I technically should give 4.5 but its the season to be giving. As part of the immigration process, a medical evaluation needs to be done. Physicians are " contracted" with IRCC to do an overall health check. This includes blood, urine, weight& anything else plus an x ray ( at another location near dixie & dundas area). Fees are $180 ($180 + if near Christmas time or holiday time). Cash preferred exact as well. $40 for the x ray. Its a shared office with dr. Kulhmann. Staff are decent. This is located at 666 Burnamthorpe Rd ( in Burnamthorpe mall) where the office is located at the south side by the Kumon education center with a separate entrance leading upstairs( elevator accessible or stairs). They wrote me that procedure will takes me one hour. But I spent only 1.5 hours and then x ray make at other place. It very uncomfortable and all process took me more then 3 hours. A lack of chairs where we waiting. Very tired after. The doctor is good.

Convenient but you will pay a high price. Many hidden fees. Be prepared to spend more than the $180 fee as stated on their website. I was not told upfront that X-ray was at a different location and it was a separate charge. They did not explain that should you need to speak to the doctor, there is a separate charge. When I questioned this, I was told that it is explained on the instruction sheet (yes its there, however it is hidden in the middle of the page). I was also told I could receive the full medical report, however not told that there is an additional cost. It should be clearly stated on their website or staff should clearly explain all the fees associated with medical exam upfront. Despite this, staff were nice and the booking process was easy and fast. I would recommend if you need your medical exam done right away.

It was very quick and easy process for immigration medical. Just took 1 hour to get it done. Staff was very gentle and polite. Great experience with clinic.

The staff were lovely and professional but the medical centre is run down, depressing and the price you pay for getting the exam done does not reflect on the customer care and experience. I have never walked into a clinic that uses plastic garden chairs for their customers. I also paid $30 higher than the amount that was stated on the website. It was also disappointing that we aren't told in advance that the X-ray would take place elsewhere which is a 10 min drive from the centre. I was lucky my husband was able to drive me but without a car as a new person in Canada this would have been a nightmare.

Depending on the day it could be a bit of churn, for our parents the whole process including X-ray took a bit more than 2 hours, but for us there was almost no people in the queue, and we were even asked to come earlier if possible, and it took under 1h for both exam and x-ray, and that is including 10 min driving to x-ray which is another address. Staff is very friendly and explains all the steps.

This is the worst immigration medical check up ever, firstly, they lie about the time it takes and make you wait for hours. Secondly, the two ladies at the front desk have no manners and have never learnt an ounce of customer service in their life, god knows what qualifications these two used to get hired, especially because they can’t even speak a morsel of English. Thirdly, you can’t get an XRay at this location and they make you go there run some tests, and then go to a different location for your X-ray. You also have to pay seperately at either location. I chose to go to 123 Rexdale Blvd instead, and so happy about my decision as there everything is all inclusive, and quick. I would prefer this location over other Immigration medical centers. Location is convenient to reach, just 10 min from square one. Staff here is very friendly and polity. I saw receptionist was able to explain everything clearly to all age group. Also, no rushing as slots were assigned with proper time gap. Panel physician (Dr Avani) was knowledgeable and provided all test related information. Surely recommend!!

Best service for immigration medical exam. Fast and convenient.

I had a great experience with the clinic. Front staff were polite and made sure that I understood all the forms that I need to fill. The doctor was really concise on how she would do the check-up. One thing that I would recommend was that it would be nice if the X-ray clinic is much more closer to the building so that people wouldn't have to travel far for it. Above all else, I had a wonderful experience with them. Would recommend it to anyone.

It was easy to book appointment online, indeed… Arrived 20 minutes in advance, but was invited inside only after 50 minutes waiting. For making X-ray test need to go to another location, waiting time there were 2 hours.

I don't know English, but the medical staff are very patient. The doctor who drew the blood was a pregnant woman with excellent skills and no pain at all. The appointment is made online, and it is convenient for you to speak English. However, the hospital closest to me cancelled my appointment four times because they do not have a physical examination from Thursday to Sunday. Therefore, I went to a hospital 30 kilometers away from home for a physical examination. Everything else is good here, but the X-ray is not in the same building. Reminder everyone, this medical examination hospital is located on the second floor of a convenience store, with the entrance right next to a door... The X-ray process is also very fast. Easy to make an appointment, great customer service, they also speak Ukrainian (so important information for new comers), they don’t have X-ray, so make sure you have an extra 1 hour to complete medical exam in one day. But receptionist will give you printed map how to find other closest clinic to get X-ray (10 minutes driving)

It took more than 10 minutes , how it was mentioned , and for x-ray, I had to go to a different location, but in general, my experience was good. All doctors and stuff were nice. Thank you so much for what you do for us.

The exam was fast and the staff were friendly but it was hard to locate the clinic. If they could have a clear sign that would help. The x ray one was direct and the staff friendly as well. All in all great experience

Staff looked really tired, but they were fast, so thank God I didn’t have to wait for a long time. Making the appointment was easy. It’s expensive but it is what it is. It’s good that there’s a parking to park your car at. Generally it’s fine.

Seamless immigration medical experience! My appointment was at 8:45AM and I was attended to immediately - the wait time was minimal and I was done within an hour. Dr. Jennifer Campbell as well support staff were all very professional and pleasant to speak to. Highly recommend booking your medical exam here as they have plenty of available appointments throughout the day that makes it super convenient. Note: X-Ray location is a few km’s away so individuals relying on public transport have to plan ahead.

Would not recommend for immigration medical exams. They took 16 days to submit our medical to IRCC, every time i called them they did not give satisfactory answers all they say was they take usually 7-10 business days. However there are other panel physicians which are very quick to submit medicals.

My mom just finished her medical exam here yesterday. It was super easy to book online, there are a lot of time slot available to choose, not to mention that they do have times for weekend also. Staffs are helpful, not rude as others said. Dr. Campbell is really nice, even though it was packed and busy but she didn’t even rush us to finish. The whole appointment was done in about 1.5 hrs (not too bad, it would be quicker if it weren’t that many people). Their price is good too $190 (debit or cash), that’s included blood/urine tests & admin fees. The only minor thing is that they don’t have XRay labs on the side, which means you have to travel to different locations to get it done. But I was ok with that since the driving was only 5-7 mins away. I would definitely recommend this place for any IRCC medical exams.

When I reached at the centre the receptionist smiled and welcome me and guide me properly. When she gave me paper to fill it at that time another lady came to me and ask for help . it is very difficult to get a call, we wanted to cancel the recording and reschedule, but we never did because no one picked up the phone. not all in one room, we had to go another 30 minutes to another room for x-ray. not a low price, but ordinary as in other clinics. but in principle everything is fine. fast and quality service. qualified nurses. it's easy to book an appointment through the site

The only thing I was not happy with, was the scheduling meaning that we were scheduled for 11:30_11:40, but the service started at 12:20, otherwise we were happy with the service provided by this panel. Terrible service! Be ready that it’s very easy to make appointment, but it does not matter, because you have to wait up to two hours. People do not go in order of entry! Work process is not established at all!

very friendly environment and good moral staff Dr. entertain with the smile to the attendees. But it is very trouble for Xray to go so far from clinic and waste extra time. I hope this problem will solved in earliest days for the convenience of patients.
