My family bought me a pair of gold earrings from this store less than a year ago. I recently lost one and when I called the store about having a replacement custom made the immediate response from the clerk was that I may have to buy two because they don’t sell single earrings. Then she told me to email the details to them. It’s been a few days and they haven’t yet responded. I’ve heard from 2 other custom jewellers in that same time and while I would have liked to have the original store that made them handle the replacement this store has been completely useless in this experience.

Save your time and go where your appreciated and respected as a person and public. The owner is the most unprofessional as a business person. If you don’t like the way something was done she goes hostile. They made a necklace and used my gemstones I gave her a bracelet and I requested that I would like a necklace to look exactly like the bracelet. She went crazy trying to convince me that it is like the bracelet. She took my diamonds out of the necklace gave me the earrings that the diamonds were set and said here you go. I said what your going to give me loose diamonds and broken earrings? She said you don’t want the necklace and I don’t have to apologize to you.what I want to advise to you all, Never step foot in there. There is 4 jewellery stores in the same are that will treat you with respect!
