I moved here to this pharmacy from Shoppers Drug Mart on Younge and College. While there has been a few hiccups with a few meds during the transfer (to be expected) they have been quick to rectify and extremely helpful!! Things that took hours or days at my last pharmacy takes minutes here! It also spectacular to see lots of items in store that are important to LGBTQAI2 sexual health needs as well. Keep up the awesome work and I will be telling my friends how great my experience has been.

This is the best pharmacy in Toronto, hands down. You get treated like a person and not just a ‘number’. It’s owned by a LGBTQ+ community member and they got a lot of resources available! Look no further. Forget Shoppers and come to this pharmacy!

This pharmacy brings the idea of 'medical care' to a whole new level. As soon as I walked in, it was calm & relaxed. A wonderful atmosphere. Not only did they make it extremely simple for me to transfer my medical needs to their location, I noted that they know their other customers well & treat them with great respect. While I was there with one staff member, another customer had to discuss some of their medication situation; the staff member was gentle, kind and took them further back to a consultation area so that they could discuss their medical needs openly in a safe & private environment. I was VERY impressed and I'm 100% confident that I've found my neighbourhood pharmacy for life.

Be very careful with this place, they keep the Purolator packages, and if you don't complain, the employees steal them. When you go to deliver packages, validate that they are delivered to the shipping agent or come back and complain, the employees are thieves.

Michael and his team are always extremely courteous and professional. He goes out of his way to help you and make sure that all of your needs are met and exceeded. I can’t recommend them any higher and always tell people to go there for great personalized service.

Called their office to book a medical appointment, only to find out they are not a clinic! They only offer prep/pep consultation and call themselves a clinic. This is like a specialist chamber, an expert in a single sector. Aren’t there regulations against misrepresenting in the healthcare sector?

I feel compelled to share the great experience I just had at this pharmacy. From my initial phone call which entailed specific questions on a specific medication and procedure of actually procuring the medication, I was led and guided without rush or judgement. I was able to meet the same pharmacist’s assistant upon picking up the prescription who again took time to guide and give further resources.
