This is a trash condo building, very poorly managed. I thought it would have a higher standard due to the private club association but the private club is entirely separate and has nothing to do with the condos other than the lost club visitor who ends up in the residence elevators. 1. Elevators are always down. 3 elevators for the building. 1 elevator for the private club. If one elevator is down, and another is being used to move then you are expected to wait upwards of 10 minutes. This can take months to be repaired when down. 2. Units have pests and management won’t admit or address 3. Pipes always having issues/old building base. 4. Negligible amenities - very high fees for nothing, tiny gym with very limited hours still using covid excuse to enforce limited hours and gatekeep. 5. Paper thin walls construction will wake you up 8/12 months of the year

Amazing venue which I didn't even know existed even after 14 years in the wedding industry as the owner of Patricia's Cake Creations. Amazing food and service

Private members club with lots of Canadian and international military memorabilia. Hard to find parking but close to TTC. Food is average, service is ok.

Kind of like staying in a museum. I loved getting a little history lesson as we explored RCMI. Beautiful library and memorial displays, including the Red Baron's leather cockpit seat.

The rcmi was really nice but we were never told that there was no house keeping the next day and we had to find our own parking for the car.

Atmosphere is great, you can feel the history. The bar areas are great and so is the library. The restaurant menu could use an update

Back again and again. Why hit a commercial residence for overnight accommodation when you can support and enjoy this Historic club. BEAUTIFUL, gentrified surroundings with great museum quality exhibits. A number of rooms for every occasion and beautiful, spacious, well-appointed overnight rooms.

We has a 3 course prix fix prime rib dinner and it was pretty good. Atmosphere was great. Place is clean. Drink selection was amazing. I was expecting a typical canadian legion style place but was surprised to find a beautiful club beloved and respected by its members. If someone invites you, accept, its a great place.

A Canadian Treasure and hidden gem. Gorgeous restoration with multiple meeting rooms, bars and dining rooms. It also boasts a gym, military library and accommodations. There are many military artifacts to be seen including the Red Baron's (Baron von Richthofen) cockpit seat. Staff are professional and courteous in this impressive Royal Canadian Military Institute!

My first post-COVID return for a meeting of the Toronto Chapter of The Treble Victor Group in the Short Bar. Nothing, outside of a Canadian Forces Mess can touch the RCMI for atmosphere and service.

Truly can't say enough good things about this establishment! The history, fellow members, the internal clubs... and the food and service are top-notch as well. Whether hosting an event or just a casual dinner in The Long Bar - I highly recommend RCMI.
