Honestly when I was searching for a Travel Clinic, I was so surprised at the number of reviews and all the 5 stars. But this Clinic lives up the expectation, and exceeds it. Correspondence leading up the appointment was quick and helpful. Ana, is so helpful, well informed and super knowledgable. We got all our answers, and more! Because our 4 year old son had his regular vaccines booked with our family doctor, she was able to give us the travel shots at the same time. I've been a client of ABC Travel Clinic just over 6 years. Initially I found them by doing a google search and have since used them for all of my vaccination and travel needs. Their online booking system is easy and in case of any questions or issues a real person reaches out. Over the years I've dealt with a few different staff but it has always been a pleasant experience. They are professional, knowledgeable, and provide excellent advise. Their prices are reasonable if not better than other clinics and pharmacies. Most recently, Anna, saved us from disaster when my partner and I showed up for our PCR tests 2 days before our flights to Tanzania. We had a stop over in USA and she warned that at the time, USA required testing to be done one day prior to arrival. She squeezed us in the next day and saved us from a huge disappointment. Went to this clinic as it was recommended by a friend and they also have the most reasonable rate. Glad I did! Booking appointment is really easy, and not asking for payment upon booking was really a plus! Anna was really nice esp to my 5 year old who was a little scared but went through the procedure like a champ. We have opted for the next day result as we are not in a hurry but still got our results after 8 hours, now that is beyond excellent service! Highly recommended and for sure will let my friends know about it. No wonder it has 5 star rating on google.

Anna from ABC Travel helped my wife and I prepare for our upcoming trip to Panama and was very meticulous in explaining necessary vaccinations we need, places to look out for and bugs we may encounter. She recommended bug repellent and further antibiotics in case we were to get ill on our trip and overall, had excellent advice. I needed the yellow fever vaccine. The doctor (Anna) was extremely nice and helpful (unlike everyone other doctor I've meet in Canada). She explained to me everything about the vaccine and when she administered it, she showed me the vaccine itself and expiry date. Then I got the vaccine certificate. In this place they don't charge a consultation fee (in other places can be between $45-65 CAD) even though they still do the travel consultation. They have a booking fee of $20 plus whatever cost of the vaccine. In other places I was looking to pay between $300-400 for the vaccine and consultation fee, but here I ended up paying a total of $265. I totally recommend this place if you want to get a good service for a good price.

I decided to try this travel clinic after using other ones in the past, and getting a mediocre experience at best, in terms of how knowledgeable the doctor or nurse practitioner was about the travel destination in question. I found ABC travel and Anna in particular extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the area I was travelling to. She offered real advice and pros and cons of each medication and vaccine option, along with pricing, without being pushy. Anna took her time and i didn't feel rushed or that she was giving me a rehearsed bunch of info that i could have gotten myself on Google search. I travel quite a bit and this is the only place i will go to from now on for all my travel needs. This clinic deserves all the five star reviews it has.

Two of us went for our Covid tests prior to traveling to Punta Cana. Anna was very upfront that Dominican Republic did not have a requirement for the test (we were unaware since had not done enough homework). She was willing for us to decline the test on the basis of the info she provided and did not want us to feel she charged us and realized we did not need to spend money unnecessarily. We did the test regardless, feeling more comfortable about our status before going away. She was very nice, patient and professional all the way through, and delivered the next day results on time, as promised. Very honest, professional service, and a great experience.

We searched online and came across ABC Travel clinic and booked our Covid PCR test for travel to Aruba Dec 2021. Scheduling the appointment was easy. We were greeted by Anna who was very professional and courteous. The test results arrived within 24 hours as promised. This was the least expensive we found ($100.00 each for PCR) while other clinics are charging $150.00. We highly recommend ABC Travel Clinic.

I booked an appointment online for a yellow fever vaccine. I had checked at many different locations prior to booking at ABC and had a hard time with getting a last minute appt. ABC Travel was able to accommodated me on short notice. Once I arrived, Anna was nothing but helpful, she explained everything I needed to know thoroughly and even provided/allowed additional supports once she realized I wasn't fond of needles. I go to Peru at the end of February and was worried about the deseases I can get at this destination; looking on-line I found an ABC travel clinic which is very close to my house and decided to book an appointment; the booking process was very simple, I booked the appointment on ABC site, just choose the day and time. This on-line booking saved me $40! which was a nice surprise. When time came I went to the clinic where I was accepted without a delay :). Anna, the registed nurse (if I understand correctly), was very friendly and knowledgeable, she gave me a lot of print outs related to the area I am going to travel, checked my itineray and my health history and only then proposed to me what I need to do. She indicated all vaccination what should be done, asked for the history of the vaccines I may have and, as I do not rememeber my childhood vaccinations, she referred me to the lab to do the special blood test that showed the history of my vaccination; she also, recommended the medication, the cloth I need to take with me to protect myself from the local deseases. Anna was very attentive to me, friendly and went above and beyond her duities to make me feel confident in my endeavor. I was so sutisfied with her service that I recommended ABC Travel clinic to my friend and later she thanked me for this.
