This is not a vegan restaurant, there is one kitchen and a regular menu with the vegan items extracted onto a separate website.

First time trying this spot. I ordered the vegan momos, palak tofu, chickpea masala , and roti with rice. Easily make serval servings in one order. Huge portions, great value and taste. The dumplings looked hand folded, they were beautiful. Will be ordering from here again. (Used Uber eats)

Delicious food, nice portions. Will order again :) little note to owners if you read this -more eco friendly packaging if possible would make you the most perfect takeout (but already much better than most places for packaging!)

ordered off doordash today because i was searching around for biryani & other indian dishes that wasn’t made with yogurt, ghee, butter or cream, since it can be hard to guess whether a dish contains it when ordering take-out… i really loved the food, it came piping hot and great portions and very authentic flavours – will definitely order again!!!

The Chana masala seems like it was cooked in 10 min the chickpeas were still hard. Veggie pakora was very salty

ok...I've been hard core vegan for 15yrs now, longer than vegan ever was talked about by anyone and snubbed by so many. So when I see a place that says, "Proud Vegan" I automatically think they're 100% vegan place; kitchen and all. I don't expect the staff to be, but everything else...YES! Being vegan for a long time, cross contamination is death to me, so I make sure I only pick places that is 100% vegan/plant base; Kitchen and all! NOooOOooooo...some made up name out of nowhere shared with a restaurant name Mt. Everest where they serve meat, cooked in meat kitchen, dealt with people most likely going to cross contaminate. It's like me you saying "I'm kinda pregnant..." You are or your not! Don't bring vegan in the name to make money...seriously!

What is pure vegan restaurant mean? Same place have other restaurants called mt everest…they cooked all vegan and meat dishes. Making people fool.

High quality ingredients and very tasty and homely food

I had amazing takeout here, which caused me to recommend this place to others. The food is fresh and flavourful. I went back for dinner with a friend last night and she was very impressed.

It is satisfying to indulge oneself in some hommie food. However, my experience yesterday with The Proud Vegan and UberEats as well. To put it into perspective, I ordered/tried to order some Vegan food to celebrate my nephew's birthday. We took time to pick the dishes and as I clicked on the "additional notes" a message showed up to the effect that the transaction failed. This happened a couple of time, so we presumed the order did not go through and we continued our meal. At around 3.30-4.00pm our Superintendent knocked our door asking if I ordered any food. When I said "No", he said that I am the only William in the building. When I checked the receipt I noticed it was our order that had not gone through. Even though you will notice that the receipt had only my name and no physical address. Sidebar: The package was left outside the main entrance. Since no one showed to get the parcel, the superintendent did a good deed as he always does. Through out this time, I did not receive a text, email or even phone call verifying or providing information about the order. The only email I got from UberEats was an offer :"William, bring your favorite dish to your door" received on Thu 2022-06-30 5:09 PM. Due too my physical challenges and limitations, I certainly would not have asked for "curbside" delivery.
