Mimico Waterfront Park

Tourist attraction β€’ Park

πŸ‘πŸ‘ One of the best areas to walk in the city! Lake Ontario is so beautiful and awe- inspiring at any time of the year. Paved paths for both pedestrians and cyclists and also places to go where you feel like you're totally alone and out in nature. Remarkable! People often mention park, view, walk, beautiful, Great, trail,

Mimico Waterfront Park is a really Great park for views east and west. And most of all the Light Houses south across the water. Perfect for families and children. Walking, running or biking on the board walk. Full sun during the day and most of all so quiet. People relaxing on the rock walls and enjoying the sun for todays great fall temperature's.

Live right by here but never tire of the view which changes with the weather and seasons. The lake is host to a variety of wildlife and migrating birds.

Stunningly beautiful in the downtown setting. Walking, jogging trails, nice beach view, a lot of open space, diverse crowd. You must enjoy and the wow expression is just a spontaneous response that you can experience.

We've been going to this park for over 20 years to watch the air show on the September long weekend and have never been disappointed. The park has a playground for the kids, a public pool, and a splash pad. The park is clean. Dogs must be on a leash.

A long beach trail, along with the waters, an enjoyable bike ride. The view points have been chosen with a lot of deliberation because the view of CN tower is simply breathtaking. Nice sitting area. Very we’ll maintained.

A huge park with lot of space for walking and biking. Dogs must be on leash. Lot of benches and boulders to sit on. Views of docked boats and sailing ones on the lake are photo opps. Paid parking.

Prefect place for a little day off strolling in the afternoon. Great lake view! Parking is kind of tricky however.

Neat and peaceful waterfront for a quick picnic. There isn’t a lot of stone benches to sit though and no restroom. Parking lot is not big enough as well. Has a good playground and a very good trail for bikers. The skyscrapers and CN tower view will be good and we were lucky enough to spot rainbow too.

This is an amazing local park that serves the small Village of Mimico. Unfortunately it has just been announced that a MASSIVE CONDO PROJECT is going to be erected literally on top of the park. This massive complex will dwarf the park and everything in this small community. This area does not support this huge condo project it should be moved to a more appropriate location.

Beautiful place to be on a sunny day. The view of Downtown from this spot is spectacular. Try walking to CN tower if you have the entire day for this, you won't regret it ;)

Very charming, clean, and such a well-designed public space. Great for walking, running, cycling and just hanging out. It has such a serene atmosphere and has a handful of picturesque areas. If you’re exploring the Martin Goodman Trail, don’t miss out on this park!

Beautiful string of parks and trail but waaaay too many suicyclists in their lizard spandex behaving entitled and riding fast and close to pedestrians and kids. Gross. Give those yahoo's their own trail so it doesn't feel like taking ones life into their hands just to go for a walk. Not relaxing in the least about 75% of the time. Other than the lack of separate bike/pedestrian trails it's a pretty perfect place to go for great views and a seaside feel. Mimico is a hidden gem once you get west of the strangely car dependant condo wasteland that is Humber bay snores lol check it out but be prepared to almost get cut in half by bro magnon dudes and dudettes wrapped in cellophane on their 4 inch wide trail missiles πŸ˜„

There are plenty of clean swimming opportunities in the park if you can get past the bad brand of Lake Ontario being dirty and the freshing cold water!

Great place for some exercise. Walk along the boardwalk, stop and watch some sailing. Good place to stretch your legs.

Came to celebrate the man I love bday as he is not with me, this was the palce he took me too when we first met. It is a beautiful view. I miss him very much, but it was sabotaged due to a race based agenda to the point they did witchery to make him forget me and change his mind about me. 143 Kris

A beautiful place to go on a walk. The trail goes along the water. It is very peaceful and lots of other animals and various birds can be seen. The view of the city is also another plus point for this park. There is plenty of parking in this area. It is wheelchair, and stroller friendly and kid friendly as well. It is great for picnics. However, there is no washroom facility nearby. The nearest one would be by Humber Bay Park West. All in all, a great place to for a walk by the lake.

Beautiful and wonderful lakeshore area for seeing the waterfront of GTA. Very busy, but many streets to park at. Lots of boats and yachts to see at the marina.
