    Having attended Kelsey’s Summer Bootcamp, Lower Body+Core, and Full Body HIIT classes, her passion for health and fitness is evident and the results of her clients show. Gentlemen, don’t overlook her largely female popularity and signature ponytail. Incorporate her workouts in your fitness program and I assure you that you’ll get left blasted; spice up your leg day for once.

    Before finding this platform, it was a struggle to workout and feel motivated during the pandemic. The Kelsey Rose platform has made working out from home so approachable. I love that many of the workouts focus on movement - the tone and flows are my favourite. The monthly challenges add an extra level of accountability. I highly recommend Kelsey Rose Fitness - after the first two week free trial I was hooked and have never looked back.

    Kelsey and her team are amazing! They work diligently and actually care to help you achieve your fitness goals unlike other trainers. When I first started going to Kelsey’s classes, I could tell instantly she’s passionate about what she does. She corrects your form, pushes you to work harder and offers tips when working out on your own. I would recommend Kelsey and her team to anyone looking to take the next step to achieving your personal fitness and health goals!

    Kelsey is a fun and down to earth trainer. But she's more than just a trainer in the sense that she comes in, works out with you and leaves. Kelsey makes it a point to motivate you in all aspects- nutrition, exercise, confidence and more. Kelsey is devoted and works hard to help each individual client meet their goals in an enjoyable way. I have and do definitely recommend her to others. She is great for adults as well as teens in both individual and group settings. Kelsey can connect with teenagers and motivates. She worked with my teenager and a group of friends and they always look forward to her class and are so excited by her energy and enthusiasm. We LOVE Kelsey!

    I have been training with Kelsey for 7 weeks, and have already seen immense improvement. I love having workouts that are tailored to my body and goals. Kelsey is a great instructor and I always feel very encouraged and motivated around her. I look forward to my workouts with her every week and highly recommend her to everyone!

    I started doing Kelsey's program with a 14 day challenge (after doing nothing for a good year) and it was manageable, challenging & motivating. her coaching and tone is just right, not too over the top and in your face but also just enough instruction and motivation to keep you going. I completely shocked myself by doing it every day and joined her platform motivated!!

    Best program! Very good designed and structured . Exercises are easy to follow and not hard to perform, but they do leave you sweaty and you can feel you worked your muscles. Kelsey is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I am happy going on her platform every morning to start my day right:).

    Kelsey and I started working together 1-1, soon after I relocated to Toronto in the Fall of 2019. My husband and I contacted her after seeing her work with other clients at our gym and saw firsthand her professionalism, positivity and training methods and approach. We meet bi-weekly for personalized sessions that focus on my fitness and wellness goals. She blends a number of essential training components: mobility, balance, strength and conditioning, and stretching, and keeps sessions motivating and challenging by utilizing a variety of equipment and accessories. Kelsey’s own dedication to health and fitness is inspiring, and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge through her teaching and training. Check her out on Instagram!     Joined Kelsey roughly a month ago! Love her platform there is so much to choose from. I love that I choose from short to long workouts. Best of all I love how I can tailor her videos to my list and make my own week or daily workouts. It allows me to prep myself. Also love the live zoom Saturday’s. Workouts are great and she always messages back when I ask her anything ❤️ I have tried a few platforms and this I would have to say is one of the best so far!

    I have been training with Kelsey for almost 3 months and I have to say she is the best personal trainer that I have ever had! She is very knowledgeable and flexible. She pays a lot of attention to my postures while in training and with the adjustments she gave in training, my daily posture improves unconsciously even when I am at work. Kelsey is not only helping me approach my fitness goal but more importantly she is helping me to form an unbreakable workout habit!

    This is an amazing platform! I tend to be someone who can get overwhelmed with online workout platforms, which usually results in me being turned off and not doing the workouts. The Kelsey Rose Fitness platform leaves me no room to make any excuses. The platform is so professional, yet extremely easy to use and navigate. There is something for everyone on here, it welcomes a range of fitness levels with a variety of workouts. I think my favorite thing is the many options for the length of the workouts. This allows me to fit something into my schedule everyday no matter how busy I am, which I think is very important.

    I did the Sweat with Kelsey April Challenge and I loved it! There was a great variety between mobility, cardio, and strength training workouts and I felt like I was getting a good sweat and building strength without risking injury. I'd definitely recommend Kelsey's platform to anyone looking to get a good workout in at home!

    I started using Kelsey's online platform when I was on maternity leave. Her variety of workouts are great. They vary in duration and intensity so there are a lot of options. I was able to work my way up to feeling comfortable in my own skin again and now I am loving more intense workouts such as HIIT or tabata. I look forward to the weekly schedules which helps me now that I am back to work. Thank so much Kelsey!!!

    I have been a personal training client of Kelsey for three months, and she is the best! She is extremely flexible, patient and knowledgeable. Since working with her my posture has improved, my hip and back pain is gone and I have abs for the first time in my life. She truly cares about her clients and goes out of her way to make the experience great. She spent time teaching me proper form and I now feel confident to go to the gym on my own on days I am not training with her. Her warm personality makes working really hard fun and I always look forward to our workouts.

    I started training with Kelsey a couple of months ago and it has been amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and motivating. I always look forward to her workouts; they are extremely challenging and fun! In the short time we’ve worked together she has helped me increase my strength, improve my form and build more muscle. I highly recommend!!

    Kelsey is such a great instructor! Her boot camp classes are high energy and she really pushes you to give it your all. I like how each week she changes it up so we're constantly challenged and learning new workouts. She also takes the time to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly to get maximum impact. Definitely recommend working with her!

    I first discovered Kelsey at the beginning of COVID and she and her platform are exactly what I needed! She is so knowledgeable and lovely and genuinely cares about her members and wants everybody to be living their best life. Her positivity is infectious! The biggest difference that I've noticed between Kelsey and other fitness leaders is her emphasis on mobility. It doesn't take long to incorporate mobility movements into each day and they make all the difference in making each workout so much more effective. She also puts an emphasis on form, which is so important, not only to see results from your workouts, but to avoid injury and to stay healthy and pain-free for as long as possible. I am currently in my mid 40s and have been working out at various gyms and following a multitude of different exercise programs since my early 20s and I honestly feel like I am stronger than ever and I have Kelsey to thank for that! Her workouts are challenging, but she always gives modifications and as with any exercise program, consistency is key. If you are willing to show up for yourself, I guarantee that Kelsey will lead you to feeling your best!
