I'm usually a very anxious person when it comes to visiting the dentist, but after being a patient here for more than a year, I have gotten much better at taking care of my teeth and making more frequent visits. My gums no longer bleed when I brush/floss and get healthier after every cleaning as I improve my dental health. Can't recommend this office enough to dentist-averse people in the neighborhood. P.S.: The art and Palestine map on the walls add a great touch to the office ambience. :)

We have had appointments rescheduled numerous times at this office. Our family has been trying to get dental work done before our health benefits expired at the end of the month (which we explained to the front desk repeatedly). Appointments were cancelled or rescheduled with very little notice. We were told by the receptionist each time it was because Dr. Hindieh had to be in hospital. We will now have to pay out of pocket for the dental work we need done. This dentist did not prioritize us as patients. We will not be returning to this office.

I would highly recommend Dr.Hindieh, he is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and efficient. Very grateful to have found such an excellent dentist in the neighborhood. I brought both my parents in to see him and I was very happy with the service and results. They both had very complex dental issues and he took the time to explain all the options for treatment and made them feel very comfortable during each visit. Office is immaculately clean, has great ambience and everyone on staff is extremely accommodating and kind.

I've had a number of experiences with different dentists and by far my experience with Dr. Ramzi and his office has been top-notch. My case was complicated and required a significant amount of time, planning and money thrown at it and while this would make anyone nervous, Dr. Ramzi and his team worked with me in providing me with an approach that made sense and gave me confidence that they would meet my expectations. Spending over a year in treatment made it easier when dealing with the team who become as close as family to me. The results were better than I expected and I continue to receive excellent care from this office.

I started coming here specifically to get my tooth replaced, and the process has been an absolute breeze. After coming here to start that process I realized that this should be me go to place for general dentistry, I’ve come here so for a variety of things and the work and service has been excellent.

Receptionist and staff were very friendly and kind, but appointments were rescheduled or canceled very last minute. I also found that Dr. Hindieh didn't have a very good bedside manner. It was my first time getting fillings done in a very long time, and the procedure was not explained to me at all. He also recommended a mouth guard for teeth grinding, but upon getting a second opinion from another dentist, there isn't any signs of grinding my teeth. I have moved on to another dentist.

I have been to many dental offices over the years between different countries. I can honestly say this was one of the best that I have ever encountered. The staff is kind and compassionate Thank you again

I got a tooth crown done with Dr.Ramzi . My experience was positive. Although the first time the crown didn’t fit well. I got it replaced and fits properly now. Anyone looking for a prosthodontics and dentist in Toronto. I would recommend this location. I also got hygienist service done and lady was very good and details oriented.

I would like to say thank you to my dentist DR Ramzi for giving me my smile back. He is the best dentist I had never met before. I had a baby teeth in my front teeth that needed to be replaced . The result was perfect you can' t see the difference. I m really happy with the result. He is really passionate and care about his patients happiness. My experience with Dr. Hindieh has been exceptional. I first went to see him 2 years ago, after not having seen a dentist in a number of years. When doing my oral examination he identified something on the back of my tongue that he called pappilitis. He took a picture of it and sent to an oral surgeon asking if a biopsy was required. The Oral Surgeon responded that it was normal tissue and just to monitor the area. Something told me that Dr. Hindieh was not totally convinced. I followed up with my family doctor, who didn't see anything. I was still concerned, so to make a long story short, I persisted and two months later was diagnosed with an HPV+ oral cancer at the back of my tongue. The treatment protocol for this type of cancer is really rough, but it is cured!! Dr. Hindieh saw something when others didn't. He just may have contributed to saving my life. To say I appreciate him is an understatement. You CANNOT go wrong with him. In addition to being a good clinician, he is a really nice guy! I won't go anywhere else.

I have never been a fan of doctors or dentists and usually only go if I am on deaths door or in great pain. I discovered Ramzi and his team almost 4 years ago when they first opened. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. During Covid I had an abscessed tooth that needed emergency surgery, a root canal and a crown. Needless to say i was extremely anxious. Everything was handled extremely efficiently and every safety precaution was taken to ensure my own and his teams safety. I think I may have even laughed a few times during the ordeal. Highly recommend the entire team !!!

I was referred to Dr. Hindieh and his team at Leslieville Prosthodontics as I was in need of significant dental work, specifically on my top arch. It was recommended I seek a prosthodontist due to my complex dental history. Dr. Hindieh took his time and created a plan that suited my individual situation and needs. I had several implants placed along the top arch and completely restored my smile, bite and gave me the ability to properly chew my food. The entire process was easy and best of all PAIN FREE! The end result is absolutely fantastic and looks and feels great in my mouth. It has given me back my ability to smile and chew with confidence. I can't thank Dr. H and his team enough for taking on my complex case and giving me a fantastic result. For the first time in almost a decade I have no more pain or aesthetic issues with my teeth! I have now had my top arch implants in for a few years with zero issues or complications and I am now returning to Dr. Hindieh to restore several missing teeth on my bottom.
