This location has friendly and efficient staff. They were really well organized. Everything was on time and well explained. The pharmacist administering the vaccination is quick and painless! And the sign up process was easy and quick. Let know how I can provide some $$ for you to buy a Tim's gift card for your employees to say thank you!! I'm not sure I'm able to come into the hospital without a reason...if not, then I'll bring it at my 2nd shot.

COVID Vaccine shot. From start to completion communication was excellent. Easy to follow instruction for sign up. I was able to choose a time that fit my non- busy schedule. My time slot time was honoured, no waiting, no lines. Seats provided with safe distance for the 15 min waiting area after shot was given. All staff involved were very polite and knowledgeable. Very smooth operation. Thank you for being my vaccine provider Both shots were pain free and no side effect felt.

Please be careful and double check their medication instructions against the doctor's prescriptions! They instructed us to take my pain meds MORE than what the doctor prescribed! I'm genuinely afraid because of all the warnings of liver damage associated with overdosing with this, so PLEASE double check your prescriptions when you get stuff from this pharmacy!

I was quoted a time of 20 minutes to prepare my prescription which turned into almost 40. My insurance wasn't billed properly so I had to stand there on crutches for at least another 5 minutes while they fixed their mistake. Then I was asked to wait yet again for the pharmacist to talk to me about my prescriptions. She told me one of them was something completely different than it was, and not a single person in the pharmacy bothered to ask me if I'm currently taking any other medications. Came pretty close to what could have been a very bad reaction which could have easily been avoided if someone had just bothered to ask a simple question.

I had my COVID vaccination at this location and the experience was wonderful. Very friendly staff, a well-run and efficient process made it a simple task. My next appointment was set before I left and I have already received reminders. I am very grateful for the ability to receive my vaccination and to have had it done at this PharmaSave.

My husband and I had our appointment booked for the covid-19 vaccine. Even though we weren't sure what to expect, considering the various stories we get on the news, we found the entire experience amazing. Received my vaccine shots at this Pharmasave. The process was very simple, and they were very good at follow up communications! When in-person, the staff were always very friendly and professional. Would definitely consider going here for my ongoing drug store needs. Highly recommended.

No problems experienced. Very nice staff, got my vaccine, out in 25 minutes. Got both doses there, getting appointments and follow up was super. Pharmacist called to ask which dose I prefer for 2nd dose. Great service!!!!!!

From the moment I got to the pharmacy it was an excellent experience.I didn't have to wait long because I'm on oxygen. The pharmacist that gave me the needle was very nice. He made me feel very comfortable. After waiting 15 minutes a lady came over an asked me how I was doing.she was very pleasant. I was OK to go. Overall it went well.

During pump rental they say one thing , once you return they will give you different story. NO refund even if they promise.better to utilize what you pay and then return for.

Vaccine success! I was intimidated to even try to sign up for a vaccine, but once picking the PharmaSave at the Michael Garron Hospital, all went extremely smoothly. So much so that I recommended it to my friends and 2 signed up and got their vaccines quickly too. And they were clearly very organized throughout. I was at the start of their day and they managed the waiting group without a hitch - we knew how it was progressing, where we were in line, etc. And they were all so nice, and answering people’s question in the line. I am a fan... :)

Excellent experience from booking online through the vaccine injection process. Quick even though I was early for appointment, they had space so got in after only a few minutes Waited in assigned - spaced chairs in hospital hall - perfect Then chairs provided for 15 minute after injection wait. From pharmacy assistant to pharmacist the service was slick - well organized and efficient Well done I’ll be back for second dose for sure. Thank you.
