Lake Aquitaine Park is a versatile recreational space that caters to various interests. Its expansive open areas are ideal for sports and activities, while a dedicated kids' play zone adds a family-friendly touch. Well-maintained trails, ample parking, and clean washrooms complete the experience. Highly recommended for a balanced outdoor outing.

This is a beautiful park that's hidden deep around many neighbourhoods! With it's trails criss-crossing, it's fun and peaceful to both get caught up in it's quietness and beauty. There's different outdoor exercise stations all around for all to enjoy! I love to ride my electric unicycle slowly through these paths and trails. Check out Facebook for "Mississauga E-Riders"! They are all about PEVs (Personal Electric Vehicles). They meet up regularly and go for peaceful scenic rides! Everyone is welcome!

Great Community Park! Pro’s: - Many garbage / recycle bins - Clean environment with exercise equipment and an asphalt tarmacadam basketball court - Splash pad for children - Close to mall Con’s: - Difficult to find parking - Double rimmed basketball nets Please make an effort to respect the environment and wildlife by responsibly eliminating garbage / recycle. Thank you!

Perfect for your outdoor walking, running, jogging, playing. We went here during summer and it was within the vicinity of Meadowvale community center. Will definitely visit again as it was a great time and my family loved it so much.

Lake Aquitaine Park is not a small park, but is a cluster of Parks surrounding the Lake Aquitaine. It is a lush green area with beautiful landscapes and the beauty of the Lake in the Center is remarkable. The water in the lake is clean and the aura is worth enjoying. There are 6 six public Jim’s around the lake free to be used by public. One circle around the lake means you have covered around 1.70 kMs. Free parking for this park is available at Meadowvale Town Centre.

Truly a stunning destination, forming a cluster of parks around the enchanting Lake Aquitaine. The park features an excellent play area, perfect for enjoyment in any season. We discovered a delightful picnic spot beneath a tree, allowing us to keep a close eye on the kids at play. The lush green surroundings and picturesque landscapes add to the park's charm, with the central beauty of the lake being truly remarkable. The clean water of the lake and the serene atmosphere create an ambiance that's truly worth savoring. It's a place of very beautiful landscapes and tranquility.

January 2023 Very different feeling to visit in Winter as the lake is frozen and it is very brown. Still it is good walk around the lake if there is no snow. Summer 2022 Visited this place with my kids as we were looking something close by. There is beautiful trail around the lake. You can walk or cycle on the trek. There is plenty of activities for kids in the park including splash pad, swings and play area. For adult, there is open Gym scattered all over the garden. Lake is beautiful but there is small place to sit with kids. However there is no safety rails so be careful if you visit with kids. The place will be little busy on weekend but still there is plenty of space. Other unusual thing I notice was that squirrel can come very close to you and may ask for food. They are not dangerous. The place is very accessible for old people and people with special needs. However the trek has some slope so it can be tiring for kids and old people. Tips: You can park your vehicle in Meadowvale Community Centre parking. GPS navigation will take you to paid visitor parking site.

This place was super beautiful. Full of many different kind of birds chirping. It’s not a huge park but it’s definitely a nice one. It’s designed in a way where you can lap around as you walk/jog/run. It has a different weight machine as a check point all throughout. So it encourages you to do cardio then weights to workout different areas of your body then cardio then weights again and so on. You will have birds come to you at times and the squirrels too. They seem to be used to people and tend to assume that you will feed them. Also this park is children friendly. They have a park, wide sidewalks and a basketball court that the kids were also using to practice skateboarding. I found that parking was hard to find if you were using maps. Other than that I would highly recommend for walks or outdoor exercise space!

Love this park. We take the dog there. Nice walking track around the man made lake. Lots of birds and squirrels. Lots of green space. There's workout equipment and a kids' playground. Few benches. An asphalt track for walking, cycling, running. A lake where people have fished. And it's beside the Meadowvale community centre.

Lake Aquitaine is one of the beautiful lake in Ontario. I have been there around May 2020, not very busy. People can enjoy some recreational activities as well. I lost my cap because of high wind.

Lake Aquitaine, so serene today, so nice to sit and watch the ripples of the lake, while feeling the nice breeze in your face. It is just the perfect weather today to walk around and just simlpy observe. So many things to do and see. You can just clean off the machines and workout at each station as you walk around. Or just sit on a bench and watch the ducks swim leisurely in the lake. Bring your snacks, many bins to dispose your garbage. Just go and enjoy. 🙂

This is an amazing park with a big play grounds for kids. This is a green park very near by to Meadowvale community center and library. Walkable from Meadowvale town center. They have lots of exercise circuits all along the walking trail. It’s a one huge mega circle of trail. And it also has many sub loops in it. You can spend more than half a day here. The lake is good for personal fishing and it houses a ton of geese. Good trial for biking and walking. My kids love biking this circuit.

I walk here with my family. It's a great place because of the space and beauty. There is a lake with wildlife, fields with and without trees, park benches, picnic tables, playgrounds, exercise equipment, a basketball court and a long bike path to take you along. This park is a prime example of why Mississauga is a great place to live with your family.

Pleasant area to go for a walk or bike ride, plenty of people come here for walks. Not really crowded but can depend on the time you go. Some exercise equipments along the way too makes it interesting. Some people fish here (small sunfish and catfish I've seen). Very wide open space to accommodate for many people. Good scenery and greenery here as well.

Beautiful frozen lake it was this time! Not suitable to walk on 😂though. But so calm place it is. Would surely go again some day maybe in spring.

Nice little park in the heart of Meadowdale. Great for walking, taking the kids to the park, or enjoying the mini splash pad in the summer. It's right next to the community center so you get convenient access to washrooms too.

A very good place for your morning and evening walks. There are exercise stations around the lake. It's peaceful and has benches around the lake to rest. It's good for family picnics, sunbathing, kids time, 'me time' and many other activities.

Lake Aquitaine Park in Mississauga is a delightful oasis with a scenic lake, walking trails, and ample recreational facilities. It's a popular spot for jogging, cycling, and family picnics. The park's serene environment and beautiful landscape make it a local favorite for relaxation.

Beautiful park, loads of facilities including splash pad, community centre and library, fitness areas, basketball courts, public washrooms and a gorgeous artificial lake and trail. Missing: year-round washroom access, outdoor drinking fountains, mist spray for general public on hot days, interpretive and directional signage for trails and around lake and programming with staff to actually enjoy the lake, like access to kayak or canoe or paddleboard and skating in winter when ice is measured as safe and thick (happens every year). Let's make this a more lively space and get access to more water!

We loved this park. It has activities for all age groups. The kid play area of park is fabulous with slides, Pole, tyre swing, normal swing, slides. The park has splash pad, water stream with ducks as well as a lot of walking and cycling area around. The park has various exercise machines at some intervals and the entry to the park is from many sides. Best part is the park has such soothing atmosphere as a bit away from main road mostly surrounded by residential area.my family loved the park

This place is amazing. Always quiet and allows you to walk and enjoy the nature and views. It has parks for the kids and a splash park and the community centre is new with a huge indoor pool indoor tracks and fitness and more. The area is great. I lived there when my kids were younger with the older community centre but still loved it and my boys enjoyed it too. Highly recommend.

A spacious large park, with a good km+ pavement trail loop that moves around the man made lake that you can casual fish off a pier on [please respect fishing levels and catch and release]. There is a lot of small nature creatures and many variety of shrubs and trees. It's extremely hard to hear any traffic, and there aren't too many large buildings to distract you from nature. People are polite and respectful [please keep that up], and there is a large playground. As a huge bonus, a library-community centre is attached to a small part of the trail, that has a basketball court and mini splash pad. Illicit activities are at a minimum. The only thing missing is a community garden imo.

Wow! Amazing park. Great playground and beautiful nature. Peaceful, yet it can get a bit busy occasionally. Exercise equipment and near community centre and library. Not much dog poop on the ground. Good job 👏🏽👍🏾👌

Great for running, walking, walking your dog, riding your bike, having a picnic, take your kids to the nearby park and waterpark. Library and community centre is right off the trail, lots of parking there. There is a stretch class (looks like some form of Taichi, of sorts) run by someone in the mornings, maybe around 8 or 9 close to the community centre. 5 exercise stations located along the trail but due to Covid, hardly touched now and could be taped off to avoid future use.

A beautiful park in the heart of Meadowvale. Enjoy a perimeter walk on 2km of pathway with fitness stations all around the park. Lots of benches and open spaces for people and groups. One of meadowvales best kept secrets.
