I think my biggest regret has to be not going to Anju and Anar as my first choice. After a horrific experience with a very "popular" online jeweller, I reached out to Anju with three weeks left to my engagement. Not only were they unbelievably caring and super dedicated to what I needed but they got me a diamond that was so unique for the exact feature that I wanted that no other jeweller in Toronto could match up. With just 2.5 weeks left Anar sorted out an amazing deal and confirmed that I'd get the ring the day of my proposal as requested. She lied, I had the ring almost 4 days earlier, which gave me even more time to prep for my proposal! I've said it before and I'll say it again, Anju and Anar, if you ever give up the jewellery business, (Please don't, you guys are amazing!) consider being therapists because they truly know how to flip a very stressful part of ring buying to a really enjoyable one. p.s. When they showed me the final product, I did a double take thinking they might have given me the wrong ring, it was that beautiful. The fiance absolutely loves it! Thanks again guys :D

Had a fantastic experience here shopping for the perfect lab grown ring for my fiance! Anju did an excellent job of explaining the whole process for us and showed us multiple different kinds of bands, stones, etc. Once we had the perfect ring picked it was a very quick turnaround from date of purchase to date of delivery. The ring was absolutely stunning and my fiance has been stopped multiple times to be asked about her ring because of how beautiful it is. To be honest pictures doesn’t do justice to the jewelry. I saw a picture of a ring on her instagram account and I decided to go have a look. I drove more than 1hr to go there. And it was totally worth it. The ring is just beautiful. When I tried it on it was just amazing. It was loose they made it my size and ship to me. They have the best designs. Purchased my engagement ring, wedding, and 20th wedding anniversary bands from Diamond Design Studio between 1993 & 2016. Three months ago, I lost all three rings (soldered together). I was beyond heartbroken over not only the physical loss of those rings, but more importantly the 30 years of sentimentality those rings represented. We finally gave up looking everywhere possible and contacted Anju to make a similar but yet different set with some new elements to represent us now as a couple. Anju did an absolutely amazing job designing and creating my engagement ring, I couldn't be more happier with the final result! 10/10. I spoke to countless jewellers in the GTA, telling them what I'm looking for and the time frame in which we would need it made. Anju had the BEST customer services of all. Anju and I kept in contact for months before we were even ready to start designing, she didn't rush me at any point to make a decision or come into the store. I felt like I was just brainstorming ideas for my perfect ring , she was unlike the other pushy jewellers concerned with making a sale as soon as possible. The vision for my diamond changed completely over those months of speaking and Anju began sending me options for my new design without missing a beat. Her responsiveness and initiative in letting me know when she came across diamonds I may want to look at really put her over the top for me. It was reassuring to know exactly what my custom ring would look like before it was made and the final outcome did not disappoint. I'm still obsessed with my ring to this day. I went back to Anju to get a ring and a diamond chain for my fiance, I'll definitely be back for my wedding band and any future diamond purchases! Anju gave me her personal, undivided attention from beginning to end. Very kind and professional staff. They created the exact ring that my fiancé wanted. They incorporated all the little details and created an amazing and high quality ring! Not to mention their pricing is way better than any place I’ve ever been to. We are so happy with the ring. One of my favourite things is that they give you a very professional diamond certificate and appraisal. I would highly recommend this place!

Don't let the location or size of this store fool you - they might look small but they are MIGHTY, high quality and have the best service I’ve ever experienced from a jeweller. My husband and I only had two weeks to plan and execute our wedding. We found Diamond Design Studio just accidentally in the mall across from where we got our marriage license that day at city hall and they were just the sweetest to us! They worked with our budget and our necessary rush. We picked my wedding band, they sized it and had it ready to go all within a week. My husband and I are just so happy and my ring finger is bedazzling now!! Plus they are family owned and have been in business since the 70s!! We will 100% be going back for more.

My fiance got my engagement ring and wedding band from Diamond Design Studio, and I am beyond happy with the rings. They are so beautiful! Anju was really invested in making sure we would be happy with the rings. I also had my rings resized, and the job was very well done considering I had to go down 1.5 sizes.
