This is a beautiful park that's hidden deep around many neighbourhoods! With it's trails criss-crossing, it's fun and peaceful to both get caught up in it's quietness and beauty. There's different outdoor exercise stations all around for all to enjoy! I love to ride my electric unicycle slowly through these paths and trails. Check out Facebook for "Mississauga E-Riders"! They are all about PEVs (Personal Electric Vehicles). They meet up regularly and go for peaceful scenic rides! Everyone is welcome!

Nice place for a walk. Great green space and amenities. Playground for kids, spray pad and plenty of shaded spots for a break or picnic. Worth a visit

This trail was lovely. Great for an early morning run, an afternoon stroll or even a picnic lunch in the grass or picnic table. Lots of smaller trails for exploring woody areas and finding wild flowers and small forest creatures. Trail has numerous access points throughout the surrounding communities including the meadowvale community center. There is a playground and open field areas as well as various exercise equipment along the trail.

We just got so lucky and now have a good portion of the trail repaved with fresh asphalt. Longboarding around here is a dream. I assume any rolling style sport would also be extremely satisfying to ride on the new surface

Love the design of gym facility at each rest spot surrounded by the lake. Good for kids and family to walk but need to be aware of bicycle which share the same trail.

One of my favourite parks in Mississauga. There is something for everyone from the walking trails, exercise equipment, children's park, fishing spots, spectacular sunsets etc. Worth the drive there!

Lovely nature walk right on the city, peaceful and an opportunity to observe the little habitants surrounding the lake. The trail is being upgraded so there are construction signs along it.

Lovely park; with her library close by, the exercise equipment stations, the splash pad, and the play areas it's a great spot for families that costs nothing, which is a rarity.
