not very good services... staff is not polite and accommodating.I was late by 9 mins due to subway problem, but the guy at reception cancelled my appointment. I traveled almost an hour and explained my situation. I see this facility is not too busy. There seems to be no one in office.

I would say the service was fast and I got out of there in less than 30. I wasn’t the first one so I think that was a good time to wait considering that I just walked in without appointment.

Very bad service. And it takes you time to find parking. If you late 1 min they will cancel your appointment. After they cancel it I go Canadian Forensics Inc. very recommend. Very professional!

The process itself was rather quick maybe 10 mins but I got there around 4 and there was 4 people already waiting and 4 more came after. I was the lucky one to be last to get processed. According to Brian the technician, end of day does seem to be a rush. I would recommend a notice to tell people only another 4 people would be serviced after 4:30, this would help people from unnecessary waiting. Edit: I do want to add that Brian does give warning to people that he might not get to them but I think a more clear expectation for those waiting would be appreciated.

This location is very effective to my experience. Fingerprints service was fast, friendly and helpful. The person (I don’t know his name) gave me the service, was willing to answer my questions because I was confused with documents in my immigration application. Please book the appointment online in advance, make sure to pay for parking on the street, get there on time (no sooner, no later), and ring the bell when it’s given time for your entry, their staff will open the door and check temperature upon arrival (during the pandemic). The result will be mailed to your address in few weeks. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone need fingerprints services for your own purposes.

Passport Office at 2291 Kipling...wonderful woman working security at the door. Roseanne. W...you went above and beyond. You are an angel. She sets the standard for what a security guard should be ! !

Went in around 11:00 am on Wednesday. I was the only one there. The process was pretty quick. The guy there (Brian) also provided me with extra info to contact RCMP if need be. Overall an alright experience.

The manager Arthur was kind and very professional. The only reason I am giving this a 5 star is because of the Arthur. Fellow Drivers: If you drive please come 30 minutes to an hour before time to find parking and be situated so you do not miss the appointment.
