Not a glam setting but absolutely love the massage therapist I've been seeing here for years. RMT Jennifer Bond is outstanding both with her technique and rich knowledge. Highly recommend Jennifer Bond for fantastic massage therapy! Absolutely excellent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would recommend Jennifer Bond RMT. She is incredible. So professional and really good at what she does. Give great suggestions and makes you feel very comfortable.

1. Firstly this place is very expensive than the other southerland Chan branches in Toronto. Reason: I took a one hour session at this place and was charged 108.48 dollars including tax. The franchise at Leslie costed 85.88 dollar inclusive of tax. The lady at the reception mentioned all franchise has their own rates after the massage was completed. Because we then won't have a choice to cancel it. This place is not worth so much. 2. The RMT was very nice and polite in receiving. However, the RMT who did the massage was doing not a great job even though she looked like she had more experience. Inspite of the request to use pressure there was no action from her end. My ask was for a hand and leg massage. I was given a back massage instead for so long. Hand massage was done only for 10 mins both hands out of 60 mins. 3. BAD experience , I would not recommend this place to anyone for the amount we pay..other locations seems better for southerland Chan clinic.

I adore my RMT and chiro here - Tannis and Stephanie are wonderful and caring. Prices are decent for an expensive area. Updating my review to say - they do automated billing now - they reached out after this review to tell me and I happily set it up.

I've been going here for a while now and always have had a good experience. Recently I was having really bad ankle pain and I spoke to Keith, my therapist there and I don't know what he did but next day the pain and swelling were reduced and I took his suggestion to the hot and cold therapy and pain is still there but reduced I'm going to book another session and hopefully my pain will be gone all together

Michael is amazing and knows how to fix your back and neck problems. I’ve been to many massage therapist and he stands out as one of the best.

Looks like they hate new clients. Walked in and asked a question or two regarding bookings etc,. The receptionist was so unwelcoming and rude. Started muttering and rolling her eyes as soon as I walked out. And swear to God I wasn’t even there more than two minutes. Such a bitter experience.

I went into the clinic last week with extreme stiffness and neck spasms and they managed to fit me in on last minute's notice. I had a massage session with Jason and he was absolutely great. I went in with a severe headache that he managed to help and I woke up feeling much better the next day. I have been to a number of clinics in Downtown Toronto and this is by far the best in terms of customer service, value for money and effectiveness. I would highly recommend.

Had my initial visit with Michael - found him to be very nice, very knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment. Prices are also competitive for the neighbourhood. Would recommend!
