It
is
satisfying
to
indulge
oneself
in
some
hommie
food.
However,
my
experience
yesterday
with
The
Proud
Vegan
and
UberEats
as
well.
To
put
it
into
perspective,
I
ordered/tried
to
order
some
Vegan
food
to
celebrate
my
nephew's
birthday.
We
took
time
to
pick
the
dishes
and
as
I
clicked
on
the
"additional
notes"
a
message
showed
up
to
the
effect
that
the
transaction
failed.
This
happened
a
couple
of
time,
so
we
presumed
the
order
did
not
go
through
and
we
continued
our
meal.
At
around
3.30-4.00pm
our
Superintendent
knocked
our
door
asking
if
I
ordered
any
food.
When
I
said
"No",
he
said
that
I
am
the
only
William
in
the
building.
When
I
checked
the
receipt
I
noticed
it
was
our
order
that
had
not
gone
through.
Even
though
you
will
notice
that
the
receipt
had
only
my
name
and
no
physical
address.
Sidebar:
The
package
was
left
outside
the
main
entrance.
Since
no
one
showed
to
get
the
parcel,
the
superintendent
did
a
good
deed
as
he
always
does.
Through
out
this
time,
I
did
not
receive
a
text,
email
or
even
phone
call
verifying
or
providing
information
about
the
order.
The
only
email
I
got
from
UberEats
was
an
offer
:"William,
bring
your
favorite
dish
to
your
door"
received
on
Thu
2022-06-30
5:09
PM.
Due
too
my
physical
challenges
and
limitations,
I
certainly
would
not
have
asked
for
"curbside"
delivery.
