excuse for how poor the quality of our food was. Time to hire some people who give a s%#t. How can you screw up fries, for God's sake?????

This is a late review. I ordered several months ago on Ubereats, I ordered a wrap. The tortilla was rancid. I emailed the restaurant to give them a heads up that their product has gone bad, no response. With tips and Uber fees the experience is expensive, close to $30 for a wrap that you can’t eat. I try to avoid bad reviews, I even rated them highly on Uber still despite the experience because I love the Spadina location and have eaten there several times with no issue.

Ordered a Powerhouse bowl. The rice was cold and there was zero tahini sauce on the dish making it dry and hard to eat. Terrible!!

Absolutely terrible. Quinoa onion rings had little-to-no quinoa. Fresh is meant to be health-conscious but shares a kitchen with Harvies, Swiss Chalet and NYF. Wouldn’t be surprised if they fry their foods in the same oil as the meat from the other restaurants. Will no longer be supporting Fresh.

Literally incompetent staff. Ordered delivery through the app, 75 minutes later the food hasn’t shown up so called the restaurant, finally they picked up on the third call. The person we were talking to said the order wasn’t in their system and then after 10 minutes on the phone magically the order showed up and he found the order in their system. He said they’ll put a rush on the order. Another 45 minutes goes by and then food still hasn’t arrived. So now it’s been over two hours since we ordered and no food has arrived or any information about where the food is. So we called back again and the person says they still haven’t sent out the order. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Just total incompetence from top to bottom. Avoid this location.
